Very bad experience! I ordered a doner kebab plate, and instead of a balanced portion, I got almost nothing but salad—about 80% salad and maybe 20% meat. Absolutely outrageous! When I called the restaurant, I was treated disrespectfully and the call was simply hung up. That's not how you treat customers! I'll never order from here again.

Unfortunately, the situation is very bad, and our shopkeepers are pushing young people towards burger joints, then why are they like this? I ordered 3 döner boxes and 1 ayran for 31€, anyway, it arrived, as you can see in the picture, the box is smaller than a tea glass, I swear I was ashamed of the apprentices, the children were left hungry. If you are not ashamed, make it even smaller.

A very average doner kebab. The bun and sauces were poor, and the chicken was well-seasoned, but there was very little of it, as you can see in the photos. Not worth the price! Unfortunately, there are no good kebabs in Elmshorn!

Ordered a Dürum Dönner and was so ripped off with large frozen pieces of meat and an unpleasant smell.

Absolutely shitty shop. Ordered two kebabs once and never again. Paying €24, I didn't even get full. The kebab arrived incorrectly. Ordered without sauce and onions. What did I get? I'd prefer a kebab with sauce and lots of onions. 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. As I said, once and never again. 😉😉

He coughs into his hand and doesn't wash his hands afterward. I told him I'd throw the kebab away if he didn't wash his hands and make me a new one. A few months ago, I witnessed three people in the shop touching the floor mop, and no one had washed their hands. Everyone handles the food without gloves, and today was definitely my last visit. He could have at least offered to wash his hands and make me new food. I enjoyed eating there, but the old man with barely any hair just glared at me without saying anything. Au revoir

I really don’t understand are restaurants fooling us. I ordered two Döners from this place, the food comes quick I took two bites with a ton of sauerkraut in it and the chicken it was raw, the service was quick but at the end the food is completely raw, if I’m going to get sick, I swear this place is going to be in trouble to be honest. I usually don’t post reviews but felt to do today, we should and everyone should get the value for money. Really not recommended

For 8 euros you should at least be full with the kebab. Small triangular breads The kebab was very slightly too full of salad. That was my first and last kebab this year. Minced meat skewers everywhere in Elmshorn, I'm out of there!

The coleslaw smelled strange - ate two forkfuls before noticing it and had extreme stomach problems afterwards. Of course I can't say if that was the reason, but I wouldn't order again.

I've ordered from here several times and have unfortunately been disappointed time and time again. The "jumbo" doner or durum is exactly the same size as the regular one, but costs over €10. That's completely excessive. The beef seems heavily processed, the sauce is far too heavy on mayo, and the bread also leaves a lot to be desired. For almost €10 per doner, with much of it obviously coming out of a bag, the value for money simply isn't justified. I've also repeatedly encountered problems picking up: Even if you pre-order, nothing is ready when you arrive, and you have to wait a long time. This has happened several times. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Good day, This is probably the best kebab in Elmshorn. I am always happy about the service and have a delicious kebab plate here that is really extremely full. The sauces are also delicious, especially the garlic sauce. Thanks, as always. :)

Very good shop. So the best example of why you shouldn't let reviews unsettle you. Super fresh, super fast and the entire store was very, very clean. Tables were always wiped straight away and dishes put away. There is also card payment, which is not standard at kebab shops.

NEVER AGAIN Delal kebab!!! We ordered via Lieferando, they said it would take 30-40 minutes. When there was nothing there after more than an hour, I called. They said it always took an hour (which had already been exceeded) and that our food would be made soon. When I suggested that we coordinate the delivery times with Lieferando, they didn't respond and responded unfriendly. Half an hour later there was still nothing there. I called again and when I asked where our food was, they simply hung up on me. After almost two hours, the delivery person called me and had to spend 10 minutes on the phone explaining how to find the front door. 11€ for a kebab, almost 2 hours of waiting, unfriendly and incompetent staff. We'll never eat here again.

When we ordered, the bell rang at the wrong address, then we received the wrong order and had to wait again for the correct one. In the vegetarian Dürüm there was a piece of meat, in the other Dürüm there were completely different ingredients than ordered and the fries weren't cooked through. We'll never order again, sorry!

I can't judge the ambience because I had the food delivered. We Dürum kebab in large and we were totally thrilled. Every wish was fulfilled and everyone was absolutely delicious. It wasn't the first nor the last time we ordered there.

The seller is absolutely incompetent. Ordered a dürüm and a kebab, dürüm with extra meat. And pretty spicy. Does he make my dürüm small like his jro and not sharp... I can just see that when I roll it up. He says you didn't say anything...I did...he exasperatedly put so much powder at the end of the dürüm that I inhaled it all at the train station and almost died. He doesn't even make the second kebab. I say to brother... what's going on with the second one... then he'll quickly pay for something plus the little fanta 23...

A shop with seating, but you're not allowed to use the toilet! I got a pommdöner with cold meat for 8 euros. After I mentioned it, everyone reacted very poisonously and became loud! Zero criticism, never again Delal Elmshorn in my opinion!!!

Still one of the best kebabs in Elmshorn, but the quality has deteriorated. Meat doesn't taste as good anymore. Flatbread no longer crispy (that was actually a unique selling point). It's a shame :/ The rest (sauce, vegetables) is good.

Good morning. At first something went wrong. The team handled it really well and I'm extremely happy. Dürüm and kebab were top. The service on site was very friendly. Definitely not the last time there. Keep it up.

I ordered a jumbo kebab for over €10. I got a normal kebab in terms of portion. My conclusion from this: Not trustworthy, NEVER again. And 2. = no longer pay with Paypal, which probably means being foolish because it's difficult to complain about. I don't need another trick like that twice. In Elmshorn there are only minced skewers left, due to dumping prices. I don't eat that anymore. There are no real kebabs anymore

Definitely not recommended. For this mediocre kebab with the cheapest ingredients 8 euros. An impudence. Never again. Bread sticky and meat not crispy. I'd rather get my next kebab somewhere else.

Very much degraded, definitely not 4/5 stars Doner kebab is good, but sometimes it was better. A really big thing, however, is the delivery service and the unfriendly service on the phone. You wait at least over an hour when you order and if you're lucky you'll end up with exactly what you didn't want. I once ordered a kebab with meat and iceberg lettuce. What did I get? A kebab with everything except iceberg lettuce. It's no longer what it used to be.

Very very very much decreased... I've actually been picking up from the kebab man for years, if not a decade. Not every week, but definitely every 6 weeks. We had 2 jumbo kebabs, the same size as a normal one, which means you can save yourself the extra charge. In my kebab I had 1 mini slice of cucumber and a mini cube of tomato 🍅. Respect that you can't grasp so much with a huge spoon, an expert was at work... The remaining ingredients were also only contained minimally. Not to forget the price of 9.50 euros for a jumbo kebab, which was the size of a normal kebab. It's a real shame, but you're gone from us...

Catastrophic. The food cannot be evaluated because there was no delivery despite the order being accepted and confirmed. 1.5 hours passed, our child also waited until information was provided ONLY ON DEMAND.

We specifically ordered at around 5:45 p.m. and wanted to have it delivered at 7 p.m. but unfortunately nothing has come so far. There was a call at around 7:05 p.m. that the food was now ready and we should be patient for another 20 minutes. It's now 7:31 p.m. and still no food. Unfortunately this isn't the first time... we leave it there to order.

Wir haben mehrfach und verschiedenes bestellt und es war jedes Mal sehr gut. Bisher haben wir auch nur einmal etwas länger gewartet, sonst ist das Essen immer zügig und warm geliefert worden. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen

Über Lieferando gegen 19 Uhr bestellt, nach 1,5h angerufen und nachgefragt, dann hieß es „Essen ist unterwegs“. Nach weiteren 40 Minuten erneut nachgefragt. Irgendwann nach fast 3 Stunden kam dann das Essen, auch noch an die Nachbaradresse. Das wurde auf Lieferando geschoben, ist aber das zweite Mal, dass es so abläuft und die restlichen Bewertungen sprechen ebenfalls dafür. Die Döner waren auch nur recht mittelmäßig. Fazit: Hier wird nicht mehr bestellt.

Essen rechtzeitig für Mittag bestellt. Lieferung war eine Stunde später als angegeben. Auf Nachfrage (Mittags) wo das Essen bleibt wurde man nur vertröstet mit dem Spruch "Fahren jetzt los" Eine weitere halbe Std. genau dasselbe Spiel. Das i-Tüpfelchen: Essen wurde auch noch falsch geliefert, War lauwarm und vom Geschmack her echt nicht berauschend.

Am 20.4.23 Online über die Homepage zum Abholen bestellt. Lt. Nachricht in 56 min abholbereit. Nach 40 min wurde ich angerufen, ob ich das Essen noch abholen würde. 5 min später war ich vor Ort. Bekam meine Ware (Dürüm), die offensichtlich in Alufolie eingewickelt im Kontaktgrill warmgehalten wurde. Soweit alles okay. Allerdings erwartete mich dann zu Hause (3 min nach Abholung) total durchgeweichte Ware, die scheinbar LANGE warmgehalten wurde. Der Innen befindliche Salat/Kohl war gut durchgegart = Der schlimmste Dürüm meines Lebens. NIE WIEDER !!!

Delal Elbgaustr. richtig schlechte Fleisch Qualität die Hackrolle darf sich eigentlich nicht mal Döner nennen. Wenn er Oben anfängt zu schneiden und unten angekommen ist muss er das erstmal Klein machen weil das nur Hack ist !

Von den vorhandenen Dönerläden in Elmshorn wohl mit der beste, doch leider auch mit den selben Macken wie andere. Kaltes Fleisch,kleine Portionen für den Preis.

Ein wirklich guter döner, aber eine lieferzeit, von knapp einer stunde, geht garnicht. Sonst hätt ich fünf sterne gegeben.

Drehspieß 5,90 Euro, „Döner“-Teller 10 Euro. Portionen sind okay, aber qualitativ guten Döner bekommt man hier nicht. Deshalb steht auf der Tafel auch Drehspieß und nicht Döner. Das Fleisch ist überwiegend Hack und schmeckt nicht. Die Saucen sind auch Gastro-Fertigmischung. Außerdem sitzt man draußen alles andere als gemütlich. Für den Preis einfach unterirdisch und nicht zu empfehlen, hier steht Gewinnmaximierung anstelle von Geschmack und Qualität im Vordergrund. Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wer hier fünf Sterne gibt und wofür. Was geben solche Menschen für eine Bewertung ab, wenn sie mal einen richtig geilen Döner essen, mit selbst gebackenem Brot, selbst gemachten Saucen und geschichtetem Lammfleisch? Zwölf Sterne?

Ich muss einen Stern geben, weil weniger nicht geht! Habe um 17:45 Uhr bestellt und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Lieferung 60 Minuten, maximal 70 Minuten dauern würde. Nach 90 Minuten fragte ich nach, wann das bestellte Essen kommen würde und es hieß, es dauere noch 10 bis 15 Minuten. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten war immer noch nichts geliefert und ich habe entnervt meine bestellten 5 Döner um 19:45 Uhr storniert. Geht gar nicht und nie wieder bestelle ich dort für Lieferung außer Haus!

Sehr ungemütlicher Laden. Wenn du hinten im Sitzbereich sitzt, hast du alle 30sek irgendwelche Leute die hinter dir her laufen und laut durch den Laden rufen, die Verkäufer an der Kasse unterbrechen dich während du bestellst, und Masken werden hier vom Personal nicht getragen! Weiter wird auch der geimpften Status nicht rechtens überprüft, ein schneller Scan genügt anscheinend, egal ob es sein Impfpass war oder der von jemand anderem. Sehr schlecht der Laden!

Hier gibt es die leckersten Döner weit und breit. Und der kleine Laden ist unglaublich sauber und top gepflegt.

Freitag Abend bestellt um 20 Uhr. Es sollte eine Stunde dauern. Als das Essen um 22:20 Uhr geliefert wurde, hab ich schon nicht mehr damit gerechnet. Keine Info bezüglich der Verspätung, auch bei der Übergabe kein Kommentar. Geschmacklich okay, leider nicht mehr wirklich warm.

Sie bekommen es nicht hin wenn man ohne Tomaten bestellen möchte weil man dagegen erlergisch Elegisch ist . Noch besser ist wenn man ohne Salat bestellt bekommen sie es überhaupt nicht hin dann ist extra Salat drin richtig gut von 8 Lieferung waren 7 nicht wie bestellt bei der 8 war es ein hin und her telefonieren und warte Zeit

Es wurde nicht richtig nach der Wunschbestellung gefragt, sprich ob der Gast das Menü mit Reis oder Pommes haben möchte. Bestellung hatte etwas länger gedauert, da es voller im Laden war , aber der Dönerteller hat gar nicht frisch geschmeckt und das Fleisch war dieses mal gar nicht lecker. Das kenne ich sonst von anderen Delal Döner anders. Es war sehr viel los aber dennoch keine Entschuldigung. Leider nur 2 Sterne.

Geschmacklich jetzt nicht das mega Erlebnis gibt durchaus bessere, Das Döner Fleisch war mir zu trocken, Die Beilagen waren ganz okay aber die Portion für 8€ kann man essen aber ist jetzt nicht der Kracher.
