Excellent traditional German cuisine! I'll definitely be back! I'll absolutely have the Kaiserschmarrn for dessert again, even if I'm bursting at the seams!

We were really looking forward to visiting this inn, especially to the half-chicken, which was prominently advertised with detailed instructions for preparation… supposedly requiring 20 minutes of roasting. We received it 8 minutes after ordering. And it tasted accordingly. Not bad, but dry and not fresh. Making a reservation by phone beforehand also didn't work, as the employee barely spoke German. Luckily, it wasn't too busy, even though it was Saturday. The service was friendly enough, but inattentive, so we had to actively seek out the staff.

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant before a sightseeing tour. I had a steak and I have never had a better one in my life. Excellent taste and large portions. Prices are average for this area. Food quality and taste excellent! Draft beer also above average. I definitely recommend visiting! It's worth it. You definitely won't regret it.

I've rarely eaten so well as I did tonight. It's hard to find even a single flaw. The service, atmosphere, and food were all first-class. Thank you for the wonderful evening, and I'll definitely be back! :-)

Super delicious, always happy to order

Amazing food at great prices. You'll definitely leave full. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I've been there several times because the food is just so good and the menu always has something delicious to offer.

Excellent roast dishes (e.g., the mixed grill). The side dishes were also outstanding. We've never had such good potato dumplings (not tasteless rubber balls) and the red cabbage was also very well seasoned (at least to our taste). The generous side salad is well-balanced (e.g., with beetroot) and the dressing is very good. The dining room is currently elaborately decorated for Christmas. We will definitely come back.

Good food and everything that goes with it

There were two of us, and we hadn't made a reservation, but we still got a table without any trouble. The welcome was warm, and we received attentive and prompt service throughout. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. Everything tasted absolutely fantastic – fresh, well-seasoned, and typical of a Bavarian inn. The ambiance was also excellent: rustic, cozy, and perfectly suited to the regional cuisine. Overall, a very successful visit that we highly recommend!

We liked the Drei Rosen restaurant and today, after the sauna, we ordered two roasted potatoes with a fried egg to go. I was craving roasted potatoes. 11 euros with a small salad is okay, but the portion was so small that it was an absolute rip-off for the price.

My visit to the restaurant was very positive overall. The food was good, and the liver was particularly outstanding – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The roulade was also tasty, although it could have been a little more tender for my taste. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The beer hall is a traditional building with a strong Bavarian flavor! The staff was very helpful and friendly by German standards! The dishes were extremely tasty and well prepared, both in quantity and taste! Also, the waiter Zoran who served us was very good, smiling and always friendly! Wow…. What a find! Plenty of food, and all of it was fantastic. We had red cabbage (Rotkhol), sausages, steak and chicken. Everything was great. The mustard and hot pretzels were just the icing on the cake. Drank several fest beers too since it IS Oktoberfest time.

Great Bavarian restaurant, friendly staff. The food offers something for everyone.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend their delivery service! We went there because they're now offering a white sausage breakfast. And the experience wasn't exactly the best! From ordering to the arrival of the white sausages, it took 30 minutes (to heat them up in water), by which time our freshly baked pretzels were almost cold again, as they only took 20 minutes to heat up, which is fine! The mustard that was served to us in a yellow plastic bottle was rather spicy and had an intense curry flavor. When we asked about it, the waiter said, quite surprised, that he would have to check if they even had anything like white sausage mustard, which surprised us greatly. You'd think that a traditional Bavarian restaurant could easily handle something like a white sausage breakfast. But apparently not! We had specifically checked their website to see if and what they were delivering, and also whether they were delivering at that time. After that, we put together a selection of dishes and called (which took about 30 minutes). . ... Then came a brief phone call with a woman who informed us they were not accepting any orders and would not be delivering. “Now that’s what I call customer service!”

We came all the way from Romania, and we had a great time at this restaurant. The spatzle was great and we also had an apple strudel with vanilla ice cream.The personal is friendly and food comes really fast.

Fantastic local German restaurant. The service was outstanding. The waitress asked if we only spoke English and she brought us English menus. She recommended food she recommended beer everything was fantastic. One of the best German beers I’ve ever drank.

We had a delicious meal at the inn. My pan of various roasts was super tasty and plentiful, and my wife's roast pork was tender and delicious. Unfortunately, the soup for the appetizer lacked full flavor, and the waitress was having a bad day, in terms of her mood. But I would still go back anytime.

A classic beer garden in Dachau. It offers traditional Bavarian dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. We had four different dishes, mine was Ochsenbraten. The roast was very good. I gave it four stars because I expected generous portions, as mentioned in the reviews, but instead the dishes were average, in line with other restaurants.

We went to the Drei Rosen yesterday. What can I say: We came without a reservation and still got a seat, even though the beer garden was already very busy. The food was really very good. Our server, Elke, was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. Thumbs up for what this beer garden does, with all these paths and stairs. We'll be happy to come back.

We came here spontaneously and got a table right away, even though it was only 5:30 p.m.! Very friendly staff, incredibly delicious food—real Bavarian cuisine as expected—and delicious beer at a reasonable price.

Cozy, delicious, nice beer garden, good value for money!

Unfortunately, there was no salad at all. Only the lettuce leaves were fresh. The radicchio was brown, meaning it had been sitting around for a while, and there was pickled coleslaw and chopped tomatoes with onions. Schnitzel and roasts are great. So just something hearty and no salad.

We visited 3 Roses for an afternoon drink. It was a disappointment; grumpy service, long waits, lots of wasps, and high prices. They do have a nice terrace, though.

Cozy beer garden, good beer and food

First of all. Everything is getting more expensive, I'm well aware of that. But after the renewed VAT reduction, charging €4.80 for a glass of Pepsi in restaurants just seems a little off. The quality and taste of the food has been at a good beer garden level for years, but unfortunately, some of the prices seem randomly set. A salad with three frozen potato dumplings for €13. Incomprehensible. I'll continue to visit the restaurant, but after 25 years, I won't do it as often as before.

Highly recommended! I'm only in Dachau occasionally, but when I am, I stop here... The menu is regional, authentic, and very good! My personal recommendation is the Kaiserschmarrn. I'd happily give it five stars plus.

Great beer garden, delicious regional cuisine, and friendly staff. I was very satisfied. A quick update after a return visit: I'm absolutely thrilled with the attentiveness of the waiters. There were three of us in the restaurant, and only I ordered dessert. However, since the waiters had apparently already realized during the main course that everyone had tried/eaten a bit of each other's food, we were served dessert along with three small plates and matching cutlery. Allergies were also very well catered for, and numerous alternatives were offered. The food tasted great. The salad was fresh and crisp, the meat was not overcooked but nicely juicy, and the caramelized Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes) was simply a dream.

We sat comfortably outside and had two currywursts with fries and two Kaiserschmarrns. The sausages were okay, the Kaiserschmarrn was great. The caramelized Tipitopi – you can't get much better than that. Friendly service

It was quite busy, so it took a long time to get our food. The dessert lacked ice cream and whipped cream.

I can't say anything about the food. We only had a drink. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly. Both the young woman and the young man were very listless and almost aggressive. It's a shame. It definitely puts you off the desire to go back.

A truly top-notch, authentic Bavarian beer garden. I'd love to go back. The waiter, Daniel, was super friendly and always had a cool joke ready. You rarely find something like that these days. The food was really good, and the authentic Bavarian cheese spaetzle was world-class.

Everything fits there, under big trees with delicious food and cold beer - what more could you want.

A definite yes! We just came back from the very nice beer garden in a good mood. Everything was perfect. The waiter, the food, the drinks. Despite the heat and the very busy beer garden, everything was very quick and friendly.

We were in Dachau as tourists and spent a long time deciding where to eat. The Gasthaus Drei Rosen was by far the best choice. The food was absolutely delicious (we had the giant currywurst, wiener and turkey schnitzel, and cheese spaetzle), it was amazing! The waiter, Danijel, is especially personable and friendly. He gave us great advice and is a really cool, funny guy.☺️👍🏻

Essen die stattliche Speisekarte macht es ncht gerade einfach. Ich gebe zu, mir als Österreicher sind manche Entscheidungen nicht nachvollziehbar. Aß das Rosenpfandel : Schweinsbraten, Rindsbraten und Brathuhnteil mit Kartoffelknödel. Dazu wurde warmes Rotkraut gereicht und eine nette Bratensauce. Frage Rotkraut und Huhn, Bartensaftl und Huhn, Schweinsbarten (der war super) und Rotkohl. Erschließt sich mir nicht (ganz) Bin das eher "weniger ist mehr" - Fraktion. Toll, die Toiletten neben der Schießanlage - letztere sehr sehenswert.

An absolute RECOMMENDATION! This restaurant is more than just recommended – it's an absolute must for anyone who has the opportunity to stop by. Service and hospitality are truly top priority here! We visited as a family with two children, and I have to honestly say I've never experienced such a positive atmosphere so quickly. Both our children and the staff had their own personal experience – simply fantastic! The food was delicious!

A random visit and an immediate shock! Five different main courses, and each one exceeded our expectations. Plus, the warm, approachable service, even for the littlest guests. Simply exemplary! We'll be back!

Whilst looking for a dinner place nearby, attracted to the good reviews of Gasthaus Drei Rosen. It was quite packed for a Monday night. Atypical german farmhouse decor, light wooden framing doorway and windows. We had roast pork with potato dumplings, schnitzel and lumberjack steak with potatoes. Quite salty food, especially the lumberjack steak. Initial order was quite quickly taken, with a salad that came with the main were quickly served. With just two waitresses for the amount of tables, they did quite well. It's a pity as difficult to get attention for franziskaner weissbier beer refills. Overall not great dining experience.

There were four of us here and we ordered four different dishes. The goulash and the lumberjack steak were sensational. The half-handle was also very good. Excellent service. Excellent food. We were there spontaneously.

I found the food very good and plentiful, and the prices acceptable. However, the waiter was a bit too rude for me. I'm happy to be addressed informally without asking, but this was a bit too blunt for me.

One star – a racist and disrespectful experience I am deeply shocked and disappointed by our visit to this restaurant. When we went to order drinks, my friend ordered a Colaweizen (a cola-like beer). The waiter corrected him, saying, "Here we call it..." – using the N-word (pronounced in German). My friend replied that he would rather call it a Colaweizen (a cola-like beer). The waiter later came back to us and repeated the statement, using the N-word, this time adding, "Well, like a beer with an immigrant background." This repeated use of a racist term in a supposedly "funny" context was clearly provocative and completely inappropriate. We felt extremely uncomfortable and attacked. It is incomprehensible that such discriminatory terms are still used in this day and age – and in a public space, by a member of staff. I sincerely hope that the owners of this restaurant do not support this attitude. There is an urgent need for awareness and a sense of responsibility, especially in the catering industry, where people from different backgrounds come together.

The restaurant was recommended to me by Gemini. You really can't call the bar under the trees a beer garden. I ate Schäufele. The meat was dry and had probably been waiting for customers since yesterday. The dumpling was wholesale and the cabbage was not edible. I can't recommend it.
