Super chill, great food, super friendly staff

Very Bad Service….They don‘t have extra EC card Machine. I ordered Three pizza to take away. when I went to the store to take the order, they said to me “I have to wait for the EC machine😳” because the delivery driver bring the machine with him when he will come back then they will give me the pizza cold pizza not fresh Huh!….

The collection has always worked perfectly so far. After the last time we unfortunately had latent nausea and stomach pain, which could clearly be traced back to the prosciotto pizza rolls. We won't be ordering here anymore...

I ordered the 2 for 1 offer (pizza rolls) and discovered that only one portion was delivered. I was told on the phone that it was Lieferando's mistake and that I should call them. Why should I call Lieferando if I paid for two pizza rolls and only received one? I was told that this problem occurs frequently (with both pizza rolls and pizzas), which is very annoying from a customer perspective. Unfortunately, they weren't interested in finding a solution, which I find very unfortunate, and can therefore only rate my experience with one star.

The food was good and the delivery was quick.

Ordered via Lieferando, pizza delivered quickly and fresh. Ingredients also fresh and delicious.

I ordered via the app, picked it up and was completely satisfied. The preparation must have taken less than 10 minutes. For that, thumbs up for me. The taste was typical Domino’s and I like it. Gladly again when I'm back in town.

I ordered here twice. Delivery time was 2 hours both times (90 minutes longer than stated). Food cold. You shouldn't be allowed to charge money for this.

I order there often. They are very reliable. With a few exceptions, deliveries arrive within the time frame shown in the app. Appointment orders will be honored. If it still takes longer, the time will be adjusted in the app. Complaints made when evaluating the delivery in the app will be processed promptly by the store. Delivery person always friendly.

Otherwise very happy with the food, but today the order was canceled without comment via Lieferando after it was already more than 1.5 hours old. As far as service is concerned, it is absolutely inadequate.

Unfortunately there is no customer toilet, despite there being seats.

In my experience the food was always delicious and fresh! I mostly order through their app, there is a clear estimation delivery time that is very helpful; it tastes, looks and smell fresh and delicious :)

The store is really bad. No pizza after 2 hours, even though it supposedly left 45 minutes ago. The pizza maker is arguing on the phone, you should be patient, so after 2 hours I'm out of patience and I don't want to eat cold pizza either. Order supposedly should be canceled and the money returned. But that didn't happen. Under no circumstances order pizza there

Super nice staff and very accommodating. Nice decor and the food is always there quickly. And Dominos is simply the better Foot Chain in terms of taste. Come here often and recommend!

Ordered via ubereats. Order arrived late, no one answers the phone in the store! Quality of food extremely poor! The pizza rolls had no cheese filling at all even though I ordered extra mozzarella. I will never eat or order anything there again and neither should you.

Pre-ordered pizza from Lieferando delivery for 12:15 p.m., still not delivered at 12:45 p.m....

Sadly this time what we ordered was incomplete. The worse thing is, we tried to call them thousand times and no ones answering.

Ordered 4x 28er pizza, received 4x 25er pizza!

After waiting more than 2 hours and calling several times. Had a mistake been made, we could have waited even longer.

Dubious shop. I was simply cheated out of an entire item that wasn't delivered. The driver just said I should call the restaurant but no one picked up the phone there. Really borders on fraud!

first of all I told everyone not to waste their money on this third rate Dominos.....yesterday I ordered pizza and firstly it didn't come for an hour and secondly I told the guy that I tipped him online and he told me that his boss takes 20 cents per delivery from every delivery boy regardless of whether he gets a tip or not... Shame on the boss at Dominos and the ugly quality of the pizza... I will never order any again ...even the other Dominos pizzas are much better than Bornheim's... Shane, you are my God

Pleasantly surprised - rarely eaten so well in a fast food restaurant! Pizza like an Italian, only with very special ingredients. Strawberry shake was also delicious for a ready-made product 😋 Service was quick and friendly, I'll definitely be back

Was a customer at Domino's today on March 11, 2024 at 12:57 p.m. When I entered I saw an advertisement (see attachment) for kebab pizza €7.99. I decided to do it spontaneously. The cashier prepared my dish and spoke non-stop on his cell phone in his native language, I felt like I was in Bombay :-) When the pizza came he wanted €9.99. When I asked what the advertisement said, I was told that it was an old advertisement. I paid and left the store. Basically the pizza wasn't bad, unfortunately the ambience was very bad, the prices for the drinks were missing in the fridge, the advertising was from 2023. Hello, it's 2024, why is it so difficult to give customers the current prices?

I ordered a margarita pizza to eat before the flight. The chef on his own decided to put sesame in the pizza. I am allergic to sesame!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could die!!!! Instead of giving me compensation, They didn't want to compensate me and said only if I returned the pizza, even though I was no longer at home!!!!! Do not approach them. They can kill you without taking responsibility.

The customer area is clean but uncomfortable. I wouldn't eat there. Speaking of eating, I haven't ordered anything in a while because the food just doesn't taste good. The eyes also eat. good position, nice little location, good food. But, the lava cake is 2,99 in the menu displayed on the window, while on the fiscal receipt, they printed 3,49. Why? And why does it say on the receipt "nicht bezahlt" ??? Of course i paid! i paid 7.5 in cash, for a lava cake, and a tiramisu. They were good, but small :)

Staff is very helpful. It is in a nice neighbourhood. It is better to order online and pickup order or dine in. You can avail better offers.

Die neue Pizza Holi funghi mit Pesto und Sauce Hollandaise schmeckt wirklich lecker. Der Sitzbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit dem Backsteindekor. Der neue Mitarbeiter Herr Ali ist sehr nett und als die Kollegen am Vortag die falsche Pizza angefertigt hatten hat erst am nächsten Tag wieder wett gemacht und mir die bestellte Pizza angefertigt...( die falsche Pizza und den Kassenzettel habe ich vorgelegt) Wir sind alle Menschen jeder kann man was mal falsch machen aber gutes Reklamationsmanagement ist eine Top-Qualität eines Unternehmens Dialog an Herrn Ali im wichtigen Moment alles richtig gemacht Ich würde mir die Möglichkeit wünschen wieder so wie früher die Pizza auf einem Teller mit richtigen Metallbesteck serviert zu bekommen das schmeckt einfach besser Was schon angesprochen wurde dass eine Türklingel oder eine Klinge fehlt dass man vorne an der Kasse sich bemerkbar machen kann oder man muss einfach hallo in die Küche rufen

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Wir haben keine 15 Min auf unser Essen gewartet (online bestellt) und es war auf keinen Fall kalt oder lange irgendwo gestanden. Qualität ist vollkommen in Ordnung für den Preis und teilweise besser als in macher Pizzeria. Ambiente und Service völlig ausreichenf. Schnelles und nettes Personal.

Bringt bloß euer eigenes Besteck mit, die haben hier keine Ahnung wie man Pizza schneidet.

Die Pizzen schmecken gut. Preis Leistungsverhältnis super, wenn es Aktionen gibt. Bestell- und Zahlungsprozess in App oder über die Webseite eher kompliziert. Bei mir hat lange gedauert, da es nicht intuitiv ist und die Zahlung mehrfach fehlgeschlagen hat. Abholung mit Auto ist eher schwierig. In der Nähe gibts keine Parkplätze.

Sehr sehr lecker! Die Lieferung kam 15 Minuten zu spät aber die Pizzen und die Pizzabrötchen waren wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt nicht. Man möchte „günstige“ Pizzen und beschwert sich dann, dass sie „günstig“ schmecken würden. Die Zutaten schmecken genauso wie bei anderen Pizzerias auch. Klar wird hier keine Pizza mit feinster Salami und Steinpilzen oder Büffelmozzarella belegt. Ich habe das erste Mal hier bestellt und bin mit der Pizza sehr zufrieden. Für 5,99 € eine Pizza, die wirklich gut geschmeckt hat und auch ordentlich belegt war. Ich erwarte hier keine Luxuspizza, wenn diese woanders für mehrere € teurer verkauft werden. Dann auch noch ohne jegliche Liefergebühren! Die Pizza kam nur nicht so heiß an, aber meiner Meinung nach trotzdem noch vertretbar. Die Pizza hat nicht schlechter geschmeckt als bei manchen italienischen Pizzerias. Ich bestelle hier sicher wieder.

Der Lieferservice ist schnell. Die Pizza schmeckt leider nicht besser als die Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Supermarkt. Hat mich leider enttäuscht. Bin evtl. noch zu sehr von Joeys Pizza geprägt.

Haben über eine Stunde zum liefern gebraucht, Pizzakarton war eingestellt, so dass der Belag dran klebte .... Enttäuschend

Es ist eine große Kette und nicht der "Italiener um die Ecke". Wenn man mit dieser Einstellung bestellt, dann gibt es ein leckeres Ergebnis!

It's really fast delivery but I can't understand why they always make mistakes for my order. Ordered pan pizza then got classic pizza, ordered pizza with extra cheese crust then got normal pizza etc.. of course I pre-paid online. Today? I ordered steak&bacon pizza and what i got is salami pizza. Where is my steak&bacon?
