The food was outstanding – a true taste experience! We had beef burgers and fries, which were truly delicious and perfectly prepared. For starters, we had a fresh salad and the fried pulled pork balls – delicious and something special. The aperitifs were also a highlight: the sparkling wine with grapefruit was wonderfully refreshing, and the gin rounded it all off perfectly. The location is beautifully quaint and cozy – you immediately feel at home. We'd love to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We sat comfortably outside in the Deidesheimer Stuben and enjoyed the evening. The service and the chef were super friendly. The food was soooo delicious! Despite the large and varied menu, all dishes are freshly prepared. The salad dressing was wonderfully fruity and perfectly refreshing in summer. We had spare ribs, cordon bleu, and a crispy chicken burger – everything was fantastic! To top it all off, we had date cake and crème brûlée, both of which were fantastic. Highly recommended, we'd love to come back!

Since its reopening, the restaurant has offered excellent and varied cuisine. In addition to classic Palatinate dishes, there are also Asian bowls, burgers, and much more, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

The food was truly perfect. A delight in every way, the highlight being the dessert. Homemade date cake with salted caramel and ice cream. The service and waitresses were very friendly and accommodating.

Well, what can I say? Where should I begin? The salad plates we ordered were beautifully presented and tasty. I felt sorry for the schnitzel. The breading was light and soft. And yet, the schnitzel was dead twice. The fries and side salad were good. (Unfortunately, no photo taken.) The service was truly abysmal. We had a smoker at our table. There was an ashtray in front of her. Then the waitress came and, whoosh, the ashtray was gone and landed at the next table. When we objected, she promptly said, "You're not smoking right now. I'll bring you one right away." The waitress took a while, and only after we asked did she take pity on us and bring us a new ashtray. Since there was a performance last night where we and other guests were also present, she let us sit until the end to pay. Even though she was at the next table, she walked right past us. Poor service, no tip. This has never happened to us before. We'll never go there again. Oh yes, the prices are on the high side, Deidesheim after all. But the poor service doesn't justify it.

Yesterday, four of us went to the Deidesheimer Stuben. The service was quite rude, not to say rude. The schnitzels we ordered were bland, carelessly smashed, and thrown onto the plate with a handful of fries. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, but unfortunately, the dressing lacked flavor. I can certainly understand that the server was stressed, as it was very busy. But despite all the rush, friendliness must not be lost. Personally, I will choose a different restaurant the next time I visit the Boulevardtheater.

Me and my family had an amazing experience at Deidesheimer Stuben! The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Every dish was clearly prepared with care and high quality ingredients, You could really taste the difference. A huge compliment to the chef for creating such a memorable meal! From the moment we arrived, we all felt well looked after without being rushed, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was just lovely! Unfortunately, I can't give half stars, so my rating is less than the restaurant deserves. The food and ambiance are actually OK, but there's a lot around it that's clearly above average (but it's also a princely sum). Unfortunately, the "value for money" aspect is missing, and that's really OK.

We were thrilled with our visit! The new owners are incredibly hospitable and create a welcoming atmosphere. The food is varied and creative, but lovers of Palatinate cuisine will also find something to their liking. There's also a fantastic selection of drinks – and to top it all off, an absolutely divine crème brûlée! An all-around wonderful experience – we'll definitely be back!

I became aware of the Deidesheimer Stuben after the change of ownership and paid the restaurant a visit straight away. I had the chicken teriyaki and it was really delicious. The meat was extremely tender. You can tell that the chef knows how to prepare meat and that it is of great quality. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the food because I couldn't wait to eat it. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, and the service also took a lot of time and was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Overall, a really nice visit – I would love to come back!

So glad we stumbled upon this place. Cozy quaint atmosphere, great service, quality ingredients, excellent food. Just opened under a new owner the menu has variety of dishes. Local food, burgers, tons of vegetarian options. We ordered almost every single appetizer. It would be hard to pick our favorite, but beet carpaccio and olives I could eat every day. The star of the night was the octopus! Tender, on a bed of a roasted pepper sauce with baby potatoes, so flavorful. Paired well with local wine. My crew enjoyed the ribs and burgers. We ended the night with date cake with salted caramel. Loved every bite.

Everything we ate was very tasty. The prices are okay, the staff was friendly, and we didn't have to wait that long even though the restaurant was full. So definitely 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful German restaurant in Deidesheim on its first day of reopening and we loved it! The atmosphere is extremely cozy and the new owners and staff were consistently attentive and accommodating. The food was simply outstanding – a generous portion with an exceptionally well-balanced combination. What was particularly impressive was the quality of the ingredients and the care with which everything was prepared. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon!

We regularly visit before or after the theater. Have never been disappointed. The food is always good, the service is always nice and friendly. We also got space when everything was reserved.

The two of us came to a very full restaurant. We ask if there is a table. The waitress says no... but if an hour is enough for you, then you're welcome here. It's okay. Sounds like good planning. Rarely experienced. Afterwards it was just great, with the service and the lady running the whole store by herself! served stands out. I have rarely experienced something so positive. She always has her head up, sees where something is missing and manages over 80 guests and also has the time for a little chat... just great. That is quality. The food was good too. If it had been difficult to cook at the level of service, then we would probably be in the Traube in Baiersbronn.

Gezellige omgeving, warm welkom prima eten. Tot onze schrik werd onze bankkaart niet geaccepteerd. Gelukkig vooraf gevraagd. Het was contant of EC karte. De eigenares loste dat simpel op, eet eerst lekker , dan ga je na afloop naar de bank om contant te pinnen. Wat een vertrouwen! We hebben onze portefeuille uitgespit en bleken nog net voldoende contant geld te hebben. Het tweede glaasje wijn kreeg mijn vrouw aangeboden van het huis. Warm gastheerschap hier!

Very unfriendly owner. Despite the wine festival, you are not served and are only insulted if you want to get something after multiple requests. This was the second attempt to order something to drink and eat there. The first time we were put off with a wait of over 1.5 hours for a table, despite many free seats. I will avoid this location in the future and seek out friendlier restaurants. Is there enough in Deidesheim…

We were there for the second time and wanted to give the restaurant a second chance and tried to get a table for 8 people. Although there was almost nothing going on (2 tables were occupied), the waitress was visibly annoyed and unfriendly. You didn't feel welcome. You lose your desire to eat. So we went somewhere else. Very unfortunate.

Geschmacklich war das Schweinefilet ganz okay. So schnell wie es kam, schien es aus der Mikrowelle zu kommen und die Konsistenz, na ja, man muss schon gerne kauen wollen. Guter großer Beilagensalat, Preise ok. Einrichtung etwas älter aber vollkommen in Ordnung und die Preise sind auch vernünftig. Sehr nette Bedienung. 3+

Kleines oder großes Schnitzel? Liebe Leser/-innen! Wenn etwas richtig gut ist poste ich und wenn es mal nicht so gut ist muss man es auch mal niederschreiben. Seit Jahren gehen wir mit der Clique nach dem Besuch des Weihnachtsmarktes in die Stuben. Heute habe ich mich für das große Schnitzel entschieden, weil ich mächtig Hunger hatte. Meine Freundin Gabi saß neben mir am Tisch und bestellte ein kleines Schnitzel welches letztendlich genauso aussah. Auf die Frage hin, was denn der Unterschied zwischen dem großen und dem kleinen Schnitzel sei, antwortete die Bedienung „ der Teller“. Sorry, lieben Stuben, das ist net guud bis peinlich. Dummerweise habe ich keine Fotos gemacht.

Sehr gutes pfälzisches Restaurant mit durchaus leckeren Gerichten, die neben pfälzischen Gerichten auch über Zander, Salate und sehr gute Fleischgerichte beinhalten. Wir haben dort während Corona schon bestellt, waren letztes Jahr mal dort und gestern wieder. Wir hatten bisher immer super gut dort gegessen und gesessen. Auch eine schöne Weinauswahl und uriges, gemütliches Ambiente. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Portionen passen auch 👍 weiter so !

Hervorragende Küche 100% Weiterempfehlung Trotz vollem Biergarten und voller Stube, klasse Essen ohne Wartezeit. Großes Kompliment!

Wir haben ein leckeres Mittagessen draußen vor dem Hotel genossen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und Preis-Leistung ist absolut fein. Das Rumpsteak kam genau wie bestellt und war butter-weich. Als Vorspeise kann ich definitiv das Kohlrabi-Carpaccio empfehlen. Besonders schön ist natürlich im Aussenbereich das Ambiente und der Blick auf das schöne Deidesheim.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, obwohl die Besitzerin alleine war ging alles sehr schnell und war sehr lecker.

Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) zum Abendessen in den Deidesheimer Stuben. Das Essen war super lecker, die Weine toll und die zuvorkommende Bedienung hatte trotz vollem Haus auch noch kurz Zeit für unsere Kinder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Auf Grund der guten Bewertungen, hatten wir uns einen schönen Abend erhofft. Leider war dem aber nicht so. Die Qualität des Essens war nicht sonderlich hochwertig und auch geschmacklich ist viel Platz nach oben. Auch das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich Das war unser erster und letzer Besuch in dieser Stube.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Lokal. Das Fleisch war bei mehreren Gerichten trocken, die Bestellung wurde falsch gebracht, die Bedienung war eher ungepflegt und das Ambiente ungemütlich. Die Preise sind hoch aufgerufen, was kein Problem wäre, würde die Qualität stimmen. Wenigstens war der Wein gut, aber da kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Leider muss ich noch hinzufügen, dass es einigen nach dem Essen so schlecht ging , dass eine Person noch ins Krankenhaus musste. Wir werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen, oder diese Stube weiterempfehlen.

Gute bodenständige Pfälzer Küche mit aufmerksamem Ein-Frau-Personal, die den gesamten Service sehr gut gemanagt hat! Die WCs sind erneuert und was selten ist mit Stoffhandtüchern ausgestattet. Das Essen hat uns allen sehr gut gemundet.
