Phew, that was salty. And I like to eat well-seasoned food.

I ordered a large 40cm salami pizza, which was only 37cm in size. Additionally, the pizza was too salty for both of us and tasted only average. We wanted to eat the leftover slice the next day, but it wasn't edible either cold or reheated.

The food was great, the atmosphere was absolutely pleasant. I loved the decor and the background music! And a very nice waiter brought our food upstairs for us. When he noticed the Parmesan cheese was empty, he immediately got my friend more. And later, when it got a little darker, he placed tea lights on the tables, super sweet! The atmosphere and service were perfect.

It used to be so good but recently the pizza was like a frozen one from the super market.

After the announcement that I would have to wait another hour (a total of 2 hours instead of 40 minutes) for my pizza, the words "then you came and pick it up yourself" were thrown in... if you offer a delivery service, you should expect that someone has to get in the car to do the job.

Very good pizza. My recommendation: take-out pizza, as there's limited space on-site.

Not worth it anymore. Food has become poor. Finding meat or seafood has become a guessing game. But you will find a lot of oil in any pasta you order, which on a normal day is overcooked.

We had to order the pizzas downstairs at the counter and paid right away. Then we found a table for four people upstairs. Our pizzas were then called out. We went back downstairs to get our food.

This constitutes a violation of personal rights and constitutes an unlawful act (§§ 1004, 823 of the German Civil Code). I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency! If you post unauthorized advertising again, further legal action will be taken.

The pizza was really delicious, just a little salty. The atmosphere was super pleasant, the staff very friendly, and the service fast.

Ordered via Uber at 7:20 p.m. The app announced delivery between 8:00 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. The delivery actually arrived at 9:10 p.m. It was five pizzas for a child's birthday party, so my nerves were frayed. Ordering on a Saturday, so I highly recommend against it. The pizzeria has its own drivers, not Uber drivers, so there's no real time tracking. And they mix with customers who order by phone (and, I'd say, receive preferential treatment...). So, the quality is okay, but the logistics, especially with Uber on weekends, are disastrous. Avoid at all costs!

We've been coming here several times a month since the branch on Schweizerstrasse opened shortly after. The staff is always friendly, extremely welcoming, and every special request is fulfilled. The food (no matter what it is: pizza, pasta, salad, etc.) is always delicious, and we can always count on leaving full and happy. Many thanks also to Nico and the rest of the team for bringing our daughter a special delivery for her birthday party today! All the kids were happy and full! :-)

The pizza tasted good as always – nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, that was about all the positive things to say this time. We order from Laurel & Hardy from time to time and have been satisfied with the food so far. But we've never been treated as rudely and unprofessionally on the phone as we were this time – an absolute no-go. Today's delivery arrived significantly later than expected. Delays can happen – no problem. But when we politely inquired, the lady on the phone dismissed us in a rude and disrespectful tone. Instead of a customer-oriented answer, we received details about who started their shift when – completely irrelevant to us. And as if that weren't enough, the lady simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the entire company. In the restaurant industry – especially in delivery – customer service is paramount. Friendliness and a minimum level of respect are not a bonus, but a given. Unfortunately, there was no sign of that tonight. Therefore, only one star – for the pizza. The service was disappointing, disrespectful, and intolerable. Addition / Response: Thank you for your feedback. I would like to expressly clarify at this point that I never said a word indicating that we no longer wanted the order. In my conversation with your colleague, I merely asked them not to repeat repeatedly when and who started their shift – that didn't seem productive at the time. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the conversation was not ended by me. Your colleague hung up – and her behavior already seemed clearly annoyed, which I, as a customer, find very regrettable. What particularly irritates me is the statement that I declined the order or no longer wanted it. I never made such a statement. I cannot understand how your colleague came to this conclusion. This account does not reflect the actual course of the conversation. Regardless of the workload, working in the restaurant industry requires a certain degree of service orientation. This includes not only good food, but also respectful and professional customer service. I understand that misunderstandings can arise, but in my opinion, the behavior in this case was unacceptable. It would be desirable if such situations were handled differently in the future.

This shop is completely unsuitable for people with lactose intolerance or vegans. According to the staff, it's impossible to prepare food without cheese. We were very rudely turned away and will never visit the shop again.

One of the best pizzerias in Frankfurt. Super friendly, even on the phone when ordering. Unfortunately, there's a ridiculous minimum amount for card payments (20!). Right next door, there's a kiosk where I can pay for a piece of gum with a card, but they tell me something about fees (1%?).

Good pizza. I haven't tried any pasta dishes yet. The quick espresso is always good, too. Highly recommended.

I ordered there today, so the pasta was ok. Salt was missing but the price was underground 14.50 for a pasta, but only because I ordered a little more sauce the sauce was an extra 3 euros so I was shocked

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with Dick & Doof. We have already ordered from you twice. Everything was fine. Unfortunately this time it was anything but ok. The food arrived cold after 2 hours (they said it would take an hour). And instead of retaining a previously satisfied customer and accommodating us at this point, they simply cheekily claimed that the food was “warm enough”. We returned the food and ordered it somewhere else (the children were now taken care of). Gastronomic knowledge misplaced...The last time we ate was at D&D!

Outrageously overpriced...how are you going to justify that? Don't always say the same crap. Everything has become expensive blah blah blah you've BECOME EXPENSIVE since then 👎

No. 68 Salad with chicken breast strips for a whopping 13.50 - portion size just over the usual side dish size, tomatoes completely tasteless, homemade dressing, every piece of poultry with black spots, hidden under an enormous amount of carrots, not a single piece of bread. Service is radically self-service. Once you've taken a seat upstairs, you have to listen for a voice shouting your order from the babble, then you can go downstairs to get your food and then back up again. If you want seasoning or forgot your napkin, go downstairs, etc. And all that for a whopping 13.50!! If only it had tasted good. There are no plans to return.

The pizza was good, but not a highlight. The relatively long opening times are definitely a plus.

Amazing pasta at an incredibly affordable price! This place is a true gem for price-performance. The food is absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could be improved is their self-service system, but overall, a fantastic spot!

0/5 Ordered 2 pizzas today. We were promised the pizzas we ordered after 1 1/2 hours. But after half an hour I got the call that the pizza had arrived. But instead of two there was only one pizza. We made it clear to the driver that we had ordered 2 pizzas and also insisted on the second pizza. Unfortunately this didn't come. The saying “never again is now” takes on a completely different meaning.

I made the mistake of entering this pizzeria, the "shift manager" probably doesn't have much idea about gastronomy and personnel management. Yelling at your work colleagues in front of all guests is NO-GO. Walking around with a toothpick in your mouth all evening. NO-GO. First and last time.

The food is great, the pizza was nice and thin and the edges were crispy. From the Taste very tasty! I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately it has lost a lot of quality. According to our taste, we had the best pasta. Now an absolute disappointment. Sauces taste like nothing. Mushrooms come from a can (or a jar - definitely not fresh). Parmesan is now only half filled (it used to be full to the top). Update (1 year later): Received a response from the restaurant today, unfortunately a disappointing answer. As a customer, you made a mistake and only ordered half the portion size of the Parmesan. As always, we ordered two large cups (we knew about the two sizes). The other statement was that you always use fresh mushrooms, the fresh ones were probably gone, it's a shame that you can't stand by that. All the best to you and we keep our fingers crossed that you find your old form again.

We just ordered a pizza and were shocked at the price and the quality. We paid almost €30 for a “large” pizza. The price is not justified! 4€ for 3 broccoli and 4€ for mushy arugula can't be right.. plus the fact that the whole thing is sold as a “family pizza” but it definitely isn't. Pure rip off.

One pizza wasn't fully baked, which we unfortunately only noticed when we got home. If we complained over the phone, we were assured that we would be compensated for this with the next order. My offer to send a picture by email and document it was not taken up. When picking up the next order (2 weeks later) I was initially treated unkindly and of course no one knew about my complaint (the pile of leaves is used for filing). Service rude and not solution-oriented! Last order from me here but after the various price increases and deteriorating quality the price-performance ratio is no longer right!

I found a hair in the food, and I think after seeing something like that, you won't have the appetite or desire to go to that restaurant again.

The delivery person arrived late and apparently couldn't find the bell on the first attempt. The pizzas were ice cold which suggests that professional warming boxes were not used. Never again.

8 out of 10 orders we ordered were always wrong, one of us always had to wait and was allowed to watch us eat because his order was wrong and he had to wait for the new order and still had to pay the full price despite hours of waiting. Conclusion: Our editorial team cannot recommend this pizzeria.

Ordered 2 pizzas to take away. The staff was nice, but it just lacked some charm. When we got home we noticed that my ruccola was missing from the pizza BUT it had been taken away. Not nice, but we had fresh basil at home, which saved it. The pizza was ok, not great, but better than most in the area. However, it's heavy on my stomach, which is never the case with pizza. We are still thinking about another visit...

You shouldn't expect too much from the ambience here, but the pizza is always great and you can also eat the pasta if you're in a hurry.

We always like to visit this restaurant and combine it with doctor's visits since we have a longer journey. Super delicious food at a good price-performance ratio, with 👍 extremely friendly service that is also on point 🤗 keep it up and see you next time

I think the food is very good. The price is also reasonable. The delivery times have always been short and so far all special requests have been correctly taken into account.

Nice pizzeria with relaxed and democratic atmosphere. Self-service which makes ordering less complicated. There are two areas - inside and outside. Pizza prepared fast and very very tasty. Highly recommend to visit with family, friends and colleagues.

Se trata de un maravilloso delicatessen con el mejor surtido de carnes, finos alimentos vino , pan, postres, etc. Han estado comprando aquí durante años y nunca han sido decepcionados. Los precios son altos, pero vale la pena. También tienen una tienda en la Fressgasse Frankfurt.

This pizzeria is now a bitter disappointment. Unfriendly staff, the portions are getting smaller and more expensive! If you ask for 3 corners of pizza bread they charge an additional 2 euros and you get an eye roll. Definitely this place is no longer a recommendation!

While you're looking at the menu inside, you're repeatedly asked to move out of the way to keep the door clear (which we didn't block). When ordering you are stressed by the unfriendly staff. You can't pay by card (EC only), which we didn't see any mention of before. I'm not coming back.

Grüne Soße mit Kartoffeln, die Kartoffeln wurden mir kalt serviert und die Frikadellen waren noch nicht mal durch gebraten . Für grüne Soße und Kartoffeln, so wie Frikadellen und Bratkartoffeln habe ich 27 € bezahlt. Wär ich lieber irgendwo in einem Restaurant gegangen hätte ich mehr davon gehabt. Es hat sehr nachgelassen. Die Verkäuferin sind sehr nett. Nett würde ich auch sein wenn ich was verkaufe .Bärbel Obst

We ordered two pizzas with a diameter of 28cm and received two pizzas that were cold and tasted mediocre. But extremely outrageous: the diameter was measured at 24cm, so the pizza was more than 25% smaller than ordered. This is simply brazen and outrageous

We've picked it up several times and have sat in it a few times now, really recommended. Great team that is very attentive and, above all, offers an extensive selection of dishes. I especially think the pizzas are really great and can only recommend it to everyone!

I definitely don't have Corona and yet the yellow substance on the pizza that looks and acts like cheese didn't taste like anything. Funny.

I have to get rid of this now. Since this pizzeria was in Sachsenhausen, I've been a customer 1-3 times a month! Everything was always right with the delivery. Today I had to wait 1.55 hours for delivery. The time was 1.15 hours, which I would have accepted. But the pizza was cold and I didn't accept it. 10 minutes later the call came from the pizzeria saying that the person calling said he had received the pizza back and that it was still warm. That's what he wanted to tell me. The pizza would never be delivered hot anyway. I said, "That may be so, but I've never received a cold pizza in years. This one was cold!" I'm very annoyed about a call like that. If an apology would have been appropriate. I hope one of the bosses of this pizzeria reads this and asks for better service again, as I enjoyed ordering there.
