The food was very high quality for a restaurant, and the price was reasonable. You can sit comfortably with a decent-sized group. Children can play by the lake, and there's a small playground. Parking is available, and if you reserve a table at the restaurant, it's free for up to four hours. The route is very popular with cyclists. The service was attentive, and the food arrived at the same time, which was very convenient for a larger group.

The food is fantastic. It tasted absolutely delicious. And the staff is also very friendly. We'll be back.

The Degerseestube is simply fantastic! The ambiance is incredibly beautiful – especially sitting outside right by the lake is something truly special. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing; you can truly unwind here. The food was excellent, and the service was super friendly and attentive. All in all, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

A favorite place and ritual whenever I visit my mother in the Allgäu: fries with currywurst and cider. Plus a great view. The staff is always friendly! We'll be back.

We stopped here for coffee and cake on our bike tour. The atmosphere in the beer garden by the lake is fantastic. It's odd, though, that you can't choose your own table when the beer garden is relatively empty.

I highly recommend the Degerseestube. It's very good food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, it can be a bit noisy at times, but the staff quickly rectified this! Very well done, and a big compliment to the kitchen as well!

We stayed at the Seestüble restaurant on Lake Degersee and were absolutely thrilled! We received a very friendly welcome upon arrival, and the service was always warm and attentive. The food was not only very good but also plentiful – they even packed up the food we didn't manage to eat upon request, which we loved. The location directly on the beautiful Degersee is simply stunning and also perfect for a swim. It's worth making a reservation in advance, especially on weekends or when the weather is nice, as the Seestüble restaurant is very popular. We went there with friends for a huge schnitzel dinner and a drink of cider spritzer. It was incredibly delicious. The service was simply top-notch. They always kept an eye on us, and we were never left without food. It's super cozy. Due to the rain, we had to sit inside, which was a shame, but it was cozy. The prices are great. We'll be back.

We came with our dog, who was quite timid, and the staff was understanding. Carina took care of our table patiently, even though we were tourists, while always keeping a smile. Everything was very good. Thank you very much.

Truly a great place to swim and enjoy the many delicious things in the restaurant. We had a lovely swim near the water and tried the baked vegetables as an appetizer – very tasty, but be careful, it's hot. The vegetarian Maultaschen are also highly recommended. Game and fish lovers will also find something to their liking. The prices are fair, and the service is friendly and very attentive. A place for a wonderful time.

Well-organized and inexpensive admission. Food and drinks are available. The kids had a blast playing volleyball, for example.

It was my first time since this new parking system came into operation, and in my haste and under pressure, I unfortunately bought a ticket at the beginning, a day ticket for 4 euros, and we were there in the evening, which meant we were in the water for about 30 minutes and then went out to eat. Normally, the fees are waived if you eat in a restaurant, but because I foolishly bought the ticket at the beginning, I paid 4 euros for half an hour of swimming and eating, plus about 5 euros for entry, and then the meal. An expensive pleasure. When I asked to be accommodating and offset what I had consumed, the money was taken away, based on the motto "it's your own fault." But in the end, that's not the friendly service that decides, it comes from management. You could also just write in bold on the machine, "Buy ticket from the machine only when you exit!" For example, that would be better. The food tastes okay, but incredibly overpriced and close to Swiss prices. That was the last time for me; unfortunately, I've passed it.

A very beautiful place. Good food. A very well-kept outdoor area right on the lake. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I can only give one star because of the boss. The service staff are very nice and the food has always been good. However the boss behaves in a way that I as a guest can only accept. We wanted to go swimming and eat afterwards. That means there is no parking fee, it has been the same every time, even with acquaintances/friends. If you only go swimming you have to pay a parking fee. Unfortunately we were very rudely shouted at by a member of staff that this is not the case and that we would have to pay. Then the boss came over. He was very unfriendly and said that the staff had made a mistake and if you didn't like it you could just leave!!! They didn't have to tell us twice, we left and never came back. It's not about the few euros in parking fees, it's about the principle. If I didn't have to pay all the times before, why did I have to pay all of a sudden? We were treated like we were lying.

A very pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food, and a natural lakeside pool with everything you need: a sunbathing lawn, shower, and restrooms. Accessible by bike and car. Plenty of parking is available. A truly unique experience!

God dammit, how can it be that difficult to find a spot to eat something and not being ripped off by all those touristic restaurants with great view on the lake and bad service. This spot is actually pretty nice. I must start with the service aspect here, the guy was so nice although he had to take care of so many tables. No clue how he managed that and even more stayed calm and friendly. Huge respect. We had to cue to enter this place, all tables were taken but it wasn't too long. The food was okay, not sure if everything was fresh my best guest was it's been from freezer anyway, the location is a blast. You can enjoy a beer, a coffee or simply eat something and have a great view on a small like. If you want you even can jump in. You have to pay for the parking lot but receiver a voucher if you eat in this restaurant.

A wonderful little inn with a cozy garden is located right on Lake Degersee. Excellent food, very friendly service, and then a little swim in the lake. What more could you want? A wonderful bike ride there.

The place and service were good. The food is now focused on quantity rather than quality. The salad dressing is awful. The veggie burger, despite being advertised, tasted bland and unloving. Unfortunately, not a place for good food. This is the opinion of four people who were disappointed.

It's really great for swimming, and a portion of fries is also good. But the fact that you're randomly assigned a table and then get a warning if you, for example, "move" to the next table in the shade isn't right in my opinion. The schnitzel was okay, the mixed salad was fresh from the bucket, so it didn't taste good. My daughter didn't notice the large portion; she ate it all up. The "Degersee" grilled platter was absolutely standard, even disappointing given the portion size and the price. After the first drink was already empty at the beginning of the meal, and no one asked if we wanted another, we only had one drink. It's a shame; it was much better here a few years ago.

Beautiful swimming lake, especially for children. Gently sloping shores, warm water. Lawn with shady areas. Tip: bring a parasol anyway. SUPs are allowed. There are a few people there. But no problems from swimmer to SUP. I miss the lifeguard. At least I didn't see any. Parking fees are perfectly reasonable at €2.50 per 4 hours. The restaurant has a great selection of takeaway meals or meals inside. Good: Notice that swimwear or bare chests are not allowed in the restaurant area. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Lots of wasps/bees near the shore!!

We received a very friendly welcome and were assigned a comfortable seat. The service was extremely attentive, and the food and drinks arrived quickly. We found the selection to be very varied and the portions absolutely sufficient. For us as Perassarians, the meat was also highly recommended; a big thank you to the kitchen! It's no longer a given these days that you'll get your meat cooked to your liking. We were very satisfied.

Honestly, I can't understand all the positive reviews. The food is inedible. I ordered roast chicken with salad. The potato soup that came with it didn't taste like potatoes, but rather like flour. Side salad: Isn't salad green and freshly prepared?? On my plate were four different pickled vegetables from a bucket, all of which tasted the same. Then a very dry, lukewarm chicken in a salty breadcrumb coating. The food was returned. No replacement. I was offered a coffee instead... Excuse me? Thank you for nothing and an expensive evening. Is that your standard for good food? You shouldn't rest on your laurels because of the beautiful location. What a shame. In any case, you've lost us as customers. P.S. Be careful when parking! The parking lot at Degersee is now operated by Mobility Hub. Parking fees apply 24 hours a day, even in the evening. I was there spontaneously with a companion, even had a drink, and didn't realize that you still had to pay late at night. If you spent €15 or more, you would have received a QR code for free parking – unfortunately, I wasn't informed of this. Instead, I later received a ticket for €54 from Mobility Hub. I won't be coming back. You have to read the signs; as I said, I was there spontaneously, late at night. I think the €54 from Mobility Hub is totally excessive! Especially in such a rural area and late at night!

A very nice place to end a bike ride through the hinterland of Lake Constance. You can also take a dip in Lake Degersee. Parking is therefore subject to a fee. Further lawns are available further down the road, where you can enjoy the day in even more peace and quiet.

After paying the parking fee of €3, we as hikers were informed that additional costs would be incurred when crossing the bathing meadow. We wanted to drink coffee at the Degersee, which of course was no longer possible after such an outrageous statement. A rip-off for nothing.

Friendly staff, food was OK. I find the inflexibility negative. For Jägerbraten instead of spaetzle with fries there is an additional charge of €1. Is this cost structure really ridiculous? Conclusion: We can conditionally recommend that drinks are not alcoholic. is available for 0.2l for €2.70. I find it very exaggerated. Dressing from the salad was tasteless. Turkey schnitzel would have been very bland without herb butter.

Nice place right on the lake. The food was very good, the portions relatively large. The lady at the entrance was super friendly when we asked her to take a look at the place. Since we liked it so much, we stayed for dinner even though we just wanted to look at the lake and the lawns. We'll definitely come here more often

Sitting directly on the lakeshore and enjoying, for example, the hearty farmer's gröstel with a fried egg and five kinds of salad is simply a great experience, and so is the bike tour from the shore of Lake Constance through the green hills. Friendly, attentive service.

For one (!) additional slice of bread with the sausage salad, the bill seriously costs €.30 - we had never experienced this before! What's that supposed to mean ? Chapeau to those responsible for this - keep it up! However, we were also lucky: fees for the cover, the coperto so to speak, or for the lake view, for the use the seat cushions or similar that were on display did not appear on the billing receipt - this was probably overlooked.

We can fully confirm the other very good reviews. The food is good and plentiful. Very nice service. And if you're there when the weather is nice, you can sit outside right next to the beautiful lake. And there is a very large parking lot. Great restaurant, recommended.

The economy at Degersee came as a surprise on our bike ride, we were thrilled. With great weather right on the lake, quiet, spacious terrace, friendly service and the tarte flambée was just right! The apple cider is highly recommended.

A different and endearing place, a good place to escape from the touristy scene, you are with locals and you eat well, you have to pay to bathe (10 euros for parking, two adults and two children under 6).
