Greek restaurant can be found in the city center of Hanau. It's a very welcoming place, good atmosphere. the staff is very friendly. The service is quick and excellent and the food is delicious🥰. I would like to come by again. I'm happy to recommend it.

Very disappointing. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews. After 30 minutes of waiting (despite a reservation, completely ignored by the staff, not even drinks were offered), we asked if the table was free. The aggressive and condescending tone of the waitress made us leave the restaurant. a Greek restaurant but definitely miles away from the Greek atmosphere.

Steak is absolutely recommended here. As a starter I can recommend the garlic pepperoni. Service seamless and very friendly. You can't describe it, you have to experience it. Thanks Team Delphi.

There were three of us there today for the first time and we had the following dishes: Souvlaki, Bifteki and Pastizio. Only the pastizio could have been seasoned a little better, but overall it was very tasty and the bifteki had a great grilled taste. Unfortunately we sat in the aisle and therefore in the cold when the door opened (smokers, guests), so that's one point less. We still decided that we would come back and treat ourselves to other dishes.

The restaurant is very nice, the food is really very good. One of the best Greeks in the area. Only one of the waiters is really very rude. If you point something out to him in a friendly manner, he responds very snippily and then accuses the guest of making the mistake, even though it is obvious that he made the mistake. Mistakes are human, but this isn't the first time it's happened to us. All the other waiters/waitresses are really nice.

The food in the Greek restaurant Delfi in Hanau is of good quality, especially the meat is tasty and high quality. The prices are reasonable and correspond to the service offered. When you stop at the "Delfin" you get everything your Greek heart desires - and in portions large enough to satisfy even the hungriest Odysseus. The chef knows how to conjure up the taste of Greece on your plates in such a way that you almost believe that the ouzo at the next table was given to you by Zeus himself. The service? Typically friendly, in other words: warm, but with the necessary pinch of directness that makes it clear that you are in Greece - or at least in its culinary branch. If you order too slowly, you can almost feel Zorba's gaze saying: "Hurry up, the gyros are getting cold!" The atmosphere is great – pure holiday feeling! The only downer is that Eintracht Frankfurt is apparently being paid homage here. But well, nobody is perfect. As long as the ouzo is flowing and the sirtaki is running, you can ignore this little faux pas. Conclusion: Culinary short trip to Greece with a little pinch of Hesse – absolutely recommended!

Delicious food and great service! My husband and I enjoyed a delicious Gyros Pita at Delphi. The food came quickly and was super tasty. Even though we came without a reservation, we were seated immediately. But I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance to be on the safe side. The service was also great!

Large portions + salad. Wine, cheese, and food are generally very tasty. The restaurant is almost 40 years old - it is already a traditional place for locals, so book a table for the evening.

Good and plentiful food, reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and special requests for food are happy to be fulfilled (e.g. leaf salad instead of coleslaw). There is an ouzo to welcome you and you don't have to wait long for your food. We have been going here regularly for some time and have never been disappointed. However, a reservation is definitely recommended as the restaurant is usually busy.

The food was great and special requests (e.g. coleslaw instead of green salad) were also catered for. First of all, the fried pepperoni with garlic and the Greek yogurt as dessert are highly recommended. Service very friendly and accommodating. We feel very comfortable here and always enjoy coming back. Thank you!

There are many dishes on offer that taste good, but unfortunately they are almost always only moderately hot. The staff is very friendly, but the prices are unfortunately a bit high.

We are new to Hanau and are trying out the local restaurants. After we had already enjoyed lunch at Delphi, we now wanted to get to know the “normal” menu in the evening. On Saturday we ate there as a couple after making a reservation. However, we were disappointed. Only after 1 1/2 hours was the starter served. Without a hint that it would take longer, without an apology. Then the main course soon followed. We were angry and disappointed with the treatment. We also didn't particularly like the food. Well, maybe it wasn't the right choice. We were happy to be able to leave the restaurant after a good 2 hours.

We booked a table on Saturday. I mentioned that I was coming with several older people. A nice table was set up so that wheelchair users could sit well. Thank you ❤️The food is great and the prices for lunch are very good. Everyone enjoyed it, the service was perfect and I had a lot of fun celebrating my birthday in this restaurant with lovely people. We have been there several times and for me it is a clear recommendation.

I finally visited the Delphi again. Walking past the smoking lounge, the ambience of the Delphis in Hanau is very chic and just appropriately Greek. The food was very tasty and the service was fine. Overall we were satisfied. Unfortunately, Greek is a slightly more expensive meal and so we left the restaurant with a little less money than an Italian restaurant or something else. But it's still worth it! P.s.: The tzatziki is delicious - but only after we have salted it and sprinkled pepper over it. Would like more spice.

I found the two ouzo that we were brought to the front by the friendly waiter very hospitable. We had a Mykonos platter and a delicious mousakas. Two beer. The food was really good for this type of Greek restaurant. My mousakas wasn't particularly hot, at least not as I imagined. Which of course doesn't affect the taste. >For a delicious meal at a normal, middle-class level, but recommended.< The ambience was nice many years ago, the design was getting old, I thought it was nice (old), which of course reflects a subjective idea.

Very kind staff and delicious dishes. Seafood is fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is so cozy but at the same time very classy. Toilets were also clean. The decoration for Christmas time was so lovely. The meals were a bit salty, otherwise everything else was very good.

Seit Jahren ist das Delphi DAS griechische Restaurant in Hanau, man bekommt traditionelle griechische Küche, frisch zubereitet und ansprechend angerichtet. Immer wieder gerne! Der hervorragende Service rundet das Erlebnis ab. Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort, wir hatten Fisch, vegetarische und Fleischgerichte bestellt und ein jeder war zufrieden und glücklich. So muss es sein!

War ein sehr angenehmer Abend mit sehr guten Speisen

Grillplatte bestellt mt Leber, Lamm u. Schwein. Das Fleisch war verbrannt und durchgebraten, ungeniessbar. Statt Pommes wurde Reis geliefert. Das Essen war nur lauwarm und schlecht gewürzt. Muss ich nicht noch einmal haben!

Leckeres und reichhaltiges Angebot! Nettes Personal! Gerne wieder! Waren mit der Familie da und es war für jeden was dabei!

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Ambiente: einfaches, großes, typisch griechisches Restaurant mit den typischen griechischen Accessoires. Von außen total unscheinbar in 70er Jahre-Bau. Vorspeisen und Getränke wurde sehr flott serviert, auch auf die Hauptspeise mussten wir nicht sehr lange warten. Das Gyros war schön kross, für meinen Geschmack etwas zu salzig. Angenehme Würze der Hackfleischteile. Positiv: das Personal kam mehrfach an den Tisch, um sich nach weiteren Wünschen zu erkundigen (kürzlich in anderem Lokal genau anders erlebt). Wer einfache griechische Küche zu günstigen Preisen mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Von aussen macht das Delphi einen sehr einfachen und kleinen Eindruck, kommt man jedoch herein, wird man überrascht: das Restaurant ist riesig, da es sich schlauchartig nach innen erstreckt, und mit typischen griechischen Dekoartikeln bestückt. Das Personal ist freundlich und es gibt viele Tische, die am Wochenende auch alle besetzt sind. Die Karte zeigt keine Überraschungen, es gibt viel Fisch und viele Grillspezialitäten. Der georderte Salat war riesig und frisch, mit selbstgemachtem Dressing. Die Grillplatte war sehr gut, diverse Fleischsorten von Gyros über Souvlaki und Lamm stapelte sich auf den Pommes - typisch griechisch! Die Fische sahen ebenfalls sehr gut und frisch aus - man bekommt also genau das, was man erwartet, gute, frische, griechische Küche, gleichzeitig bleiben die Überraschungen aus.
