No matter whether for lunch/evening or just in between. There are many different and delicious types of sushi here, which are freshly prepared on site every day. Vegetarian or vegan from classic to modern. From the sushi roll to the yakitori skewers. I can really recommend everything. It's just a shame that sometimes you no longer get the sushi rolls you would like, but that's understandable, which is why the rolls are prepared fresh every day. I can really only recommend this shop. Some sushi restaurants could learn a lesson from this.

The room looks different than in the booking pictures. The furniture is old and thrown together. It was very noisy, you could hear the guests on the floor above very clearly. Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work. The room was very clean and the service was good.

Unfortunately I have to write a very negative review to warn others. We were actually very satisfied in the past and enjoyed going there. However, it seems that the owner or the entire staff has now changed. Our Valentine's Day meal: didn't get a card, got food then drinks, got the wrong food and drink (soda inedible), chicken skewer was hard (otherwise always great), my girlfriend had unripe, rubbery avocado in her sushi (she's sick now), I couldn't pay €40 with a debit card (only from €50, then it was sent to the bank). The phone kept ringing loudly. Other guests waited 20 minutes for an espresso and still didn't get it. 😄 I understand a lot of things, very young staff, being overwhelmed by a lot of customers, etc. But the food simply has to be edible and ripe. It's a shame, but unfortunately you can't go there anymore. 🙁

Came across it here through a bedtime story for the kids written by uncleguido 😅 —— Julia and Daniel jumped around the apartment for joy. “Today is finally our pizza evening with dad!” Julia shouted excitedly. Daniel nodded eagerly. “And the best thing: we’re going to ‘Ristorante da Nino’! “This is going to be our new favorite restaurant!” he said. Dad laughed and took his jacket off the hook. “Come on then, my two hungry pizza monsters!” he shouted. It was already dark outside, but the street lamps bathed the city in a cozy light. The three drove to Overath, and when they arrived at the restaurant, the large sign above the door was shining: “Ristorante da Nino”. The delicious smell of freshly baked pizza and Italian herbs came from inside. “Oh, that smells sooooo good!” sighed Julia and ran ahead. Inside they were warmly greeted by a friendly waiter. “Ah, buongiorno! Are you our guests today? Welcome to Nino!” Dad nodded. “Yes, and we’re really hungry!” They were given a cozy spot in a corner of the restaurant, overlooking the open kitchen, where a large stone oven was blazing. “Look, the pizza maker is swirling the dough in the air!” Daniel shouted enthusiastically. Julia clapped her hands. “That looks like magic!” The waiter brought the menu, but the children actually already knew exactly what they wanted. “I’ll have a Margherita pizza with extra cheese!” said Julia resolutely. “And I have a salami pizza!” added Daniel. Dad flipped through the menu and grinned. “Then I’ll have a Quattro Formaggi pizza – four different types of cheese!” The waiter noted everything and winked at them. “Perfetto! This will be the best pizza you’ve ever tasted!” While they waited, they looked at the pictures on the walls. There were photos of Italy everywhere - colorful houses, small streets, huge plates of pasta and of course pizza. “I want to go there too!” said Julia dreamily. Dad nodded. “Maybe we’ll go on a real vacation to Italy again at some point. Then we’ll eat pizza right on Lake Garda!” Daniel beamed. “Oh yeah, and then we’ll swim all day!” At that moment the waiter brought three steaming pizzas to the table. “Here comes your pizza! Bon appetit!" The children were amazed. The cheese was long and stringy and the dough was just the right amount of crispy. “This is the best pizza I have ever eaten!” Julia exclaimed after the first bite. Daniel chewed with pleasure and nodded with full cheeks. Dad laughed. “We’ll probably have to come here more often!” As they ate, they told each other funny stories from school and thought about what they could do together next time. “We could bake our own pizza!” suggested Julia. “With really crazy ingredients!” added Daniel. Dad grinned. “How about a chocolate pizza?” “Ew!” laughed the children. After they were full and happy, the waiter came to them again. “So, did you like it?” “It was fantastic!” said Daniel enthusiastically. “We’ll definitely be back soon!” promised Julia. The waiter laughed. “We’re happy about that! Nino will always have a place for you.” The air was cool outside and the children were huddled in their jackets. “That was a perfect evening,” Julia said quietly. Daniel nodded. “Yes, we have to do that again soon!” Dad took both of them by the hand and smiled. "Promised." With full bellies and happy hearts, they made their way home – already looking forward to the next pizza evening.
