Nice Italian restaurant right on Lake Chiemsee. We had pizza and spaghetti bolo. The pizza was great, the spaghetti tasted a bit lukewarm and too soft. The service was very friendly.

Very nice staff and very very good food. We had a special request for the kitchen, since we are Muslims and do not consume alcohol, we asked for a fish specialty to be prepared without adding wine, which the service satisfied us with a very pleasant and positive answer. The food was excellent, very tasty. Pleasant staff. The terrace, together with a fine fish specialty, gave the impression of a seaside atmosphere. To my surprise, when we finished, they even offered to pack the rest of the portion and the salad. I would happily recommend a visit to the Dolce Vita restaurant. You won't do anything wrong.

Called shortly before 5 p.m. and got a table for two people. Really quaint restaurant. Service was super friendly and really nice. The food was really delicious.😋 I can only recommend it. Really great. Please stay like that.

Pizzeria with a normal range of pizza, there were also various offers written on a board... Service came quickly, we were able to sit outside and even though it wasn't that cold, the heater was turned on straight away. We were pleasantly surprised. Our pizzas came quickly and hot...it was delicious. We would come back and recommend it!

We ordered food. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the quality, despite the slightly higher price. The spaghetti was delicious. The lasagne and also the tortellini didn't taste like anything. The bruscetta was completely drowned in oil and the tomatoes only tasted like water. We wouldn't eat there again. There are better restaurants nearby.

Montag 07.10.2024 !!meiden!! sehr Sehr enttäuschend da Essen nicht annähernd erwartungsgemäß, eigentlich richtig miserabel und das bei Auswahl der höherpreisigen Essen:Schweinemedaillons zu durchgegart, ungewürzt,Röstgemüse nicht geröstet-sondern labberig ungewürzt, Pfifferlinge labberich bis matschig, durch eine Fertig-Soße die fast schon ekelig anmutet, der dazu bestellte Reis auch noch versalzen und matschig,, meine Güte, was kann noch mehr daneben gehen,, dies 2x,, selbst Salat mit frittierten Fleisch nicht besonders,, .. und das bei höherpreisiger Auswahl, 4 Personen für 145 Euro sollte man mehr erwarten können,, am Nachbartisch wurde die Pizza moniert (Mozzarella), es kam Ersatz, Katastrophe .. das Pärchen verließ enttäuscht das Restaurant. !!unbedingt meiden!!! Lieber selber kochen, selbst McDonalds im Notfall vorziehen oder in Reit im Winkel lecker 200g Zwiebelrostbraten lecker Suppe vorweg und Getränke für 63 Euro.

Wir betraten das Restaurant um 20.00 Uhr. Der Kellner brachte uns die Karte, die sehr vielversprechend aussah. Nach ein paar Minuten nahm er die Getränke auf und als er sie brachte fragte er ob wir schon gewählt hätten. Da die Auswahl aber wirklich groß war , hatten wir uns noch nicht entschieden. Wiederum eine Minute später kam der Kellner wieder und meinte wenn wir auch eine Vorspeise haben wollten müssten wir diese jetzt bestellen. Also wählten wir unsere Vorspeise und Hauptspeise. Wir fühlten uns sehr unter Druck gesetzt und hatten den Eindruck als wolle man das Lokal schnell schließen. Die Vorspeise kam und die Teller waren noch nicht geleert da kam der Kellner wieder und fragte ob er das Hauptgericht bringen könne. Wir haben verneint. Und ich habe gefragt ob wir uns beeilen müssten. Er verneinte kam aber nach kurzer Zeit mit der Hauptspeise. Währenddessen fragte eine andere Kellnerin ob sie die Essig/ Ölflaschen schon abräumen könne. Zuerst dachten wir sie bräuchte diese für einen anderen Gast aber nein , sie war am aufräumen.Wir kamen uns vor als könne man es nicht erwarten uns schnell wieder los zu werden. Um 20.55 Uhr haben wir das Lokal dann wieder verlassen. So schnell wurden wir noch nie abgefertigt. Das Essen war ok aber nicht berauschend. Schade das hier nicht auf den Gast eingegangen wird. Wir gehen häufig essen und das haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

Salad was good and fresh. Only with the pizzas... The base didn't seem fresh to us and they both looked the same when bought... similar to a frozen pizza. There are definitely better ones

Unfortunately, we weren't able to taste the food because after 15 minutes of waiting for service and having no prospects for it, we gave up on this place.

Super delicious food, be it pasta or pizza or even the dessert ice cream. Despite the full house, the food was ready in a short time. Price/performance and very nice staff, everything fits perfectly. And on top of that a mega view of Lake Chiemsee.

Is this supposed to be an ice cream parlor? Italian food better than in Italy. Service OK, location: well. On a busy street, so loud. However, with a view of Lake Chiemsee.

Best Italian ever, not even the Italians in Northern Germany come close. Have been coming here on vacation every year for 6 years.

We were there spontaneously without a reservation and were asked into the restaurant because everything in the garden was reserved. Despite being busy, the service was very friendly and attentive. The wine selection matched the food perfectly for us and arrived very quickly. The food was also excellent. We really enjoyed the time. We will definitely visit the Dolce Vita again during our vacation.

Hello, bought 2 scoops of ice cream today, it was pure disappointment. 1. A scoop of ice cream costs €2, and it was just half melted ice cream, 2. The taste was incredibly bad, chocolate was too bitter, raspberries had nothing to do with the fruit and were too sweet. We will never buy ice cream there again!!

Service was absolutely disgraceful. We were greeted in a military tone and almost had to apologize for coming shortly before 2 p.m., when the kitchen closes. So we decided against lunch and wanted to eat ice cream. Since the flavors weren't listed on the menu, my daughter went to the ice cream stand to see what flavors of ice cream were available. She was then rudely informed that she had to order at the table. The worst thing I found was my observation that the waiter sneezed into his hand and then continued to serve without washing his hands. Terrible…

The food is great, we've been there many times. It's about time for a review... The staff is attentive and friendly. Sometimes it feels like a piazza in Italy, especially on weekends in summer. The only unpleasant thing sometimes are some loud, drunk nouveau riche regular customers. Then you realize again that you are in Germany, the Italians have more style.

Despite the good reviews, we were very disappointed. The risotto was too spicy and the fries were very dry. Unfortunately we had to give half of the portions back because they didn't taste good. In addition, everything was very hectic, which had a negative effect on us because after 5 minutes we still couldn't speak to a waitress to ask for the bill. Nevertheless, the waitresses were very friendly!

Good service. Plenty of food. Unfortunately Carbonra had no taste, no salt and not enough ham. You had to look for it.

Beautiful and large restaurant at Quai du Haut. No through roads, so quiet. Large terrace, partly on the banks of the Suze. I always go there for the pizzas, which are excellent.

With a little view of the lake, the cyclists and cars passing by in front of the restaurant/ice cream parlor, the little piece of Italy is reminiscent of Lake Garda. The large shaded terrace, indoor seating that opens onto the terrace via large sliding glass windows and the furniture reinforce the impression that you have arrived in Italy at the latest when the cheerful service arrives. Of course there is good Italian cuisine, but we were impressed by the ice cream menu. The ice cream creations are tempting and delicious! Wherever it's good, it's also full - that's especially true here and you usually have to wait a while to get a seat when the weather is nice. There is also limited parking next to the restaurant, so most guests come on foot or by bike.

There were 10 of us for a birthday dinner. The food was good and it's cozy. Unfortunately, when we ordered a half/half pizza, the service didn't inform us that we had to pay for two full ones. That's a shame and not usual either. So we were charged for two pizzas even though only one was served in total. The vanilla ice cream with the spaghetti ice cream was kind of watery.

We were happy with everything so far. But my son asked if his pizza could be served half and half, which was made possible. But then we were charged for 2 pizzas, which we only noticed later. This was not pointed out and we were not asked if we wanted to take the other halves with us. Rip-off or oversight? At least €12.90 was overpaid.

Unfortunately, hot food is only available from 5 p.m. It was different on Google Maps. 😌

Wir waren am Pfingstsonntag um die Mittagszeit spontan hier zum Essen. Der Laden war richtig voll und wir hatten mit langer Wartezeit gerechnet. Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, waren unsere kühlen Getränke schnell am Tisch, gleiches gilt für die Speisekarten. Die bestellten Gerichte (Schnitzel und Scheinelende) waren trotz vollem Haus sehr schnell da und sehr lecker. Die Zitronensoße zur Lende kann ich nur empfehlen. Hier war man sehr gut auf den erwarteten Ansturm ein- und personell super aufgestellt. Alle waren trotz Stress super freundlich und flott unterwegs ohne hektisch zu wirken. Wir kommen gerne in unserem nächsten Urlaub wieder.

We only ordered something to drink (Luganer, water and espresso), everything was great, quality and service :). The meals that were brought to the surrounding tables by the waiter looked very tasty and the plates were empty after the meal.

Restaurant located on the main street, so it's not exactly quiet, but of course you know that, but still has a nice view of the lake. The food is great and the portions are generous. You don't have to buy mineral water that has been carted across half of Europe, there is also “Kranenberger” in the carafe. The atmosphere is super familiar, the service is very warm. Price/performance ratio absolutely ok.

When we were there at around 8:30 p.m. we were rushed and reprimanded three times. If we had come later we wouldn't have gotten anything. My friend was in the toilet after arriving at the restaurant then the waitress came straight after he sat down and wanted to know what we wanted, he hadn't even seen the menu and then ordered some pizza because we weren't allowed to choose anything other than pizza . We then had our drinks and our pizza and then no one was seen anymore - it seemed very hectic and absolutely uncomfortable. The pizza was good. We then waved to another condition because of the payment, but she preferred to smoke. All in all, I can't recommend this restaurant and would rather spend my money on food somewhere else if I would have liked pasta.

The dolce vita is one of those "typical" institutions where people still speak Italian and can speak Italian. together with the location + if the weather cooperates, you are 0, nothing in the south. Despite limited parking options next to the restaurant, they always try to find a table for the guest. Unless you come unexpectedly in a large group, it's better to "anotare".
