It was my first time here, in general the shop was absolutely dirty, my pizza was incorrectly stocked on site and I then waited another 25 minutes for 2 small pizzas and there wasn't even a decent load of cheese on them, well I would have driven one street further been a better store, save yourself the store.

Of course the sales area is not the KADEWE. But the staff was very friendly and served us quickly - despite all the hectic pace! Pizza was hot and really tasty. Thanks to the new branch manager - TOP! Keep it up.

I am satisfied with the solution, there was a problem with the order, I rated the order accordingly because it was not complete and after about 2 weeks, lo and behold, I received a very friendly and courteous response to the order and nice attention. Unfortunately, the colleague on the phone was a bit difficult because he gave me a very stupid solution to the problem.

Delivery time and quality go well together. One was bad for as long as the other. Ordered at 7:50 p.m., still waiting at 9:30 p.m. One pizza was puny and burnt on one side, the other wasn't great either. Instead of the fries we ordered, there were mozzarella balls. When we asked by phone in the meantime, we were told that there was a completely new team at work. I can well imagine that it will soon be replaced by an even newer one. Maybe they'll practice a little before they start.

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Delivery was 45 minutes late. Despite multiple calls, no one answered the phone. The driver said he couldn't find the address. The query as to why the number given was not called was not understood (language problems). The pizzas were cold, the cheese pizza only had cheese on the edge (entire middle was just dough and sauce). Another pizza was delivered without extra sauce. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment.

Just a disgrace… everything arrived cold and after 2 hours. Nobody answers the phone. Nice tip for a cold delivery. Thanks Domino <3

Ordered pizza today via the app, after 20 minutes the pizza was ready from the oven according to the app, then delivered after + 45 minutes. So cold and no longer fresh. Even had to be warmed up, see picture. There are better pizza suppliers in Teltow. Don't order there.

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. Staff super unfriendly. You have the feeling that you should just hang up again quickly or leave. Food no longer tastes the same because the dough is too dry or the ingredients are used in tiny quantities. Orders are wrong several times and if you point it out you are quickly fobbed off without being able to excuse yourself and they stop you. Conclusion: Employees are absolutely rude and the food is also worse. Hopefully that will change again soon

We have ordered many times and have always been satisfied. Today we were shocked when we opened the boxes. The only positive thing was the delivery person. Pizza was icy cold, dry and burnt. The topping was more than little. On a Haiwaii pizza, 2 pieces of ham (dry as a slipper) and 4 pieces of pineapple. After a call I was fobbed off with a 10 euro voucher (only 7 euros). A subsequent delivery would take too long. Unfortunately we couldn't eat the pizzas and are very disappointed. I will probably refrain from another delivery in the near future where Dominos wants to convince me of their quality. The delivery also took 40 minutes on a Tuesday at 5pm.

Beware of scammers!!! On October 20th What was pre-ordered, 10 minutes before the delivery time I received a call that the food was not available. I didn't want a replacement and cancellation was apparently not possible. The stupid thing is that I had already paid with a credit card and am still waiting for the refund. (Paypal was not possible) Domino's Germany service management nicely points to the store, you have no options. I have never experienced so much audacity. Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars.

We were always happy, but today there was nothing that was good. The salad consisted of a slice of tomato, 3 pieces of chicken and a lettuce leaf. The wrap was also yawning empty and endlessly dry. Carelessly thrown together... When you call, no one answers. Thanks for nothing.

I'm not from the area and travel a lot in Germany, I often order from Dominos branches in other places... but I've never had such a poorly topped pizza from Dominos as I did today. Too bad.. 🙁

We have had deliveries delivered and picked up many times. Always quick and friendly and if something wasn't right, we found a solution for that too

I am very disappointed with my last experience with Domino's. After waiting for over 85 minutes, my order was suddenly canceled without warning. I was looking forward to my meal only to find out I wouldn't be receiving delivery. Unfortunately there was also no clear communication from the restaurant. This delay and subsequent cancellation are unacceptable. A clear step backwards in terms of customer service!

Food is super tasty, you can order with peace of mind and hope that you are in the delivery area.

The star was deducted from the food because putting pesto on a Funghi pizza is not an option 😞🙂 The staff was very nice, the food was ready quickly and, as always, very tasty 😋

Unfortunately, as of today it is no longer possible to order different basic sauces from Half & Half Pizzas. Unfortunately I don't know where the problem lies. A pity. Unfortunately, I'm now looking for another pizza delivery service.

Bei Dominos Teltow hab ich immer das Gefühl, dass sie auf meine Bestellung warten, weil sie so ultra schnell sind. Heute 19Minuten von Onlinezahlung bis Lieferung. Die Pizzen schmecken super und sind immer warm. Die Lieferanten immer freundlich. Mein absoluter lieblings Lieferservice für Stahnsdorf, wenn es schnell gehen muss.

Ansich sind die Pizzen echt lecker aber bei den Pastagerichten eindeutig zu wenig Soße und für 10 euro einfach zu teuer( wegen zu kleiner Potion). Geschmacklich aber alles sehr lecker! Fazit:LASS DIE PASTA LIEBER STEHEN,SOLLST DU EINE PIZZA NEHMEN. 😀

Wir bestellen sehr gerne bei Domino's. Es ist immer lecker, die Lieferung wird von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern zügig geliefert und es gab noch kein Grund zu einer Beanstandung. Im Gegenteil! Finde es super und sehr pflichtbewusst, daß bei dem Sturm aus Sicherheitsgründen der Laden geschlossen wurde und keine Lieferungen mehr getätigt wurden.

Hab heute bestellt war super lecker 😋 wie immer . Lieferung war schnell, Fahrer sehr nett .Danke an das gesamte Team 😊👍

Ich habe online bestellt und danach meine Bestellung selber abgeholt. Das ging schnell und einfach. Die Pizzabrötchen waren zur Pizza kostenlos und haben mir gut geschmeckt. Leider entsprach die Pizza Boston nicht ganz meinen Vorstellungen. Trotzdem vielen Dank!

2 Pizzen und 2 kalte Getränke bestellt und superschnell geliefert bekommen. Der Lieferant hielt sich in Zeiten der Pandemie an die die Hygienischen Verordnungen und war sehr nett. Die Pizzen waren waren warm und lecker, die Getränke waren schön kühl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank
