Vegan costs at least 4 euros more per dish, although sometimes only something is left out. So much for the motto “honest cuisine”. Ridiculous!

The service is friendly, but there is also some self-service. Unfortunately, the food didn't really impress me: The pasta was too firm and the minced meat sauce was watery, with little mince and too little salt and you had to pay extra for parmesan. The long waiting time, even though there wasn't much going on, was also disappointing. The plastic plates are really a no-go! I just expect a little more quality in a restaurant. Overall okay, but for the price and the concept I definitely expected more.

The food is really a 10/10 and also has optimal nutritional values, especially in terms of proteins. It tastes so delicious that you wouldn't think how low in calories the whole thing is. I've been there several times now and unfortunately I have to say that the pricing is not justified for me. Since I'm on a ketogenic diet, I generally appreciate what's on offer, but I think the prices are excessive. Offering a single burger without a side dish for €16 or a rump steak for over €32, the quality of which is not outstanding, really seems like too much to me. The comparison with a better snack bar or system restaurant is obvious - only here the calculation is significantly more expensive. Perhaps a moderate price adjustment would make sense to appeal to more guests. I keep coming because I value the options, but I hope there is more value for money in the future.

This spot is a dream come true for any protein and fitness lover! The dishes here are not only super tasty but also come with great macros listed right on the menu, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Highly recommend the pizza and the cheesecake – they’re both seriously delicious (and healthy, which feels like a miracle!). But what really made this place special was the owner. Not only did he welcome our dog inside, but he went above and beyond – bringing her water, treats, and even taking time to play with her! It was so heartwarming to see someone so genuinely dog-friendly. If you’re looking for a unique, dog-friendly spot with amazing food, this place is a must-try!

Very very friendly people. The food is excellent. If you want to eat low carb, this is the best place to be. You will not find this anywhere else in Koln. It’s a 30 minute walk from city centre, but it’s worth it, also if you are not specifically looking for low carb.

I really liked it, as someone who tracks their daily calorie needs, I found the menu with the nutritional values ​​and everything else very helpful, which is also the main reason why I wanted to try the store. I was also curious as to how some dishes could have so few calories, and when I asked, they explained to me in a very polite and accommodating manner how the boys prepare the whole thing. Very competent team and very tasty food, I thought it was great. I don't quite understand some of the reviews that say that the price/performance ratio isn't right, of course you might pay a few euros more, but they really make an effort to prepare the food so healthy and fresh, if you want to eat healthy you should also be worth it. Of course, you can also get burgers at McDonalds for significantly less, but afterwards you feel the same and they are not good for your body at all. So if you eat healthily and consciously, this small restaurant will definitely be the right one for you. Will definitely come back again.

This store is for INSTA & Co. people. The salad was tasty but not bite-sized. The plate was plastic (embarrassing). They want 6.50 for a small dry fries with ketchup (hui). Location: ok / Ambiance: good and clean. Service: nice. Toilet clean. Come again? No.

The map can be viewed in the restaurant using a QR code. Orders are placed at the counter and payment is made afterwards. We were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation and easily got a place because it wasn't (yet) well attended. Little by little the restaurant filled up. We ordered pizza rolls, burgers and fries. It was very tasty and was a great alternative to other burger restaurants that were dripping with fat. Whether gluten-free, vegetarian, low carb,... there is something for everyone. And despite less fat, the taste suffers ZERO. It's super fresh and delicious.

Every time pleasantly surprised. Great selection, the open kitchen also makes it possible to take a quick look through the window and get inspiration for new dishes, both to order on site and to cook at home. Clean dishes without a lot of frills but still everything you need. Prices are ok. Maybe a little high, but the service and advice make up for it :) €20 for a good dinner is standard these days.

Amazing food. Super delicious, healthy food served for the health conscious person. Served hot, straight from the open and clean kitchen the food felt like a home cooked meal. Waiting time was short, variety was plenty, and atmosphere was comfortable.

Great spot for healthy but delicious food. I’m not much of a health food aficionado, and to be honest I was a bit skeptical due to the burger being advertised as extra lean, but man - this was one of the juiciest burgers I’ve ever eaten, hands down.

Food was delicious but 15 euros for a normal citizen, fries etc. is just too expensive, tasted good, only the salad was super wet from washing.

Für dieses Lokal fahre ich gerne knapp 100km. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre familiär. Ein Highlight ist unter anderem die offene Küche, wo alle Speisen frisch zubereitet werden. In der (digitalen) Speisekarte findet man zu jedem Gericht die Nährwerte - top. Geschmacklich wurde ich auch noch nie enttäuscht. Einfach mein liebstes Restaurant! 🍕🍔🍟🥗

Es war super lecker, gute Preis Leistungs Verhältnisse nettes Personal. Und unsere erste Entscheidung als wir nach einer Weizenfreien Pizza gesucht haben. Der Burger war auch sehr lecker.

Perfektes Restaurant für "healthy" Fast Food. Alle Speisen sind auf der Karte mit den jeweiligen Nährwerten ausgewiesen. Die Burger sind perfekt gebraten und toll angerichtet. Die Pizza ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert - kross mit viel hochwertigen Belag. Absolutes Highlight zum Dessert ist der Käsekuchen- unbedingt probieren! Personal ist sehr locker und freundlich. Ambiente ist sehr freundlich, hell und modern.

Waren eben mit einer größeren Gruppe dort und haben alle was unterschiedliches bestellt. Von Salat über burger bis zur Pizza. Alles war sehr lecker. Vor allem die Jumbo mit dem käserand ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mein burger hatte eine extrem leckere hausgemachte Soße. Das rinderpatty war qualitativ sehr gut und perfekt gebraten. Die junge Frau vom Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles kam schnell und vor Allem gleichzeitig. Wir waren also alle sehr zufrieden. Klare weiterempfehlung! :)

Super Konzept. Endlich war sogar auch mal ein Dessert für mich auf einer Karte, trotz meiner ketogenen Diät. Der Protein-Cheesecake hat dazu auch noch sehr gut geschmeckt. Werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Cooles Team und sehr leckeres Essen!!

Mein erster Eindruck war gut allerdings wurde ich danach sehr enttäuscht. Mein Essen wurde vergessen und anstatt einer Entschuldigung bekam ich eine sehr unfreundliche und Respektlose Antwort der Servicekraft. Allerdings kann ich über das Essen nicht klagen. Es war frisch zubereitet und heiß. Leider habe ich nicht aufessen können da ich mein essen " ohne scharf" bestellt habe, dies aber wohl untergegangen war. Mein noch recht voller Teller wurde dann auch mit der entsprechenden Wertung der Servicekraft quittiert. Sehr schnell nach dem aufessen wurden wir auch mehrmals sehr deutlich gebeten zu gehen. Das mein Partner dann auch noch zu viel zahlen musste war das i Tüpfelchen am Ende. Nicht nochmal. Schade.

Egal ob low fat, high protein, low carb, keto: Für jeden ist etwas dabei! Kalorienangaben und Makronährstoffverteilung für jedes Gericht, Beilagen und Soßen. Die Preise sind absolut annehmbar und der Laden ist sehr sauber. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Was will man mehr?

Essen war ok. Der Lachs war leider trocken und ohne Würze, der Reis und die Soße dafür geschmacklich in Ordnung und man schmeckt die frische Zubereitung. Der Service dagegen wirkte stark überfordert, unfreundlich und durchweg genervt. Die offene Küche und das Ambiente wirken einladend.

Essen war so lala und die Art und Weise, wie abgerechnet wird absolut fragwürdig! Hab einfach 10 Euro zu viel bezahlt. War das erste und letzte Mal da! Und die "Bedienung" scheint ihren Job auch zu lieben.. *Ironie on*

Es war wirklich sehr lecker dort . Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen besonders in der Diät. Punkte Abzug gibt es für das Lokal als solches. Extrem heiß & könnte schöner gestaltet werden. Außerdem war die Speisekarte nicht sehr übersichtlich. Bedienung & Personal war sehr freundlich . Fühlte mich willkommen. Preislich habe wir für 2 Personen mit Getränk 40€ bezahlt.

Delicious, heathy food! I had a Broccoli-Mushroom pizza (and asked for extra olives) with steak fries, and both were excellent, but the sauces were a little watery. The garlic sauce was just ok, but the chili-mayo was much better. Would recommend the latter. Jumbo sizing the pizza gives you a massive portion size, with a cheese filled crust, which was very tasty and highly recommendable. I especially like that the menu gives you the macros and nutritional values for every dish. Will definitely come here again when I'm in town.

Für Diabetiker geeignet, weil bei fast jedem Menupunkt die Anzahl der enthaltenen Kohlenhydrate dran steht. Die Anzahl der Low Carb Low Fat Gerichte ist allerdings überschaubar.

Der Laden ist nett aufgemacht, auch wenn es wie aus dem Katalog wirkt. Das Essen war eine Frechheit. Ich habe einen vegetarischen Burger bestellt, ein Mitarbeiter meinte, er könnte ihn auch mit Pilzen machen. Bekommen habe ich ein trockenes Burgerbrötchen mit einem in Scheiben geschnittenen Champignon (immerhin gebraten) zu 10€ (kein Salat, keine Soße). Dann hatte ich Hoffnung auf das bio Tiramisu und bekam ein fertig Tiramisu im Plastik Becher. Immerhin hatte man den Deckel abgezogen und einen Löffel dazugelegt. Auf meine Nachfrage sagte man mir mit einem Lächeln, es sei schließlich „bio“ und von „hausgemacht“ wäre nicht die Rede. Der Laden ist das Hinterletzte, ich bin nie wieder dort gewesen. Mittlerweile gibt es das Tiramisu nicht mehr, mein Besuch liegt ein paar Jahre zurück.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie das Restaurant es schafft, gesunde Gerichte zu servieren, ohne dabei auf Geschmack zu verzichten. Jedes Gericht, das wir bestellt haben, war nicht nur nahrhaft, sondern auch unglaublich lecker. Insgesamt können wir "Eat for fit" uneingeschränkt empfehlen und geben 5 von 5 Sternen. Das Restaurant bietet eine gesunde Alternative zum üblichen Fast Food und ist eine hervorragende Wahl für Menschen, die auf ihre Ernährung achten möchten, ohne dabei auf Geschmack und Genuss zu verzichten. Super freundlicher Service! Die Möglichkeit das Gericht mit Vollkorn sowie Low Carb Varianten um zu bauen hat uns sehr gefallen, insbesondere die genaue Makro Verteilung der einzelnen Gerichte und Kalorienangabe. Gymjunkies werden es lieben!

Ewiges anstehen dafür das andere Leute dann vorgelassen werden und Seiten Bestellungen Vorrang haben vor den Gästen im Restaurant. Vorher aber die Aussage bekommen eine Reservierung wäre nicht nötig.

I absolutely loved this place. Had a burger (low carb bun) and some brocolli. Was delicious, price was very reasonable too. I wish I could have tried more of the dishes. Would have been nice if menu was in English too. I had to use translate from Google via the menu on their website. Fantastic concept hope the place is around in years to come.

Wir haben über Uber Eats bestellt. Leider super viel Geld für eine Pizza ausgegeben, die man auch easy mit einer Ristorante Tiefkühlpizza hätte ersetzen können. Der Burger war besser, aber nichts besonderes. Bin enttäuscht, weil die Bewertungen mega gut sind.

Burger war nicht gewürzt, Salat auch kaum. Saucen und Fritten haben gar nicht geschmeckt! Mein Laden ist das definitiv nicht.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich vorzüglich. Hole mir immer Burger und bin danach glücklich und satt. Besonders schön finde ich, dass man den Jungs wirklich ansieht, dass sie gerne dort arbeiten. Egal ob Service oder die „nur“ zubereiten und eigentlich weniger Kundenkontakt haben. Alle sehr kommunikativ, charmant und freundlich. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung.

Pommes waren leider nicht lecker. Die haben irgendwie wie Pappe geschmeckt. Die Konsistenz war ok, vielleicht etwas zu lange drin gewesen. Manche waren ziemlich braun. Service war freundlich und die Ladenatmosphäre ganz nett.

Gehe da schon seit Jahren hin und war immer mehr als zufrieden. Qualitativ, lecker und immer mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Umbau auch sehr gelungen👍🏻
