Der Renner in Dornstetten

I stayed here both overnight and ate here. The hotel is good, and you get what you pay for. Everything is clean and in good condition, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is super friendly. The food here is excellent! There's a discounted meal for hotel guests or you can order from the menu. I opted for the menu. Unfortunately, I didn't photograph everything, but there was an onion tart as a welcome from the kitchen. This was followed by the salad plate, which is served with many dishes. The onion tart and salad were already a very good base, but the main course was the last straw 😊 Everything was very, very, very delicious! If I'm ever in the region again, I'll definitely come back. Keep up the good work!

Simple pub with relaxed service that comes from the heart with a landlord who runs his job and his pub with love. A little more pep or a breath of fresh air certainly wouldn't hurt, but that's not meant in a bad way! Spaghetti Carbonara was good and a large portion! The Zangara pizza was rather small, unfortunately with Gouda cheese and a thick dough. But we had a cheap dinner and would come back again. We forgot pictures because we were asked to stick to the schedule due to reservations.

I highly recommend the Gasthof Engel. Especially if you're planning to stay overnight at a cultural event at the Kulturgasthof Engel in Dornstetten, which is taking place right there. The rooms are relatively simple but lovingly decorated. It's clean, and everything you need is there. And if you don't, just ask the friendly staff. They're really very nice and also culture enthusiasts. We were there for a "Birds of a Feather" concert and had a delicious meal there and also stayed overnight. Breakfast wasn't available on-site, but it was nearby. We'd be happy to stay again. 👍👍

We had dinner here last night and we really enjoyed it. The employee was very friendly and attentive. All in all great. 😊
