The best restaurant in Offenbach at Kaiserlei! It definitely rivals many Frankfurt restaurants and is definitely not your typical hotel restaurant. The food is super delicious!

Very nice restaurant! Perfect service! Waiter very kind! The food was also good, potato soup and as main course the “All in One” with nice mix of sea food , chicken and falafel. The beer was fresh and good! Recommend for a nice and calm experience after a long day of work!

An absolute must for all brunch lovers! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The brunch was a dream – fresh ingredients, lovingly prepared, and simply perfect in taste. The price is truly commensurate with the quality. The service was super friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back! Thank you for this great brunch! We definitely recommend it.

We went to the East Side Restaurant for brunch and were very satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The scrambled eggs and other dishes were freshly prepared, and there was a plentiful selection. I particularly like the high quality of both the food and drinks. They also offered homemade spreads, and the fruit and rolls were fresh. The value for money is excellent, and I will be back. Overall, highly recommended!

I can only say that the restaurant is absolutely brilliant. And you shouldn't just eat à la carte, you should definitely try the brunch too. There are always certain expectations you have of a hotel restaurant brunch. And I can only say that these expectations are clearly exceeded at Eastside. Do yourself a favor and check it out with friends, family or even on your own. It is nothing but fantastic.

Others have already written beautifully about the chaos with our group, so I'll spare you that. I also have to add that my food was served lukewarm. The evening was simply completely unplanned. Hopelessly overwhelmed.

I really hate writing negative reviews but in this case I don't even know where to start. -unfriendly staff -too long waiting times -incredibly chaotic We were a large group and had already pre-ordered and announced three days in advance. Nevertheless, it took over an hour until everyone was seated. We waited another hour for our drinks despite repeated requests. Sometimes the main course came before the starter, for a friend the dessert (with ice cream!) came together with the main course. I also encountered racism: when I asked about my food I was fobbed off with the comment that not all the plates fit on the cart, a few minutes later she asked several times who had ordered the salad and everyone pointed at me, which the waitress pointed out to me and said something. And then I told myself I should speak German (I was born and grew up in Nuremberg, but the lady doesn't, judging by her accent, which doesn't bother me). Racism with a difference. I would like to understand what happened here today - and every cent I have to pay here hurts me a lot because no one deserves it. After waiting two hours and sometimes longer for our food, the appetizer-sized main courses disappointed us. It's just a complete disgrace and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here until they've cleaned up their internal situation. Luckily the golden M is nearby and we were able to be satisfied after a long, tiring day - we sat for five minutes and were even wished to enjoy our meal. At least here we were warmly welcomed and served 😉

How do you describe the most unpleasant, unprofessional, worst, most indescribable restaurant experience you have experienced in 56 years? We are a group of 60 people and a week ago we all pre-ordered our food here in this restaurant for 7 p.m. because some of us had workshops that lasted up to 7 hours that day. We had to wait almost 60 minutes to get in: Each person had to register and received a piece of paper with the food they had pre-ordered, and our name was also checked off on the list we sent them. We then had to sit at designated tables. (Later we were even allowed to push the tables together). By 8:30 p.m. most people were seated, but drink orders hadn't been taken or served yet. When the drinks were taken, the pre-ordered food was taken again. Ok, finally the drink we ordered arrives: 0.75 ml seltzer mineral water ... and sparkling tap water "Purezza" comes... let's see if they charge 9€ for it.... We are now freezing, it is very cool in the room. My pre-ordered food arrives at 8:56 p.m. With the meal comes dessert with ice cream. I'll send this back even if the waiter looks at me in surprise... Not everyone has their food yet. A friend's starter was still missing, the main course was already there. 9.20 p.m. there are still 3 main courses missing... 9:46 p.m. by now everyone has had their food... The service staff (5 people) are increasingly conspicuous by their absence. In between we were spoken to unpleasantly several times by the service staff... "please speak German..."... etc. Going here may work if you are alone or as a couple. As a large group never ever... I'm so sorry for our organizer. But we didn't let it spoil our mood. If you could give minus stars for service, hospitality and organization, I would give them😬 And... ...We're going to McDonalds now...😋

Elegant hotel restaurant with excellent food and attentive service. We ate here on three evenings and enjoyed every evening. My wife chose the squid dish twice, I had the Caesar salad with chicken twice. Really delicious chicken with large, juicy pieces, excellently prepared. On the third evening we chose the trout from the Asian menu, which was excellent. I travel a lot for work and many hotel restaurants are an “emergency solution”: but not this one. Absolute recommendation!

Unfortunately, the actual opening times do not match those on the door of the restaurant and on Google. That's why we stood in front of a closed door.

Restaurant bezocht tijdens verblijf hotel. Kleine niet echt verrassende kaart. Ook eenzelfde type wijnkaart, goed maar niet verrassend.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und ausreichend, die Preise leicht überteuert, der Service planlos und eher unprofessionell. Das Ambiente war für ein Silvester-Menü mega unterkühlt und glich eher einer Kantine, da direkt hinter unserem Tisch der Lounge Bereich begann, an dem eine große Gruppe sehr laut und deplatziert “gefeiert“ hat. Wir hatten als Paar wirklich etwas anderes erwartet und waren doch Recht enttäuscht.

Ottima qualità dei piatti. Buffet di insalate e verdure con ampia scelta, banco dei primi e dei secondi con scelta tra carne e pesce. Frutta fresca, dolci e soft drink. In sala sempre l'assistenza di una cameriera per ogni esigenza. Mi sono trovato molto bene. L'unico commento: un caffè espresso non sarebbe stato male.

Zeer ruim opgezet waar je rustig kunt ontbijten, lunchen. De bediening is uiterst netjes, behulpzaam. De menu heeft een goede keuze. De gerechten worden keurig uitgeserveerd en hebben een goede kwaliteit
