Dubrovnik Restaurant in Krefeld

We have been regular guests there for years because we are convinced of the quality of the food. Many of our family members celebrate various family celebrations there, sometimes large and sometimes small. Unfortunately, this is now a thing of the past, as I unfortunately cannot eat everything due to a proven food allergy. So if I want to enjoy the food without long-term consequences, I have to rearrange a lot of things - I'm sure it's not just me. Due to the new regulation that you have to pay a corresponding surcharge for each ingredient, we will now take a different approach because the prices are already high. It's a shame - we'll be happy to come back if this regulation is abolished again. For us, the ability to make reorders is part of a good service, but if this is already too high a demand in the eyes of the operators, this cannot be changed.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The food was very tasty and therefore had a great price-performance ratio. The food was at the table very quickly. You can eat there without hesitation.

Yesterday we had dinner at the Dubrovnik restaurant with three people and my 95-year-old mother-in-law. Since she is not in good health, we didn't order her own dish, but just asked for an additional plate. The food was tasty and was served quickly. We paid by card. However, I later realized that we had been charged three euros for the empty plate. I find this extremely outrageous and see it as a pure rip-off. This has nothing to do with good service and I am very disappointed. It's a shame I didn't notice this when paying.

We had a spontaneous meal there last night. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. I can only recommend it.

We arrived here with the whole family. After a quick call, we ordered a table outside for 8 people and received it after a short wait. The food we ordered was, as always, amazing 😄 very tasty. There was grilled liver, grilled salmon, pliskavika with veta cheese, cevapcici, all dishes with salad 🥗 and fries and rice 🍚 So delicious 😋

The meat 🥩 was very tender and well seasoned. Since I didn't manage to eat all of the food, I had it packed, which was done without any problems. But you should make a reservation for the terrace. We just had dinner with you as a couple with our almost one-year-old daughter and we are super happy! The food was excellent and the staff is super accommodating. Were there yesterday for years, the food was really excellent and the service was really great. Drinks were there immediately, food came quickly and people asked several times whether everything was OK or whether the food tasted good. This is how you imagine good service!

I went to this restaurant for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Every meal came with a starter soup and a dessert. The food was very tasty and price/performance was very good.

Unfortunately I cannot share the reviews of my predecessors. Had dinner there at Easter. The menu was very small and the prices were high. The service was polite and attentive. Unfortunately the food was not good, the meat was dry (beef) and the vegetables were completely unseasoned. That's why we left disappointed and won't be coming back, as there are plenty of alternatives that also correspond to the price/performance ratio.

We had a really nice evening with the whole family. The service was super warm. The icing on the cake was the superbly prepared dishes. Everything was just right for us. Thank you very much for the great evening. We will be happy to come back.

Unfortunately we are totally disappointed. The store is disorganized. We didn't even get to finish our drinks and were asked to pay because the table had to be set for the next party. We had to wait an hour for our food only to be told that we had taken too long to eat. This can also ruin your evening.

Our visit to the Dubrovnik Restaurant was a bitter disappointment that proved disturbing and frustrating. Despite spending a hefty €300 in just one hour, we were shown a shocking lack of hospitality. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour for our food, we were asked to leave after only 55 minutes of eating as they had to set the tables for the next guests. We were accused of taking too long for our food. Such an approach shows poor planning and a lack of respect for paying guests. A pork fillet and the turkey medallions were very dry, some of the fries were very hard, a lava cake unfortunately had no liquid core and the cherries in the vanilla ice cream had a strange taste. Despite the good taste of the Djuvec rice, this experience will unfortunately be remembered and we can do not recommend the restaurant.

We ate in the restaurant again yesterday after a long time. We didn't know the new team yet...but I have to say everything was great, just as we were used to back then under the owner Mato. Price-performance ratio is 100%. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

We spontaneously decided to go out for dinner this evening. With 2 children and 4 adults. The restaurant was very busy, but something was conjured up for us within a few minutes. The staff and the owner are always very friendly and helpful. The food is always very good and I have eaten there many times. No matter what I ordered it was always delicious. I can really only recommend it.

Restaurant war gut besucht. Das Personal war fleißig unterwegs, sehr freundlich und war eigentlich ständig bemüht sich nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste zu erkundigen. Sehr lobenswert. Aber leider war ich trotzdem nicht ganz glücklich mit meinem Teller. Die Pommes waren lauwarm und der Speck war Gummimäßig. Das Fleisch war auch nicht mehr wirklich warm (heiß). Klar... Das hätte ich auch reklamieren können. Aber zeitlich wollte und konnte ich nicht noch mal warten. Musste auch wieder pünktlich los. Daher trotzdem einige Punktabzüge. Schade. Einen freien Parkplatz muss man evtl. suchen.

Obwohl angeboten wird keine Kartenzahlung unter 20€ akzeptiert. War leider knapp darunter. Hat mich in eine unangenehme Situation gebracht. Die Reaktion vom Chef war unverschämt. Das Essen war eher unterdurchschnittlich. Fleisch zäh, sehnig sehr durchwachsen. Kaum gewürzt. Die Pommes waren aber lecker. Werde ich nicht mehr besuchen. Krefeld hat bessere Lokale.

Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir wurden mehrere Male gefragt,ob alles in Ordnung sei (ohne aufdringlich zu sein),auch wenn unsere Getränke leer waren,kam immer ein Kellner. Das haben wir in vielen Restaurants schon anders erlebt,da hat niemand gefragt,ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder,um leckeres Essen,eine nette Atmosphäre und freundliche Menschen um uns zu haben.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre unerwartet sehr familiär. Das Geschäftliche wurde dadurch fast zur Nebensache. Die Speisekarte war zwar recht übersichtlich, aber trotzdem auch vielseitig. Mein Entrecôte und die "Zimtpflaumen mit Vanilleeis" waren gaaanz hervorragend. In Zukunft werde ich dort auch privat Essen gehen.

Habe schon lange nicht mehr auswärts so ein gutes Filet gegessen. Es war auf den Punkt. Es war förmlich eine geschmacksexplusion. Der Service bombe,sehr freundlich ,wir hatten den Dubrovnik Teller . Einfach nur klasse. Danke für diesen schönen Abend. Ich vergebe 10 Sterne 🌟

Eten was erg goed personeel erg vriendelijk professional .we hadden het bijna opgegeven om wat te eten bijna overal donër en daar hou ik niet van.en mijn vrouw vind eten uit de Balkan niks maar nu zei ze nog nooit zo lekker gegeten. En dat in Duitsland

Waren einmal Essen und es war super - lar etwas hochpreisig aber super Service und super tolles Essen - kann ich nur empfeheln wenn man die kroatische Küche mag.

1) Man hat mich vergessen und mein Essen weggeschmissen. Habe gebeten, mir die restlichen 2 Schweinemedaillons einzupacken. Der Wunsch ist wohl total untergegangen. Obschon der Lokal nicht gerade voll war. Fand das ziemlich befremdlich, habe aber keinen Aufstand gemacht. Nun sitze ich hungrig zu Hause und ärgere mich... 2) Die Speisen: kein Zauberwerk, hat aber alles geschmeckt

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, alle wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Hier geht man nicht hungrig nach Hause. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und die Portionen sind wirklich groß. Super für einen geselligen Abend.

Nach einigen Jahren gestern mit drei Erwachsenen dort gewesen, leider nicht mehr in KR wohnhaft. Früher eins unserer Stammlokale! Schon bei der Ankunft bemerkten wir, dass es sehr leer war ( zur Hauptessenszeit 19 Uhr). Essen war fade bis Fleisch zäh, Cevapcici schmeckten nach Blut. Auf Nachfrage erzählte man uns das 2018 ein Besitzerwechsel stattfand. Leider ist damit auch die Qualität, guter Service und der Wunsch der Wiederkehr gegangen. Garantiert unser letzter Besuch dort. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zum Mittagessen für Familienfest eingeladen. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und orient sicxh an der Balkanküche. Der Grillteller war leider miserable. Das Fleisch: Speckscheibe war labbelig, das Schweinesteak zäh und die Cevapcici nicht geniessbar.

Das Essen und auch der Service ist hervorragend. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zubereiteten Speisen sind üppig und sehr Gut zubereitet. Ein wahrer Augenschmaus.

Seit vielen Jahren besuchen wir dieses Restaurant, weil wir mit der Qualität des Essens sehr zufrieden waren. Samstag Abend jedoch, wir hatten - wie so oft - eine Hausplatte bestellt und mußten feststellen, dass der Bauchspeck total verbrannt und ausgetrocknet war, die beiden Fleischspieße - zäh wie Leder - und auch nicht frisch zubereitet. Die Cevapcici waren verbrannt und wirkten auch nicht frisch zubereitet. Alles in allem waren wir maßlos enttäuscht. Was noch enttäuschender war, die Chefin behauptete, sie sehe es nicht so. Ob wir nochmals hingehen werden, ist in Frage gestellt. Der Palatschinken als Abschluss war lecker.

Wir haben hier als Familie wunderbar zu Abend gegessen. Extrem freundliche und flotte Bedienung. Die Pommes für den hungrigen Sohn kamen vor allem anderen kurz nach den Getränken als erstes ganz flott (!) und waren sehr gut. Die Portionen waren groß und alles sehr gut, vor allem auch das Fleisch. In entspannter Atmosphäre bei niedrigem Geräuschpegel konnte man sich prima unterhalten.

+ Preis-Leistung stimmt + super höflicher und schneller Service + leckeres und frisches Essen - Ambiente ist verbesserungswürdig
