Deficiencies in staff and operational hygiene The handwashing basin in the preparation kitchen lacked means for cleaning and drying hands. The handwashing basin in the staff restroom was not operating at the time of the inspection, and handwashing facilities were also missing. The handwashing basin in the snack preparation area did not have a hot water supply. Therefore, hygienic cleaning and drying of hands throughout the entire facility was not possible to the required extent. Germs, pathogens, and other contaminants are transmitted to a large extent through the hands when handling food. Thus, the food was exposed to adverse contamination due to poor hand hygiene. Several areas of the facility showed signs of heavy contamination or damage, some of which were of older origin. These included: The dishwasher was heavily contaminated with unidentifiable, sometimes reddish, dirt deposits. These contaminants were particularly present in the door area, as well as on the inside of the ceiling and the rinse arm. The dishwasher's wash basket was heavily rusted. The doner kebab grill had heavily burnt, old residues in the upper area, and the doner kebab grill's combustion grates were also partially damaged. This put the food being processed on the doner kebab grill at risk of adverse effects from any flaking residues from the grate. Contamination on equipment with direct food contact: The dough mixer had large areas of old, dark, and dried-on dough residue between the head and dough hook, as well as on the housing. Several spice containers were contaminated with old, partially dried-on, and greasy contaminants. The vegetable slicer had severe grooves on the feed chute of the product pusher caused by metal abrasion. It must be assumed that metal components migrated into the processed food during use of the machine. The machine's cutting discs were partially contaminated with old, dried-on food residue. This exposed the food to adverse effects from metal residues from the tamper as well as old, dried-on product residues.

I ordered a doner kebab plate and a Turkish pizza. The Turkish pizza is overpriced at 9 euros, which is unfortunately too much. Normally it costs 6 euros at every doner kebab shop. The plate costs 11 euros, which is normal, but the taste was ok, there wasn't much in it. There was too much salad and there was also a lot of salt in it. Everything else was ok.

The meat tastes like it is three days old

Failed the food inspection. Not just for minor things, but seriously. Disgusting, one less regular customer!

Very tasty pizzas and fries. I like to order from here for pickup with my girlfriend. We don't go there every week, but whenever we order, we're never disappointed! We'd happily give it 5* again.

I've been eating here 1-2 times a month since I moved to Bremen in 2016. No matter what you choose from the menu, it has always met my taste. The absolute favorite is the Oriental roller blind. A consistent pleasure for years. The owner puts a lot of love into preparing all the dishes. Always friendly, even when the workload was high, it was always a pleasure to order a 3-course menu from Donie; Rollo Oriental, fries, ayran. 5 stars from the heart ❤️

Doner wasn't that good, it fell apart and the meat wasn't really tasty either.

Always good. I prefer to eat the rollo with cheese gratin.

I have to say I haven't had such a good kebab & Turkish pizza for a long time 👏🏻 very tasty. Ordered at half past eight in the evening and the food arrived very quickly. Simply great in taste and still fresh! Thanks for that. Will definitely order again.

So the food was missing a lot of things like hot sauce, the pizza had NO meat even though we ordered WITH meat, in short it was disappointing. We won't be ordering there anymore, sorry

I've been eating the same dish there for years and it's tasted very good for years. The owner is very nice and remembers the details that are important to you. Haben hier einen sehr leckeren Döner Rollo gegessen. Werde wieder kommen.

I had to come home late and didn't make dinner on time. While all other kebab shops were closed, only this one was open. A kebab with everything costs only €6.5 and my favorite part of the kebab is the mustard.

Qualität und Freundlichkeit werden hier groß geschrieben. Die Zubereitung dauert ein wenig aber das Warten lohnt sich absolut. Die Preise sind mehr als fair im Vergleich zu Konkurrenten. Klare Empfehlung!

Das essen war recht vorzüglich allerdings hat die Lebensmittelvergiftung mir nicht so gut bekommen. Dennoch ist dieses Etablissement der beste Fleisch Spezialitäten Verkäufer Bremens Lg Mustafa

Ich kann mir die Bewertungen auch nicht erklären. Habe mir abends einen Rollo geholt und kämpfe nun seit 12 Stunden mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung.

Heute gab es mal wieder einen Rollo. Sehr sehr lecker und die Gespräche mit dem Inhaber sind sehr unterhaltsam.. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Jederzeit 5 Sterne, der Döner ist super lecker und die Pommes ziehen jeden anderen Dönerschuppen in Bremen in den Dreck. Immer wieder!

Roll Döner eine super Idee und mega lecker. Werde ich gerne nochmals geniessen. Preis und Leistung wirklich sehr gut.

Fleisch war noch roh, mir ist kotz übel davon geworden. Haben es nur gegessen da wir sehr starken Hunger hatten. Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Bin aufgrund der Bewertung hingegangen, aber leider eine große Enttäuschung.. 2* gibt es wegen der Tzaziki Soße, ansonsten nicht mal unteres Mittelfeld. Wenn es weit und breit keinen anderen Dönerladen gegeben hätte, würde ich verstehen, dass man diesen Laden besucht..

Pita mit gemischtem Fleisch und Feta geholt. Brot bisschen rissig, extra Feta war reichlich, mixed Fleisch war ok. Salat Durchschnitt. 4,50 is fair. Rollo soll wohl besser sein

Sehr leckeres Essen mit selbst gemachten Soßen. Die Preise sind fair und das Angebot ist groß. Ich esse dort sehr gerne. Der Inhaber ist mit Herzblut dabei und versteht sein Handwerk, ob Pizza oder Pita, der Mann hat's drauf.

Wir finden es immer sehr lecker. Rollo ist sehr lecker und eine ordentliche Portion. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach. Zudem ist der Mitarbeiter ein netter Typ, der sich viel Mühe bei der Zubereitung gibt.
