Hey, unfortunately, I have to give it one point. Honestly, the service, the two ladies, was excellent without being unfriendly. They refunded the money immediately. However, the food took forever. 20 minutes, and unfortunately, there was nothing to chew on. There were three of us and no one else in the place. Sorry, it could definitely be better, much better.

A very nice restaurant with a lovely ambiance, perfect for a wonderful evening of dining. The food is delicious, and the wait time is pleasantly short. The service is very friendly, and you don't have to wait long for drinks or food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and you feel comfortable. Takeaway is also available. Highly recommended.

The rooms are a bit dated. They certainly have a certain old-world charm, but some renovations here and there would be nice. Everything was clean and perfectly adequate for one night. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service very good.

My review doesn't refer to the pizzas served on-site, but to the pizzas sold by Pizzabauer at Kaufland. While the salami was just about acceptable, the bacon was truly inedible. The bacon slices were piled on so thickly that eating it was just like eating pork rinds. The pizza went straight in the bin. I've honestly never experienced anything like it with a frozen pizza.
