All products look wonderfully fresh and taste great. Nothing is mushy or mushy. The employees prepare all meals fresh on site. Everyone was friendly. The kitchen makes a very tidy and clean impression. Despite the current inflation, the prices are good and the price-performance ratio is right.

However, I can't help but make a hygienic comment: For a few weeks now, the sushi has been prepared and sold by a man who openly wears a very long beard (almost to his belly button). This is neither put back nor otherwise hygienically covered. The employee is certainly very competent, but he should pay attention to this fact! Unfortunately, that put me off buying more sushi there.
