On a snowless evening in December 2024, I decided to purchase a pizza. However, this should not be frozen, but should be brought to me steaming warm by a delivery service. I chose Domino because the store is not far away and I was hoping for quick delivery. Since I had already eaten various animals in the form of sausage slices during the day, I chose the "Cape Verde", a vegan pizza with broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes. Okay, the word “vegan” should have made me skeptical. But the preview image looked really good. The delivery came quite promptly. That was already a plus point. What awaited me then topped everything, in a negative way. The conglomerate that I found in the box only matched the preview image with a lot of imagination. A huge mound of tomato sauce sat on one corner of the pre-sliced ​​pizza. But the rest contained even less of the red primer. Apparently the delivery person had a rather brisk driving style. Okay, I thought, everything comes together in the stomach anyway, looks are irrelevant. I took out a corner and was terrified. Only with a lot of effort and acrobatics did I manage to hold the piece tightly at the edge. The corner just hung limply and the surface succumbed more and more to gravity. A piece of broccoli fell and turned out to be cold after I put it in my mouth. Unfortunately, the other pieces were destined to have the same fate. The pizza also didn't have any hint of crunch. Everything was just totally wobbly and tasted bland. And by that I mean really really bland, like absolutely nothing. I could have bitten into a paper towel and not noticed any difference. Unfortunately, everything seemed carelessly put together. If I hadn't been so hungry and lacking alternatives, the pizza would have ended up in the trash as soon as I saw and tasted it at the first corner. Luckily I had a 30% discount, otherwise I would have been even more annoyed. I still paid around 9 euros for the rubbery pile of dough with something on it. Unfortunately, the mission turned out to be a total loss. Unfortunately, I cannot say with certainty whether there was a connection to the vegan preparation. But the probability is extremely high. The last piece with the mountain of tomato sauce found its way into the organic waste bin. That was too much... Two stars because of the relatively quick delivery.

Unfriendly, arrogant and cheeky staff! The tone towards customers is underground. I've never been so annoyed when I wanted to pick up an order. "The sound makes the music"! Update October 27, 2024 The box was taken with 2x Röstisticks - the result can be seen in the photos. An absolute disgrace. Luckily there are more in C.

It's questionable whether an almost baked hair in the pizza should taste good or is attractive, I have a different view of good food. And you still have to pay money for that! Never again ! Unfortunately you can't leave a picture right now, but there wasn't any need for 8 cm long hair.

So I have to say that the selection is good and there is a lot but not everything is prepared well. Ordered and got half-cut tomatoes on the pasta salad, never again!!!!!!!!

Pizza very very small, service takes a long time, unfriendly cashier. Pizza not cut properly, I really recommend not eating at them. 😡😡

We have ordered here several times, but unfortunately this time something was forgotten when ordering, so we called the branch and they helped us very nicely and the missing item was delivered later! Great service and of course the food was delicious too :)

I often order pizza from Domino, I used to buy meat pizza, it’s very tasty. Two pizzas take about 15 minutes to prepare. Overall, I recommend it. AKZ 999 wrote the truth. It was just the two of us, and this was the only case of pizza substitution. Since then there is no meat pizza on the menu😂 but it is the most delicious.

Pizzas non-stop. And the numerous pizza delivery people give each other a hand. However, you can also pick up individually. This also happens quickly. And most importantly, the pizza tastes very tasty.

Gestern eine Pizza Salami bestellt für 12€. Am Telefon würde mir mitgeteilt das es ca. eine halbe Stunde dauert, es hat wirklich ca. eine halbe Stunde gedauert und sie war heiß und sau lecker. Darum bestelle ich jetzt gleich nochmal 2 Pizzen. Die 2 Pizzen sind gigantisch und schmecken super...Danke nochmal für das Gespräch am Telefon. Wir bestellen wieder.

Wollten bei Dominos aus FRANCHISE bestellen und mussten feststellen, dass die Filiale Bernsdorf ihre eigenen Angebote macht und ein Wechsel nicht möglich ist. Haben dann bei der Konkurrenz bestellen, da es durch die fehlenden Angebote günstiger war.

Kann die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Pizzen sind warm und lecker, sodas es für mich keinen Anlass zur Beschwerde gibt.

Danke für die Pizza, aber etwas freundlicher könnte man schon sein oder? 🤷🏼‍♂️ naja… nochmal kommen wir nicht her.

Essen ist so wie man es von Dominos kennt, sehr gut. Service ist okay. Lediglich an der Motivation/Freundlichkeit einiger Mitarbeiter, muss bisschen gearbeitet werden.

Bestelle dort öfters Essen und bis jetzt gab es keine Probleme. Kleiner Tipp: wenn das Essen zu teuer werden sollte gibt es immer super Coupons 😋

Ich hab Leider wirklich die Nase voll von dieser Kette. Gilt auch für diesen Laden. Die Pizzen sind okay, die kann man auf jeden Fall essen, da gibts in Chemnitz viel schlechteres, vorallem auf Lieferando. Aber die Preise sind schon Wahnsinn. Für eine halbwegs große Pizza legt man locker mal 14€ hin. Will man dann noch Extras oder gar eine andere Kruste wirds richtig teuer. Das kann doch nicht sein! Bei einer lokalen Pizzeria in Chemnitz (die ich jetzt der Fairness halber nicht näher benenne) bekomm ich für fast die HÄLFTE! eine Pizza die nicht nur größer ist sondern auch besser schmeckt und handgemacht und belegt ist! Also der Preis ist mir wirklich zu extrem. Aber das ist nicht das schlimmste. Was für mich das Fass zum überlaufen brachte ist, ich habe einen 50% Rabatt-Coupon erhalten. Okay, cool hab ich mich gefreut, kann ich mal ne große Pizza bestellen ohne gleich arm zu werden! Nix da. Ich pack mir eine! Pizza für 18€ in den Warenkorb, zack, Preis auf 9€ runter da erreiche ich ja den Mindestbestellwert. Dachte ich. Ne, nachdem man den Gutschein einlöst, geht der Mindestbestellwert natürlich von 8 auf 15€ hoch. Na geil, da hab ich ja viel von dem Rabatt. Klar könnte ich jetzt hinfahren und dann fällt dieses Problem weg. Aber ich habe kein Auto und sobald ich anfange zur Pizzeria hin zu müssen, gehe ich doch woanders hin wo es nicht nur billiger sondern auch besser ist! Ich weiss, dass hier die Mitarbeiter speziell dieses Ladens sicherlich nicht wirklich was dafür können, das wird wohl überall bei Dominos so sein. Aber für mich machen vorallem die extrem hohen Preise den Laden unattraktiv. Leute, 12€ für eine Medium Margherita ist einfach nicht in Ordnung. Das gibts woanders für 8!

Wenn man Dominos Will dann bekommt man es hier auch. What you see is what you get. - Amerikanische Pizza - Warps sind super - gute Auswahl - Gute Angebotsprogramme wenn man sich mal mehr gönnen will - App funktioniert angemessen gibt aber Schönere.

Meine Schwester hatte Pizza von dort bei Freunden gegessen. Sie ist von NRW auf Besuch da und war sehr zufrieden. So dass ich dann auch neugierig geworden bin. Wir sind dann vorbei gefahren. Es ging super schnell. Sehr guter Service. ( trotz extra Wünsche) Tolle dünne Pizza, ich mag nehmlich nicht wenn der Anteil von Teig so groß ist. Es war Feiertag und viel los. Das eingespielte Team war toll. Ordentlich, sauber, höflich, schnell. Ich komme wieder. Oder lasse liefern ! 👍

War wie immer lecker und schnell geliefert,aber leider eine halb und halb Pizza war sehr merkwürdig belegt. Belag von beiden gewählten Pizzen einfach auf der ganzen Pizza. So kann man leider keine zwei testen.(eigentlich halb Teriyaki und halb Bosten)

Innerhalb 20 min da gutes Timing. Netter Fahrer. Top wenn wir wieder in Chemnitz sind bestellen wir wieder bei Ihnen.
