I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly and slow in a long time. I ordered a pizza at 2 p.m. for pickup at 7 p.m. After an hour of waiting, the excuse was that the pizza had burned down. I'm not going back. There are other pizzerias in Frankfurt am Main.

Unfortunately always disappointing! I've ordered here a few times in the hope that the quality would improve - but unfortunately it's been disappointing every time. The food often arrives late, is then only lukewarm and appears carelessly prepared. What's particularly annoying is that this isn't a one-time slip-up, but rather problems occur every time. Despite multiple complaints, there is no improvement - customer service either doesn't respond at all or is not very responsive.

Four pizzas were ordered online. An approximate delivery time of 28 - 38 minutes was given. When after about 70 minutes there was still no pizza delivered, I asked by phone. It was reported that the late shift had already taken over with a 57 minute delay. When it was pointed out that the website stated a delivery time of 28 - 38 minutes and that this would deceive the consumer, the response was to say that this was just "stupidity". You would have no influence on it and you couldn't change it. After a whopping 105 minutes the pizzas were delivered. The pizzas weren't hot but warm enough. The pizzas were good. Overall we are disappointed and will not order again.

Don't understand all the bad reviews. We have always had very good experiences. Above all, the pizzas are not dripping with fat.

If you're still hungry at night and this store is the only one open, then you can eat something there.

Ordered pizza teriyaki without cheese and got a chicken broccoli with cheese. Then I called them, explained the case and they wanted to fob me off with a €1.50 voucher!! Of course not because the desire without cheese has a reason and I also wanted a teriyaki. Then there was a sloppy answer on the phone that it would be delivered and hung up promptly! Great dealing with the customer! This was another test order as the last ones always went wrong. I'm really not the type to give bad reviews too quickly, but now it's really deserved. This was really the last order ever again!!!!!!

Never again! Order placed at 5:01 p.m. 1st call at 6:18 p.m. said: The 2 pizzas will arrive in 30 minutes. 2nd call at 6:48 p.m. it said: the 2 pizzas will arrive in an hour! So no pizza for dinner and never again at Dominos!

The very last thing that happens here. After 1.5 hours of waiting, you called and then you have to be bullied on the phone and you're told that they haven't even started preparing it yet. But when you order you are told that it should take 0.5h.

Always late. Waiting times of over 2 hours are completely normal in this store. Just embarrassing.

Never freaking again I will order from this place. The most rudest interaction. I called 3 times since it stated that order was delivered. All I received was COMPLETE ignorance, ignore and ending the call in the middle of the convo without letting me even talk. I have written clear instructions for the delivery. since website DOESNT ALLOW you to put apartment number, I wrote it in the instructions on the website. I wasted my voucher for free pizza but now I don’t care. I was trying to explain that I couldn’t place my apartment due to errors messages on website so I wrote it in the delivery instructions. He just ended the call. NEVER again I will order from this place. The guy who was on the shift on 16.01 in the evening - leave the place and take the courses how to deal with customers.

Food poisoning! I became infected with Norovia through a pizza that I picked up from the store in the evening. My friend was also poisoned and she had a different pizza than me.

There was a call for help from the driver who couldn't find our address. Bad memories came back. Exactly the same drama with our last order. A call to the branch only brought a temporary solution. Arguments such as a lack of staff or “new” drivers are just excuses. All other service providers also have to struggle with this and it works and our address is found there!!! I ordered extra early to receive my order on time. After half an hour delay, I called and was informed that my order would be delivered within 20 minutes. After another hour, I called again and was told that the pizza was "right there" and was "already on the way." Ultimately the pizza arrived over two hours late. If I had known this beforehand, I would have ordered somewhere else. The person on the phone was very rude, the pizza was nothing special - only the driver was polite and accommodating. Delivery guy said our names weren’t on the door (they were) and he didn’t even call us to ask where do we live. We had to get it ourselves and they said they can’t refund us the difference because he was there and couldn’t reach us. I doubt that he even came since he couldn’t see our names that were pretty big. Do not recommend. Not worth the money and the wait. Just order something else.

The order was ready for pickup on time, but it had probably been lying there for ages. 5 minutes after being picked up on time, we ate. It was absolutely cold. It was okay to heat it up again in the microwave, but that's not okay for the price. Not recommended!

Because of the start of the European Championships, 5 pizzas were ordered for our boys some time earlier, at 5 p.m. B. for delivery at 9 p.m. within FFO. The telephone number. was deposited just in case. And what happens... nothing! No call, no information, nothing. Pizzas are ok, but the price is not true for the quality. The staff has always been friendly so far, but the pizzas are carelessly topped and not cut thoroughly, which means you end up with a pizza that has been cut up quite randomly. Price/performance/cutting inherit 2* deduction.

Forgetting the extra ingredients every time and becoming more and more expensive due to poor quality. I don't understand why there are no consequences for all the negative reviews. You can save yourself having to go through the reviews. Not recommended.

Delivery came relatively quickly and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately the salad was inadequate. 3 pieces of meat, hardly any parmesan. I called and complained politely. The employee on the phone was anything but friendly! Pampig was told I would get a new one. After complications and the incredibly bad-tempered and totally unfriendly employee on the phone, the delivery/driver saved at least 1 star through his friendliness. The employee should undergo training or should no longer be asked to accept anything.

Pizza war pünktlich fertig. Aber geschmacklich null Sterne , die Pizzabrötchen waren gefühlt nur Teig. Die Pizza null Geschmack und lieblos zu bereitet. Hätte man bei den Preisen eigentlich zurück bringen müssen 😕.

Nicht das bekommen was wir Bestellt haben Regelmäßiger Kunde hier, hatte sonst nie was zu bemängeln und doch die goße Enttäuschung. Bestellt war Salami Pizza mit extra Käse und roten Zwiebeln… bekommen Salami Pizza mit grüner Paprika? Sehr enttäuschend. Ich weiß ihr seid alles nur Menschen aber trotzdem erwartet man für den Preis eine gute Lieferung mit dem was man bestellt hat. Sonst nie Probleme gehabt. Schade…

Meine Mutter hatte sich heute Mittag eine Boston Pizza bestellt. Als ich dazu gekommen bin traf mich der Schlag, Furz trocken und fast nix drauf und dann so teuer.

Wir waren mit meiner Freundin in Slubice einkaufen und anschließend auf dem Weg nach Berlin hatten wir Hunger. Domino Kette ist in Berlin sehr gut vertreten und beliebt. Allerdings hier in Frankfurt ist es einiges besser. Zu einem sind die Preise besser. Zu anderem sind die Mitarbeiter netter und sind in der deutschen Sprache mächtig ;-) Ich kann den Laden jederzeit empfehlen. Eine Kundentoilette hat uns allerdings gefehlt

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen dort und wollten Vor Ort Pizza essen. Leider kam es uns vor, als das Kunden unerwünscht sind. Wir mussten lange auf die Bestellung warten. Teller und Besteck gab es auch nicht. Wir haben dann die Pizza mitgenommen und woanders gegessen.

Wenn man bestellt hat meine eine 50/50 Chance ob die Pizza überhaupt geschnitten ist dann kommt’s an ob es diesmal zu fettig ist oder schon kalt angekommen ist naja auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen über die Jahre verschlechtert schade eigentlich 🤷🏻

Ich habe die Pizza"Lucifer"bestellt. Man was war die lecker. Ordentlich belegt und scharf. Schön scharf. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 👍 Lieferung geht auch schnell. 30 min. Also von mir gibt es einen Daumen hoch. Oder auch drei. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. 👍👍👍
