Very disappointing from a human and organizational point of view. Conclusion: Pre-ordering goose food or not makes no difference here, so you wonder what the point of pre-ordering is at this restaurant other than luring customers with goose food. Customer satisfaction is of secondary importance here. If you want to eat a specific dish, it's better to go somewhere else. Unfortunately we were there for the last time. Details following. Reserved a goose dinner more than a month in advance and the goose was out when we arrived. Unfortunately this wasn't handled well, no insight was expected from the boss, the poor waiter was sent ahead. When the chosen replacement dish was out and one dish was served incorrectly, that was it for the evening. It was in vain to wait for any kind of reimbursement of costs to compensate for the debacle. An ice cream or a coffee was offered on the house, but after a home-style meal it was to be expected that this would not be accepted.

Highly professional and friendly when making the reservation, top service and a very good, classic goose for a good price - heart, what more could you want?!

Sehr leckeres Essen, super Bedienung. Haben uns da sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Besonderen Dank auch für die frischen Kakaobohnen aus Papua-Neuguinea die im Keller von den Oompa Loompas geröstet wurden 😄

Wir waren erst zweimal im Schützenhof essen. Es war jedesmal super. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und wirklich auf Zack. Beide male war das Essen sehr lecker und auch schnell auf dem Tisch. Das Sünner Kölsch ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, aber auch gut ! Wir danken für die sehr gute Bewirtung und kommen gerne wieder.

Wo soll man anfangen… das best-gezapfte Pils weit und breit! Dieses Lokal ist einfach liebe. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und wenn man einmal sitzt, will man nicht mehr gehen. Das personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen ist super lecker. Hier kommt man gerne hin. Danke!
