Cozy restaurant with delicious food

It looks very inconspicuous from the outside, but the food was really very tasty and the prices are absolutely fair.

So we wanted to try out the vegan dishes that were touted as legendary and our expectations were not met. Unfortunately we can only give an average 3 stars, we cannot understand the 4.6 overall rating.

Khanh Linh Quan is a good restaurant, where the food was the most important point, and it is natural that it was, because when we leave the house to eat out that is the expectation we have. I am an admirer of Vietnamese food, I like its seasonings, the presentation and the options offered. Within this scenario, and attracted by an invitation at the door of the house by a lady, who I believe to be one of the owners, we entered and sat down immediately. Here's a critique, aimed at the evolution of the restaurant. They need better trained desk professionals. The person who served us was not bad, but demonstrated a certain amateurism in taking orders and delivering the dishes. There was only our table, and the food took a reasonable amount of time. It is not worth stopping going to the restaurant, as I believe this review will bring reflection to the owners, who will be able to review this point and establish themselves in such a competitive environment for Vietnamese food in Berlin.

Really authentic! There are many dishes that other Vietnamese restaurants don't offer. Great service and the price is totally ok too!

Another basic and fake Vietnamese run by Chinese who don’t care about authenticity or quality. They don’t speak any English either. I asked for mine without fake vegetarian beef and it still arrived with it. Hate that stuff. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been eating here regularly for years, now there's vegan **BUN THIT NUONG** here, and it's incredibly tasty!!!.. it's something like traditional Vietnamese (pork) with ginger-lime vinaigrette. Linn, the loving legend from the kitchen, experiments with vegan delicacies. The BUN THIT NUONG is not on the menu yet, but feel free to ask about it, no guarantee! Otherwise I recommend the 83 and the Vetarian Vietnamese BIMBAP.... ...And OTHERWISE2!! Can you ask here if there is a new vegan dish, actually new vegan options every day!!

I took my order to-go but the marinated banh mi is so good with just the right balance of flavour and heat. Could be a bit more juicy but I was super happy.

“Ordered duck crispy” and the meat is on the steaming rice!?!? Duck is now covered in a wavy, disgusting breading. Unfortunately I can't understand it at all.

Great authentic experience. Make sure to ask the owner for the original Vietnamese dishes. They have a separate menu in Vietnamese. 😉 We don't speak the language, but we received thorough guidance to these dishes with photographs, etc.

After a day of travel, I had dinner here and immediately felt comfortable again. Delicious food, very friendly service and warm tea. I recommend the tea with ginger, lime, orange, mint and honey.

I came here to try it and found the food to be very delicious and the service to be very enthusiastic and attentive.

The service was good but the food was just okay… We ordered grilled pork, beef pho, and rice dish with crispy duck. The grilled pork was nice but the sauce was too salty. Pho was overcooked, it was very soft, not chewy and without rice flavor. Then the crispy duck… it was awful😅

Really lovely place. The owner is so friendly and food is above normal Vietnamese standards… you should ask for the Vietnamese Menu (and translate with google)

Honestly best experience in a long time. The service was a genuine treat, and the big mother sharing dish was so much fun to eat and even more fun to taste. Ask for the Vietnamese menu. You won’t be disappointed.

Both service and food were excellent. Not many people, but don't let that dissuade you. I can only recommend this place. Everything is clean and delicious. The prices aren't bad either the curry chicken with rice is 10,50 EUR. Recommend.

It's relatively authentic food, but seasoned a little too lightly for my taste! I had a Pho Bo. The meal was quick, but the noodles were too soggy and unfortunately not freshly prepared So for me it's just average, I know better Vietnamese people, sorry!

This is the fourth time I've eaten here. I'm thrilled with the place. I am always greeted so warmly and friendly. The food is very good. I always try different dishes and haven't had one that I didn't like. I will gladly come again.

The food here is really delicious and filling compared to the price, the rich seasoning is very different. Drinks are very fresh and delicious. The shop is airy and spacious, suitable for Kinderwagen. The owners are friendly. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

I'd say this place is one of the more average neighborhood Vietnamese joints. Pretty standard fare, tasty, but they they don't go the extra mile either. No way this place is a 4.6 as the current rating says – that just doesn't make any sense. I still have the occasional bun bo nam bo here, but really don't expect a feast for the senses.

Definitely recommended! Very authentic, very tasty... our Pho Bo (beef noodle soup) and bun with pork came with the full "set" = fresh ginger, coriander, red chili peppers... the service was extremely nice. We'll definitely come back :-)

Hello, I've been eating Asian food for a long time and I've never had it so bad. Pasta with vegetables and duck was drowned in an oil bath and tasted like dish soap. 'Pho with beef' but no beef in it at all. Other than the friendliness of the shopkeeper, there is nothing else worth mentioning. Absolutely not recommended!

Ambiance needs improvement: seating is functional, but soy sauce containers are wrapped in aluminum foil. Service: Li and Lina were magical ladies. Li immediately gave me a recommendation (see photo of Ban Beo: rice paper...) and knew straight away: he wanted to discover new things. She gave me a tap water with a slice of orange. Very attentive and kind. Please continue to learn German so that we can flirt better. ;-) Food: the starter was Ban Beo very exciting flavors and textures. Too expensive for 7 euros. In general, the prices are due to inflation and are still marginal due to the proximity to Ostkreuz. The main course: udon noodles with fish was a bit bland. This means the soup is watery and has no spicy taste. Had to add a lot of seasoning. Pieces of fish okay, but with only 4 shrimps. I would recommend it.

Das Essen und die Bedienung waren top! Ich liebe die vietnamesische Küche und dieses Restaurant hat bis jetzt alles getopft! Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen, besonders wenn man authentische Küche liebt und gerne auch was Neues ausprobieren möchte.

Freundlich und schnelles leckeres Essen, super große Portionen. Das Innendesign ist leider etwas zusammen gewürfelt, aber es ist warm und gemütlich.

Haben heute eine super leckere Pho zum Mitnehmen bekommen! Authentisch, ordentliche Portion, fairer Preis. Am besten gefiel mir, dass neben Chili, Salat, Bambus Sprossen und Limette auch diese leckere Sauce mit Knoblauch und Chilli extra dabei war! Die bekommt man sonst zwar nahezu überall an den Tisch gereicht, zum Mitnehmen habe ich das so aber noch nicht erlebt. Wir kommen wieder 😍

Fantastic dish: Kho Ram! Very kind stuff and clean place.

We have been eating here at least once a month for the past 4 years. It WAS our favourite Vietnamese in Berlin and a real hidden gem. Unfortunately new owners have bought it and the prices have increased sharply and the food quality has decreased significantly. The beef Pho which has increased by 5 Euro no longer has tender slices of brisket. It now has some very chewy low quality steak that tastes and looks terrible. The broth tasted watered down and was further diluted by old wilted bean sprouts. The noodles were overcooked and just disintegrated into tiny pieces. The noodles with tofu were almost as they used to be but now they are very greasy which really made them unpleasant to eat. The noodles were also way overcooked and falling apart in this dish. Very disappointing experience to be honest. I don't think I will be back as there are now tastier options for better value in the area I wish the previous owners all the best with there next venture. They were always so friendly and always great food.

Einer der besten Vietnamesen in Berlin. Hammeressen. Immer noch günstig. Probiert das Tontopf Gericht mit Knöterich! Personal auch sehr nett. Ambiente ist in Ordnung.

Essen war sehr lecker, mit liebevoll gekocht. Besonders Tradition Essen aus mein Heimat Quang Binh - Vietnam. Klein Lokal aber angenehm Abendessen war für mich.

In Kürze: Unscheinbar von außen, wenn man aber den Schritt „wagt“ und hier essen geht dann bekommt man super freundlichen Service, sehr (!) gutes Essen (empfehle die Nr. 47 und 55). Das gedämpfte Gemüse und super knackig und frisch. Ein kleiner Salat ist auch immer dabei, der Reis ist wie er sein sollte. Dazu Chiliöl und Knöblauchöl hausgemacht auf dem Tisch. Preis Leistung ist 10/10. Weiter so! Definitiv jetzt Stammkunde ;)

Die beste vegetarische Pho der Stadt! Ich liebe das vietnamesische Restaurant von Minh einfach. Die Gerichte sind super authentisch, recht preiswert und einfach sehr lecker. Ich bin regelmäßige Kundin und realisiere jedes Mal mehr, wie toll die Pho Hanoi ist. Man erhält Knoblauchsoße, Ingwer, Limette und frische Chili. Die Lage ist auch super :) Absolute Empfehlung!

Wahnsinnig gutes Essen, schön angerichtet und zu einem günstigen Preis. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Wir sind angehalten, weil es so ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen mit toller Energie war. Das Essen war köstlich, der Service sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend und die Atmosphäre auch schön. Gerne wieder!

Don't be fooled by the appearances: this doesn't look like other wanna-be fancy Viet restaurants in the surroundings, but the food is full of flavor and fresh, the portions are big and the service is really kind. I'm really glad I found it and I'll be back for sure!

Ich habe Sushi eine Pho Ha Noi über Lieferando bestellt. Brühe, Nudeln und Einlage wurden seperat geliefert. Das fand ich super, weil ich so die Brühe nochmal kurz aufkochen konnte. Die Suppe war sehr lecker! Die Maki mit gegrillter Lachshaut waren auch super.

Sehr freundliches Personal aber geschmacklich nicht so dolle. Das Beste waren noch die wirklich großen Sommerrollen, die ich als Vorspeise zu mir nahm. Die Preise sind in Ordnung aber in der Realität teurerer als auf der Homepage angegeben. Das dürfte es eigentlich nicht geben.

I ordered from Lieferando and was extremely happy with this Bun Cha Gio. The presentation was really nice. I love that they provided plenty of nuoc cham for dipping too. Very authentic. Highly recommended.

Dieses vietnamesische Restaurant gibt es hier schon lange und es hebt sich durch sein gemütliches und eher familiäres Ambiente von den anderen Neueren ab. Oft habe ich mir hier schon die Pho-Suppe bestellt und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Sommerrollen und das immer frisch zubereitete Sushi kann ich auch empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind auch annehmbar.

Reallllyy love the beef pho I ordered, it came with garlic pickle, add another flavor on top, extra tasty. The broth wasn’t too salty, Al the flavor is balance and big portion too. I was suggested by a friend he comes here often, no doubt that they are 100% authentic 🥰🩷

Incredible food! Whole plethora of vegan and vegetarian options and super cozy atmosphere. The service is very friendly and the dishes are fairly inexpensive. If you compare it to other (more „fashionable“) places like umami or mom‘s creation, the food here at Duc tam quan clearly wins.

Mein Mann und ich gehen sehr gerne in das Restaurant essen oder bestellen unser Essen nach Hause! Es schmeckt alles sehr frisch und lecker! Die Menschen vor Ort sind so freundlich, deswegen können wir es vom ganzen Herzen weiter empfehlen! :)

War hier schon mehrfach unf es war immer gut, diese Woche hatte ich hier aber eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung bekommen und mir geht es seit 2,5 Tagen nun schon schlecht... Also lieber vegetarisch hier essen und nicht die Ente

Es ist ein sehr kleines Restaurant. Es gibt viele verschiedene Gerichte, auch mit Fleisch. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die (hoffentlich) selbstgemachte Nudelsuppe.

Wie ich diese Vietnamesische Küche vermisse. Ich wünschte wir hätten in Leipzig auch so ein Local. Zum Mittagstisch war ich mindestens 1 mal die Woche hier essen gewesen, das war für mich ein muss! Das Essen war für mich immer frisch und Gesund, so hat es jedenfalls Geschmeckt. Da bekomme ich gleich wieder Fernweh. Also ich war immer Zufrieden.

Süßer Laden, riecht stark nach Putzmittel. Sehr nettes Personal! Dauert etwas, aber Preis-Leistung ist total in Ordnung. Das Sushi ist super und sehr liebevoll angerichtet.
