Really good kebab, which is rare in Kiel. My negative criticism is too little meat (although this is variable) and no toilet. According to Schleswig Holstein law, every snack bar must have a toilet with 10 or more seats. Eating here with friends is always tip top, it's clean and tastes fresh, unfortunately you have to do without a toilet.

This is not how you treat paying customers. Are you trying to call? No chance. Permanently occupied. Absolute disappointment! Anyone expecting a decent kebab here will be bitterly disappointed. The meat? A sad touch of nothing. The fries? Half-raw and limp - as if they had only been greeted briefly but not fried. But the real highlight: the service. Rude and annoyed - as if you were disturbing when you ordered something.

Ordered Dürum on Friday evening, and after a 20-minute wait, I was served a kebab. The skewer wasn't cooked through, and the salesperson was incredibly inflexible.

First of all... the kebab is delicious and the atmosphere is appealing. 5 stars for that! However, I have to deduct 2 stars because, even though they are legally required to do so, they offer crummy toilets... Every time you ask (the first time in the summer of 24) it is pointed out that the key is gone... For me it's definitely a sign that you don't want it at all! You can only order via the machines - which isn't a bad thing in principle - but customer service simply falls by the wayside here...

I had food delivered to me and it was supposed to be with me after 25-40 minutes. After 90 minutes, ice cold fries and a cold Dürüm arrived. After finally reaching someone at the store, I was suggested to pick up something new. After I refused this, after another 30 minutes there was an acceptable portion of fries and an acceptable Dürüm. The quality of the food was okay.

The sauces were forgotten, but that didn't matter at first. But then one is completely stuffed with meat and the other with lots of cheese. Digga doing so many things wrong is really pathetic. There were complete instructions for what was ordered. And of course everyone else was correct. So ridiculous

Really bad delivery service! The food arrived 45 minutes late, completely cold. According to delivery tracking, the driver paused at a gas station for the last 20 minutes before delivery. The "Maxidöner" is more of a small kebab compared to other kebab shops in the area. But the taste is ok. But I would rather go to Garips again.

Here even the ambience is aesthetically designed. Good seating options. Service is also great! There is one employee in particular who radiates the store with his energy. Once my kebab was a bit dry at the end and I hesitated to ask for more sauce. But when I spoke to him, he was super accommodating. Just such a lovely man. Overall: This is the only shop I go to when I'm in town and hungry for kebab.

I've always enjoyed eating here, but unfortunately it's becoming more and more common for the food to have a taste/smell of decay. The deliveries arrive cold and some of the toppings have been saved. The only difference between normal and maxxi is that the maxi version almost only contains meat. It's a shame, it's okay with the rough taste/smell. Guess the red cabbage salad.

I'm really not a person who writes bad reviews, but what I experienced today... Impossible behavior from the employees. My mother & I ate there today and each ordered a menu. My mother ordered her kebab without sauce & salad. But the gentleman chose some kind of sauce. I kindly asked him to leave out the sauce. The man was in a very bad mood and annoyed at having to make a new one. Then he wanted to make salad, which was also not welcome. I'm wondering why I should order at the terminal when it's done the way you want anyway. Then he put normal fries on top instead of the curry fries. I went back and asked for an exchange. I kept getting rude answers even though I just wanted what I ordered. When we arrived at the place, both kebabs and the fries were cold. Not even lukewarm. I then went back and kindly asked to exchange them, €30 for cold kebabs was cheeky. He said it can't be, they were freshly made. He still replaced it with will again. When I finally received two fresh kebabs, I said in a very stroppy and inappropriate tone, "Here you go, but don't burn your tongue, it might be too hot." It's impossible to behave like that. While eating I noticed that the cheese I had ordered was missing and there were cucumbers in it that I hadn't ordered. Even then you can't even manage to top the kebabs correctly. I ate it like that because I was tired of it. No matter how much there is to do, I have never experienced anyone being treated so unkindly anywhere, even though I just demanded what I paid for and tried to show understanding. Definitely not a recommendation for this store, service very subpar. Better go somewhere else

I hope that will change in the future because I really like the store, the food and the employees and I would find it a shame to change stores again.

I have never tried to eat such extremely bad kebab plates! Fries in old fat, rock hard, kebab meat really disgusting in taste on the plate, in my son's kebab, where there were brown leaves in the salad, and the sauces tasted like vomit. I had a kebab plate of chilli cheese, which was specially made because it wasn't on the menu. I can only recommend this combination. The veal was tender and juicy, the salad was fresh and crunchy and also tasted good. The service was top notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to eat there at least once when we're in Kiel. And we come from COLOGNE, I would like to say thank you again and again.

Respect for the concept. All dishes can be ordered in advance via touchscreen. Then kebab, dürüm and the like are freshly prepared. My Chicken Dürüm was very generously filled, the salad was still fresh even late in the evening, the meat was juicy and the bread was baked well (just wasn't enough for the large filling quantity). Price performance despite the almost 10 euros for the Dürüm is top.

So my friend and I wanted to eat something, we decided on a salad with a honey mustard sauce on it. Everything tasted good, but we still had stomach pains for two days afterwards. You had the feeling that if you just touched your stomach you would vomit. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

I actually wanted to write a nasty review because I was so annoyed with an employee. I reviewed the whole thing again and looked at it objectively. I've been there before and ordered the kebab at the terminal for my autistic son, who just likes his kebab, namely with veal, lettuce and onions. It was very complicated at the terminal and the employees didn't understand it at first and I had to explain everything again at the counter. No problem, everything is good. My child also liked the kebab. That's why today I thought I'd order directly at the counter. There was a lot going on and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, so I was able to ignore the fact that my friendly smile wasn't returned. So I placed my order, which required a few questions. Which is totally fine. I waited and watched the delicious food being prepared. Also the preparation of the kebab that was ultimately served to me, with all the sauces!!! I said straight away that I didn't order this kebab. I was told angrily that I had definitely ordered this. Whereupon I said that I ordered from the employee who had just gotten off work. This was immediately questioned, whereupon the employee angrily threw the kebab into the corner. Another employee probably told him in Turkish, but she ordered it that way. The person who said that prepared the kebab I wanted for me. But no apology was made and the expressions continued to speak volumes. I don't know if I'll go there again. I don't have these problems with LeckerLecker or Garips.

Very good kebab. Ordering at the terminal enables the best efficiency for large orders. For a quick kebab you can also order in person and pay in cash. Everything is professional and of really good quality with a price of €6.90 for a simple kebab that is just acceptable these days. The furniture could be repaired again, but if it gets even more expensive, I'll be fine.

Was there for the first time today. I had a medium sized kebab plate despite being very hungry and I just managed to finish it. The only small drawback is that the kebab was pre-cut and kept warm, but the meat was warm and tasted good. Can only recommend it

Wow, this snack chain knows how to stand out from its competitors. The shop is clean, very well maintained, the staff is friendly and uses gloves when preparing it, the food is visually intriguing, and the prices are reasonable. The menu consists of much more than just the usual standard dishes. A big plus point for me personally: ordering terminals with direct payment options by card. Last but not least, the food is also convincing, my chili cheese kebab tasted excellent, but I would have liked it to have been a little spicier. It's a shame that this chain only seems to exist in the north of Germany.

We never go there. I went there for a spontaneous meal with my daughter, where we ordered we saw that an employee was cleaning the extractor hood with a floor mop.
