Özcan best kebab man far and wide 🙏🏼

I was served promptly and friendly. There was nothing wrong with the service. Unfortunately, the place isn't particularly nice to look at. Old cupboards with glasses in them, as well as the chairs and table an “old brown”. Well, it's not a restaurant where you go to enjoy a nice atmosphere on site. Enough to pick up. I had a classic kebab, kebab sandwich as it is correctly called there. At least doner kebab and not a rotisserie meat sandwich. Unfortunately, the taste of the meat didn't impress me at all. It tastes strongly of caraway. Although I like cumin, this taste was definitely too much. As soon as you had a piece of meat with you, the rest also tasted like caraway. Too bad. The sauce used wasn't my thing either. it was a garlic herb sauce. Not bad, but not a highlight. The rest was also run-of-the-mill standard kebab goods. The usual bread and raw vegetables. The amount of meat should be mentioned positively. That was above average. However, it's not entirely wrong at this point, as the kebab costs a whopping €7. Conclusion: the kebab didn't convince me. I'd rather go to the kebab shop in Kall. The kebab is even more expensive, but the taste is in a completely different league. You can choose sauces and the ambience is much more pleasant.

Employees are all friendly and everything, but the food is a DISASTER! The meat tastes like it was bought from the supermarket, the bread falls apart once you bite into it, the kebab itself has more lettuce than anything else in it, plus the kebab is far too greasy. So I will definitely NEVER eat there again. What I wanted to say is that I threw up a lot on the way back and got bad diarrhea.

Everything just fits here! Great food, great service, great delivery service, great prices We always enjoy eating here.

Good food and, in my opinion, very good value for money.

We have already eaten different kebab dishes and pizza here. It was always delicious and the service was always friendly.

Today we wanted to order delivery there until 9 p.m. At 8:40 p.m. I was told there was no longer any delivery service, only pick up. This is not a service. When I said the card says until 9 p.m. I was just told that the driver is still on the way. We ate there 2 weeks ago. No food came at the same time. When it came to the kebab gratin, the fries were cold. When I mentioned this they said we would get new ones. Through the open kitchen you could see how the old cold fries were simply thrown back into the deep fryer. Now that's enough. Dönerwerk used to be good but unfortunately it is no longer recommended. You just have to look at all the other reviews and you'll know. It's a shame but never again.

Pizza repeatedly arrives late but, tragically, that's a good thing because then the pizza is at least baked through. And when you "complain" you naturally come up with stupid excuses: "The pizza MUST be so light, that doesn't mean it's not done." Conclusion: one less bad delivery service on my list. And: 1 star is of course too much

Ordered food. We were told 1 hour wait. OK. This is common. Called after 1 hour 20 minutes, driver was on the way. Travel time is 10 minutes. After more than 1.5 hours we called again and asked. Driver would come soon. I said if he isn't here in 10 minutes, he can take the food back with him. I was asked if I wanted to threaten him. Unbelievable 😡 It was assumed that I had only ordered an hour ago. Fries were cold upon arrival. Never again. Very rude to the customer.

Were there on a Saturday afternoon. The large selection of food was pleasantly surprising. Drinks could be taken from a refrigerator. We were able to order as soon as we arrived and had almost free choice of seating. Seating outside and inside. The food was freshly prepared and brought to the place. The only negative point we would give was the PommDöner, as it was not served in a plate but in a cardboard packaging and therefore the sauce could completely soak the fries and influence the taste. The other dishes were served on porcelain, so we noticed the cardboard container negatively. The other dishes were very good. Would probably go again. Payment possible in cash and by EC card.

As always very good, favorite number 88 with extra olives 🫒:-) Doner kebab was delicious and the lahmacun was simply great. Keep it up, always happy to come back.

Completely overpriced. I had a rolled kebab (no idea what it's called). I looked for the meat and the salad. There was enough of the dough and I chewed on it for a long time. €7.50 😂 and not even a friendly smile from the young man who served. It's your own fault if the customers/guests soon no longer want to spend their hard-earned money anywhere. Better to cook at home and feed a family with the money.

Doesn't take a 50€ note because a corner is torn off. The torn corner was even there. Bad service, better go somewhere else 😉

Had a kebab plate with fries, it was really good. The fries were really crispy, the kebab meat was also good, but the portion was mega, the price/performance ratio was simply top.

My two boys think it's the best kebab in the world. I also thought everything was great... Just a suggestion for improvement, in 2024 we could start accepting card payments. Otherwise, gladly again.

Today we went to the kebab shop and took pizza with us. The pizza was as thin as a tarte flambée. Even thinner than the last time. It also had no crust, which was just as thin as the pizza itself. For 22€ for 2 pizzas that consist of so little dough, I wouldn't order them a third time.

Unfortunately the kebab wasn't as tasty as the smell in the kebab factory may have been because of the fresh skewer, but if you bite into a kebab with an appetite and there's a stone in it, that's not good Will try again and change the review if necessary

The food here was very tasty, fresh and absolutely sufficient. The shop is in old walls with enough space inside and outside. The outside area looks a little bare as a few plants are missing. Price/performance ratio fits exactly. Staff very friendly. Clean toilets & sufficient parking spaces available. There are also two high chairs for babies and a small sand soccer field. When we're in the area again we'll come back here.

Solid kebab, factory quality (Haus des Döner or similar) which doesn't necessarily taste bad. Portion large, more meat and fewer fries (see photo) Pizza also well topped and not soggy. All in all, quite good for the Voreifel, with a little room for improvement. Since the Eifeltherme is next door, you sometimes have to wait half an hour for food on Sunday lunchtime because there is a lot going on Price wise everything is in the green range.

Very good kebab sandwich, spicy, well filled, kebab plate rich, full of meat, very good, fries, crispy, delicious. The only drawback is that there are no children's portions on the menu. Great ambience, rustic and beautiful.

I've now been able to test it twice, once on site and once had it delivered. Both times I wasn't convinced, the kebab tasted somehow unseasoned, the pizza was okay, the salad was... creative 😅, but not tasty. Delivery took almost 2 hours and the box of 9 nuggets with fries only had 7... hello? oh yes, the fries: dark brown (old fat, fried too long?) and almost no salt. So if you have alternatives, use them!

Food was very tasty, unfortunately difficult to reach by phone (Friday between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.)

The shop is in an old factory building and the atmosphere is quite nice. Doner tastes very good, tasty sauces, the meat is very well seasoned. It's also nice and big and relatively cheap.

Döner war sehr lecker und gut gefüllt und auch der Pommes Döner Box wurde sehr voll gemacht , und preis stimmt auch , und sehr interessanten Ambiente vor Ort was es so nicht überall gibt

Durch Zufall in Google gefunden. Preis Leistung ist top. Vor allem sind Gerichte auf der Karte die ich noch bei keinem Döner Laden gefunden habe.

Nicht Kinder freundlich- das Essen zu teuer und es schmeckt leider alles gleich!

Sehr lecker, eine gute Portion. Sehr nettes Personal.

Das Essen war beim letzten Besuch soweit in Ordnung und die Auswahl passt. Die Bedienung war diesmal allerdings sehr unflexibel und unfreundlich. Als ich mir sagen lassen musste, dass ich mich nicht "sofort so aufzugehen" habe, sind wir unverrichteter Dinge abgezogen. Es gibt weit bessere Dönerläden mit freundlucherem Personal.

Leckeres Essen und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider ist der Chicken-Burger nicht als Menü erhältlich.

Wie immer leckere Speisen (Döner, Pizza, Pasta - alles schon gegessen), freundlich, gleichbleibende gute Qualität , einfaches aber sauberes Ambiente, Aussensitzplätze vorhanden, Parkplatz

Durchschnittliche Dönerbude, man konnte das Essen immer ganz gut essen. Leider waren die Wartezeiten bei Lieferung teilweise sehr lange, obwohl es am Telefon anders angekündigt war. Vor Ort auch sehr cool in der Ton Fabrik.

Sehr nette Bedienung und ein sehr leckerer Döner! Nur weiter zu empfehlen

Meine Erfahrungen mit dem DönerWerk in Firmenich, waren bisher immer positiv. Schnelles und leckeres Essen:) Offenes und freundliches Personal☀️ Die Räumlichkeit ist steht’s ordentlich und man kann sich über mangelnde Hygiene nicht beschweren ! Gehe nun schon seit seiner Öffnung hier essen und war noch nie unzufrieden. Der Standort wurde auch sehr gut ausgewählt, da man hier seine Ruhe hat und gemütlichen mit seinen Kindern essen gehen. Von mir und meiner Familie gibt es 5 von 5 Sterne !👍🏾

Für das Dönerwerk vegebe ich 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 wir waren mit Kindern dort zum Geburtstagessen und das erste mal da. Es war wirklich mega lecker, Pizza wurde noch mitgenommen und hat aufgewärmt immernoch sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren auch super! Nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr sehr lecker die Döner Pizza

Nicht schlechter und nicht besser als andere Imbisse gleicher Art.

Überfordert mit einer kleinen Bestellung. Obwohl 3x genau beschrieben wurde, was man essen möchte, war es falsch. Lange Wartezeiten für 3 Döner, obwohl niemand da war. Werde hier nicht mehr essen.

Ein Dönerwerk, was aufgrund von Lieferschwierigkeiten des Fladenbrotes, keinen klassischen Döner zubereiten kann. Traurig. Ich empfehle hier den Zulieferer zu wechseln oder eben bei Lidl einzukaufen. Geschmacklich ist es sonst relativ okay. Preise wie überall zu hoch,was aber der Inflation geschuldet ist. Ambiente im Fabrikflair läd nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein.

Essen ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Lieferzeit allerdings noch nie unter 1 Stunde, egal zu welcher Zeit (Nachbarort)

Wir waren schon öfters hier zum Essen und es hat uns immer sehr lecker geschmeckt. Die Portionen sind groß und schön angerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Absolut Mega Essen. Das Dönerfleisch super!!! Meide schon alle anderen Dönerbuden wie Bodrum oder Irmak. Gar kein Vergleich. Kann nur jedem Empfehlen die Türkische Pizza mit viel Tzatziki und scharfer Paste!! Ein Gedicht. Der Teig ist nähmlich nicht fertig gekauft wie bei anderen der wird selbstständig ausgerollt kurz in den Ofen und dann mit Würzpaste und den andren Zutaten belegt. Mega mega.

mehrmals dort bestellt und liefern lassen und mehrmals abgeholt, kann es wirklich nur empfehlen dort zu bestellen ! Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett ! Ihr bekommt von mir volle Sterne !
