Die Flying Dragon Bar in Mörfelden-Walldorf

We had our Christmas dinner with my company, unfortunately I was unhappy with the dinner. I ordered a rump steak despite the request that it should be medium rare, I got a hard and small shoe sole. For the price of €22.50 I would have expected better quality. The one they sell at Lidl or Aldi is certainly better and costs half the price. Then the long wait of almost 2+ hours just to receive the starter. A very clever way to sell more drinks, but since it's a place I don't recommend, I don't know how clever that can be

Great team, food very good. Spicy chicken wings could be a little spicier. Burgers were all great.

Ambience 4 Service 3 - the 2 girls could smile a little more and the Asian waitress was more concerned with the older gentleman/boyfriend? cared who sat at the counter. Unfortunately only 3 out of 5 eat. The prices were really cheap and the portions were huge, but unfortunately the quality wasn't great. The best thing was the goat cheese valley. The portion was huge and with a delicious salad and a brilliant dressing. The burgers all had large, thick patties, but unfortunately they were all over done and definitely lacking in spices. The side dish of cheese fries with additional meat was very tasty. But the fries were soggy, unsalted...and the portion was easily enough for 2. The rest of the burger was mediocre to okay. You're not doing anything wrong, but it's not good either. Unfortunately, the lava cake was heated for far too long... and therefore no liquid core but hard and solid. Too bad. All in all, the Esseb only 3 out of 5. Or as a school grade a 3-minus.

We were here as a company party. Great atmosphere, the food was great, service was very nice and quick.

I visited the Flying Dragon Bar with colleagues because we wanted to end the evening together after a training session. We had previously reserved online. Unfortunately the reservation didn't go through due to technical problems, but we were still offered a place for 6 people. Since the space was outside, we were even given a patio heater so that no one had to freeze. Our order was taken quickly and delivered after a reasonable wait. Unfortunately, the chili cheese nuggets were not served properly hot. The cheese inside was still cold. The kitchen should pay more attention to this in the future. But that was quickly corrected too. I had a Crispy Chicken Burger with Home Made Fries and I can't complain about it one bit. The taste was really good and the portion size of the fries was also very good! If I'm in the area again, I'll be happy to come back!

When I'm in Waldorf I sometimes go to dinner at the Flying Dragon, and this has been happening for years, I must say that the food is very good, and the service is excellent.

Unfortunately no pictures but the bar is great. The food is really good and the prices are fair. The service is top notch. Only the football club adjacent is a bit of Assi. Unfortunately, the players don't have that much talent and manage to shoot the ball into the bar regularly. They become very abusive towards the guests.

4 Cheeseburger was a poem... gastronomy at a high level

I would like to share my recent experience at this restaurant. The location is really beautiful and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately my pulled pork burger wasn't as expected. Unfortunately the pork was very tough. I reported this to service and was offered two options: more coleslaw to make the burger juicier or choose a different burger. Since I had a good experience last time, I decided to give the pulled pork burger a second chance. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't satisfactory on the second try either. During our stay we were ignored for about 15 minutes even though the restaurant wasn't full. When the waitress finally asked if everything was OK, I expressed my dissatisfaction, but no further comment was taken. In the end we had to pay in full for the burger. I hope the restaurant uses this feedback to improve service and food quality. It would be a shame if such a beautiful location couldn't reach its full potential.

Incredibly good restaurant, the home-pickled chicken wings are just so good. I generally like the platters with all the fingerfoot onion rings, chilli cheese nuggets, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks. The in-house Jin is also recommended. Same with the lemonade etc.

A great restaurant with a beautiful terrace! The burgers were a hit 🧨, this is what a burger should look like (juicy, thick meat patty, delicious bun, thick toppings, crispy bacon 🥓, mega awesome macaroni cheese patty, just “Wow”). You can pimp up your own burger with lots of delicious things on the menu, such as the macaroni cheese patty. The chicken wings were too small for me personally (portion & wings) The service needs to be a little more attentive, but still very nice and accommodating! Gluten-free bread 🥯 is also available for the burgers. Gladly ☺️ again.

I think the atmosphere is great. It's always quiet in the evenings and you can unwind. The food and drinks are great, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The house lemonades are fantastic, but the cocktails are also great. The service is on point and really accommodating. A little harder to find these days. Please hold. :-) It's just a shame that there are spare ribs on Tuesdays. Unfortunately I haven't been able to enjoy it yet. I feel very comfortable here. Top.

There were friends of mine in Frankfurt and we wanted to meet up for dinner in the evening. That's when this location was suggested to me. I have to say I don't regret the journey from Frankfurt city center to the restaurant one bit. Service 1A Food 1A Ambiance 1A I can only recommend it to everyone!

Were there last night. Had reserved a table for 6 p.m. Our food came at 7:50 p.m. We waited almost 2 hours. And when we asked when our food would arrive, the friendly waitress said it would be there soon. We have so much to do, delivery service etc... Sorry that's not possible, we had to wait almost 2 hours for a meal. The two waitresses really tried hard, but in my opinion the staff was understaffed. A pity

During the planning, all of our wishes were fulfilled and our wedding was perfect and we would organize other celebrations with him at any time. The Flying Dragon Bar in Mörfelden-Walldorf has left an ambivalent impression in the past. During one visit, we discovered that despite our reservation for four people, space was only reserved for two, which initially caused some inconvenience. This was particularly annoying since we were relying on the reservation. Furthermore, on a previous visit there was the problem that the kitchen closed unexpectedly early, even though we were in the bar well before 10 p.m. This led to disappointment and hunger for us and our guests. Such unexpected closures should be better communicated to avoid misunderstandings. Additionally, on another visit there was an error in ordering cocktails, which caused frustration and marred the overall impression of our visit. Despite these problems, it must be emphasized that the Flying Dragon Bar is fundamentally a solid and good bar. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. If these problems are resolved, a visit to this bar can definitely be recommended.

We made reservations online for 4 people. When we arrived we were told that there were only reservations for two people and that we could sit outside at 7 degrees and wait until a table became available. We then drove back, what a shame. I have seen in the recessions that this is not an isolated case. I don't know what the problem is, but the confirmation email says 4 people. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed the second time, even though we were there much earlier than 10 p.m. Food is advertised at the entrance until 10 p.m. The atmosphere is actually quite cozy, especially in summer when you can sit on the terrace. The food was okay in the past, but there are definitely better burger restaurants here and there is still room for improvement. Unfortunately we were disappointed twice in a row and are thinking about whether we should come here again.

We can only recommend very good and fresh food, both burgers and finger food. Large selection of drinks, including some homemade lemonades. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. We've been there several times and have never had any problems or complaints.

The mobile bar service from the Flying Dragon Bar made our practice opening party an unforgettable event! With their impressive cocktails, their professional service and their friendly charisma, they fit our celebration perfectly. The waitress could do with a smile.

Family took us there. They liked it and they thought we would like it too. Well... I'm not very happy about that place. We had some issues. They didn't have French fries. They were on the menu. They didn't serve us the right tonic for the Jin and tonic drinks. They served it with a hurbed tonic, which changed the taste of the Jin and tonic. We asked about it and they confirmed it wasn't the yellow tonic water that they usually put on the jin and tonic.They served my friends campari watered down, we had to ask for an extra campari shot to make it drinkable. We ordered the American Tiramisu which was on the wall, they told us it wasn't a Tiramisu, it was a banana pudding style But they didn't had it anymore because they changed menu ,so why is still in the wall with the other foods(? ), we ordered then a chocolate lava cake, and time was going by and No lava cake was coming, so we asked them for the check, thinking that we would ask them to take it to go. We pay and I noticed there wasn't any chocolate lava cake on the bill, I asked, and the waitress didn't know a thing about it, she double check the order and the girl who took the order never punch it in the order for our table. Even with these issues ,staff, we're very professional and smiling. Food wise, nothing spectacular. Personally, I didn't like the tacos with the shredded pulled chicken . Sour cream and barbecue sauce don't go together 😩. Our friends were disappointed as well with these issues and were embarrassed that they took us there. We spent good money not to be happy. Well we have to think really hard if we will go back again

Ordered food at 6:38 p.m. Should come at 7:33 p.m. Then a new email arrives at 7:58 p.m. called twice. At 8:28 p.m. the lady came with cold burgers and fries. The third call was still unfriendly on the phone. On the second call we were offered a “free dessert” next time for the late delivery and apologized. The lady who brought the food touched the fries herself at my request. Cold. First and last time ordered there. Evening gone hungry, thanks for nothing!

Were there on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Very nice and courteous service. Very tasty, both meat burgers and veggie burgers and side dishes. Paid around €20 per person including drinks. Ambience is also good. It was rather empty, 3 other small groups of guests.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, aber man kann sich überhaupt nicht unterhalten. Es ist furchtbar laut. Wenn man sich unterhalten möchte muss man schreien. Draußen auf der Terrasse ist es wunderbar.

Sehr schöne Bar. Mit schneller und netter Bedienung und gute Cocktails

Ich war dort ich bin begeistert. Die mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr freundlich und lieb. Das essen ist schnell da aber trotzdem merkt man das es frich ist und schön warm. Die musik im hintergrund ist sehr schön und nicht zu laut oder leise. Was sehr schön war is das es da 1 lampe/beleuchter gab pro tisch worauf man klicken konnte um den oder die mitarbeiter/innen zu rufen. Weil es ansich unhöfflich ist die hand zu heben oder zu klatschen um die oder den mitarbeiter zu rufen. Ich persönlich fand es sehr schön ich werde ab jetzt eine stamm kundin sein.

This is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch & Dinner! Friendly English speaking staff, fair prices and a great selection of burgers, salads and veggie dishes. The homemade lemonades are delightful and refreshing in 32 deg C, but the best were the juicy, tender, melt in the mouth steaks. Really 5 star quality! The beer garden has a Mediterranean atmosphere with romantic lighting. All in all one culinary highlight of our Germany holiday.

Zuerst das Positive: Jedesmal wenn ich Essen dort bestellt und abgeholt habe, war alles super lecker und ich durchweg zufrieden. Gestern war ich jedoch mit Freunden dort, um etwas zu trinken. Unterm Strich war es ein günstiger Abend. Dies lag aber daran, dass die Getränkebestellung jedesmal in einer Geduldsprobe endete und man stets erst ca. 20-30min auf die Bedienung und dann genauso lang auf das Getränk an sich warten musste. Zudem standen die Bedienung oftmals mit falschen Getränken am falschen Tisch und wirkten einfach durchweg unorganisiert und überfordert. Und das bei etwa nur 2/3 belegten Tischen. Als dann auch unsere letzte Bestellung nach mehr als 30min nicht gebracht wurde, haben wir gezahlt und sind gegangen. Fazit: Essen super, Service grottig.
