We were able to watch the Champions League match between PSG and FC Bayern relatively well yesterday. The food selection was limited. The service wasn't always available, but always friendly. I enjoyed the Guinness, but in my opinion, it wasn't a pint.

The waitress, if I'm not mistaken her name was Linda, was lovely, very nice, and gave me and my son excellent advice on his first whisky. I think he'll become a whisky lover like me 🙂

The music is too loud for my taste... But otherwise it's very nice.

At 9:30 p.m., we asked the lady if we could sing a birthday song for a friend at midnight. She said, "That's too early, we should call later." At 11:55 p.m., she said, "No, you should have come earlier." Unfortunately, she's always very rude. Everyone can have a bad day, but you don't have to ruin someone else's birthday because of it. I'd be happy to be friendlier and more professional next time.

Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was too loud to have a conversation or understand each other, and the food (tomato and mozzarella baguette) was a disgrace, a reheated and overpriced frozen baguette.

If you just want to quench your thirst (with whatever you want), this is the place to be. Simple snacks, like ready-made pizza, are also available.

If you want a fresh Guinness in Hanover, you have to go to the Dublin Inn... This pub, which has been around for over 20 years, impresses with its friendly staff (most of them even speak German... 😁), a diverse crowd that's great for chatting with, especially while watching the many different sports broadcasts, and a good selection of drinks (various beers, long drinks, and exciting shots) that ensure you feel completely at home. Karaoke is a must, as is stopping by on St. Patrick's Day. The place is packed and the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic, considering you're outside of Ireland. And Hanoverians aren't necessarily known for escalating things. 😂 The food is rather uncreative, but that's easily forgotten with one more drink... 😉

We had a nightcap and then went to the hotel. The people were nice and the atmosphere was cozy.

The waitress has long, light hair tied back in a ponytail, is rude, unfriendly, and speaks to the guests as if they had come to her home uninvited. Horror

Were there for football on Wednesday evening, it was extremely crowded and very, very stuffy, even though the windows were tilted. So it took a long time to operate it. I can't say anything about the food but the beer was tasty. 😄

An authentic pub with live music for St. Patrick's Day. It was a very nice evening that I would gladly repeat. The friendly staff ensured a constant supply of Guinness. The restrooms were clean, and the pizza was pretty bad for a pub.

A typical Irish pub, although outside of the karaoke the music is always very quiet and it's best to get your drink at the bar. I've been to the pub very often and only had good service once. The rest of the staff are thirsty until an order comes and some are also unfriendly and demotivated. But otherwise a nice shop😅The selection of food is not very large. The tarte flambée was a garlic bomb but the snacks were very tasty.

I was in this pub today and unfortunately I have to say that the bartender (green shirt) left a very unfriendly impression. He appeared quite arrogant towards me and had a patronizing manner that was not particularly pleasant. Instead of being friendly and courteous, he seemed annoyed and impatient. Unfortunately, that really spoiled the visit. In a pub I simply expect a more respectful treatment of the guests. I hope the owner keeps an eye on the behavior of his staff. For these reasons I will no longer visit this pub.

I went to Dublin Inn for the first time with some friends. I was really looking forward to the karaoke evening and having a good time with my friends. After being in the Dublin Inn for 2 hours, we were asked to leave the pub in a very unfriendly manner by a waitress because we didn't order enough for her. Mind you there were 6 of us, Two of us had ordered something to eat and we had already started the third round of cocktails. Especially since we had to wait at least 30 minutes each time before we could place our order. I have never experienced such bad service. And then they threatened to call the POLICE because I didn't want to leave until I had finished my cocktail in peace. All the good reviews are more than a mystery to me.

More of a football pub than a typical pub. The selection of options regarding food is somewhat limited if you're thirsty and hungry. Hanover offers nicer pubs but are still good for a few pints for a football match from the first or second Bundesliga or even for a Premier League game.

After an initially fun karaoke night, the Böhse Onkelz were played at the end. When asked about it, DJ Steven reacted extremely badly and even seemed to really sympathize with this song. This band is closely involved with the right-wing scene and, according to him, it's great that every song is played because this way "diversity" can be celebrated. It's great that everyone and right-wing people can celebrate there freely in front of everyone. Very problematic statements that you should urgently discuss internally! Just because you can want every song doesn't mean you should play every song. This is not possible and leaves every person affected by racism feeling uncomfortable. I don't think it's worth just playing every song for this price. There is a difference between listening privately and playing the song on a big stage.

Top pub. You have to arrive early otherwise you won't get a place on the weekend. Small sufficient selection of food. You can't rate all the waitresses the same way, some are very friendly and helpful, some walk around as if they don't feel like it. Football, for example, is broadcast. Prices for drinks are appropriate, selection available.

It was a glorious karaoke evening with friendly service and good drinks. You get real Irish flair here. We will visit it again when we are in Hanover.

It’s better than Irish pubs in Ireland. You can enjoy your drink at your own pace without waiters constantly hovering and pressuring you to order another before you’ve even finished. Honestly, Irish pubs outside of Ireland tend to be better, specially in Germany.

Window seats are not recommended in December, unfortunately you cannot close the windows, put on a sweater!

Cool shop, food reasonable for a pub. Unfortunately, the service was totally overwhelmed. Unfortunately, it's not possible to wait 30-45 minutes for service on a Bundesliga Saturday. It's good that you could drink mulled wine at the Christmas market every now and then.

A pub as you would imagine. Everything fit. The smell of toilet stone that wafted from the toilets up into the restaurant room was extremely disturbing. We didn't last long

A cozy pub with the patina of years gone by. At the front you sit in niches with dark wood, at the back there is karaoke on two days with a lot of atmosphere. Good selection with several types of Irish beer.

Update: After 2 month we have been back to the Dublin Inn. We waited more than 10min at the bar watching 5 staffs behind the bar. We left order and had a beer somewhere else. We won't come back. ---------------------- Irish Pub, a bit worn out. We wished the staff were more attentive, however the berr was cold and we may come back once we are at Hannover and seeking a Stout

We came into the store at 11 p.m. on a Thursday with a larger group (for after work) and we were immediately given the clear feeling that we were actually unwelcome as guests. At first the service didn't come at all and then only when requested. Her facial expressions also spoke a clear language. I also missed music in the store. But at least the drink was tasty and had some oomph.

It's probably a matter of taste. But the Dublin Inn is in poor condition - just showing its age. Way too full - the waitresses really do their best, but are simply overwhelmed. Karaoke was really funny, but after 2 hours the mood went out of steam. Maybe some things will be repaired and maintained better. Thanks.

Quaint, stylish Irish pub with delicious draft beers and a large selection of whiskey. The staff is always great. We like to go here for a final beer after the 96 home games. However, a visit is always worth it.

Really great shop! Whether alone or in company, a visit here is always worth it. You come in and are always greeted in a friendly manner by the bartenders and quickly served by the service staff. The atmosphere is very cozy and especially on karaoke evenings, even the last guest in the far corner is in a great mood! ❤️

It may certainly be the ambience, but upon closer inspection it is very "sticky", especially the cards on the table and the tables themselves. The service today could have been a little nicer. 🤨
