DFAC in Grafenwöhr

Horrible DFAC. Bad workers. Bad service. Bad atmosphere. Crappy food. Not good overall. Doesn’t open on time, can’t get their headcount personnel. Expect the worse.

Was a great experience to dine again Soldier Style. Everyone was so friendly at Sundays Brunch ! Great Service at the Grill and Service line. The selection between Lunch and breakfast is just so fantastic . We are definitly coming back!

Normal army dfac, sometimes there’s nice soldiers serving food, showing empathy and some type of kindness at the moment to serve food. Personally I think the food isn’t bad, I imagine that they just follow army guidelines regarding to food preparation but is pretty good. The ones that look like they are doing extra duty are the headcount that they a lot of time to process soldiers to enter the dfac. BUT they make you wait outside in Xmas while is cold, raining and people are hungry. Shame on them. SHAME! There’s elders outside in the cold, looking at the irresponsibility of the difac administrators and the head count that always show up late. Shame on them, shame.

They routinely have no coffee at breakfast. I have not seen a working soap dispenser in either restroom.

The place smells like rotten eggs and you can smell it from 3 buildings down

Fresh eggs are always half burned, 30min out of closer most of the food is gone, Civilian staff always have an additude.

Second worst dining facility I've had to eat at.

Tolle und typische US-Militär-Kantine. Ich fand das Essen sehr lecker, anders wie in unserer BW-Kantine.

First time here. Some drink machines were not working. Friendly staff. Spacious. Variarity of food. So here the menu I had today: Mashed potatoes 1/10- no flavor Meatballs- 6.75/10 pretty decent, good sauce. Veggies/salad- 6/10 neutral Dessert- 6.5 was ok, going to neutral

Large and enough space for everyone! Great experience seeing multiple militaries enjoying the food. Had a problem with a soldier who didn't like us moving chairs on the floor. Other than that, Great food, great service.

Changed from 1 to 4. Portion sizes have gotten better. Food is fairly fresh and replaced quick. Drink stations are working again and the salad bar is pretty decent. Still think $384 a month is a rip off. Would make more sense to charge soldiers only when they eat there instead of a flat rate each month regardless of how many times you eat there. I've also noticed the variety of foods has improved as well.

Now checking vaccine cards. Best deal for a full meal anytime they are open

Do you require the consumption of organic matter for nutritional purposes? Then this is a Dining Facility that will fulfill that need.

"Free" food, decent taste. Only problem is how packed it can get.

Good food overall. Some days are better than others depending on the menu. Always a great salad bar!

So the potatoes are never cooked , they always have the same things for dinner and they never open both lines unlike the countless dfacs ive been to for whatever reaspn though probably ro no fault of the actual workers there at least id hope , pretty sure theyre understaffed but anyhow. The drink machines seldom are filled the lines are slow as molases and the workers are pretty rude i dont understand why the cooks are so rude sometimes it seems like most of the work of actually cooking and preparing the food is done by the foreign workers and that the army cooks just sort of walk around and manage while 2 are to scoop whatever is on the non short order line. the portions are probably the worst part ive never eaten less at breakfast time than with this dfac damn i wish we had vilsecks dfac.

Service for the most part is on a high standard, food is pretty good with a verity of selections, TV's are standard but music enhanced the experience. The reason for four and not five stars is because the lines are slow.

Can't said that this is the best DFAC in the world, but great food when I was hungry. Love their cappuccino, espresso machine. After a while I just ate the same food. Roasted Chicken breast with green beans. And soup of the day. Breakfast also good. I love that they have salsa and jalapeno to top off the Scrabbled egg. Biscuit and gravy...yum!!!

Even with a cat-4 hurricane outside they'd still wait until exactly 1700 to open their doors.

10/10 Would definitely DFAC here again. Excellent hostess. Dishes made by true professionals. Great view. Got a table for two by the window without a reservation.

Not a large variety, lots of starchy foods, the salad bar was the highlight. The broccoli and rice was drowning in butter, the breaded veal cutlet was dry.
