Best Italian ever, not even the Italians in Northern Germany come close. Have been coming here on vacation every year for 6 years.

We were there spontaneously without a reservation and were asked into the restaurant because everything in the garden was reserved. Despite being busy, the service was very friendly and attentive. The wine selection matched the food perfectly for us and arrived very quickly. The food was also excellent. We really enjoyed the time. We will definitely visit the Dolce Vita again during our vacation.

Hello, bought 2 scoops of ice cream today, it was pure disappointment. 1. A scoop of ice cream costs €2, and it was just half melted ice cream, 2. The taste was incredibly bad, chocolate was too bitter, raspberries had nothing to do with the fruit and were too sweet. We will never buy ice cream there again!!

Service was absolutely disgraceful. We were greeted in a military tone and almost had to apologize for coming shortly before 2 p.m., when the kitchen closes. So we decided against lunch and wanted to eat ice cream. Since the flavors weren't listed on the menu, my daughter went to the ice cream stand to see what flavors of ice cream were available. She was then rudely informed that she had to order at the table. The worst thing I found was my observation that the waiter sneezed into his hand and then continued to serve without washing his hands. Terrible…

We ate a strawberry cup, so delicious, fresh strawberries, the vanilla ice cream was simply amazing and also very visually appealing. A smile from the employee would have been nice, but maybe today wasn't his day, the lady in service was very friendly.

I ordered the lemon pike, very tasty, stewed in a cream sauce. The atmosphere outside is cozy, grapes are growing. View of the lake, mountains beyond. The time spent was very pleasant 🙂

The food is great, we've been there many times. It's about time for a review... The staff is attentive and friendly. Sometimes it feels like a piazza in Italy, especially on weekends in summer. The only unpleasant thing sometimes are some loud, drunk nouveau riche regular customers. Then you realize again that you are in Germany, the Italians have more style.

Despite the good reviews, we were very disappointed. The risotto was too spicy and the fries were very dry. Unfortunately we had to give half of the portions back because they didn't taste good. In addition, everything was very hectic, which had a negative effect on us because after 5 minutes we still couldn't speak to a waitress to ask for the bill. Nevertheless, the waitresses were very friendly!

Good service. Plenty of food. Unfortunately Carbonra had no taste, no salt and not enough ham. You had to look for it.

Beautiful and large restaurant at Quai du Haut. No through roads, so quiet. Large terrace, partly on the banks of the Suze. I always go there for the pizzas, which are excellent.

We found the friendliness to be genuine and the food prepared well and quickly. They can't do anything about the through traffic in front of the restaurant, we are holidaymakers.

With a little view of the lake, the cyclists and cars passing by in front of the restaurant/ice cream parlor, the little piece of Italy is reminiscent of Lake Garda. The large shaded terrace, indoor seating that opens onto the terrace via large sliding glass windows and the furniture reinforce the impression that you have arrived in Italy at the latest when the cheerful service arrives. Of course there is good Italian cuisine, but we were impressed by the ice cream menu. The ice cream creations are tempting and delicious! Wherever it's good, it's also full - that's especially true here and you usually have to wait a while to get a seat when the weather is nice. There is also limited parking next to the restaurant, so most guests come on foot or by bike.

There were 10 of us for a birthday dinner. The food was good and it's cozy. Unfortunately, when we ordered a half/half pizza, the service didn't inform us that we had to pay for two full ones. That's a shame and not usual either. So we were charged for two pizzas even though only one was served in total. The vanilla ice cream with the spaghetti ice cream was kind of watery.

We were happy with everything so far. But my son asked if his pizza could be served half and half, which was made possible. But then we were charged for 2 pizzas, which we only noticed later. This was not pointed out and we were not asked if we wanted to take the other halves with us. Rip-off or oversight? At least €12.90 was overpaid.

Unfortunately, hot food is only available from 5 p.m. It was different on Google Maps. 😌

Wir waren am Pfingstsonntag um die Mittagszeit spontan hier zum Essen. Der Laden war richtig voll und wir hatten mit langer Wartezeit gerechnet. Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, waren unsere kühlen Getränke schnell am Tisch, gleiches gilt für die Speisekarten. Die bestellten Gerichte (Schnitzel und Scheinelende) waren trotz vollem Haus sehr schnell da und sehr lecker. Die Zitronensoße zur Lende kann ich nur empfehlen. Hier war man sehr gut auf den erwarteten Ansturm ein- und personell super aufgestellt. Alle waren trotz Stress super freundlich und flott unterwegs ohne hektisch zu wirken. Wir kommen gerne in unserem nächsten Urlaub wieder.

We only ordered something to drink (Luganer, water and espresso), everything was great, quality and service :). The meals that were brought to the surrounding tables by the waiter looked very tasty and the plates were empty after the meal.

Restaurant located on the main street, so it's not exactly quiet, but of course you know that, but still has a nice view of the lake. The food is great and the portions are generous. You don't have to buy mineral water that has been carted across half of Europe, there is also “Kranenberger” in the carafe. The atmosphere is super familiar, the service is very warm. Price/performance ratio absolutely ok.

Good Italian with a very good vitello tonnato

We just went for ice cream. The view from the terrace is very nice, and the ice cream was delicious.

When we were there at around 8:30 p.m. we were rushed and reprimanded three times. If we had come later we wouldn't have gotten anything. My friend was in the toilet after arriving at the restaurant then the waitress came straight after he sat down and wanted to know what we wanted, he hadn't even seen the menu and then ordered some pizza because we weren't allowed to choose anything other than pizza . We then had our drinks and our pizza and then no one was seen anymore - it seemed very hectic and absolutely uncomfortable. The pizza was good. We then waved to another condition because of the payment, but she preferred to smoke. All in all, I can't recommend this restaurant and would rather spend my money on food somewhere else if I would have liked pasta.

The dolce vita is one of those "typical" institutions where people still speak Italian and can speak Italian. together with the location + if the weather cooperates, you are 0, nothing in the south. Despite limited parking options next to the restaurant, they always try to find a table for the guest. Unless you come unexpectedly in a large group, it's better to "anotare".

Okay, passt, aber kein bisschen mehr

Sehr gute Speiserkarte, sehr leckeres Essen. Reservierung erforderlich sonst gibt es keine Plätze.

Wollten Essen zum liefern bestellen, obwohl wir in der auf dem Flyer angegebenen Lieferzeit bestellen wollten, war keine Lieferung möglich. Haben dann zur Abholung bestellt. Als wir ankamen wurde nochmal gefragt was wir bestellt haben, scheinbar gibt es zwei gleichnamige Pizzen auf Flyer und Karte mit unterschiedlichem Belag… nach 15 Minuten warten bekamen wir unsere Pizzen. Leider viel uns erst zuhause auf das die „Pizza mit scharfer Salami und Mozzarella“, wohl auch tonnenweise Peperoni beinhaltet. Wieso eine Zutat auf der Karte nicht beisteht, wenn die Pizza zu 90% daraus besteht ist für mich leider nicht nachvollziehbar. Geschmacklich waren die Pizza in Ordnung, aber leider auch nicht mehr. Overall leider alles andere als überzeugend.

Der Cappuccino ist ein Traum nach den schmackhaften Speisen... Jederzeit wieder, tolles Team

Eine Pizzeria, in der man sehr gute Pizzen bekommt und ebenso die restliche Speisekarte kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Die Wechselnden saisonalen Gerichte sind eine tolle Ergänzung. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Aussicht auf den Chiemsee wird leider durch die Straße beeinträchtigt. Die Preise sind angemessen, solange man kein Leitungswasser bestellt. Hier bezahlt man für 0,25l stolze 3,-(DREI !) Euro (Italienisches Mineralwasser in der gleichen Größe und Flasche wird mit 3,30 Euro berechnet) Auch wenn es hübsch in der Karaffe serviert wird und es auf der Rechnung als "Tafelwasser" bezeichnet wird, kann man dies nicht als ortsüblich bezeichnen. Erwähnen sollte ich, dass wir mehrere andere Getränke, Eisbecher und zusätzlich ein Glas Leitungswasser bestellt haben und ich es absolut richtig erachte, dass auch Leitungswasser berechnet wird.

Wundervolle Aussicht auf den Chiemsee und die Berge auf der sonnigen Terrasse. Fühlt dich an wie in Südtirol. Eis und Kuchen sind hausgemacht und sehr lecker. Preislich sehr angemessen. Freundlicher Service auch bei hohem Andrang. Komme gerne wieder.

Bei der Eistheke mussten wir lange anstehen. Der Kellner kam kurz um anderen Tisch-Gästen Eis zu bringen, aber keine Erklärung das es noch dauert und nicht mal ein Hallo. Als ich meine Bestellung aufgeben habe war er recht unhöflich und patzig. Das Eis ansich war echt gut (1,80€ die Kugel) aber die Waffel schmeckt nach garnichts.

Gutes Essen, Abends unbedingt reservieren. Wir wurden nach dem Mittagessen höflich rausgeschmissen, da der Tisch gebraucht wurde. So noch nicht erlebt, enttäuschend.

De serveersters ( ik vermoed de eigenaar) was erg gejaagd en ongeduldig. Hard werken is prima maar de drankjes werden echt lomp ingeschud, tafel indekken was ook een wedstrijd. Dit alles gaf geen fijn gevoel. Verder was de risotto met zeevruchten erg waterig, en niet naar wens.

Ich war schon öfters hier und das Essen war immer sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Die Bedienungen sind immer sehr freundlich gewesen, so dass ich hier immer wieder gerne herkomme. Auch ein Eis zwischendurch lohnt sich, da das Eis ebenfalls sehr gut schmeckt. Vielen Dank.

Schön ab der Hauptstraße gelegen, muss man eine wenig darum kämpfen vom Personal, welches sich rührend um Stammgäste kümmert, beachtet zu werden. Das Eis war lecker, wenn auch ein wenig arg geschmolzen beim servieren. Dies könnte wieder an den Stammgästen liegen? Die Preise sind aber gut und die Portionen ausreichend.
