Dolce Vita in Hengersberg

The ice cream tastes like nothing! The manager is awful, really annoyed and unfriendly! They've probably only managed to stay around this long because of the bombing in the city center. I'd rather spend my money at the competition! 👍🏻😎

A great ice cream parlor, with very nice, friendly, and attentive service. I had the strawberry sundae and changed my ice cream flavors. This wasn't a problem at all; I could choose whatever I wanted.

Unfriendly service, ice cream so-so... no fresh fruit in the sundae. Half of it was inedible. And stale Coke. Not even a star, really. It was worth a try, but unfortunately, it was a flop.

The ice cream may have been made in an ice cream maker, but it definitely didn't contain any fresh ingredients. It's some of the worst ice cream I've ever tasted. I strongly suspect they use "ready-made powder" to make the ice cream. This was my last visit there.

Unfortunately, our visit to this ice cream parlor was a deeply disappointing experience. The ice cream was of poor quality and tasteless. The real highlight of our dissatisfaction, however, was the behavior of the staff. After we took a napkin to clean up a minor mishap, we were rudely asked to leave the establishment. The lady behind the counter practically yelled at us—I've never encountered such disrespectful treatment of customers. We will definitely not visit this ice cream parlor again and cannot recommend it in any way. If I could, I would give it zero stars.

We went for ice cream with the family. Unfortunately we encountered very unfriendly service. Luckily, at that point we decided to forego this restaurant.

5***** Lovely ambience, great music in the background at the right volume and delicious mussels with really good bread! We are not regular guests, but we were welcomed and served incredibly well. Every guest counts here - top service. Thank you for the lovely evening

We have been guests for 18 years. Great food. Absolutely recommended. Ice cream is very tasty. You can taste that it is homemade.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I've never eaten such horrible ice cream in my life... all flavors tasted the same, namely like nothing or water, totally crumbly and nothing creamy. On top of that, I was yelled at completely stupidly.

We were passing through and stopped there. The service was top and so was the food. I was also very happy about the pictures/sayings on the toilet :)

The small guest garden is located directly on the street, so it's not exactly cozy. The sundae was small but ok. But what really bothered me was the unfriendly "service" of both employees present. I asked both of them to please wipe down the very unsavory table that had been spilled by the previous person, which neither of them did. Conclusion: 0 cent tip. It was my first and last visit there.

Totally unfriendly service. First you are sent away from the ice cream shop to sit at a table, only to then receive the ice cream not in a paper cup but in a bowl. But you charge a whopping €3 more for that. You sit directly on a busy street. Very long and absolutely not recommended. Ice cream isn't a burner either.

I have no idea what ingredients are in the ice cream, but it just doesn't taste like Kinder Bueno...

I can't say anything against the pizza, but unfortunately I didn't like the ice cream on several occasions... It's a shame

Very small cafe, friendly service

Come on, order a pizza or pasta with salad. Then enjoy the food and you will come back again and again.

5 stars for delicious pizza/pasta. Very fresh ingredients...the pizza baked to perfection. Juicy and cross at the same time. Very well documented. Everything is fine 👍

There are opening times on the internet. If you drive an extra 20 km to eat ice cream, you'll find yourself in front of a locked door

I always see the good in people but these owners are absolutely the worst! If you can't deal with people you shouldn't open a local restaurant... I would have preferred to give 0 stars. I'll never enter this dirty shop again. An impudence.

Super Eis. Raffinierte Sorten. Ich habe jetzt über längere Zeit mehrmals was zum Essen dort geholt. Es war jedesmal sehr gut. Ich kann die Bewertung mit nur 1 Punkt in keinster Weise verstehen. Wieder mal sehr gut gegessen.

Unser absolutes Lieblings Eis 🍨 Hier schmeckt man einfach das mit hochwertigen Zutaten gearbeitet wird! Pizza und Pasta sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wer gerne ein gutes Glas Wein mag ist bei dieser Adresse auch bestens aufgehoben!
