Got completely wrong food, heard twice on the phone that I didn't order there at all. Rude customer service and poor service.

The pizza at Dominos is simply delicious and I was served in a friendly manner - which was actually really annoying... ...the boss or branch manager loudly and very long complimented his employee (who served me nicely and made a good pizza) so that I heard everything while I was eating. Something like that is absolutely unprofessional and not appropriate - no matter what the employee apparently did wrong.

No food quality and no tastse a toll.

The delivery information does not correspond to reality. When you call, the customer service is aggressive, insulting and blames all sorts of things, but you don't take responsibility yourself.

I just went to Dominos to get some pizza rolls, to be fair the preparation time was very quick and the vegan options are very cool. (Hence +1 star). I don't normally write reviews, but these are the smallest pizza rolls I've ever seen.

Visit 2/2 and the last! Regardless of the branch, many guests have ordered pizza to eat on site and it is always served in a box. Sustainable and uncomfortable. I might as well take them with me! 12.50 g for a pizza that really tastes like a frozen pizza. When I eat it myself, the pizza gets cold quickly (and I eat it very quickly because I come from the catering industry). It's a shame that there are no longer any real quality standards. And any idiot and any franchise can open any store.

Unfortunately, the minimum hygiene requirements are not met in any way in this branch. The "cook" and "cashier" are one and the same person. The employee serves the pizzas with "latex gloves" but occasionally collects money from customers wearing the same "latex gloves". I observed this because I ordered online shortly before entering the branch and was able to watch my pizza being prepared on site. I spoke to the employee about his misconduct. This one answered: “I am alone in this branch and have to prepare and collect the food.” That may be so. But still, in my opinion, it is irrevocably important to maintain a minimum level of hygiene.

The shop actually doesn't even deserve this one star, we ordered food and were told 25 to a maximum of 30 minutes, the food arrived after over 1.5 hours, the delivery person was an African who didn't feel like eating anything and left us after opening it At the door I just wanted to hand the food into my hand. I asked if the pizza came from Italy and he replied dryly, yes, sorry, and I said I definitely wouldn't pay the full price. Then he took the food back with him in a huff, very unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion The shift manager on the phone said he would clarify it and call back, which he didn't do, whereupon I had to call again. He told me that we should wait another 30 minutes and that we would get a bit of a discount, but even ordering was a challenge because the gentleman was on the phone The phone was difficult to understand because of his Indian/Pakistani accent, and he barely understood even though we spoke perfect German. Quite honestly, the store should close or hire completely new staff because that is very cheeky, disrespectful and has zero customer satisfaction. That's probably it for German punctuality, I apologize if I write so directly, but it was all just bottomless disrespect that a man should treat an angry customer who was in the right like that. I hope that DOMINOS responds to this shop because otherwise they are just as little to be taken seriously as the shop's employees. I recommend you don't order there, an absolute no go, the store is really the last one

We were visiting Hamburg and usually order from Dominos in Berlin. We ordered a vegan salami pizza and a normal pizza funghi. Unfortunately the salami pizza here was really very dry because there was no sauce. Without drinking it would have been hard to get it down. It was simply completely different than what we are used to in Berlin. Actually, a large chain should have the same quality everywhere. The Funghi usually has pesto on the pizza, which was simply left out/forgotten. In a direct comparison, we would no longer order from this branch here in Hamburg. It just didn't taste good. Quality zero.

It's a Dominos branch like any other. If you know one, you know them all. We always have delicious pizza and nice staff.

Price-performance doesn't fit here at all. Even the Dominos in Hafencity is cheaper and accepts coupons.

No coupons can be used. Therefore the price-performance ratio is absolutely underground. Never again.

I recently ordered a mushroom pizza from this place, and it was terrible. The crust was soggy, the sauce was bland, and the toppings were sparse and of poor quality. The mushrooms tasted off. It wasn’t cut well, the worker was unfriendly. Overall, it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I won’t be ordering from here again. It’s even less than 1 star!!!

I often ordered pizza from you according to my recipe and it was delicious and juicy. This time I couldn't choose more than 3 toppings due to a restriction on your part. As a result, the pizza was very dry and tasteless. I had to leave out the mozzarella (even though I didn't want to) so I could add the important toppings - chicken, mushrooms and onions. However, I would like to add mozzarella, fried onions and extra hollandaise sauce. It's strange that the customer is willing to pay for toppings but has been deprived of the opportunity to do so. Bring back the ability to add more toppings!

Very cool that there is a pizza tracker where you can see the status of your order. Delivery was very quick and worked smoothly. Not the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life, but above average. I would do it again. 👍🏽 (ordered double cheese)

The fact that all promotions/coupons are categorically rejected here is a gift. But why not do a job visit with your “colleagues” on Eiffestrasse. At least they manage to make the dishes taste good. Ingredients should be identical...

terrible service, terrible delivery, the courier didn't find the address and just left, I paid for delivery and expect it to deliver to my home and not just walk away. It's not my problem at all that the courier can't find the address. the pizza is cold Particular attention should be paid to a terrible cashier who accused me of giving the wrong address and handing over the pizza cold ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I will edit my review and include a screenshot with my order showing the address and a photo of the house with the address written in large letters

It was Saturday night before Christmas, mostly all the restaurants were closed early, we luckly sported this, it had parking facility too. Staff was friendly. Pizza was good as usually expected from Dominos, but Pasta we ordered for our kid wasn't upto the mark.

Für den spontanen Verzehr von Pizza oder sonstigen Speisen eine gute Adresse. Allerdings ist der Betrieb auf den Lieferdienst spezialisiert. Bei einigen Speisen (z.B. Desserts) ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr in Ordnung.

Werden leider von der Filiale hammerbrook die 3km entfernt ist beliefert und nicht von der aus Hamm (800m). Eigentlich waren wir immer zufrieden aber die Politik mit ihren Coupons und der App ist nicht mehr zu verstehen, klar es steht klein darunter nur in Teilnehmenden Stors aber das Hammerbrook einfach bei gar keiner Aktion mehr mit macht ist übertrieben blöd. Nicht mal mehr Mittags bekommt man seine Pizza günstiger. Vielleicht wäre es anders wenn wir aus Hamm beliefert werden würden.

Wir waren am letzten Wochenende in Hamburg in einem Hotel. Wir hatten spontan Hunger auf Dominos und hätten aber nicht gedacht, dass es so fehlerfrei klappt, da Hotel. Aber es war alles super. Nach nicht mal 30 Minuten klopfte es an der Zimmertür im 4. Stock des Hotels und vor uns stand der Bote mit den Pizzen in der Hand. Danke dafür, alles lief 1A.

Top Service! Mitarbeiter hat eine Pizza bei der Bestellung falsch aufgenommen und uns großzügig(er als nötig) dafür entschädigt und sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Essen war Lecker, also alles super!

Wir waren zu zweit, haben online bestellt und eine kurze Zeit später einen Anruf erhalten das der Fahrer los fährt und gleich da ist. Ein sehr freundlicher und engagiert junger Mann. Die Pizza war gut, wir würden uns nur wünschen das es die coctail Soße auch separat geben würde.

Das Personal ist so trocken wie ihre Pizzabrötchen! Dennoch macht Dominos die besten Kuchen der Stadt! Ya I said what I said. Besonders der Cheesecake ist einfach nur zum reinlegen!!! Der Schokomuffin war soooo schön feucht, aber nicht zu feucht. Alles im einem, wenn sie sich mehr auf das Backen der Pizzen konzentrieren würden, dann wäre der Laden the hip! 🔥

Nett, sauber und schnelle leckere Pizza. Habe sie aber bisher nur immer selbst abgeholt.

Waren an einem Freitag Nachmittag da. Der Laden ist eher ein Liefer-Anbieter und weniger vor Ort zu essen. Wobei es drin etwa 15 Plätze gab, außen nochmals 2 Tische. Die Service-Kräfte waren zu dritt dort, als wir am Tresen bestellen wollten war nur einer da und (offensichtlich privat) am Telefonieren. Habe abwarten müssen bis er nach ca 2 bis 3 Minuten, nachdem ich da stand, aufgelegt hatte.

Buonissima pizza, naturalmente diversa da quella italiana . Piccolo ambiente. Molto asporto

Die Pizza war lecker. Der Laden war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ambiente ist mir für einen Pizza-Imbiss relativ egal. Wer Wert drauf legt, es gibt eine gemütliche Sessel-Ecke.

Essen ist wie gewohnt durchschnittlich der Fahrer wie gewohnt unprofessionell und kommt nicht zur bestellen Zeit aber hey man weiß ja worauf man sich einlässt...

Das einzige weswegen ich 2 Sterne geben ist die Pizza, aber abgesehen davon war das andere lächerlich. Hatte pizzabrötchen mit Käse bestellt und man kriegt normale mit käsehauch. Die Nuggets waren innen auch schon mehr als nur trocken also nicht zu empfehlen!

Essen war lecker und schnell bedient

Eine gute Lösung, wenn es abends im Hotel (Hampton Inn) kein Esen gibt. Meine Frau bestellte sich einen Salat, den sie nicht gut vertragen hat. Ich habe meine Käsepizza bestellt und es schmeckte mir gut, machte mich auch gut satt. Die Zubereitung und Lieferung hat mehr als 45 Minuten gedauert.

Essen war eine 10/10 Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend!! Immer wieder gerne!

Die Pizzen sind sehr sehr lecker. Da ich bei teig wählerisch bin wusste ich erst nicht wie es da ist. Der Teig ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Pizzen sind nur ein bisschen fettig

Bestellen hier öfters in der Mittagspause. Preis/Leistung und Geschmack soweit in Ordnung. Die Lieferung erfolgt meist pünktlich und die Fahrer sind freundlich.

Freundliches Personal. Schnelle Bedienung. Das Essen ist leider unter den Erwartungen. Ich hatte Penne Veduro die Soße mit Gemüse war leider ohne Geschmack. Dafür war unmengen an Knoblauch dran. Für 10€ hab ich da geschmacklich schon bessere Pasta bekommen.

Zwei Sterne gibt es nur für die nette Bedienung. Die Nudeln waren furchtbar. Dosenravioli sehen ähnlich aus und sind preiswerter / geniessbarer. Geschmack nur nach Knoblauch. Nicht nochmal

Pizzas waren sehr lecker und vielleicht nicht zu schnell vorbereitet aber war nicht schlimm. Die Toilette war etwa eng, ich glaube nicht dass jeder darein passen konnte. Die Mitarbeiterin war neu und hat erstmal zu wenig verlangt, da ich 2 Pizzas hatte habe ich ihr gesagt dass es mehr sein sollte. Sie hat dann zu viel verlangt und da das Geld nicht wieder rausgenommen werden konnte habe ich anstatt ein Bier bekommen. Trotzdem nettes Personal!
