The food is really great. No parking available. Space is very limited. Wait times are very long, 30 minutes plus, which is far too long for a fast-food restaurant.

It's a real shame I was only here for a few days. Highly recommended. Great burgers, friendly team. I wish we had a place like this in the Darmstadt area.

Burgers and fries are 10/10 Prices are WAY too expensive. 5/10 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks should not be 50€...

Our group of 11 spent our lunch break here. Our pre-order was ready on time and everyone loved it. The Burgerfaktur team was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

The burgers are homemade and look great. However, the meat on three of them was really dry and tough. Unfortunately, I actually prefer the McDonald's patty. One can only hope that was an exception. When I honestly answered the question about whether we enjoyed our food, there was no sympathy or apology. I certainly won't go there again. We paid 66 euros for three terrible burgers, two portions of fries, and three Cokes.

Okay, there's no service! You have to pick up your order yourself and arrange it attractively on the table. The ambiance is that of an upscale snack bar. I'm writing this so bluntly because I was dissatisfied with the service (the burger) and the price charged under the circumstances. The burgers were fine, but sometimes overseasoned. That's up to the eater's discretion, of course. For me, there's no need to visit this better snack bar again. The money I spent was a pain. Others can do it better.

The best burger I've ever eaten in Germany so far!!!!! Everything is freshly and honestly prepared in front of the customers, and you can taste it. Anyone who says the burger was too dry should keep eating at McDonald's and has absolutely no taste. The two owners are honest and down-to-earth people who serve customers with a permanent smile and even welcome criticism so they can grow from it. I always enjoy coming back and have already tried a few burgers on the menu, and the veggie burger has pleasantly surprised me the most. Burgerfaktur, keep up the good work!

Super delicious burgers! We had the truffle burger and the Joppie burger, both of which were excellent. As a surprise for my husband's birthday, we even gave him a slice of cake after dinner. A truly wonderful gesture!

The tastiest burgers in the Cologne area are here. Very filling and excellent quality. The shop and location are fantastic. Of course, the service and cleanliness of the place are also top-notch. Definitely the best burger joint in Bergisch Gladbach and the surrounding area. Edit 08.2025: Until recently, Burgerfaktur was the best burger joint in town. Unfortunately, the quality has declined somewhat during my last few visits. I can't put my finger on what. But they may have cut down on ingredients, and some changes have apparently been made to the preparation.

5 stars for the burgers; they're always spot on. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, coffee is only available from the VA. There's no service in the true sense of the word; you order yourself at the cash register and then get a pager that rings when the food is ready. You also get your own drinks from the fridge. It's not cheap; a family can easily spend around €80 on side dishes and drinks. But the quality is truly excellent.

It's worth the money! I highly recommend it!

On August 19, 2025, we ordered by phone for pickup. The "not nice" lady took some of our order incorrectly and therefore didn't fill it correctly. We waited a very long time for the food to be ready for pickup, even though there were only two other people in the room. While we were waiting, the employees (the woman behind the cash register and the young man packing) were "playing" with their smartphones. So the quality and service are only good when the manager is present. What a shame!

You can find the most delicious burgers you'll ever eat here. It's truly the highest level of burgers... With its wonderful sauces and crispy fries, it creates a truly delicious burger experience. I would have given it 5 stars because the staff were friendly and the food was great, but it was the most unfriendly thing you could do. Leaving early was completely unacceptable, and the restrooms were dirty, too.

It's like a little oasis for hungry people, even those with children – and high expectations. The reception? Brutally proactive. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted like old friends. A friendly voice at the counter didn't just ask, "What do you want to eat?" – but rather, "What do you really need today?" Me: a burger with a kick. So chili cheese. My wife: with avocado, but no compromises. Result? Both totally happy. And equipped with a small vibrating order plate that buzzed faster than a Prime order with same-day delivery. The child? Was treated like a VIP. First a slice of tomato – free, of course. Then a small cup of water, also free. No questions, no hesitation. Just done. The meat? Homemade. Ground in-house. And you can taste it. Every bite: juicy, honest, strong. The atmosphere? Like being with friends. Relaxed, welcoming, full of life – but somehow orderly. Almost therapeutic when you're out with a toddler. The bottom line? I'm already looking forward to the next round, really!

My favorite burger place in the area. Delicious food, good value, friendly staff. There's no parking at Burgerfaktur, but you can usually park for free across the street.

The entire staff is really friendly and I was greeted with a smile by everyone :) I had a chili cheeseburger that was prepared super quickly. The fresh ingredients and the delicious bun made the burger perfect. Highly recommended for burger lovers!

The food is great, the atmosphere inside is cozy but nothing special. The relatively new Smash Burger and the Chilli Cheese Burger are always a pleasure. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had bad experiences with the staff, with a middle-aged lady wanting to take the last bite out of us as soon as the last bite was in her mouth so that she can check in with the next guests... The whole thing was only semi-friendly, if you can still call it that. It's a shame because that ruins your evening.

The food was great. You can easily go there. We know a lot of burger shops in Cologne and it's definitely worth trying this one. Service starts four because he was very nice and attentive, but otherwise you have to pick up your food, but that's not a problem.

Individual, relaxed restaurant. Staff very friendly, quick kitchen, very fresh, fries crispy, bbg sauce on the burger top! There's no way to make a reservation, but everything goes smoothly and you don't have to wait long, but you can still find a place. There are almost no parking spaces directly at the building, but there are in the surrounding area. Dogs are not very welcome in the restaurant (it is too busy and loud for the dog), but they are fine in the covered winter garden/outdoor area

Burger Faktur really delivers. Top meat quality, perfectly grilled, strong signature burgers especially the truffle and the smash burger. Buns, sauces, everything thought through. Sweet potato fries also strong. Anyone who knows anything about burgers will immediately notice: this is the place.

Seven of us wanted to eat, two of us were already there, the rest were supposed to come a few minutes later. At the door we were told to wait outside until our group was complete. Another group that came after us was then allowed in straight away - after that there was no more room for us. Given the unfriendly treatment, I wouldn't try to eat there again.

Currently only pickup, no eating in. The burger was actually good, but... I would have liked the burger medium, but it was cooked well. This made the burger taste a bit hard and chewy. It's not for me. I wasn't asked, but I didn't say so either. I don't go to burger joints that often. I simply forgot that that's important. The fries were very good, nothing to complain about here. But! Burger to go... No cloth or napkins included. That's just not acceptable. Hence 2 stars instead of 4. That's bad for me as a customer. It means I can't get a burger when I'm nearby. I don't like walking around the world with a dirty face and hands just because they skimped on cleaning supplies. I don't live right next door, so I wouldn't eat at home. What a shame.

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio in this store doesn't fit. For the money you expect a higher quality and non-frozen patty. My Smash Burger had nothing to do with Smash either. A nice shop in itself, but for the money it doesn't stand out from the fast food chains.

By far the best burger I've ever eaten! Not your average run-of-the-mill burger, but high-quality meat combined with incredibly delicious sauces and toppings. You're happy to pay a little more for that. The only downside: no delivery service. You either eat in or pick up. And the parking situation is difficult.

The three of us wanted to go out for a delicious burger and went to Burgerfaktur! We were assigned a table that we liked, but for whatever reason we sat down at a table where we should have sat. We then said that we would rather take the other table that was first shown to us, but the lady said that it wasn't possible?! When asked why, they said it could be that a group would come in and then they could put the two tables together. We found this answer strange, firstly because she had previously assigned us this table and secondly, there were three people sitting there before who walked past us. We decided not to eat there and didn't agree at all with the way guests were treated. Thank you for nothing! PS: Unfortunately, the perception and the fact are different! We didn't necessarily want to sit at a table for 7, but as I already wrote, it was assigned to us (with the addition that the lady will just clean it quickly) or if they sat down here, we said that we would rather sit in the back in the corner instead of at the front of the passage, yes, and the rest is known. And to say that if we really want to have a bigger table (which wasn't the case at all) we should come over between 12:00-12:30 whether that's how you treat guests and tell them when to come over, everyone should decide for themselves, we decided to go back! But good business to you!

Definitely one of the best burgers and fries I've had in Germany so far! In my opinion, it even beats the burgers from Shake Shack, Wendy's and co in New York by far! If you love high-quality burgers and really good fries, you'll get your money's worth here!

Nice burger shop with a good selection at decent prices. Ambience is good and enough seats on site. Unfortunately I couldn't find any parking spaces at the restaurant. Ordering via the app would be nice since loading already works without any operation.

We were relocated, in the middle of the sun. Too long waiting time. The shop was too warm and the windows remained closed. The burger was way too well done and the sweet potato fries were sometimes too mushy. Not recommended.
