Food was quite ok. What annoys me more is the service. I wanted to have cigarettes, wrote them down in notes and then called and was assured that it was possible. Finally the food came and the driver apologized and said he would bring it straight away. After 2 hours I called and asked if anything was going to happen. I was answered with a no, even though he had previously said that it could be done. Thanks really great job guys 😉

Unfortunately the pizza doesn't taste good at all. The staff was or should be a little friendlier.

A kebab box was ordered. I've rarely eaten something so disgusting. The fries were not fresh, but reheated and still cold. The meat was tasteless and without a reasonable texture. Hands off. Absolutely disgusting.

Waited 1 hour longer than stated. Food is really bad. Cold soggy fries.

Never again! Delivery way too late, delivery person rude and cheeky, food lukewarm, limp unsalted fries that apparently weren't fresh either. Was the last time! Not recommended!

For us the best pizza in Uelzen. Friendly, fast, regardless of whether it's on site or delivered, it's always hot, tastes great and your wishes are fulfilled. Unfortunately, after moving, we can no longer afford it, a minimum order value of €30 for just an 8-minute drive from Uelzen to us, that's really tough. We will now reorient ourselves. It's a shame, it's a shame...

Ordered gratinated pork steaks, they were nice and hot but the sauce had no flavor and wasn't seasoned. The service was apparently silent and the ambience left a lot to be desired.

I don't know if I'm disappointed or angry. I ordered food at 5:15 p.m., food arrived at 6:25 p.m., at Lieferando, they said 30-35 minutes, which was fine since I had an appointment at 6:30 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. I called to ask what was going on with my food. The answer I got was RUDE that he had to change the time at Lieferando 15 minutes beforehand due to a lot of orders, which didn't excuse the fact that I had already waited over an hour and therefore for his Security ensured. Driver wasn't exactly nice either! All I can say about the food is that it was cold, fish was ordered, if you put salad in it and you get a leaf and two cucumbers and two tomatoes, then it's not a salad but a side dish, so don't put too much hope into it. Fish was cold. Burger was ok hence one star. Everyone has different tastes, but unfortunately this wasn't edible. Conclusion: Delivery too long, staff unfriendly and food cold and no longer edible!! Never again, now I'm pissed!!

The only star we give is because our son liked the hamburger, otherwise 👎 the food came much too late than announced, it was only lukewarm! The fish I had didn't taste good at all and there was tzatziki with the salad, not even any real dressing, and it all looked like it was just thrown away! Not again! I'm really angry, it's such an impudence to do something like that, you should actually ask for your money back!

Something always went wrong with every order. Food tastes good, so I ignored it. Already had an incident and spoke on the phone - super rude. Ordered food again today - Lieferando says food was delivered - but that's not the case. So called again. Apparently the driver was there (the house is under complete video surveillance, there was no one here) and we didn't open the door. Of course, the food has already been paid for and we wouldn't get any money back. If the driver had been here, he could have left the food in front of the door. It was paid for. The owner on the phone was not only incredibly unfriendly but also aggressive.

We were loyal customers for years, Citypizza really had the best kebab boxes with fries... everything crispy for €3.50 - a dream. I can still understand that the price had to rise to €5 (in 2023 even €6.50), but the quality hasn't decreased that drastically. Now it's really just sticky, slightly too coarsely chopped meat with wobbly fries in a cardboard box that's greasy on the outside. Neither my friend nor I like it anymore, so unfortunately we don't order anymore. By the way, suppliers state that they do not receive tips from Lieferando... Addendum 1 year later: do you double fry your fries? How can you make a fry bone dry and dripping with fat at the same time? The Big Döner is a total scam, it's just as big as a normal one and doesn't even have any red cabbage in it.

Was there with a group of people with disabilities... Were welcomed and served very nicely. Food was delicious

Brought two large kebabs for my son and I. Take away. Unpacked at home 5 minutes later. In my kebab there was only salad, not a single piece of meat, my son had 2 strips of meat in it and a sauce that tasted like curry ketchup. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back to complain. Never again. We felt ripped off.

Der Lieferservice ist immer top. Persönlich bestellen und mitnehmen dauert leider etwas lange. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Allerdings habe ich heute zum erstenmal einen Döner Feta gekauft. Das war kein echter Feta, sehr geschmacklos helles Zeug. Schade 🙄

Ми замовляли піцу чотири сири та з салямі і картоплю фрі. Було все смачно та швидко подали замовлення. Ціни та якість дуже гарна. Прийдемо ще раз.

Heute erste mal dort bestellt...Pizza und eine galzone...sind super zufrieden angefangen am Telefon super nett....Zeit eingehalten bei der Lieferung und geschmacklich lecker...und der Preis auch ok ....

solide Pizza. Nicht mehr nicht weniger. Gutes Personal. Umgebung wirkt kahl und nicht wirklich mit Liebe gestaltet.

Wir haben im Lokal gespeist. Es war der größte Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Man musste erst mit der Gabel etwas aus der Dönertasche essen, bevor man ihn zusammenklappen konnte. Sehr frisch, sehr lecker. Die Pizza Margarita war der Hammer. Reichlich mit Käse belegt und knusprig. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Riesen Auswahl an Speisen. Der Beste in der Region. Wir sind froh, ihn heute entdeckt zu haben. Man benötigt aber bisschen Geduld und Zeit. Update vier Wochen später : Der Döner zum mitnehmen war ein anderes Geschmackserlebnis. Wir wurden nicht nach der Soße gefragt und statt die normale Dönersoße, war Ketchup im Döner. Das war schon eklig. Das Fleisch war noch wappelig, kein bisschen braun, der Döner war deutlich kleiner...wir hatten 20 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Fazit: Minus 2 Sterne = es bleiben 3 Sterne. Wenn ihr Döner essen wollt, dann lieber direkt im Restaurante.

Das ist der beste Laden der Welt. Die Pizza ist abnormal lecker 😋

Personal leider nicht sehr freundlich und an der Speisekarte stehen leider falsche Preise.. 6,50 für eine Pizza steht drauf, 7 Euro werden abkassiert.. Ist zwar nicht die Welt, aber es geht um das Prinzip.. Drauf angesprochen bekommt man noch doofe Antworten

Meine Frau und ich hatten schon mehrere Gerichte. Alle klasse und lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall weiterhin in dem Lokal bestellen. Dankeschön!!!!!

Nette Leute, gute Pizza mit knusprigem Teig. Man kann draussen vor dem Laden sitzen.

Ich habe schon öfters dort Pizza bestellt und ich kann nur sagen, ich habe noch nie so eine tolle Pizza gegessen. Der Teig schön knusprig, gut belegt, schnelle Lieferung und freundlicher Auslieferer. Meinem Besuch hat es auch super geschmeckt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Essen schmeckt, ist eben Fast Food. Nach Bestellung über lieferando immer innehalb einer halben Stunden da (wenn man in Uelzen wohnt). Preise sind auch ok.

Es ist super!! günstig, wird schnell geliefert,heiß wenn es ankommt, und es sieht sehr appetitlich aus und schmeckt perfekt. Also wenn man Pizza haben möchte nir bei City Pizza!!😋😋
