Ich habe einen kurzen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise gemacht und war sehr erfreut, dieses schöne Restaurant zu entdecken. Mega freundlicher Service und die Pizza war grandios!

Es wirkt etwas abgelegen, aber wenn man erst einmal da ist, findet man ein gemütliches kleines Restaurant mit genau dem richtigen italienischen Flair. Die beste Pizza, die ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe.

Leider hatten Sie das, was ich gesucht hatte nicht da. Sehr schade. Über den Rest kann ich nichts sagen, sieht aber professionell aus. Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schön, nicht zu überkandidelt. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker..Der Kellner war unglaublich freundlich obwohl er allein war,sehr höflich und aufmerksam.

Pizza abgeholt, war schon lecker, aber fur 14,90€ (Abholpreis) hätte ich ein bisschen mehr erwartet.

Ganz ehrlich? Die Bedienung im Verkauf bzw Bistro ist Geschäftsschädigend! So eine unfreundliche, desinteressierte, genervte kleine Dame habe ich lange nicht erlebt. Ich glaube, Angela oder so... Kein Danke, kein Bitte. Bis sie an den Tisch kommt und die Bestellung aufnimmt, vergeht eine Ewigkeit. Ihre Disziplien? Ignorieren. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos super freundlich. Und das Essen ist auch toppi. Aber A. ist absolut nicht geeignet für den Gästekontakt. Anfangs war es noch irgendwie witzig... aber wenn man immer wieder auf diese Dame trifft und schon weiß, das man wieder nicht willkommen ist, ist es auch irgendwann nicht mehr das Lieblingsfrühstücksbistro! So viel Desinteresse muss man erst einmal bewahren können. Ciao

Wir waren auf dem Heimweg von der Arbeit in dieser Feinkost am Stadtrand, um kurz etwas zu trinken und essen. Leider war der Besuch aufgrund des Verhaltens der Inhaberin sehr unangenehm. Sie kam dazu, schaute uns direkt auf die Schuhe und beschuldigte uns in sehr unhöflichem und aggressivem Ton, den Teppich schmutzig gemacht zu haben. Außerdem machte sie abwertende Bemerkungen über einen angeblichen schlechten Geruch. Dieses Verhalten war für uns sehr respektlos und unangenehm, sodass wir das Lokal sofort verlassen haben. Ein solches Auftreten gegenüber Gästen ist enttäuschend und absolut nicht akzeptabel. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal: Die Dame hinter der Theke war sehr freundlich, höflich und hat einen ausgezeichneten Service geboten – ein echter Lichtblick des Lokals.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Der kleine Pizzaladen direkt gegenüber vom italienischen Feinkostgeschäft überzeugt mit sehr guter, kulinarisch hochwertiger Pizza und fein ausgesuchten Vorspeisen. Besonders positiv fällt der Pizzateig auf: schön aufgegangen, locker und aromatisch, mit genau der richtigen Menge Belag – nicht überladen, sondern ausgewogen und qualitativ hochwertig. Als Vorspeise ist das Duetto di Burrata e San Daniele mit Burrata aus Apulien, Datteltomaten und San-Daniele-Schinken DOP sehr schmackhaft und harmonisch abgestimmt. Auch die Orecchiette Cime di Rape mit Stängelkohl aus Apulien, Sardellen und Knoblauch sind hervorragend gewürzt und geschmacklich sehr gelungen. Zum Abschluss lohnt sich unbedingt das Dessert: Der Kuchen mit weicher Pistazienfüllung bzw. Pistaziencreme ist liebevoll gemacht und wirklich sehr lecker. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit hoher Produktqualität und authentischer italienischer Küche – ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Viel kann ich eigentlich nicht sagen, außer... italienischer geht es nicht.. essen super, Ambiente toll und Bedienung freundlich hilfsbereit und super nett, sogar auf Sonderwünsche wurde gern eingegangen.. danke dafür...

Restaurant Wow! Es war ein Zufallsbesuch, wir haben es einfach bei Google ausgewählt, aber wir sind so froh darüber. Die Pasta war fantastisch (Spaghetti Carbonara und eine weitere mit Pilzen), das Tiramisu köstlich und die Vorspeise mit Prosciutto und Käse war wirklich hervorragend. Auch der Wein war sehr lecker. Die Preise sind sogar angemessen, 17 € für die Pasta waren der Qualität entsprechend. Die Pizza haben wir noch nicht probiert, aber wir planen, Stammgäste zu werden. Tipp: Beachten Sie die Öffnungszeiten, sie sind sehr ungewöhnlich, und reservieren Sie unbedingt im Voraus.

Wir waren lange Stammgäste und haben unseren Lieblingsitaliener bewusst für unsere Weihnachtsfeier ausgewählt – leider war der Abend ein kompletter Reinfall. Wir hatten durchgehend das Gefühl, vergessen worden zu sein. Der Service war schlecht organisiert, das Ambiente wirkte lieblos und passte in keiner Weise zu einer Weihnachtsfeier. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass ein Drittel unserer Belegschaft bereits aufgegessen hatte, während das letzte Drittel das Essen erst sehr spät bekam. Das sorgte für eine sehr unangenehme Stimmung und ist bei einer geplanten Feier absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich waren wir am Heiligabend zum angekündigten Weihnachtsbrunch dort. Auch das war leider enttäuschend: Es gab lediglich eine sehr kleine Karte mit fünf Gerichten, unter anderem Rührei. Wir waren zu viert und haben die komplette Karte bestellt, dennoch fehlte es an grundlegenden Dingen – keine Butter, nur ein ( auf Nachfrage kamen noch zwei dazu) Brötchen für vier Personen. Unter einem Brunch verstehen wir etwas völlig anderes: Auswahl, Nachschlag und die Möglichkeit, das zu essen, worauf man Lust hat. Stattdessen wirkte alles sehr knapp, lieblos und schlecht vorbereitet. Insgesamt ein sehr unschönes Erlebnis, das unserer Erwartung und auch dem bisherigen guten Eindruck dieses Restaurants leider überhaupt nicht gerecht wurde. Sehr schade.

One of the meals was delicious. The other, unfortunately, wasn't to our taste because the pizza was very soggy due to the toppings. We also couldn't find anyone to order another drink for ages. When I wanted to pay, I had to wait about 10 minutes at the register before someone came to ring me up. I had already informed an employee about this. The service definitely needs improvement.

We spontaneously stopped here for lunch. Friendly service and the best carbonara I've had in a long time. Delicious tiramisu to follow. The room temperature was a bit cool, making it a little uncomfortable. We'd gladly come again.

I always enjoyed coming here, even if the server was sometimes a bit grumpy. She was just stressed. Today, it seemed like a junior Difonzo was working. Unfortunately, with three tables occupied, he couldn't manage to take a drink order for more than 15 minutes. The first bread basket was filled with stale, dry bread, and when I ordered more, I interrupted him again while he was playing on his phone. That seems to be his main focus. Which is rather disgusting, considering he picked up the baguette and cut it without gloves or washing his hands, right after picking his nose. I also don't think €17.90 is reasonable for a very meager appetizer plate. But I complained about that right there. That's how Mrs. Difonzo reacted to critical reviews, after all. And then they offered us dessert, which we gladly accepted. I was surprised, however, when it appeared on the bill. Well, saying something right away doesn't really help. And the new server isn't to blame, although we really would have liked some more water, but she still needs to work on her ability to see across the tables. It's a shame this has developed; we always enjoyed coming here, sometimes with up to 50 different people. Perhaps our organization needs to find a new lunch spot.

A restaurant and shop run by Italians. A very large wine selection. Quick service. The menu features a large selection of Italian dishes. Dishes were served quickly. The food was very average, as if it weren't prepared by Italians and used poor-quality ingredients. The tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce was a disaster I'd like to forget as soon as possible. The pizza was merely decent. I definitely won't be returning.

My experience is a little different because I worked in Burgewedel until 2006. Yesterday, we ended up in the area, and because we'd run out of taralli at home, we decided to make a spontaneous visit. If I remember correctly, the grocery store section has become a bit smaller. However, the food section is larger and boasts a fine menu. San Vincenzo and the Tyrrhenian Sea were so long ago (August), and I was so happy about the authentic spaghetti carbonara!! Soooo delicious! We've also made a pizza with pear, walnuts, and Gorgonzola at home, but in direct comparison, ours obviously falls short. That said, yesterday's was amazing too!! 👍🏻 The people there are really nice, accommodating, even friendly. We'd love to come back, even though we don't come to the area very often. You can always plan for something like that... and soon we'll be retired and (hopefully) have more time.

The spaghetti carbonara is unique!

I love this bistro. We've eaten there a few times. Mostly pizza, because the pizza with truffles, nuts, and Parma ham is, in my opinion, the best pizza in Hanover. The service is always friendly. I also like to shop at the store next door. There, you can buy delicious Italian sausage and cheese specialties starting at just 100g.

We were thrilled with the quality of the food – the pizza was cooked to perfection, with a thin, crispy base and fresh ingredients. – simply a delight! The pasta was also excellent: homemade, perfectly al dente, with a wonderfully seasoned sauce. – everything is just right here! The atmosphere is warm and authentic. The service was friendly and attentive.

All in all, a fantastic evening. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, and beautifully crafted drinks.

We had pre-ordered a gluten-free pizza (it's listed on the menu). The restaurant confirmed this via email a week in advance. Upon arrival, there was no gluten-free pizza and a bottomless birthday dinner. Thanks for nothing, and that was it for us.

This was our second visit to this Italian restaurant and we were absolutely thrilled. The starter was freshly prepared and very flavorful, and the main course was perfectly balanced. The dessert was also a highlight – not too sweet, but just the right amount to round off the meal. And the grappa was the perfect finishing touch. The service was attentive, friendly, and immediately fulfilled our every wish. You feel truly welcome here. An all-round successful evening – we would love to come back!

Beautiful restaurant with a cozy outdoor area. Service was friendly and quick, and the food was very good! I usually find that pasta dishes always come with too little sauce, but here it was exactly as it should be, right down to the last noodle. Thank you!

We regularly sit inside or outside Difonzo. Today we had an unpleasant experience. They don't usually reserve tables. We were sitting at a table with five women outside. We had to leave because a larger group had apparently reserved, which, according to the employee, isn't possible outside. We were there for the last time today.

This Italian supermarket, with its small, enclosed restaurant and espresso bar, impresses with its moderate prices and extensive selection. I really enjoyed it there, as the menu features some typical Italian dishes that you'd hardly find in any other restaurant in Germany. The service was also very friendly and took good care of us. Thank you for the good food and the pleasant atmosphere during our visit.

Unfortunately, we had a rather unpleasant visit to Diffonzo last night. We received three burnt pizzas, which definitely shouldn't have been served like that. Since our son generally doesn't eat the crust, we kept his. The salami was also very hard and crispy. I can't serve that to a child (see photo). My husband sent his back and then had to wait a very long time for his new one. For €15.90, you can expect a great pizza. When we paid, we were surprised by the amount, which seemed excessive to us, and asked for a receipt. In the car, we saw that water and beer had been overcharged. By the time my husband went back inside, they already knew what the overcharge was. I don't want to assume this was intentional, but when we took the cash, they already knew that they were overcharging for drinks and hoped we wouldn't notice. We find this behavior absolutely unfriendly to customers, and so this was our last visit. We were looking forward to a lovely Friday evening with the family, but unfortunately, due to what happened, we were unable to enjoy it.

Great ambiance. The bistro isn't too big and is very cozy. Dishes are freshly prepared in the open kitchen. Pick-up is also available, and the pizzas are amazing! Friendly and attentive service. The adjacent sales hall offers a nice selection of Italian products, including fresh cheeses and cold cuts. There's also a small tasting menu here. The sales staff are friendly. The charm here lies in its size, which doesn't overwhelm, unlike other comparable locations. We'll definitely be back.

Delicious, nice, good price-performance

The food was quite modest for the price. The taste was average.

The report in "Hannover" inspired us to take public transport there. The tram runs to Opelstraße...walk a bit out of town, turn left at the next corner onto Krendelstraße...easy to find. A very nice little supermarket with a great selection of wines, a fresh cheese and sausage counter, we bought everything straight away...all authentic Italian goods...then we went to the bistro in the small winter garden. Since it was very warm, the saleswoman offered to keep the cheese and sausage refrigerated while we waited. Great service, even in the bistro...super friendly staff and fantastic freshly cooked food (in the restaurant's open kitchen)...First, a few olives and some baguette and those addictive chips. Great idea. We were extremely satisfied. The restrooms were very well maintained. Next time, we'll sit in the small restaurant; the chairs are more comfortable there. 🫢...at least for us older ladies, the ambiance in the conservatory and in the restaurant is very, very appealing. We really enjoyed it, we'll be back.

The food is really great, but unfortunately the staff is often unfriendly and very, very slow. You feel like you're disturbing the place as a customer.

I like the people and the menu. I recently got platters of wonderful antipasti for my guests. My guests loved it. The wine was perfect, too. At reasonable prices. I'd be happy to come again!

We drank two cappuccinos, which were excellent as always, and then did some shopping, but the saleswoman (Angela) at the fresh food counter vehemently refused to sell us a piece of cheese, saying it was too busy! Impossible, we won't be coming back 👎

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch today and were very pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff, delicious food, and a lovely Italian atmosphere. We also bought a few Italian delicacies in the shop afterward.

Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour for our food, Saturday lunchtime! We even informed the waiter several times before ordering drinks. It wasn't fun. In the end, the manager dismissed our request, saying: "I don't understand anything..." They should have reacted more politely. Every complaint should be treated professionally. But the spaghetti and bruschetta were delicious, and the atmosphere was nice, too.

This restaurant is a real insider tip. It's tucked away in an industrial area and has a pleasant atmosphere inside. The pizzas are really great value for money. The Laurent pizza is truly something special, and truffle lovers will definitely get their money's worth. I definitely recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

Wir waren Mittagessen, gegen 12:30 Uhr. Das Lokal war leer. Dennoch wurden wir auf die Sommerterrasse geschickt. Jeder Gast, der nach uns kam auch ....Da zog es etwas, so sind wir wieder rein gegangen. Das gefiel offensichtlich nicht, der Kellner wirkte genervt. Mein Sohn bestellte eine Pizza, ich Tortelloni. Der Kellner kam dann und äußerte, dass der Ofen defekt sei. So bestellte mein Sohn sich Spaghetti. Bei beiden Gerichten fehlte der Parmesan. Andere Gäste bekamen während dessen ihre Pizza....... Bezahlt haben wir die (teurere) Pizza am Ende auch noch! Die Umbestellung wurde nicht im Kassensystem gebucht.

Nice store but didn’t have the best experience with the deli counter. It’s not a good customer experience if you can’t speak German or Italian unfortunately (which sadly I can’t). I ended up spending €17 on the ingredients for a sandwich when all I wanted was the sandwich itself. They did make the sandwiches for me in the end but it was far too much food to eat because I’d had to buy so much of the contents. They have a restaurant nextdoor which wish I had gone to instead.

That was very disappointing. The prices are simply too high for the quality. We won't be eating here again.

Super fresh and delicious, the best carbonara I've eaten in a long time

The "Difonzo" is an "Italian hermaphrodite"! One half is run as a bistro, the other half represents a wholesaler (anyone can shop there) for Italian food, and there is also a small corner for breakfast. Very nice concept that is similar to the "Rossini" in the Ricklingen industrial area. We had lunch in the bistro (lunch menu available) and only managed to get two seats. Reservations are therefore advisable. I chose "Antipasto Mista" and my companion chose "Tagliatelle Bolognese". Decent portions from the standard menu. I took the “Pizza Tonno” with me for my wife. Everything was deliciously prepared and the price/performance ratio was moderate. Unfortunately, my antipasti came to the table "refrigerator cold", which wasn't so nice. Overall we were satisfied and would come back.

Sensational original Italian cuisine! We've been there several times for lunch or dinner. No matter whether orecchiette with salsiccia (homemade), pizza with fresh mozzarella or filled ravioli, everything is outstanding and the dishes left nothing to be desired. In the supermarket the products are of excellent quality and directly from Italy. I recommend you go to the restaurant... All meals and desserts are delicious, prepared with fresh products, fresh pasta, etc. Customer service is friendly and attentive to your needs. Delicious. The Pizza Laurent and the Spaghetti Gambas were particularly delicious. The truffle cream was neither too intense nor too subtle. Precisely. We were only a little disappointed with the Margarita Pizza. Still happy again.

You wouldn't expect such excellent cuisine in this simple industrial building. In a typical Italian atmosphere with old pictures of Sofia Loren, Claudia Cardinale, etc., you will be served nicely. The menu is, as expected, typically Italian and the prices are reasonable because everything was very tasty. However, I found the prices for the drinks to be too high.
