The best thing about the kebab was the ayran. I won't be coming back.

I was there and it was so awesome. I ordered a doner kebab with extra meat, and it tasted so good, especially since it was a large doner kebab. I also recommend ordering a Coca-Cola Zero with the doner kebab. Doner lovers should come here!!!!!

This is the worst kebab you could eat. The bread was cold and tasted like a regular roll. It tasted extremely bad. The meat was simply oversalted and tasteless. The sauces were extremely bad. The salad and vegetables were all not fresh. The shop is extremely dirty. The conditions were poor. I wasn't asked what sauce I wanted or what I wanted on it.

Not recommended. The bread isn't good. The meat is so greasy, it's just disgusting. Please report this.

I had Falafel Dürüm and it was bland and there were only two sauce options, the falafel were undercooked and had been fried for God knows how long, but they were cold.

Unbelievable what I saw here. I'm so shocked that I'm only able to write this review today. I've just eaten two bites of my kebab and a man (bald, white beard) keeps talking to me about how beautiful I look and what problems he has with his eyes and how he always makes mistakes. He then sits down next to me without asking and talks my ear off. I told him to go away and since he didn't, I left the kebab there and left. He's probably an employee because he's been behind the counter at least three times. In any case, it's unbelievable how people treat me here. I'll never come back!

Unfortunately not good, but not otherwise expected. The falafel and the Dürüm were overall loveless. The Dürüm fits very well with the ambience of the arcades, no taste or quality.

Most boring Dürüm ever. Just a bit of iceberg lettuce with cabbage and meat… nothing more. Didn't taste like anything. And that for 8€

Avoid this store!!! Here you are served by employees who don't understand you while the boss stands next to you and understands every word. As a consequence, the kebab is simply "assembled" somehow without any questions about sauces or salad requests. The portion size is a joke for the price!!! To top it all off, it wasn't tasty either and I lost my appetite by the time I got to the bone in the kebab meat!

One salesman was quite nice, the other didn't give out our deposit. As soon as I turned my back to him, I heard the cash register and how he was happy about my 50 cent deposit.

Save yourself a visit, nothing is wrong here! Food: everything was prepared and accordingly cold, unfortunately burnt kebab pieces but COLD. Cleanliness: looks clean at first glance but there are still food leftovers in the forks. The tables are also not cleaned regularly. Price: is not justified! If the quality were right, you could turn a blind eye, but that's not the case!!! "Ps: Don't eat fellafel, even they are prepared!"

Worst kebab plate and Dürum we have ever eaten. Briefly summarized. Fries cold and old, meat cold, Dürum wrapped in aluminum foil but still cold. Facility worn out. My chair wobbled because it was broken. Staff unfriendly, arrogant and very short. As a guest you had the feeling that you were a nuisance. Prices are excessive for the quality, the ambience and the service.

So dear people, I rarely write reviews but now I have to write one. Just ate a kebab here and regret having tipped at all. No greeting, totally listless, dirty rum stuff everywhere, chairs scattered wildly, plants dried out, fries on the floor. Do they give a shit? What kind of employees are they? CATASTROPHIC. Doner kebab the size of a liver loaf roll. Meat also partially charred and totally cold. I had to say twice that I was eating here and what sauce I wanted because there was no communication between my colleagues. The 5 star rating is definitely fake. Please avoid the store, it's really brutal here. They'll never see me here again. Most loveless kebab of my life. I've eaten better in Cairo myself.

Total failure, far too little for the price

Worst kebab and dürum we have ever eaten... the prices are a disgrace for the quality and size... we now know why no one queued for this kebab...1 dürüm, 1 döner, 1 water and 1 coke €19.50 we should have taken pictures , the 5 star reviews can only be fake! The dürümfladen was so toasted that it wasn't even suitable for wrapping, the kebab bread was a big roll... I rarely rate but everyone should know that before they go there!

Actually there would be no star at all! Meat cold and fatty, salads and sauces out of the bucket and tiny portions! PRICES.....a disgrace. Never again!

Worst Lamacun I've ever had. Old limp Lamacun that was warmed up in a contact grill that was way too small and was torn apart, with a horrible red sauce, tastes like a cheap ready-made salad sauce. 1 point for the fresh vegetables, which were unfortunately ruined by the sauce. And they are unfriendly too.

Rude staff, bad kebab and expensive prices. When I came in I wasn't even greeted (plus poor cash register management). There was little choice of vegetables and the meat was cold and almost inedible, the bread didn't taste good either and the bad sauces couldn't change that. You can get a kebab here for €6.50 and a Dürüm for €7.50 (€0.5 & €1 more expensive than my normal kebab man). I will simply never eat there again. An outrageous disaster. !!!Please take this and other reviews of this kind seriously and don't eat here!! As I already said, this store is a complete impudence.

Rude and also unhygienic. So the fact that the gentlemen are not very polite is nothing new. Eye contact or simply a nice speech is asking too much. But the fact that after cashing in cash, people immediately touch the kebab bread and dürüm with their bare, unwashed hands and play games on their cell phones at the same time, it's really disgusting!!! Well, everything has become more expensive, but 6.50 for dry bread, a little cold meat and wilted lettuce is pretty rough. The staff seemed listless and disinterested, not to say unfriendly.

I was in this kebab shop recently and it was an absolute disaster! The kebab was cold, dry and tasteless. The meat tasted old and was tough like rubber. The fries were soggy and inedible. The service was unfriendly and slow. The hygiene also left something to be desired, the store looked dirty and unkempt. I also had food poisoning the next day. If it were possible I would give -5 stars. I strongly advise anyone not to eat here. This was by far the worst kebab shop I have ever visited. An absolute no-go!

Habe eine vegetarischen Dürüm bestellt. Das Brot war viel zu kurz geröstet und nur ein bisschen Salat und Weisskäse und dafür 6,50€! Auf die Nachfrage, ob das alles ist und kein Halloumi oder Falafel rein kommt, wurden wir auch noch ausgelacht! Unverschämt! Nie wieder! Peinlich, so etwas als vegetarischen Dürüm zu verkaufen…

Ich war jetzt schon öfter dort und würde leider immer wieder mäßig enttäuscht - das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich, beachtet einen kaum wenn man sie nicht kennt. Heute gab's einen dürüm der an sich ganz okai war wenn auch etwas kleiner als sonst. Sie fragen nicht welche Soße man haben möchte - machen also einfach Knoblauch soße drauf - ich hab den Moment leider verpasst bevor er sie drauf getan hatte. Dürüm Brot nur kurz erhitzt. Beim ersten mal hatte ich eine Döner Box und wollte diese mit Käse (normalerweise ist der Feta klein zum drauf streuen) - ganz komisch haben sie mich angesehen und zum Schluss ein geschnittenes stück Feta käse drauf gemacht und für dieses stück musste ich dann einen Euro dazu bezahlen (beim dürüm bekommt man drei) Er hat trotzdem geschmeckt, das Fleisch ist super, nicht zu fettig oder mit Knorpel, gut durchgebraten und desshalb gibt es auch zwei Punkte - aber da gehe ich lieber zum döner gegenüber hin.

Sehr guter Döner. Nette zuvorkommende Bedienung. Sitzgelegenheiten sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Der beste Döner-Laden in Regensburg und ich kann den Laden zu jedem empfehlen, da das Fleisch sehr gute Qualität hat und sehr lecker schmeckt. Die Personal ist sehr nett und sehr höflich und was noch über Personal zu sagen ist, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Liebe und Leidenschaft machen.
