An absolute savior when the cafeteria food isn't tasty. You can't go wrong with a full-sized pizza for €5!

There were many good reviews in the past. Now there is also a more diverse selection/a different menu. As a single person, it is not possible to order a mixed sushi platter. When asked, this was also denied or refused. So you are forced to order a platter for at least two people for almost €50. We find the decoration in the form of opulent plastic trees and plastic flowers and various other decorative items unhygienic. They are served on the platters with the sushi. They certainly won't withstand hot cleaning, such as in a 65-70 degree dishwasher. But they are repeatedly served with food/sushi. Our table was sticky. Our appetizers were served on a basket with a tiny piece of paper in between. How is the wicker basket cleaned/cleaned of food scraps? The service was also rather cool and inattentive. Disinterested. We enjoyed the food. But all the other circumstances overshadow that. We will definitely not be coming back. Oh, and card payments weren't possible either...but there was no indication of that beforehand. No signs.

I visited this restaurant in Aachen’s old town and ordered ice cream and chicken soup. The ice cream was okay, but the soup was thin and greasy with a strong smell I didn’t enjoy. I shared my feedback; one staff member was understanding, but another insisted we still pay and mentioned they only accept cash. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
