The store was quite crowded at the 6 p.m. rush hour. Despite all this, the waiting time wasn't very long and the taste was an absolute highlight. Among other things, we had the normal kebab, although the homemade bread was very impressive! Clear recommendation! Ordering terminals enable relaxed ordering without the pressure of making a decision.

I'm from Wiesbaden (near Ffankfurt), I've been eating kebab since I was a child, but this was the best kebab I've eaten so far. It was quick, modern, still within the price range, top, definitely have to come back👍🏻

The kebabs were a bit small, but tasted ok. We only ordered 3 doner kebabs, 2 of which were children's kebabs, the seller was probably expecting a larger order and seemed slightly upset. Prices are generally a bit too high.

The portions for the prices are a joke. The only good thing is that you can order there at an order terminal.

Was there for the first time today. I had a medium sized kebab plate despite being very hungry and I just managed to finish it. The only small drawback is that the kebab was pre-cut and kept warm, but the meat was warm and tasted good. Can only recommend it

Wow, this snack chain knows how to stand out from its competitors. The shop is clean, very well maintained, the staff is friendly and uses gloves when preparing it, the food is visually intriguing, and the prices are reasonable. The menu consists of much more than just the usual standard dishes. A big plus point for me personally: ordering terminals with direct payment options by card. Last but not least, the food is also convincing, my chili cheese kebab tasted excellent, but I would have liked it to have been a little spicier. It's a shame that this chain only seems to exist in the north of Germany.

Best kebab I've ever eaten! The bread comes fresh out of the oven and tastes incredibly good! The bread alone is worth the price! I once had a kebab box and once a children's kebab... The kebab box is well filled and the children's kebab is extremely inexpensive because it is very filling! And the highlight are the topping options. There are fried onions, a selection of otherwise unusual sauces and, for example, jalapeños. Best store in the world!

Unfortunately more than disappointing. Today, Monday afternoon, I had to wait 1.5 hours for my order (Dürüm menu). The driver still got a tip from me, more than 10%, but said no thanks. You work with your private wallet and change from your dirty trouser pocket. The Dürüm burst open as soon as it was opened and smelled and tasted sour. However, the fries were surprisingly good. Then I'll stick with the kebab triangle.

We never go there. I went there for a spontaneous meal with my daughter, where we ordered we saw that an employee was cleaning the extractor hood with a floor mop. We are almost at the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didn't just do that once!!!!!!!!!!!! . For the rest, the food was cold, the meat was horrible and the fries were limp!!!!!!! We will NEVER do this to ourselves AGAIN.

Doner meat was well seasoned and bread was freshly baked. Salad was also fresh and crispy. Unfortunately they don't have a real kebab sauce, just Tatziki, which doesn't quite hit the spot. By the way, there are no napkins that you can use yourself; you always have to stand in line and ask at the checkout.

Be careful, plastic wrap in your food!! I ordered a normal kebab on a Saturday afternoon. This was also very tasty, despite the long wait. The first problem that arose was that I had originally ordered chicken. When I was called after 15 minutes, I was told that I could only get veal. The fact that this was because the chicken would probably only be ready in 30 minutes was only explained to me in a very unfriendly manner after repeated questions. Several of the ingredients ordered were also missing. After I had already eaten almost all of my kebab, the real problem arose. There was a relatively large piece of plastic wrap in my food. After I went to the counter to politely complain, I was told in an angry tone that I should just have a drink. After I asked what could be done about this situation (for example a refund or new food), I was asked why I had eaten so much (the foil was only far down) and that I was accused of the foil being intentional gets into the food. Of course I don't have that. At this point I have already had 4 men yell at me, saying this can happen. However, foil in food cannot and must not happen. As already mentioned, I was nicknamed, yelled at and treated very disrespectfully. As a young woman, I was glad that I wasn't alone in this restaurant. Finally, a new kebab was made for me, with a piece cut off to make it smaller. It also took a lot less effort to prepare. Unfortunately, I can only advise against this restaurant due to the obvious lack of hygiene (food on the kitchen floor, the foil in the food) and the unfriendly, threatening manner of the staff. The food is delicious, but I don't think it's worth a piece of foil that I don't know where it was.

The staff is super friendly (like you, like you), the prices are completely okay and the food tastes really good. A ladleful of sauce often comes with too much rather than too little on the kebab. Perfect for a quick snack on hand or a cozy sit-in after work

Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. My kebab bread was black and way too hard and some of the ingredients were missing from the order.

This was a very good kebab! Meat was very tasteful. As a non-german speaker it was a bit hard to both place an order and understand what was going on because there is a very fast pace. But the service was super fast and efficient and the different fillings and possible combinations were a joy to choose from. Would definitely have another one and try a different combo.

Unfortunately, I didn't place an order because I stood in the store for 15 minutes and wasn't noticed or served.

We actually just wanted to quickly order a kebab and were initially overwhelmed by the many ordering options. Ultimately we came to an agreement. The portions were generous so that a doner kebab with fries was almost too much for one person. We were all well fed and we were provided with aluminum foil for the leftovers.

Very nicely decorated shop. The food was quick and the portions were very large! Price is relatively expensive, probably because the portions are such large. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure :)

In principle, the shop makes a good impression, but for 13€ a medium menu in the form of a Dürüm that is thinner than a 6-year-old's wrist and then a cheap pomme without ketchup or something like that is not justified.

Ordered a kebab plate for 18.99 with extra kebab meat and twister fries, order arrived after 1.5 hours (can happen when there is a lot going on, everything is fine) but what is not possible is that when there is a lot going on, quality and quantity are saved, I open the bowl and see 2 thirds of salad, 1 third of kebab meat and, no lie, a handful of fries on the meat.. really completely disappointing.. Paid €20 for not being full.

They actively wanted to rob me!! We ordered at the terminal in the evening. All OK. At the counter we were told that the store was closed, but they wouldn't give us any product or our money back. We would be too late. It was only when the situation escalated loudly and we wanted to call the police that we were asked to prepare the kebab we had already ordered and paid for. Spoiler: the bread was soggy, the meat wasn't crispy and the side dishes were thrown on carelessly. Rarely have I been treated so badly.

Evaluation: Unfortunately I have to share my experience with the kebab shop, especially about the unfriendly service from a gentleman with glasses. When my meal was made incorrectly, the other colleagues reacted immediately and prepared a new one for me. But the gentleman with the glasses was so rude and unsympathetic in his manner that it spoiled my appetite. I was so put off by his unfriendly attitude that I decided never to enter that store again. It's a shame that an employee with such a negative attitude tarnishes the image of the entire store. People who were standing in line even left the restaurant because of the unsympathetic manner. The guests actually agreed with us as they were also disgusted by the manner. It's a shame that there are still places these days that treat guests with disabilities negatively.

Ordered at the terminal shortly before closing time (of course not the best option), but then paid by EC, but then they just wanted to throw us out without eating or without any money back. Only after threatening the police, we were prepared a completely bad kebab that really wouldn't have been worth the €3.50 back then, especially not for €7... absolute filth! At least not with the staff!

We ordered for 4 people and paid via paybal. After 1 hour the message came that the delivery was canceled. When we asked over the phone, no one could tell us where our food had gone. The gentleman, who didn't speak much German, couldn't tell us who took delivery or where our food was currently located. Apparently everyone there is given their food order and no further information is asked. Supplier phone number unknown. That was the last time we ordered something from Dönerwerk. We also had a bad experience before, which resulted in a subsequent delivery. Never again Oh, now we'll have to deal with paybal first, because we couldn't be given any information about that either. What a hassle that totally ruined a lovely evening for us.

Doner itself is ok but less sauce would be appropriate, I want to eat the doner and not drink it.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't comment, unclean, carelessly threw the food together. Packaging completely smeared by greasy gloves. Everything takes too long. Staff pestered me even though I didn't say anything. This was my second time there and every time it was like this. I won't even talk about the Convinens.

Highly recommended! Kebab plate (size medium) - Very tasty with really good and fresh ingredients. The chili sauce is noticeably spicy - delicious. Salad varied and crisp, fries great. It is served on sensible ceramic plates. Impressive: Order and pay at 2 terminals - the guys behind the counter routinely put your food together. Clear recommendation!

This kebab shop offers really good and fresh food. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the salads were crisp and the sauces were delicious. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is good. The service was friendly and quick. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty meal. The whole thing was described with French fries, gucamole, tomatoes and mozzarella and sour cream. There was no trace of mozzarella, but there was arugula on it. I like arugula, but that wasn't part of this order. It was the same with my colleague. Then call and ask if other ingredients would be OK if the actual ingredient is no longer there. The portion was absolutely too small for the price. With 5 more, you expect more than a handful of fries and some side dish. The value of the goods was not even close to what was demanded. At my colleague's kebab plate they didn't use chicken, but rather beef. That's why he didn't eat the plate. I tried calling there, but no one answered. I thought, OK, it was an unfortunate number, but maybe there was a lot going on. Yesterday I ordered an avocado kebab and at €6.49 I was very disappointed at how little there was in this kebab. You can get a lot of delicious kebabs from competitors, much more full, for less money. Then I thought, like every kebab, there's a sauce with it. When I said the sauce I got a funny look. Then fries were carelessly put on the tray, which I didn't order. But I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore and took it. It wouldn't have been nice if they had been thrown away. Conclusion. Top Dürum, fresh, crunchy salads, good sauces!

Staff was very unstructured. Some mistakes have already happened with the customers before us. The Dürüm was quite small for the price. There were also 3 ingredients included that were clearly deselected at the terminal beforehand. The meat was very squishy at times. Sauces were delicious.

We came there especially from Hamburg today and wanted to have a special day. Unfortunately we went out to eat there and unfortunately I've had diarrhea for hours even on the way home. I think a health department should come and see what kind of meat they sell there because I don't think that's normal...

I ordered via Lieferando and it was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The taste is really disgusting. You can't blame that on the delivery either. The smell alone wasn't really appealing. No idea if it was the curry or cocktail sauce.

Not bad in itself, the price is also ok at around 7 euros for the kebab. One point deducted for the cold bread but recommended in itself.

It doesn't look bad, but there were a lot of things I didn't like, there wasn't enough sauce, the chicken was very dry. French fries are a delicious cold drink. It’s unclear where the toilet is, they give visitors a key, they have to wait for the previous visitor, it’s terrible.

Ordered from the machine. My son (10) went to the counter, the number wasn't displayed, the two employees didn't speak to my son, but instead gave 3 other people who came after us and hadn't ordered from the machine a turn first. When I went to the counter after a few minutes and spoke to the manager, I received a rather rude answer. When I said “talk to the little one” and “your display doesn’t show anything”, the preparation began. I would have liked more communication and friendliness. I didn't feel like a guest. Sorry, but unfortunately bad service.... The kebab itself was great, but in the future I'll go somewhere else where children are treated like guests... and so am I...

Ich war heute vor meinem Rückweg nach Hamburg das erste mal im Dönerwerk, großartiges Personal sowie appetitlich präsentierte Lebensmittel. Ich hatte einen Chilli Cheese Burger im Menu und bin absolut zufrieden gewesen! Preis Leistung sind sehr gut meiner Meinung nach. Der Döner war absolut kein Standard und das hat mir am besten gefallen!

Nie zu empfehlen und nie wieder. Haare in dem Fleisch. Kein Geschmack. Kein ambiente. Keine Höflichkeit. Sehr arrogante döner Tiere Mitarbeiter. Die sehen nur dein Geld, keine Wünsche von Menschen. Einfach lächerlich was die von Menschen haben wollen. Jeder Cent wollen die klauen. Und nur schmutz zu verkaufen. Niemals, Durchfall Fleisch. Und Soßen.

Habe 8€ für einen Dürüm gezahlt. Ich habe ihn ohne Soßen und Zwiebel gegessen. Geschmack war gut. Fleisch war gut, aber nichts besonderes. Für den Preis war der Dürüm gut. 👍🏼

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Döner war fettig. Alle Soßen haben nach mayo geschmeckt. Außerdem hatten nur die Tomaten und Salat Geschmack. Nicht mal die Zwiebeln. Schlechteste Döner.

Ich habe extra OHNE Rotkohl angegeben, drei mal dürft ihr raten was in meinen Döner war. 1.1 da sagt mir der Lieferant dass er im Stau stand..um 20 Uhr abends ohne Verkehr. Auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen.
