Consistently excellent food, great atmosphere and very beautiful location

Still good but price-performance ratio is slowly declining.

We came second time to eat something... without success. First time was pretty crowded, but second one (today) 70% of places were free. Anyways waiter told us there is no place for us (2+1).... Sorry but it's very disappointing. Even in most crowded places In touristic cities you can wait until table is free, but here...

The coffee and cake were excellent. Great terrace for outdoor seating. Service was unfriendly and grumpy.

We had a large celebration today. Everything was prepared with great care and attention to detail. For dinner, we had a "meadow buffet" at the table. First, a "small" snack board, followed by duck and knuckle of pork, and finally, Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes). Everything tasted excellent, and the waiters really did their very best to make the evening a success. Many thanks to the entire team! We would love to come back 👍🏻. By the way, we've also been here several times for "regular" meals. This is also highly recommended, with a great menu, very good quality, and top-notch taste.

It was our first time at the Alm and we were absolutely thrilled. Despite a beautiful wedding taking place there, the drinks and food were served without long waits. The food was modern Bavarian and delicious. The location offers a fantastic view and a very relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you, though, for the super friendly service. Unfortunately, you don't experience such attentive and polite staff very often anymore. We'll be back!

I celebrated my birthday with 45 people in the cozy side room. Everything was perfect. The food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. I'd love to come back.

I celebrated my birthday a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the female waitress treated us so rudely that I had to apologize to my Munich guests. It's a shame! Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times now, and not just with this waitress. Overall, we always feel like we're a burden rather than a guest. The food is always very good, but we won't be coming back anytime soon!

Since joining the Lions Club Ebersberg, we've been here several times. A lovely rustic atmosphere, good food, and very friendly service. There's plenty of parking. Once again, we felt very comfortable with our fellow Lions.

It's a shame, I'm usually a regular fan! What you shouldn't do is just cycle there. We were there today at 11:45, after a 30 km bike ride, but were unfortunately turned away. We didn't even have time for a quick drink! Very weak.

We were especially disappointed with the service. Although the Ebersberger Alm wasn't very busy, it took over 20 minutes for us to even get a menu. We then ordered drinks and food together, and the food arrived relatively quickly, with the drinks arriving 5 minutes after the food – a somewhat unconventional approach in our opinion. The food was okay, but there are much better restaurants serving local cuisine in the area, both in terms of portion size and the proportion of homemade dishes.

An idyllically located restaurant, but "Alm" suggests something else. Nevertheless, a nice view over the valley. We held a wedding reception there. The setting was magnificent, the food was good, and the service was sometimes a bit overwhelmed. The ambiance ranged from rustic to luxurious. There's a nearby observation tower, just a short walk from the restaurant, from which you can see the Alps and Munich.

A very nice restaurant with Bavarian delicacies. The balcony terrace offers a beautiful view of the Alpine foothills in summer. It's perfect for family celebrations and weddings.

Good restaurant with delicious Bavarian food. The starters and main courses were very tasty, and the dessert was also okay. The service was very poor at first (we were unfortunately ignored and only assigned a table after several requests). However, the service improved significantly over the course of our stay, which is still a shame. We sat inside; there are many tables with lots of people, which makes it quite noisy. I think it's better outside in the summer when the weather is nice; the parking lot and surroundings are great.

Just came for coffee. Water was served with the espresso. The cream for the ice cream is high quality, not from a spray can. The interior is very comfortable and well-kept, rustic. A new large ballroom for celebrations has been tastefully designed. The location is great, I can only recommend it.

We were again in the Ebersberger Alm, it is located directly on the forest and has a very nice terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains and a cozy Bavarian ambience. The cuisine is excellent, with changing dishes, everything beautifully prepared and of the best quality. Big praise to the kitchen team! And there is also a great cake counter, everything homemade by Mrs. Obermair and also available to take away. Highly recommended! Thanks for that! We'll be back soon 😄

We were sent home again with our two and a half year old son, although there were still places available so there was no heart for children here

Food very good, nice surroundings, nice restaurant

Great cake, and an impressive view from the restaurant Dachterrasse. I can recommend Hinterberger torte best, it was my favourite. Staff seemed to have trouble with the new ordering system, it seems phone's have gotten too smart. Be sure to book in advance to secure a table.

The Ebersberger Alm is a worthwhile excursion destination. After a hike around Lake Eglburger you can fortify yourself here. The friendly service serves drinks and food from a well-stocked menu. Afterwards you can enjoy the great all-round view and the phenomenal Alpine panorama from the nearby observation tower.

So the place is cozy, the service is good. Unfortunately, the meat was cold for two meals (suckling pig and boiled beef). This was also reported to the service staff because some of it was returned. I think it's a shame that there was zero but absolutely zero response to it.

Very rustic restaurant. Good Bavarian food. Service on point and very friendly.

The ambience is very nice, the service staff is ok so far, the older colleague would certainly be better off smiling than looking grim. What wasn't right was the food. The grill plate is too expensive for the portion size. Meat dry and cold and cut into homeopathic sizes. The fries were fried for far too long and tasted like old oil.

As always, the food and service was to die for!

We made a reservation for lunch on the holiday for our hiking group (35 people) and even arrived about 15 minutes late. It wasn't a problem, our seats were kept free. The food was delicious for everyone, although some portions were a bit small for the high prices. Overall, nothing to complain about. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely happy to come back!

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 19.00 reserviert. Die Speisekarte wurde nach 15 Minuten gebracht. Das servieren des bestellten 3 Gang Menüs hat 2 Stunden gedauert. Bei Nachfrage beim Personal wurde man pampig darauf hingewiesen, daß die auch anwesende Hochzeitsgesellschaft vorrangig ist. Das Essen war gut, aber der Service unmöglich

Short and sweet, very nice view, roast pork was OK. But 5€ for a really small portion of "potato salad" instead of coleslaw from the bucket, well... Apparently it wasn't possible to change the order, so the coleslaw came too!? By the way, probably not homemade either. You should also note on the menu that you get a slice of the shoulder and the other half as "Wammerl", which is actually not possible! The waiter just said I should have asked... Lastly, it's worth mentioning that the staff is visibly stressed, for whatever reason. I'm not sure if there will be another visit. By the way, the word "tasty" doesn't mean it's very good tasted good. Piefke sends greetings!

We went there for dinner with friends. It was a good decision. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is good, middle-class. We were served courteously and attentively. We would definitely like to eat there again.

Good mix of tavern but still not old-fashioned. The classic tavern cuisine is excellent and is complemented by seasonal dishes. Prices are reasonable. Service is classic Bavarian - fast, a bit grumpy at first and over time the smile comes through :)
