Eat and Drive in Bad Kötzting

This restaurant has been around for... ages... and you can see that, maybe it's just that nice, or even so... this outdated atmosphere, beautiful decoration with fairy lights, comfortable seats, BoHo chic cushions, the view over the roofs, very, very friendly service, there is oat milk coffee, the cappu is lovingly decorated with a heart, nice to sit and chat, I really like this atmosphere, even in a department store that is at least half a century old, maybe exactly for this reason. The young team and the very friendly service staff really confirmed this impression. Gladly again.

We wanted to have dinner here, unfortunately it was closed despite the posted opening... Well, that won't work with new customers... but at least we had a nice evening walk 🤦‍♂️

The cordon bleu was fine But the roast pork including the sauce was catastrophic.

A real insider tip! I landed here spontaneously on Boxing Day and was given a very friendly welcome. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was harmonious and inviting. A stop here is definitely worth it!

Anyone who knows this snack bar months ago will be disappointed. There was a change of ownership, everything was “new”. The popular hot dogs now have a different, sweet bun; the sausage is no longer fried, but just warmed. There is very little sauce and would also be changed to a burger sauce. You get 1 small ketchup with the large fries. The cheeseburger is topped with a cheap molded cheese, a slice of cucumber and tomato. Here too you have to look for the sauce... Unfortunately this will probably be the last time we eat here. Missed the quality of the old owner's food from the first bite.
