We ordered 3 pizzas by phone with the announcement that we could pick them up in 20-30 minutes. We arrived after 30 minutes to receive the pizzas. One person on site knew about the order, but the order wasn't ready and you had to re-record the order so that the kitchen understood it. I can understand how stupid things are, especially when there's a little more going on on a Friday evening. For me, however, that wasn't a break. We were then asked if we would like a schnapps because we had to wait longer. Until then I thought the liquor was free because they wanted to return the favor. After another 15 minutes the pizza was ready and we could pay. Unfortunately, only the EC card was possible when paying, no other cards. When I took the bill with me, unfortunately I was already in the car and got a short shock. They simply calculated the item “kitchen specialty” at 2.00 euros without any knowledge. Not only do I find that cheeky, but it will therefore be my last visit, even though the pizza tasted very good.

I go there very often and am always satisfied. Top food, nice atmosphere and I always like to come back. Everything is fine.

A mediocre visit to this pizzaria. Despite a reservation, we were temporarily seated at another table and then had to move during the starter. The pizza was mediocre, the dough probably didn't have time to rise or the oven was way too hot. The edge had not opened and was partially burned. Just a hard, tasteless flatbread with toppings, that had nothing to do with an original Italian stone oven pizza!! I make a better pizza at home in my gas oven! The operator seems to pay more attention to the quantity (of deliveries outside the home) than to the quality of the pizzas consumed in the restaurant. It's a shame, it used to be very good there. The service was also totally overwhelmed, the good lady would probably have preferred to throw everything away. Unfortunately I only give it 3 stars and I probably won't be visiting again anytime soon. Not recommended...

A Parma pizza and a tuna salad were eaten. Both were super tasty and the portions were decent. I was already full after the salad and was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat the pizza. 😂 The atmosphere is super cozy but unfortunately a bit small. It's best to reserve a table. I would love to come back 😊

Ordered 2 pizzas + rolls for 6 p.m. - Picked up at 6 p.m. (1 minute to get home) Unfortunately, one pizza was with the wrong toppings, both pizzas + rolls were cold. Definitely won't be ordering anything from here again

Waited 30 minutes despite pre-ordering by phone. (This can happen when there is a lot of activity, but it shouldn't). The other waiting customers were not offered something to drink. I had pasta for €10.50 and a margherita pizza for €7.50 for a total of €18 but I had to pay €22. When I wanted to get a bill for my food I had to wait again and then got a note that said €22 kitchen specialties and not what I had. Pizza crust is burnt and noodles taste like nothing.

Update 06/2023: Again one of several visits with delicious food, nice atmosphere and personal, nice service. We prefer to celebrate our anniversary here, it's a tradition! Update 10/2022: We continue to enjoy being guests because neither the quality nor the friendliness has diminished. The restaurant is still well attended, which is no surprise, the food is extremely tasty, fresh and very good value for money. The staff still accommodating and really friendly. ------------------------------------------------------ Really a small - but very well maintained pizzeria. Traditional Sicilian family that prepares very tasty Italian food. The service is always friendly and welcoming. With terrace, comfortable tables and benches. You quickly block out the noises of the street. This pizzeria has charm and flair. We'd love to come back again and again!

A very nice, well-kept restaurant with a large outdoor terrace. Our favorite restaurant. There are enough parking spaces behind the gas station opposite. The waitresses are always very friendly and accommodating. The upscale Italian cuisine pampers the palate with tasty dishes, delicious drinks and a rich daily menu. We always feel very comfortable there and look forward to our next visit.

It's the first time we've been here. We ordered pizza, it was good and the price was right.

By far the best Italian far and wide. We have been regular guests for years and have never been disappointed. Great ambience, great service, pizza from the stone oven and pasta as you know it from Italy. Price performance is really unbeatable! A little tip: call ahead and make a reservation, as it is quite a small restaurant.

Certainly the best pizza in Bergisch Gladbach. The base is tasteful, has the right thickness and a good crunch. It is generously topped with fresh ingredients. The cheese is perfect. Only the tomato sauce is sometimes a bit too sweet and too much (probably depending on the pizza maker). The atmosphere is cute & homely. Service pleasant. Highly recommended.

The yoghurt dressing on the tomato salad was totally watery.. the announced onions according to the menu were completely missing from the Promodoro! The food there is delicious, but the service is simply unfriendly and not just at our table. This makes me really reluctant to come and every time I want to give the restaurant another chance I am unfortunately disappointed. Personally, I feel uncomfortable there as a guest. A pity!

I've eaten quite a few pizzas in quite a few pizzerias, but this pizzeria is by far the BEST far and wide with its pizzas. Pizza in a stone oven on charcoal. Very nice service. Not a long waiting time. Reservations recommended. By phone and quickly. Next time I'll take photos

Wir sind als Familie öfter hier und immer sehr zufrieden mit Speisen/Getränke/Service und italienischer Gastfreundschaft. Die wechsenden Tagesgerichte sind neben der Speisekarte ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Unser absoluter Lieblingsitaliener in Bergisch Gladbach City! Wir gehen hier gerne essen und holen aber auch sehr gerne und sehr oft Essen ab. Die Pizzen sind super lecker und kommen frisch aus dem Ofen. Das Ambiente ist sehr familiär und alle sind sehr freundlich, wir fühlen uns wohl und kommen gerne. Neben den Pizzen können wir auch Vorspeisen, Pizzabrötchen und Pastagerichte empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße.

Oh man. Leider hat sowohl dass Essen, die Qualität und der Service soooo extrem nachgelassen. Vater und Sohn streiten sich im Hintergrund. Kellnerin ist unfreundlich und mit 15 Gästen überfordert und Ambiente veraltet und kaputt! Schade, wir kommen hier nicht mehr! Heute leider alles schief gelaufen. Salat war braun. 2 Mini Schnitzel für 21,50 € und 3 Stangen Spargel! Sorry dass geht auch anders.

Kleiner Laden mit einem Holzofen, komme immer sehr gerne hierhin. Preise passen absolut in die Welt.

Hier schmeckt es immer sehr gut. Egal , was ich esse. Besonders gut ist auf jeden Fall die Pizza. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich. Nicht Alle. Hier gehe ich sehr gerne hin!!!

Die beste Pizza in Bergisch Gladbach!

Die Pizzen hier sind der Knaller. Mit so einer Geschmacksexplosion hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Es war alles frisch zubereitet. Wir waren zu viert vor Ort und waren alle der selben Meinung. Bevor ich das nächste Mal bei X-beliebigem Pizza-Lieferdienst bestelle, werde ich die paar Meter Fußweg in Kauf nehmen und hier meine Pizza holen. Leider war der Nachtisch (Tiramisu) aus, auf das ich mich noch vor bestellen der Pizza gefreut hatte. Einziges Manko ist die Hauptstraße direkt nebenan. Wir saßen keine 2 Meter von der Straße weg. Hier kann man aber guten Willens drüber hinwegsehen bei dem Geschmack. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Abendessen bei Del Bajazzo.

Sehr leckeres original italienisches Essen. Die Pizzen schmecken super! Die vielen italienischen Gäste sprechen für die Qualität. Leider an der Hauptstraße gelegen, sonst gäbe es nichts zu kritisieren...

Das Essen ist wirklich gut, nur der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht gerade freundlich und brauchen oft lange. Wir bestellen deswegen lieber zum Abholen.

Eine sehr große Auswahl an Pizzen und auch Pastagerichten, bei der garantiert jeder etwas findet. Auch individuelle Wünsche werden top umgesetzt. Die Wartezeit ist absolut angemessen. Nur die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so optimal. Hier gibt es Ausweichmöglichkeiten in eine der Seitenstraßen. Geschmacklich und vom Service wirklich empfehlenswert! Sehr kundenfreundlich!!

Gute Pizza und leckere Nudelgerichte, freundlicher Service, wir kommen immer wieder gerne zum Essen her. Essen auch zum Mitnehmen.

Sehr einladendes gemütliches Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr gut gelaunt. Sie schaffen eine sehr tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sitzplätze bietet das kleine Restaurant draußen und drinnen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit vor Ort zu essen oder die Möglichkeit der Mitnahme von Speisen. Neben der Hauptkarte, gibt es eine Wochen bzw. Sessiontafel die beachtet werden sollte bei der Auswahl, ebenso eine Desserttafel, welche auf der Standartkarte nicht gelistet ist. Wir hatten zwei Pizzen (sorry das eine schon angeknabbert ist - der Hunger eben 🤷🏼‍♀️) und eine Lasagne. Der Pizzateig ist nicht zu dick, nicht zu dünn, knusprig und sehr lecker. Ich konnte schmecken, dass der Teig frisch ist. Die Zubereitung erfolgt in einer offenen Küche. Finde ich persönlich sehr schön. Achtung: Zutatenliste genau lesen, denn ich habe auf meiner Pizza die Tomatensauce vermisst, welche für mich auf eine Pizza gehört. Bei Del Bajazzo gehört auf eine Tomate/ Mozarella anscheindend keine Sauce drauf... so ist sie in der Karte auch beschrieben, jedoch bin ich hier nach Standard gegangen und habe nicht weiter darauf geachet. Bei genauerem Hinsehen, habe ich noch weitere Pizzen entdeckt, bei denen der Standard nicht gelistet ist. Schaut einfach 2x hin 😉 Ansonsten waren beide Pizzen super, die Lasagne hatte für unseren Geschmack etwas viel Sauce. Was verbesserungswürdig ist, es geht nur Barzahlung. Das finde ich unbequem und schränkt mich im Einkauf ein. Vielleicht ändert sich das noch. Grundsätzlich macht man hier als Besucher nichts verkehrt. Preis/ Leistung: Es kostet etwas mehr, dafür erhält man frische Zutaten.

Kann ich weiter empfehlen. Super schnell, großzügig mit Garnelen, Gemüse... bis jetzt sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Wer eine wirklich gute Pizza genießen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Meiner Meinung nach die vielleicht beste Pizza, welche sich in Gladbach finden lässt. Die Pasta ist ebenfalls etwas zum genießen und dazu ein sehr netter, aufmerksamer Service und das ganze zu einem adäquaten Preis. Was willst Du mehr?

Hier gibt es die besten Pizzen von Bergisch Gladbach! 😀 Wir nehmen unsere Pizza immer mit. Meistens dann, wenn wir von einem Ausflug zurück kommen und einfach großen Hunger auf eine leckere Pizza haben. Wenn es nach unserem Sohn geht könnten wir da jeden Tag hin gehen. 😉 Die Portionen sind groß und ausreichend. Der Service ist total nett. Wir werden immer wieder kommen.👍

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Super freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Ambiente das geradezu einlädt , und sehr leckeres Essen. Dazu kommt noch das der Preis auch absolut fair ist. Vielen Dank. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Essen und Bedienung war Top, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Speisen waren verhältnismäßig preiswert. Nur das Ambiente könnte verbessert werden. Die Geräuschkulisse war recht unangenehm. Evtl mit Schalldämmung den Raum auskleiden, damit es angenehmer wird :) Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Kann die gute Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Für mich war die Pizza eher sehr mäßig. Es gibt in GL bestimmt bessere. Das Positive war, der Abholtermin wurde gut eingehalten.

Sehr gutes Essen und ein schönes Lokal. Als Paar aber auch als Familie kann man hier sehr gut Essen gehen. Das Lokal ist sehr beliebt und es ist immer etwas los. Die Pizzen als auch die Pastagerichte waren bisher immer sehr gut und haben geschmeckt. Die Speisen werden frisch gemacht und die Portionen sind recht groß. Ich muss mich immer für die Vorspeise oder den Nachtisch entscheiden, da ich beides nicht schaffe. Dazu muss gesagt sein, dass ich mir mit meinem Mann die Vorspeise als auch den Nachtisch teilen muss 😉. Die Besitzer sind fast immer im Lokal und bedienen die Gäste und halten auch immer einen Plausch bzw. fragen nach der Qualität des Essens. Schade, das sie nicht liefern. Wir würden sonst immer hier bestellen!!!

Mittlerweile 4-5 mal dort vorort gegessen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich manchmal leichte sprach barriere aber nichts was störend wäre. Die gar nicht mal so kleine Weinauswahl hat vermutlich für jeden eine stabile Lösung. Einrichtung ist passend für eine authentische Pizzaria nicht zu überladen. Die Tische sind etwas abgenutzt, der Laden nicht sehr groß manchmal etwas laut weil gut besucht. Zum Essen: Pizza,Pasta und die (obwohl nicht mal in der karte enthaltene Antipastiplatte) , sowie das Tiramisu sind jedesmal gut gemacht,lecker, ausreichende Menge und Preisleistung nicht zu bemengeln. Eine Pizzeria mit Restaurant ähnlicher Qualität/ambitionen. Ja man kann NICHT mit karte Zahlen was etwas störend ist aber man bekommt stabile authentische gute gerichte zum amgemessenen Preis. Das Nudelgericht Primavera mag ich hier gern hervor heben und auch die Pizzas waren alle zufriedenstellend und in keiner weise mit billigen lieferanten Pizzas aus der region zu vergleichen. Für mich das perfekte nette Italienische Lokal in der gegend wenn man einfach bock auf ne gute Pizza oder Pasta hat ohne für 2 personen 3gänge direkt 120€ aufwärst bezahlt zu haben. Ohne jegliche zweifel eine klare weiterempfehlung!

Beste Pizzeria im Umkreis um Bergisch Gladbach! Die Qualität ist herrausragend und der Geschmack dementsprechend sehr gut. „Leider“ ein kleines Restaruant mit Charm, aber wenig Platz, dass defintiv auch ein großes Lokal verdient hätte!

Kann sein, dass die Pizzen gut sind. Aber die Pasta ist schrecklich. Lasagne und Canneloni waren nicht richtig durchgebacken und noch viel zu fest. Schrecklich. Zu früh gefreut. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Eine wahre Größe hier in Bergisch Gladbach. Immer lecker, immer freundlich und preislich perfekt! Es schmeckt aus dem Steinofen egal ob Pizza oder Etwas überbackenes.
