A great, unique location. The decor is something completely different. The staff are extremely friendly and motivated. The food was delicious. Definitely worth recommending.

I came here with a colleague looking for a ramen shop, but it turned out to be a dance event. The ramen was okay. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. I don't think many Japanese people come here, but I recommend it. It was unexpectedly fun, so I'm giving it five stars.

Detailed review: Starting with the location: Very centrally located in Wiesbaden, in a beautiful, classic old Wiesbaden building. The interior is furnished in a very modern style, with a touch of industrial chic, yet cozy and inviting, featuring lovely lighting and an overall very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere that truly lives up to its name, "The Living Room." The service: Always very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They work quickly and professionally. They make every effort to ensure guests are comfortable and are happy to accommodate special requests. Now for the most important part, the food at "Die Küche": After reading the chef's biography, I already had certain expectations, which were significantly exceeded. The menu is very diverse yet concise, well-thought-out, and leaves nothing to be desired. There's definitely something for everyone. The dishes are prepared with great care and attention to detail: you can see the precision and effort the chef puts into each dish (as they say, we eat with our eyes). The portions are neither too big nor too small. They were perfect for me and my companion, although I must say we hadn't eaten anything that day and were quite hungry. The taste was also excellent, which is, of course, the most important aspect of good cuisine. The curry was very flavorful, with a wide variety of options. The burger was a good size. The brioche buns were the softest I've ever had. The meat was good, and the menu even explained the origin of the patties. The sweet potato fries, while not homemade, complemented the burger perfectly and were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The dessert was truly the cherry on top. We enjoyed a delicious chocolate soufflé, topped with mint, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and a tasty, complementary cherry sauce. There was a very wide selection of drinks, including several homemade lemonades and a range of popular yet exclusive wines. Various exotic and well-known spirits were also available, by the shot or by the bottle. Overall, this restaurant definitely deserves 5 stars. I'm so glad that you can enjoy good food in such a relaxed atmosphere in Wiesbaden. A big thank you to the chef and the service staff! They did everything right!

Great food, the beef burger with chili paste is simply delicious. So is the ramen soup. I highly recommend the food.

3x besucht, 3 verschiedene Gerichte probiert, 3x überzeugt!!! Endlich muss ich nicht nach Düsseldorf fahren, um eine Weltklasse Ramen-Suppe zu bekommen :) Der Chili-Chicken-Burger ist aber mein Fav, weil er mich an die geilen Streetfoodburger in Thailand erinnert. Buns und Pattys selbstgemacht, die Chilisauce ist schön scharf aber verdirbt dabei nicht den Geschmack. Jeden Mittwoch gibt es Sushi: Dazu eine selbstgekochte Sojasauce und rosa Ingwer. Warum rosa? Weil er jung ist. Und genau das meine ich: Hier ist nichts Einheitsbrei. Hebt nicht ab und bleibt authentisch, genau das macht euch aus. Weiter so!
