Because: The staff who work on this basis and who seem to consider these third world standards to be normal and who are responsible for such messes in the first place had not taken any action to remedy the situation. We ordered family pizzas for our birthday party. First three, then three more. The pizza was ready on time after 20 minutes and tasted wonderful. (Quattro Stagioni, prosciutto e funghi) In addition, the pizza was excellent to eat out of hand. Service was extremely friendly and special requests were fulfilled promptly.

A pizza shop open even on Sundays. The price was fair and the delivery time was relatively quick. I ordered Pizza Diablo. I'm glad it has a lot of vegetables. The taste wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't anything special. I would have been happy if it was a little more spicy, and I don't think the tomato sauce had much flavor. The pizza dough is delicious from the outside. Also, Coke is very cheap at 4 euros per liter. The service was also fine.

My partner and I often eat a pasta dish here during our lunch break. It always tastes delicious and doesn't take long. Recommended :)

I ordered a family pizza from Dolomiti Pizzeria in Frankfurt. I ordered the pizza for delivery, which took about 45 minutes. When the delivery person brought the pizza, he suddenly demanded more money because he wanted additional travel money for the delivery. I then contacted the shop owner. His brother confirmed to me that they charge extra money for delivery, although this was not previously communicated. I refused to pay the additional costs as I should have been told the delivery price from the start. Instead I was rudely told on the phone that I should never order from them again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and lack of transparency - hence only one star.

Pizza, salad and tiramisu were very tasty and fresh. The order arrived super quickly. The boys are friendly. Gladly again!

Ordered online, gave credit card information for payment (upon delivery) via phone call, it didn't work because the information was incorrect online. No cancellation confirmation email received. When asked again, unfriendly tone. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the taste.

Salad like it came out of a pork bucket, lasagne burnt on top and bottom and hardly any pasta or meat in the mush, pizza totally dried out. A huge failure!

Pizza snail ordered with additional ingredients plus side salad. Both tasted very tasty and fresh and the pizza roll was deliciously decorated with fresh rocket and cocktail tomatoes. Service is also always friendly. It's a shame that you can only pay in cash, but otherwise everything is great and I'd be happy to do so again and again :)

Tagliatelle with spinach and Gorgonzola sauce. Delicious. Fast and good. And inexpensive too. 10€!

Heute hatten wir ein Mittagessen mit Freunden in diesem Restaurant. Wir haben mehrere Hauptgerichte aus der Mittagskarte bestellt, und der Geschmack war in Ordnung. Die Speisen wurden sehr schnell serviert, und der Service war ausgezeichnet – sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für ein Treffen mit Freunden.

Best restaurant to eat a delicious pizza with a friend quickly and cheaply in the evening. Always great service (individual requests are also implemented) and relaxed music! I recommend it to everyone.

Hair found in food. Porcini mushrooms with truffle oil is just a tomato cream sauce. Never had such bad noodles. The pizza is a 3 out of 10. Cleanliness is non-existent. Never again.

I would prefer to give no star at all, such incredibly unfriendly service. I can't understand how you can treat people like that.

Despite increasing competition, it's the best pizza in the area and it's cheap. A little too much cheese, but baked very crispy.

There was only one person to take care of 2 restaurants at the same time, and although he was a very polite guy, it took mostly very long for anything to get served. Falafel served was rancid and overdone , chicken was so overfried that it tasted bitter, besides completely black and dry. This is my second time there, and quality has really declined.

Absolutely a must to test. After that you become a regular guest. The prices are great and the day ticket is a dream.

Your casual Pizza place in the nicest most lively area of Frankfurt. Dolomiti offers pan pizza which prevents the pizza from burning at the bottom. Much healthier and equally tasty choice vs the other Pizza places in Frankfurt. On top the owner and his staff are super friendly. Dolomiti also offers delivery which comes fast and super fresh. All pizzas can be made with vegan cheese.

We were easily provided with delicious family pizzas at the trade fair. Gladly again next year.

So far only ordered for collection: always fast, always good and well priced. The only drawback: only cash payment possible.

The worst service ever! Since I was pregnant and couldn’t eat or smell anything else but potato and tomato,after a long walk I came in with a friend to order only French fries with catchup TO GO. After it finally arrived, a very very unpleasant waiter told us it’s ready. I confirmed’With catchup?’ He said yes and opened it. There wasn’t any and then he just said ‘No catchup’ and pointed the exit with his finger like we were supposed to get lost. Never ever again!

Recht teuer für was es ist. Die Portionen eher klein und es fehlte das Besondere. Wir haben relativ lang mit leeren Tellern da gesessen bis sie mal abgeräumt wurden. Die ganze Zeit kam niemand, um mal zu fragen wie es war oder ob wir noch etwas möchten. Auch nach der Rechnung müssten wir mehrfach fragen. Vom Ambiente her ist der Laden sehr schön. Wir werden aber eher nicht wieder kommen.

I ate here 2 times. Both the times, the food was bad.Last time I asked a question and the man working there called me 'kopfschmerzen'. I still gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking that he must've had a bad day and went today. I had fries there, worst fries in Frankfurt. The oil was old, no salt, served with ketchup! How does one make bad fries is beyond my understanding. The pizza was bad too. So nothing special here, neither the food nor the service. Do not recommend.

Dafür, dass außer uns nur zwei weitere Tische mit je zwei Personen im Restaurant waren, hat es relativ lange gedauert. Ansonsten aber alles super, essen sehr lecker, Service sehr nett.

Best pizzeria for delivery! I've ordered there 10 times and have never been disappointed. Pizza and pasta are super tasty and always arrive very quickly and still hot. Special requests are always taken into account.

Das Ambiente war gut und auch der Service war aufmerksam. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Das essen war durchschnittlich gut, aber hat uns nicht umgehauen. Die Vorspeisen Teller waren relativ simpel von der Aufmachung und dafür relativ teuer. Super lecker fanden wir das tiramisu. Wir würden nochmal hingehen.

Larger orders of pizzas can be picked up very quickly. All pizzas were delicious, plenty of toppings and the base was perfect. Vegan cheese is also offered and tastes great. We would be happy to order again.

I tried the pizza at this restaurant, which was acceptable in quality. The staff's behavior was decent. However, the seating was notably uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit comfortably. This issue of seating comfort is a common oversight in many restaurants, and I believe they should give more attention to the design of the resturant and quality of their chairs.

Good pizza, delicious pasta - fast delivery and friendly drivers. Prices are also fair and the minimum order value is also within limits. We like to order here :) keep it up

The price/performance ratio is right here. The food tastes very good and is freshly prepared, the portions are generous and the team is always friendly. Wir wurden an einen sehr kleinen Tisch gesetzt, der von so vielen Pflanzen umringt war, dass man kaum sein gegenüber sehen konnte. Das Essen war nichts besonderes, insb. Das Lachs Tartar bestand aus Gurken, ein bisschen Avocado und zwei Scheiben Räucherlachs obendrauf. Preis Leistung geht in Frankfurt besser! Service sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Es handelt sich um ein junges Restaurant mit interessanten Speisen. Das Service-Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und kam zügig und gleichzeitig an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der freundlichste "Italiener" des Oederweg - mindestens! So aufmerksam und unkompliziert ... ein Traum. Und es schmeckt auch noch! 😉

Es war sehr gemütlich und das Essen war hervorragend. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Inneneinrichtung war super schön. Die Farbkombinationen haben hervorragend zusammengepasst. Toiletten waren auch sehr sauber. Leider nur einbisschen teuer.

Die Tischreservierung ging schnell und reibungslos. Das Essen war toll, sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell (ohne hektisch zu sein). Insgesamt ein tolles Restaurant, was wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Die Pizza war gut, aber man konnte nur bar bezahlen, nicht mit Karten. Außerdem hat der Mitarbeiter zu Beginn nichts darüber gesagt. Da wir kein Bargeld dabei hatten, hat das Bezahlen sehr lange gedauert.

Rundum erfreuliches Erlebnis am 24.5.23 zum Lunch. Ganz besonders zu loben: Der sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Bedienung (den Namen des jungen Mannes habe ich leider nicht erfragt). Vielen Dank an ihn. Auch das Essen war hochwertig und im Geschmack sehr gelungen - wie ebenfalls das gesamte stilvolle Ambiente.

Service personal sehr freundlich dennoch zwischendurch für 15-20 Minuten gar nicht aufzufinden im ganzen Laden! Dazu Avocado ist die Kernidee dieses Restaurants, dennoch als mein Teller kam, waren 5 Mini Würfel Avocado drauf, das ist inakzeptabel für ein Gericht laut Menü mit Avocado. Preisleistung stimmt auch nicht, denn für Ähnlicher Preis habe ich in einigen anderen Läden besser gefrühstückt.
