Domino's Pizza Uelzen in Uelzen

Excellent quality of pizza and service. My favorite option is Bombay Pizza (Es ist sehr lecker). The pizza is so delicious that you can eat it the next day. I have even managed to get my colleagues to order the same. I am pleased with the quick delivery of the order and the quality of the materials used. The guys who bring the order are very kind and helpful. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. A thousand thumbs up to the store. The best pizza I have eaten in Germany. I highly recommend it!

Ordered a snack box. Contents soaked in fat, nothing crispy, everything wobbly. Complaint without success. You will never order here again.

I've been having pizza delivered regularly for some time now. Always warm, fresh, crispy, delicious. And always friendly suppliers. Today even an order change was accepted, even though the wrong pizza was already in the oven. In short: unreserved recommendation!

**Subject: Complaint about failed delivery and poor customer service** We would like to complain about an extremely disappointing experience we had with our last order from Domino's. We placed an order at 9:02 pm on August 14th and waited over an hour for delivery. When we called you after this long wait, an employee told us that the delivery person had apparently rung our doorbell and called us. However, this statement is in no way true. Our doorbell is unmistakable and our phone was on loud the entire time - no one rang or called. This misrepresentation not only makes us feel badly treated, but also disrespected. Such behavior and lack of service is unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from Domino's in the future. We would also like to discourage others from ordering from you as this is not the first time we have been dissatisfied with your service.

The store is extremely small. We always order take away or home delivery. The delivery was always very quick and things rarely went wrong with the orders. The prices are good in themselves but are relatively high compared to other suppliers.

We are actually always very satisfied with the food from Dominos, but unfortunately we have to admit that it often happens that the toppings on the pizzas only pile up in the middle or that an additional topping is sometimes forgotten, but unfortunately not on the bill xP. Unfortunately, today I'm looking in vain for the additional champions on my tuna pizza. Maybe it's due to overload in the restaurant, the employees always seem very competent and open-minded but a little stressed, but, and that's a big compliment, all the employees are always super friendly. Edit: Especially on weekends and especially on Sundays, the kitchen just doesn't seem to be in the mood, I really can't put it any other way. The food is quick and the staff is super nice, but it just doesn't look like something I would want to pay for, especially the pizza should be the flagship dish at Dominos.

The pizzas were delivered VERY quickly, the delivery driver was very friendly, the pizzas were hot, tasty and filling.

So it's not really great. Will order from the “old delivery services” again. I'm missing something about the pizzas here from Domino's (I've tried the same pizzas abroad and they had a stronger taste there). Tastes are different - just not mine. Uninstalled the app again and didn't receive the 10 points in the bonus program despite my name on the receipt. If it is offered it should work (credited twice for four orders over €10). No matter, I wouldn't have finished six times anyway.

Impossible driving style! Today at 10:35 a.m. between Westerweyhe and Uelzen I was overtaken and tailgated so quickly that I was seriously afraid that the driver would run into me even though I was by no means slow! We will not support anyone who scares their employees away like this.

Super nice staff, great pizza. Only now at the beginning with the new opening there are really long waiting times, but that will definitely improve, you can adjust to it. In any case, it's great that Uelzen finally has a great delivery service. Good luck to the dominos team Uelzen.

Fast, problem-free delivery, very friendly service and a good, tasty selection.

We are very disappointed with the order. The dough was dry and tasteless, and there were far too few toppings on the pizza. Even the kebab pizza was disappointing as there was hardly any meat on it. This quality was in stark contrast to my previous positive experiences with Domino's. Another problem was the poor hygiene of the employees. I watched as an employee who was putting gloves on the pizza then worked the cash register without changing his gloves. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Given this experience, I have decided never to order from Domino's Pizza again. The quality and service have significantly deteriorated. I hope this review helps Domino's address their issues and improve their service to meet their customers' expectations again.

I waited an hour for an order, very poor delivery service

Quite okay but quite expensive.

The food always tastes the same and I've never had anything burnt or dry. But some dishes are an absolute joke and could have been saved. Domino's is also relatively expensive. Otherwise everything is great.

The pizza that is delivered isn't a pizza after all... the base is too thin, the taste is real, it measures and the best thing is it's cold when it arrives... and you pay for something like that... never again, every pizza from the store tastes better.

I am positively shocked at how quickly the pizza is delivered. Every time there within 20-30 minutes.

I ordered pizza rolls and a few balls of dough arrived with almost no toppings. Minimal cheese and toppings. This is now the second time we have ordered. Pizza is strange too. Salad is also a disaster. So NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Then it's better to order from the well-known delivery services.

That was the last time. Sorry but what you get for your money here...pizza rolls...desperately looking for some toppings. The 2 for 1 offer doesn't help either. And even the dough wasn't particularly good.

Wir hatten vorab online bestellt und was soll ich sagen...die Pizzen waren pünktlich fertig, alles warm, wurden freundlich bedient und lecker war es auch noch. Immer wieder 👍

Wir haben etwas zum Abholen bestellt, das Essen war bereits fertig als wir ankamen. Die Pizzen waren ok, allerdings wurde leider der bezahlte Knoblauchrand bei beiden Pizzen vergessen, was uns erst Zuhause aufgefallen ist. Die Pizzen in bspweise Hamburg sind aber wesentlich besser.

Verstehe die ganzen Beschwerden nicht. An einem Sonntag Abend innerhalb von 20 Minuten geliefert. Netter Fahrer tolles Essen. Nur bei Lieferung könnte besser geschnitten werden. 🫶🏻

Ich bestelle es nur zum Sprechen, ich habe es per Telefonanruf bestellt, aber das Essen war sehr kalt, als ich es erhielt.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit Domino's! Da ich vegan lebe, kann ich nur die veganen Produkte probieren/bewerten, aber diese schmecken mir sehr gut und kann diese nur empfehlen! Die beste vegane Pizza!

Essen war nach 10min fertig (Abgeholt), wirklich lecker und zu empfehlen, man sollte sich durch die vielen Negativen Bewertungen nicht abschrecken lassen!

Verspätete Lieferung, Geschmacklich nicht besser als so manche TK-Pizza und der Teig war viel zu bröselig. Gesamt hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Essen super, beste Pizza in UE. Per App kann man seine Bestellung verfolgen und beobachten welcher Zubereitungsschritt gerade erfolgt. Lieferung war schnell.

Die erste Woche scheint Katastrophal zu laufen zumindest was die Lieferung angeht. Wir haben in dieser Woche 3 Chancen an dominos vergeben, beim ersten Mal 2 Stunden gewartet auf die Lieferung dann leider die Pizza falsch zubereitet beim 2. Und 3. Mal sah es leider genauso aus 1 Stern gibt es für das Handeln des Chefs bei falscher Lieferung (hier wurde eine Kundenorientierte Lösung gefunden weshalb wir nochmal bestellt haben) 1 Stern gibt es für den Geschmack der ist Top. 1 Stern gibt es für die letztendlich bei der dritten Bestellung schnellen Lieferung (weniger als 30 min) Schlussendlich sind es meinerseits 3 Sterne welche definitiv ausbaufähig sind sobald ihr richtig Fuß gefasst habt. Erwähnenswert ist ebenfalls die junge Dame die uns heute die Bestellung gebracht hat sie war sehr freundlich und sagte von sich aus das sie uns eine neue Pizza bringen würde.

Ich kann nix anderes sagen ausser definitiv einer der besten Lieferdienste in Uelzen. Die frische der Pizza sah richtig lecker aus und hat mega geschmeckt. Ja der Preis war etwas höher als woanders anders aber Qualität kostet auch einfach mehr kann den Laden nur empfehlen. Hab noch ein Foto von meiner Pizza dazu gepackt... Ich hatte die Dansh Pizza
