Everything's back to normal now. There was a time when delivery reliability and timeliness were very problematic. Currently, they're back to being fast and delivering high-quality work. Their handling of criticism has also been exemplary. Thank you for the service.

It's a shame. We used to be regular customers at the store. We received the wrong item and then wanted the correct one or a refund. I politely called and asked for a solution, and they assured us that the manager would call us back. But there was no response. I'm consciously avoiding the franchisee. We won't be placing any more corporate orders from them either.

Unfortunately, disappointing. We've ordered there several times, and unfortunately, there was always something to complain about. The dessert pizza was very dry, as the cheese sauce was missing or rather, it was spread very thinly and then disappeared during baking. It's also a shame that the children's pizza isn't sliced. In my opinion, the Domino's box isn't good value for money. €14 for a mini pizza and 6 churros is too expensive. The churros are really good if you ignore the burnt taste. You can still order the Biscoff shake, but you'll automatically get an Oreo. The service was good, as they delivered a different shake upon request, but there's still room for improvement. In my opinion, you should call the customer before delivering something else if you can't even get the shake removed from the website. Then you could have saved yourself several phone calls and the re-delivery. I don't want to assume that the subsequent stomachache is caused by the food.

Unfortunately, the tiramisu was almost a month out of date...how could that possibly happen? Very worrying.

Absolute disaster – stay away from this store! 1. Disrespectful treatment: During my time as an employee, I witnessed the store manager (Slobo) treating employees and customers disrespectfully. In my case, insults, intimidation, and threats were part of everyday work. 2. Treatment of drivers: I observed that drivers were pressured to drive faster in an internal WhatsApp group. Delivery times were published there, which, in my opinion, served to embarrass and unsettle drivers. 3. Wage and contract issues: -My salaries were sometimes paid late. -In some months, my hourly wage was below the legal minimum wage according to my calculations. -My back payments dragged on for months, once for almost a year. -Overtime that I was required to work was not fully compensated. 4. Insults & Pressure: I was insulted and pressured via WhatsApp messages. I also experienced aggressive and intimidating behavior in the store. In my case, I was pressured to sign something I didn't want to sign and was approached aggressively. 5. Deposit Issues with Work Clothes: When I returned my work clothes, I was initially promised a refund of the deposit. Later, I was told I had never received any clothing – accompanied by derisive laughter. 6. Treatment after an Accident: Even after an accident that resulted in a hospital stay, there was no sympathy or support – only the cynical comment: "No problem, we'll just stop your working hours." Conclusion: Everything I describe here is based on my personal experiences and can be verified by messages and documents. For me, this store represents disrespect, exploitation, and – in my experience – very questionable practices. As long as this manager works there, I will no longer be a customer and advise others to avoid this store. PS: After I wrote this review, Slobo called me and threatened to visit me and my family, saying this was probably the worst mistake I'd ever made. That says it all about this person and the management of the store.

Most unfriendly management ever, with attempts at threat.

Absolute disaster. Arrive an hour late, drive to the wrong address, so reading the postcode helps. Even after calling, the food arrived another 30 minutes late.

We wanted to see if our current pizza delivery service could be topped, so we tried "call a Pizza." We received two sticky pizzas very quickly (obviously not baked long enough), one of which contained a foreign object. We responded to "call a Pizza's" feedback request and enclosed a photo. We then received advertising to which we expressly disagreed. And then another complaint email from the branch manager, telling us to contact them directly, right? Which makes me think, what do your hierarchies have to do with me? I would have kept all this to myself if, to top it off, the cardboard, the foreign object, and the advertisement hadn't been offered pizza rolls as an apology, on the condition that I order another pizza??!!! I can't believe it.

I order a lot from here and I'm always happy with the pizzas. What's really annoying me these days is that the dip is constantly forgotten. It's nice that the drivers offer to get it from the branch, but at €1.79 it's a complete waste of resources, not to mention the drivers' working time. The time before last I asked for the dip to be included in my order. It came, but surely that should be possible without me having to write it down every time?! The dip is missing from 5 out of 6 orders. Today was the first time I didn't leave a tip, and I'm actually happy to give that. If the situation improves I'll change the rating here back to the well-deserved 5 stars, or find another branch. Leaving €1.79 on the table every time just gets too much. It's a shame, otherwise the place is really great, always hot, friendly, and fast with deliveries.

Pizzas were ordered the day before and scheduled. Everything arrived on time, hot and delicious, at the requested time. The delivery person was very friendly.

We ordered three New York-style salami pizzas here. The pizzas came with far too much salami, which made them very salty and greasy. The amount of salami and fat is clearly visible in the pictures. When we called the branch, we were refused any refund or suggestions for a solution. Instead, they insisted that the pizzas were "just like that." Compared to the online customer photos, these pizzas clearly do NOT correspond to the Domino's recipe. I will pass this on to the franchise company.

Soaked in grease. Inedible. Judge for yourself from the pictures. I called them and they refused to refund. Shameful. Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience and rude attitude of the administrator! Today, May 9, 2025, I had a very unpleasant experience at your establishment in Berlin. After ordering a milkshake with strawberry flavor, I was shocked by its disgusting taste, which reminded me of chemicals, namely washing powder. The drink was absolutely impossible to drink. When I politely asked the wait staff to replace the cocktail due to its terrible quality, I was refused. The situation got worse when I tried to talk to the administrator. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution to the problem, I received a rude response: "Next time don't order!". Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer orientation and respect for visitors. Not only did I receive a poor quality product, but I also experienced rudeness from the administrator. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this establishment to anyone if you value quality and courteous service.

I asked if the pizza could be packed so that I could carry it in my backpack. This is what the pizza looked like after 2 hours on the way home. Warmed up again briefly in the oven and the pizza was almost as if it had been freshly made and was super delicious! Really great service! I was told that the pizza probably wouldn't hold up well in transit, but I was willing to take the risk. A 2-hour journey home by S-Bahn and e-scooter was no challenge for this perfectly packaged pizza! Thank you Dominos Kaulsdorf! I can highly recommend it to everyone! 👍🏻

Very friendly staff. Food ready quickly.

We ordered there for the last time today. There's always something missing. 8 chicken kickers stated in the app, 7 only delivered (as always). When asked, the answer was that only 7 were planned. Then the app is not correct. The mayo I ordered was expired for 3 months and there was a corner of a tetra pack (or something similar) in the salad. Seriously, this isn't the first time any of these things have happened, apart from what's already been forgotten here and there.

Very tasty, quick and uncomplicated

The workers race in front of the store like crazy and don't pay attention to other people. Driving the wrong way on the one-way street and then being unfriendly and aggressive. One of your workers can prepare for a report! I saw him attack a gentleman even though he was guilty! Unbelievable.

Unfortunately worst Dominos pizza in the area. Super dry and no cheese crust, the garlic crust wasn't made either. When asked by phone, they said that would probably be the case. Well, what can you say about that?

I have been ordering pizza from this branch for many years. We are completely satisfied with the products we purchased, with the service and with the friendliness of the employees who bring us the products. Sure, things have gone wrong - pizzas were once mixed up with another delivery - but they were quickly corrected and replacements were delivered. It rarely took a little longer.... But usually there were reasons: sports broadcasts on TV, for example.... I can't say anything about the ambience... I haven't been there yet.

Our food should be with us from 8:15 to 8:35 p.m. It's now 9:25 p.m. and we're still waiting for it. No telephone inquiry possible. Since the children wanted to eat pizza, we agreed to it, but not at this time. If I could, I would even remove one star. Where can I get my money back now?

We have already ordered several times since the beginning of January 2024 and have been more than satisfied with the food, service and delivery time so far. Today an employee (I think Osmani) called us and informed us that our pizza would appear 5 minutes later. That's what I call good service!

The service has totally deteriorated! The pizza was totally dry and no longer as described, the topping was dry and way too much tomato sauce on the pizza! Asparagus was totally laughable! For the price you would expect something different! We ordered here last time!

The food was good but unfortunately not quite what we ordered. Even though we were there later than we were supposed to, our food wasn't ready yet. The ambience is fine.

I love Dominos To be honest, everything at them tastes delicious 😋, if they now offer a barbecue sauce I'll be perfectly happy in the long term, of course, the new sauce is too sweet for me, sweet chilli is too weak for me 😆, garlic aioli , herbs are super tasty and sour cream is cool 😎 would introduce two more sauces, barbecue and something else for the real men 😋

My Dominos favorite, even though they no longer supply us. The orders are ready for pickup in record time, the error rate is incredibly low and the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Habe schon öfter in anderen Städten bei Dominos bestellt und war wirklich jedes Mal bitter enttäuscht. Nun habe ich heute zum ersten Mal bei Dominos Kaulsdorf bestellt und ich bin in jedem Aspekt positiv überrascht. Hatte eine 32cm Pizza bestellt, der lieferbote, der sehr schnell bei uns war, erklärte mir dann, dass keine 32er mehr verfügbar war… deshalb haben sie mir zwei 28cm Pizzen anstatt dessen geliefert. Mega Service! Geschmacklich auch wirklich super. Top 👍🏻

Alles richtig gemacht. Es waren einfach leckere Pizzen - der Belag war frisch und lecker, der Teig war fluffig und die Lieferung war einfach schnell, sodass das Essen noch richtig heiß war. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch den sehr freundlichen, sympathischen Mitarbeiter von ihnen. Vielen Dank und immer wieder gerne :)

Vergessen in letzter Zeit gerne Teile der Bestellung. Dieses Mal wurde das Getränk vergessen, das essen war kalt und ein Lava Cake war aus irgendeinem Grund völlig kaputt und verkehrt in der Box.

Normally great, but tonight got chicken that was coloured BLUE. looks like colouring but someone has cut the chicken strippers (to check if cooked??) and maybe used a dirty blue knife? Please please please dont be some kind of blue mould....Makes me question the systems in place about hygeine, so not going to eat the rest 😔

Nachdem ich bereits öfter bei Domino Kaulsdorf bestellt habe u immer sehr zufrieden war, habe ich heute einen Totalausfall erlebt. Abgesehen von der schnellen Lieferung und dem netten Pizzaboten, waren die Pizzen lauwarm, ganz dünn belegt u der Teig war auch nicht so wie gewohnt. Dass sich die Qualität auf einmal so verschlechtern kann, ist mir völlig unklar. 15.12.21: Inzwischen muss ich meine mäßige Bewertung anpassen. Nach meiner Kritik gab es eine Entschuldigung u "Wiedergutmachung". Und auch unsere letzte Bestellung war wieder von gewohnter Qualität.

Bei unserer Bestellung wurde eine Pizza vergessen, die der Fahrer super schnell nachgeliefert hat und ohne zu zögern gleich zweimal die Etagen hochgekommen ist (kaputter Fahrstuhl) und uns die fehlende Pizza noch mit einem lächeln überreicht hat. Vielen Dank, bester lieferservice den wir je hatten! :)

Ich bestelle oft Pizza, entweder zum abholen oder als Lieferung. Geschmacklich bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der Lieferdienst ist immer sehr schnell gewesen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich.

Lecker und sehr schnell, ich hole das Essen immer selbst ab sodas ich noch ein paar Euro spare. Meine Menüschecks von Sedexo und Acor nehmen die auch. Schmeckt eigentlich immer lecker, nur beim letzten Mal hatte ich das Gefühl das die ANgebotspizzen schon vorbereitet waren und nicht mehr so heiß, was aber eine Ausnahme war bisher.

Ehrlicherweise bestellen wir immer über Lieferando. Die Anzeige in der App hinsichtlich Lieferzeit wird stets eingehalten, meist unterboten. Die Pizzen sind durch die Bank lecker, frisch und heiß. Und das konstant. Das hat man bei anderen Domino's Filialen schon anders erlebt. Die Fahrer*innen sind auch stets freundlich. Also alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl, die ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Domino's Pizza ist unser konstanter Lieferant, wenn es um solide Pizzen geht. Die am Telefon angegebenen Lieferzeiten passen oft genau, dass Personal ist an der Tür stets freundlich. Geschmack ist Geschmackssache.

Nachdem Hallo Pizza zu Domino's wurde, dachte ich mir: "Warum nicht gleich mal probieren" Gesagt getan. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, dauerte es etwas länger als eine Stunde bis unser Essen dann tatsächlich ankam und sich der Pizzabote auf seinem Fahrrad für die Verspätung entschuldigt hat, da er wohl unsere Hausnummer nicht gefunden hat, obwohl wir direkt an der Köpenicker wohnen. Zu all dem war unser Essen dann auch nur noch handwarm und kaum genießbar. Für mich ein klares No-Go und da helfen auch keine E-Mails und Gutscheine! Ein Buch liest man schließlich auch kein zweites Mal und mein positives Resumé daraus ist, dass ich dann doch lieber den Kochlöffel selber schwinge. Macht mehr Spaß und ich erspare mir zukünftige Überraschungen.

1,5 Punkte für den Lieferservice -0.5 Punkte für 2 abgefackelte triefende Pizzen, welche wahrhaft niemals in die Auslieferung hätten gehen solllen 1 Punkt für frittierte paniert Gouda Stücke Ja, wir hätten uns beschweren und um Nachbesserung bitten können... Haben darauf verzichtet und das Elend direkt in der Mülltonne versenkt.. Dies war unsere letzte Bestellung, wobei ich davon ausgehe, dass wir nur sehr großes Pech hatten...

Ich habe persönlich nichts auszusetzen. Ist nicht die beste Pizza, die ich gegessen habe, aber mir schmeckt sie. Ich bestelle hier gerne. Und Fahrer bzw. Fahrerin sehr freundlich. Lasst euch nicht unterkriegen.

Nie wieder bei diesem Lieferservice. Doppelt so lange gewartet wie offeriert mit dem Ergebnis: Die Bestellung wurde storniert. Geld ist allerdings trotzdem abgebucht. Sehr schnippige Dame am Telefon.

18 Minuten Wartezeit, netter Lieferant und liebevoll belegt.

Ich hatte bisher nie Probleme mit dieser Filiale und verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Coupons wurden immer akzeptiert, Lieferung erfolgten meistens sehr zügig vllt 1 oder 2 mal nicht, aber ganz ehrlich sowas passiert einfach mal (hohes Bestellaufkommen, Krankheit oder was auch immer). Das Essen empfand ich immer als lecker und das Personal war stets freundlich, also danke und weiter so Top. :)

Bestellung aufgegeben aber keine Lieferung erhalten. Am Telefon wurde behauptet das die Bestellung storniert wurde. Was von unserer Seite aus nicht passiert ist. Danke für das Abendessen. Nie wieder

Ich habe mich damals auch super gefreut, als diese Filiale gleich in meiner Nähe eröffnet hat. Anfangs hat sie auch noch bei der Aktion (2. Pizza für 2 Euro) mitgemacht. Meine Freundin und ich hatten daher wöchentlich unseren Pizza-Day. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass damit geworben wird und diese Filiale sich dem entzieht. Wahrscheinlich ist der dortige Franchisenehmer sehr gewinnorientiert. Ich bestelle dort definitiv keine Pizza mehr. Es gibt daneben ja auch noch super Alternativen. Einfach die Läden links und rechts davon ausprobieren. 😉

Ich finde es echt schlecht, dass Online und im Radio aktiv die Aktion "Pizza Duo" beworben wird nur dieser Standort nicht teilnimmt. Werde da prinzipiell keine Pizzen mehr holen.

Da die Sucuk-Pizza sowie die Salami-Pizza sich nicht mit Ruhm bekleckern, bleibt eine positive Resonanz alleinig bei den Pizza Brötchen Die waren lecker ...ist schließlich auch nicht schwer! Lieferzeit war angemessen , der Rest sehr enttäuschend.
