Eat Happy in Tuttlingen

The kebab shop serves food that tastes okay, but not outstanding. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired – the staff often seems unfriendly and disrespectful. It's noticeable that negative reviews regularly disappear, which gives the impression that the place is manipulated. This undermines trust, which is why I wouldn't recommend this shop.

A very special experience at ANIMA and definitely a place for occasions. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, with comfortable seating and beautiful tableware. The evening starts with several amuse-bouches, and they were true flavour bombs. One small remark, given the season, at least one warm bite would have lifted the start even more. The dishes throughout the menu were executed with precision, and the flavours were consistently well balanced. The wine pairing was good too, although a bit more explanation on the logic behind each pairing would have made it more engaging. A critical point: we had informed the restaurant in advance that one guest cannot eat mushrooms, yet they still received a dish with truffle. Mistakes happen, but the reaction was disappointing. There was no offer to bring the same dish without truffle or to replace it with an alternative. For a restaurant at this level, I expected a more proactive solution.
