EAT HAPPY in Overath

The room looks different than in the booking pictures. The furniture is old and thrown together. It was very noisy, you could hear the guests on the floor above very clearly. Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work. The room was very clean and the service was good.

Smash Burger top, great staff always

It was my first time at Mikado Overath with my mother and daughter and I was absolutely positively impressed. We were greeted directly at the door in a friendly manner with a smile and escorted to our table. The service staff were super nice, polite, attentive and accommodating. My daughter was also offered special children's chopsticks in case eating with the normal chopsticks didn't work. The food is high quality, absolutely fresh and tasty. The ambience is really very clean, comfortable and attractive. We left the restaurant very happy and full. The Mikado in Overath is really an absolute recommendation. Our next visit won't be long in coming.

Takeaway pizza! We have often ordered pizza (Spinaci with additional salmon) to pick up ourselves. Since we live within walking distance, it is already at the perfect eating temperature at home. Very tasty pizza! Pre-ordering by telephone is rough and precise, so it's completely adequate. Most of the time the pick-up time specified is right, but sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes more and can watch the hustle and bustle in the restaurant - knowing that you're about to enjoy good food in the peace and quiet of home. The preferential treatment of rescue workers (they also have to eat) is also very positive. Thank you for good cuisine!
