Delicious Burger, Wraps & more in Düsseldorf

Normally quite good. But today it was barely edible. The fries were soggy; we rescued them in the air fryer. The wraps were extremely salty and had way too many jalapeños. We always order the same thing. Today it was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, we had to throw half of it away.

The burgers taste quite good. However, they were delivered cold and the buns weren't toasted, so unfortunately only 3 stars.

Friendly staff? Delicious food? None! Online ordering only. Feedback: After our first order a few weeks ago, we were absolutely thrilled, but the last two orders were a disgrace! Cold, soggy food, an open fries box, a burger box that was upside down, and we had to reassemble the burger. You order Coca-Cola and get Sinalco Cola without any warning and at the same price (called deception) as Coca-Cola, and all for over €30 😂 Yes, you work with Uber drivers, but ultimately, YOU are responsible for your PRODUCTS. However, they don't want to hear that on the phone and say, and I quote: "I don't care, I sent the food warm!" I would like to point out that YOU are responsible for YOUR QUALITY until it is delivered to the customer. Because if I get food poisoning, you are the ones I can sue, not the Uber driver! Maybe you should relearn who's responsible where and how, but you shouldn't open a restaurant with this attitude and ignorance! Last but not least, an open Uber bag, which other restaurants usually deliver sealed to us, just not this one!

Highly recommended burger joint! The burgers are made with fresh ingredients and taste absolutely delicious. The homemade fries are particularly noteworthy – crispy, golden brown, and simply delicious. The owner is very friendly, takes his time to explain things, and showed great hospitality: just before closing time, he even put three more burgers on the grill and added a double portion of fries. Drinks are available exclusively as soft drinks, but that's perfectly fine. The ambiance is a bit echoey, but the joint scores points with its children's play area and foosball table – perfect for families or a relaxed evening. Overall, a place where you feel welcome and can eat really well.

I've both ordered from this burger joint and eaten there. I've always been served delicious food. There's a very large selection of dishes, and the staff is always friendly. The employees wear gloves, which also reflects the hygiene and cleanliness of the shop. The burgers are very good; I can recommend the Deli Smash, which has a full-bodied flavor thanks to the extra meat. I can also highly recommend the chicken tenders; they're very tender, and you can clearly taste the good quality. I'm completely impressed by this joint. I can therefore recommend it with a clear conscience.

We discovered this place by chance because of a nearby event. We wanted to grab a bite to eat beforehand, and we were very impressed! Great food, really tasty burgers and amazing fries! The price for the meal, including a drink, is reasonable and worth every cent. You can even get Elephant Bay iced teas for drinks! Highly recommended. It's a shame I'm from far away, otherwise I'd love to come more often!

We were just there for a burger – a smash burger with homemade fries. Absolutely delicious, everything fresh and perfectly made. And for €16, the portion is really fair. Simply good, honest food, highly recommended, and without a heavy lunchtime aftertaste – a rare occurrence!

We had the Smash Burger and, on the recommendation of one of the chefs, a Crispy Chicken Wrap. The flavors were very balanced and rich. Since I'm a fan of regional cuisine, I also enjoyed the selection of drinks. For lunch, I went to a burger joint, and they only served Coke in cans bottled abroad. So, hats off to that.

The fries were burnt, but I must say our order arrived just before the restaurant closed, and I must say they really worked hard to prepare and deliver our food. I can only say that I really liked the burger I had and that the others really liked their food, so I also have to say that this team is a top-notch team, and I would definitely order again. I was at Delicious Burger in Düsseldorf today and I was really impressed! I had the chili wrap with the homemade fries and what can I say? Great taste, super fresh, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The meat was tender and juicy, and the spiciness was just right. Plus friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, I'll definitely be back! Halal, delicious & just awesome!

We went here with a large group (25 people) and had a great time. The food was excellent, there were also vegetarian alternatives that were very well received. Although there was a brief confusion about the orders, the waiters kept a cool head and always remained super friendly. There is even a table football and a play area for children, which was enthusiastically received. We'd love to come back!

What excites us most is that the burger patties are freshly prepared on the grill - this gives the taste a completely different, authentic touch. You immediately notice the difference to conventional burgers! The ingredients are fresh, the buns are perfectly toasted, and the selection of sauces tops it all off. There is also a super nice and attentive team that works quickly and friendly despite the high volume. If you want to enjoy really good, grilled burgers in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back!

I can highly recommend the smashed burger with fries. No standard fries out of the bag! In the restaurant you order at the counter and pay directly. Unfortunately, no card payment is possible. Ordered my first burger today. Taste, quality, preparation... really great, also the sweet potato fries. Very good taste and great goods. One request...in this cold outside, don't make a delivery via Lieferando by bike. The food was cold. A cyclist can't go that fast...he's not to blame. I'll try the burger locally next time. Otherwise, the restaurant is definitely worth recommending.
