Thanks guys for saving my day. First I went to the restaurant on the street, where I didn't get any food after an hour. The Dürüm was ready in 5 minutes and was fantastic - despite the place being full. You're doing great.

I can't recommend it, the quality was poor, the kebab in the dough fell apart after opening, the dough was burnt and all wet.

If you like good, cheap and large portions, this is the place for you. All special requests are met and implemented by the staff, so you can definitely stop by here. The ambience could be a little more modern for my taste, but as we all know, this is a matter of taste and has no influence on the food. 😃 Price-performance ratio is appropriate, the food is prepared quickly so that the lunch break is also suitable for a visit and therefore sufficient.

Price and quality A1, that's why we like to go there instead of going to the kebab shop around the corner. You don't feel full after eating, you're full and satisfied 😉 We can recommend everything, from the kebab plate, kebab sandwich, lahmacun to rice pudding 😀 This Melis is in a residential area, there is a Netto opposite, so you may not find a parking space straight away. But it's worth it.

Unfortunately you have to say mass processing here too. Too much meat, less salad and bland seasoning. The meat is cut off too early, so one or two pieces of meat are not cooked properly. Most people like it because it is juicy. But it doesn't work that way. Been there twice, always that same. On Tuesday March 19th, 2024 we took something there for the third and last time. 1x kebab with everything 1x Doner Dürüm Everything tasted bland, There was no seasoning and the meat was not at all crispy. The portions are large with lots of meat and salad but no taste. The homemade flatbread tasted best. The last time for us! That's why one star less today.

Very bad service!! You are not greeted properly, then the order, just careless and not nice. The kebab had all the aluminum foil in the kebab meat. So it wasn't packaged properly and it was just disgusting. You couldn't eat!! One star is already too many!! My first impression and I won't recommend it to anyone.

We have been to this restaurant twice. A waitress was responsible for everything and you had to wait at least 15 minutes until the waitress came and you had 2 seconds to order something. She doesn't listen carefully and wrong order is no surprise.

Sehr große Auswahl und die wechselnde Anzeigetafel hinter dem Tresen zeigt verschiedene Beispielbilder des Essens. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen. Im Winter wird der Außenbereich durch Markise und Planen vor der Witterung geschützt. Das Personal war sehr höflich und nett.

Für einen schnellimbiss sehr gut eingerichtet. Perfekt ist die Tafel, wo man Fotos vom Essen sehen kann ( wenn diese nicht alle paar Sekunden wechseln würde) Man wird genervt gefragt, was man will. Da haste schon keinen Hunger mehr. Dann kommt das Essen, zwei essen bestellt und beide falsch. ( austausch einer Beilage!) Die Frau war sehr genervt und es hat sie sichtlich auch nicht interessiert. Den Rest des abends haben wir mit Magenschmerzen und Übelkeit verbracht, weil Beilage gegen die man Allergie hat nicht weggelassen wurde! Fazit: Personal ist genervt und hört nicht zu. Desinteressiert und unhöflich. Zu teuer für die Leistung ( welche eigentlich???) Wem es dort gefällt, bitte, aber ich lass mein Geld da nicht mehr. Ps: die Pommes die wir auch nicht wollten waren aber gut! Sauberkeit so lala...aber ok.

Einfach einen guten Döner essen. Die Qualität ist gut und die Auswahl reichhaltig. Die Herren hinter der Theke waren ein wenig nervös und haben mich ständig gefragt, ob ich schon fertig bin mit meiner Auswahl. Das hat mich genervt.

Hier esse ich regelmäßig. Döner, Pizza und Dönerteller sind jedes Mal spitze. Große Portionen, faire Preise, dazu freundlicher Service. Gelegentlich gibt es sogar kleine Extras gratis. Klare Empfehlung!

The kebab meat plate had really good selection of meats that were really juicy and well seasoned. And the Baklava was the best baklava I have ever had, so fresh and still warm.

Das Essen find ich immer wieder sehr gut, ich mag den reichlichen Inhalt, auch mit den frischen Komponenten wie Salaten und Saucen. Der Service zum Mitnehmen geht fast immer sehr schnell und ist zuverlässig, man hat auch bei komplexen Bestellungen das richtige in der Tüte. Die Freundlichkeit ist sehr gut. Am Telefon zum Bestellen manchmal etwas schwer zu erreichen, aber liefert zuverlässig. Das Ambiente vor Ort ist okay, sicherlich Geschmackssache, aber eher kein Punkt der Kritik. Man kann sogar draußen sitzen. Ich würde das Restaurant auf jeden Fall klar empfehlen!!

Mein Lieblings Donerlade, in Frankfurt. Das Essen ist super lecker, die Bedienung ist sehr nett und die Preise sind auch sehr sehr fair. Ich komme hier gerne und esse meine Adana Teller und der ist vorallem mit Reis sehr groß und macht einen definitiv satt. Der salad dazu ist auch sehr lecker und was besonders und allem in allem, einfach ein sehr guter ausgeglichener Adana

Der Service war sehr nett. Aufgrund des tollen Preises und der guten Qualität verdient es dennoch 5 Sterne. Wer günstig essen möchte, ohne auf Geschmack verzichten zu müssen, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Hier bekommt man genug. Schneller, freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Portionen und Qualität. Eine große Auswahl an frischen Gerichten. Sitzgelegenheiten im Innen- und Außenbereich mit ausreichend Platz. Übersichtlich arrangiert und Zutaten vor Augen. Das Parken außerhalb des Stromnetzes ist besser.

Tellergericht ist nicht wie Bild gezeigt. Mehr Reis und weniger Fleisch. "Lammfleisch" ist wahrscheinlich nur "Puten Fleisch". Aber ist nur meine Schätzung.

Immer lecker. Riesige Portionen. Kann man locker sich zu 2 teilen und man wird satt. Einzige Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Kein liefern. Wenn man es mitnehmen möchte, kann vorher anrufen und es ist direkt fertig zum mitnehmen.

Mein Bruder den Falafel durum und ich den Döner Teller (44) gehabt, Heutzutage bin ich nicht selten über das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis empört. Melis jedoch hat mich seit langem mal wieder überrascht mit ihren riesen Portionen für einen entspannten Preis. Die Dame, welche meine Bestellung aufnahm, hat mir bereitwillig erklärt was ich bekomme und es an den Tisch gebracht. Die Ambiente lässt sich als süßes Corner Restaurant mit Familienbetrieb "Vibes" beschreiben. Fazit: Ich meide 5 Sterne Reviews, da selten alles stimmt, doch hier hat mein einmaliger Besuch dazu geführt mir ein gutes Gewissen zu geben, dass ich jede Kategorie mit 5 Sternen bewerten kann. Wallah bester dönerladen in Frankfurt

Essen hat in beiden Filialen in Preungesheim geschmacklich nachgelassen. Fad gewürzt und kaum Sauce. Nur große Portionen machen noch lange keinen guten Döner. Außerdem fühle ich mich als Kundin nicht ernstgenommen, da ich jedesmal einen scharfen Döner bestelle und das so gut wie immer ignoriert wird. Ich betone es sogar immer mehrfach, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Habe es schonmal direkt bei der Bestellung bemängelt, dass der Döner nie scharf ist, dann hat es einmal funktioniert, beim nächsten Mal aber wieder nicht. Ich sehe mich als Kundin nicht in der Pflicht, jedesmal mehrfach zu betonen, was ich möchte. Einmal bei der Bestellung sollte reichen. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn... heute war mein letzter Besuch bei Melis

Das Essen war fabelhaft Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es gut es war halt natürlich kein klassischer Döner sondern ein drehspieß nichtsdestotrotz war es mega lecker und wir hatten keinen Grund gehabt irgendwie da was zu bemängeln natürlich Ambiente es war halt sehr klein und durch die ganzen Grills und Backofen und sonstiges was halt alles steht ist es halt sehr warm da drinne im Winter ungemütlich aber im Sommer kann man halt nicht da drinne

Seit einem Jahrzehnt ist Melis der Döner meines Vertrauens. Preislich super, wenn sowohl die Portionsgröße als auch die Konkurrenz berücksichtigt werden. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind freundlich, auch wenn sie mal unter Stress stehen. Definitiv empfehlenswert 👍🏽.

Ich habe schon sehr viele verschiedene Dönerläden in Frankfurt besucht, doch bei keinem stimmt das Gesamtpaket so gut wie bei Melis. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Das Essen ist frisch und super lecker und die Preise sind sehr fair. Alles in einem ein sehr gutes Lokal, wo ich gerne regelmäßig vor Ort esse aber auch gerne essen hole.

Der Laden ist geschmacklich auf dem Niveau eines eher unterdurchschnittlichen Dönerimbisses. Nichts, aber auch gar nichts Besonderes.

Die Zutaten sind frisch, die Portionen groß, und die Atmosphäre gemütlich. Der Laden ist sehr zu empfehlen und das Personal mehr als freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
