Really a really nice place to eat burgers, all the burgers taste very good.

Great burger selection, also something for vegetarians! The onion rings are homemade and extremely good. Cozy atmosphere, just great!

Individual, relaxed restaurant. Staff very friendly, quick kitchen, very fresh, fries crispy, bbg sauce on the burger top! There's no way to make a reservation, but everything goes smoothly and you don't have to wait long, but you can still find a place. There are almost no parking spaces directly at the building, but there are in the surrounding area. Dogs are not very welcome in the restaurant (it is too busy and loud for the dog), but they are fine in the covered winter garden/outdoor area

Burger Faktur really delivers. Top meat quality, perfectly grilled, strong signature burgers especially the truffle and the smash burger. Buns, sauces, everything thought through. Sweet potato fries also strong. Anyone who knows anything about burgers will immediately notice: this is the place.

Seven of us wanted to eat, two of us were already there, the rest were supposed to come a few minutes later. At the door we were told to wait outside until our group was complete. Another group that came after us was then allowed in straight away - after that there was no more room for us. Given the unfriendly treatment, I wouldn't try to eat there again.

Currently only pickup, no eating in. The burger was actually good, but... I would have liked the burger medium, but it was cooked well. This made the burger taste a bit hard and chewy. It's not for me. I wasn't asked, but I didn't say so either. I don't go to burger joints that often. I simply forgot that that's important. The fries were very good, nothing to complain about here. But! Burger to go... No cloth or napkins included. That's just not acceptable. Hence 2 stars instead of 4. That's bad for me as a customer. It means I can't get a burger when I'm nearby. I don't like walking around the world with a dirty face and hands just because they skimped on cleaning supplies. I don't live right next door, so I wouldn't eat at home. What a shame.

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio in this store doesn't fit. For the money you expect a higher quality and non-frozen patty. My Smash Burger had nothing to do with Smash either. A nice shop in itself, but for the money it doesn't stand out from the fast food chains.

By far the best burger I've ever eaten! Not your average run-of-the-mill burger, but high-quality meat combined with incredibly delicious sauces and toppings. You're happy to pay a little more for that. The only downside: no delivery service. You either eat in or pick up. And the parking situation is difficult.

The three of us wanted to go out for a delicious burger and went to Burgerfaktur! We were assigned a table that we liked, but for whatever reason we sat down at a table where we should have sat. We then said that we would rather take the other table that was first shown to us, but the lady said that it wasn't possible?! When asked why, they said it could be that a group would come in and then they could put the two tables together. We found this answer strange, firstly because she had previously assigned us this table and secondly, there were three people sitting there before who walked past us. We decided not to eat there and didn't agree at all with the way guests were treated. Thank you for nothing! PS: Unfortunately, the perception and the fact are different! We didn't necessarily want to sit at a table for 7, but as I already wrote, it was assigned to us (with the addition that the lady will just clean it quickly) or if they sat down here, we said that we would rather sit in the back in the corner instead of at the front of the passage, yes, and the rest is known. And to say that if we really want to have a bigger table (which wasn't the case at all) we should come over between 12:00-12:30 whether that's how you treat guests and tell them when to come over, everyone should decide for themselves, we decided to go back! But good business to you!

Definitely one of the best burgers and fries I've had in Germany so far! In my opinion, it even beats the burgers from Shake Shack, Wendy's and co in New York by far! If you love high-quality burgers and really good fries, you'll get your money's worth here!

Nice burger shop with a good selection at decent prices. Ambience is good and enough seats on site. Unfortunately I couldn't find any parking spaces at the restaurant. Ordering via the app would be nice since loading already works without any operation.

The only bad thing that can be said is that I am a fan of Coca-Cola and they don't have it, otherwise it is a fabulous place with good products and cleanliness.

The food is great, the atmosphere inside is cozy but nothing special. The relatively new Smash Burger and the Chilli Cheese Burger are always a pleasure. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had bad experiences with the staff, with a middle-aged lady wanting to take the last bite out of us as soon as the last bite was in her mouth so that she can check in with the next guests... The whole thing was only semi-friendly, if you can still call it that. It's a shame because that ruins your evening.

We were relocated, in the middle of the sun. Too long waiting time. The shop was too warm and the windows remained closed. The burger was way too well done and the sweet potato fries were sometimes too mushy. Not recommended.

Enjoy super tasty burgers in a relaxed atmosphere: Burgerfaktur in the middle of the Refrath district is no longer an insider tip, but it is always worth a visit. Oh, yes: and the eye is completely satisfied with the creatively prepared burgers!

These burgers are on another level, everything fits here. From the bun to the sauce, the salad to the pattie, simply the hottest burgers I know. And that's not all, I also think the fries are really great, even though I'm not usually a fan of fries. Plus the chili mayo, also the burner. Definitely a recommendation for everyone

We had barely finished the meal and the drink had not yet been finished when we were asked to leave. They would need the table for the next guests. Outrageous!!! We were there for 30 minutes at most.

The burgers are exceptional for their price. Also the French fries are unique and all Sauces are very delicious Specialy Chili sauce really well made. The place is almost always full of people, so sometimes it's hard to get a place to sit. Staff are all very nice and friendly.100% recommended.

The burgers are high quality and made with fresh ingredients. Also the fries. Definitely delicious in terms of taste. The prices are high. The thing that bothers me the most is the waiting time. For one or two burgers, it's normal to wait 25-30 minutes after ordering until you get your food. This urgently needs to be improved. When I have time, I like to come here to eat a burger.

Unfortunately you have to give one star to leave a review, we are extremely disappointed that we were expelled from the house after a friendly request if we could use the toilet. We were traveling with four women and had offered to pay to use the toilet. Service is different, unfortunately we would never enter this restaurant again

It was really a great experience! The dishes far exceeded our expectations in both presentation and taste. The truffle burger in particular was one of the most extraordinary flavors I've ever tried. The meat was perfectly prepared and the fresh ingredients harmonized wonderfully. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very special. Every little thing was treated with the utmost care. As a Turkish tourist visiting Germany, I highly recommend everyone to try this unique taste. The truffle burger in particular is an absolute must. I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty burgers with a large selection of variants (from "normal" to truffle or chili cheese). The menu with fries and a drink and one of many home-made sauces is definitely worth it in my opinion. There is a star deduction in the service subcategory because you have to get the food from the counter yourself and clear the plate away yourself afterwards. Of course that's not a problem at all, but it's not 5 star service either. The contact when ordering and paying is always very friendly and the waiting times were always manageable. So if I'm in the mood for a good burger, Burgerfaktur is my first stop.

The children love the burgers, and the parents willingly go along with them. A place like this was previously missing on the right bank of the Rhine.

The good employee says sorry to the customer who just said that he felt discriminated against by the staff. The not-so-customer-friendly employee at Burgerfaktur just says "I thought..." The food was good as always, but the service was unfortunately unsatisfactory this time. To the local's answer: I was not "offered to take the food outside" as stated below. I was informed by the employee that he would bring the food out to me. (NOT a request or question, a clear statement) The following customer was not informed of this and was allowed to wait in the restaurant.

Good food but unfortunately no service at all. Food is ordered at the counter and picked up yourself. This makes it less comfortable than in a restaurant with conditions.

This is truly one of the best "fast food restaurants" I've seen. The burgers are really very good, the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that parking spaces are rare and there is no service at the table, but that worked out in the end. When I'm back in Bergisch Gladbach, I'll be happy to come back 👍🏼

Very tasty handmade burgers, own sauce production, nice staff, everything is very clean, you get good service here, only the menu bowls are unfortunately very worn, lots of flaws in the stoneware, which of course doesn't affect the quality, just visually disturbing. It has now been fixed!

I've been to many countries and cities and eaten burgers almost everywhere. Your burger has been my absolute favorite burger for about 4 years! These are simply the best burgers in the world. Last week I tried something different for the first time, namely your Smash Burger and it was absolutely amazing. The ambience is simply great and the service is very nice and friendly.
