Kann es sein, dass der Salat heute nicht gewaschen wurde ? (02.Juni 2026, Falafel Tahini Bowl gekauft um 10:05Uhr). Habe leider die Salatblätter wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden, es scheint an einigen Blättern noch komplett Erde dran zu sein. Kannte ich so bisher nicht von Dean und David und würde mir wünschen, dass der Dreck vor Zubereitung und Verkauf entfernt wird. Bitte überprüfen, ob die Mitarbeitenden die Zutaten waschen ! Danke !!!! PS: Geld zurück wäre nett

Ich habe vor einer Woche bei Dean & David bestellt und eine Schneckenschale in meiner Schüssel gefunden! Ich habe das Uber Eats und dem Restaurant gemeldet, aber stattdessen nur eine Rückerstattung für die Schüssel erhalten. Das Restaurant hat sich überhaupt nicht gemeldet. Absolut widerlich! Ich werde dort nie wieder essen, weder in dieser noch in einer anderen Filiale von Dean & David.

Richtig schlechter Flat White. Hervor sticht das Aroma von heißem Wasser. Die "Hafer"-Milch schmeckte verdächtig nach Soja. Verhältnis Kaffee/Milch entspricht eher einem Americano.

Liegt preislich eher im Hochpreissegment, ist aber jeden Cent wert und eine absolut wohltuende Abwechslung zu der sonst eher schweren und ungesunden Convenience-Nahrung am Bahnhof. Gönnt man sich ab und an wirklich gerne. Ich nehme hier immer das Flatbread oder eine Bowl – beide Optionen sind wirklich angenehm frisch, locker und leicht. Perfekt für unterwegs.

Habe mir heute das “Vegan Sweet Potato Sandwich” bestellt. Bestand größtenteils aus fettigen Röstzwiebeln, die ich nicht darin erwartet hatte. Die anderen Zutaten waren sehr spärlich. Die Süßkartoffeln waren hauchdünn geschnitten. Mir wurde davon schlecht. “Gesundes Essen” stelle ich mir anders vor. Service war nett. Atmosphäre - am Hauptbahnhof ist das schwierig…

Sehr lecker und schönes Ambiente im Hbf. Trotzdem sollte sich dean&David mal lieber um eine bessere Ressourcenplanung bzw. um deren Mitarbeiter kümmern. Die arme Frau (sie hatte das beste daraus gemacht) war bei dem ganzen Ansturm bei der Zubereitung des Essens alleine und auf das Essen musste fast 30min gewartet werden. Beim anderen Dean&David um die Ecke war nicht viel los. Bei einem kleinem Restaurant für mich OK, aber bei so einer großen Kette ist das ziemlich unverständlich - darf nicht passieren.

Chicken vitality Salat, gekauft am 2.2.26, hat bei mir zu unschönen Auswirkungen geführt. Offenbar war das Gericht mit Keimen belastet, die sogar einen sonst unzerstörbaren Magen-Darm-Trakt in die Knie zwingen. Ich mach da in Zukunft einen riesen Bogen rum. Edit: Der customer service ist sehr professionell und empathisch mit der Situation umgegangen. Es wurde versichert, dass dem Fall nachgegangen wurde. Es wurde der Wert des schlechten Salates zurück erstattet.

Der junge Mann mit kleinem Schnurrbart und grau-grüner Mütze an der Theke ist sehr unfreundlich. Ich hole mir sonst immer gerne etwas bei Dean & David, habe aber inzwischen schon dreimal denselben Verkäufer erlebt, der sehr schlecht gelaunt wirkt. Ich habe zwei Chicken-Rollen bestellt und darum gebeten, sie warm zu machen, was offenbar bereits für Unzufriedenheit sorgte. Die Rollen wurden in den Backofen bzw. in die Mikrowelle gelegt, jedoch nicht eingeschaltet. Nach etwa 10 Minuten Wartezeit und meiner Nachfrage wurden mir die kalten Rollen auf die Theke geworfen.

Dieser Laden ist eine Frechheit! Meiden Sie ihn! Wir bestellten zwei Sandwiches mit Kaffee für je 6,95 €, wie es vor dem Stand beworben wurde. Uns wurde dann ein Vielfaches berechnet, und als wir nach dem beworbenen Angebot fragten, hieß es nur: „Das geht nicht!“ Auf höfliches Nachfragen erhielten wir lediglich ein barsches „Bezahlen Sie dort!“. Für zwei Sandwiches, die man kaum als solche bezeichnen konnte (zwei kleine Hühnchenstücke sind kein Sandwich, hauptsächlich trockenes Brot), und einen schlechten Kaffee zahlten wir über 14 €. Der Service war unfreundlich und ineffektiv. Eine absolute Abzocke! Irreführende Werbung ist illegal und unmoralisch. Gehen Sie bloß nicht hin!

I would have liked to buy a falafel salad, but one dressing is never enough for me. I wanted to order a second one, which is usually no problem, but it wasn't possible here. So the €13.25 went to another vendor.

Had a really delicious bread with chicken and pesto cream. And a hot cappuccino coffee. People there are smiley and helpful.

The salad was full of brown leaves and I had to throw half of it away. And all for 13 euros.

I stopped by for a takeaway breakfast on my way from the S-Bahn to catch an ICE train. I picked up a yogurt, a sandwich, and a salad, which came to €22.45. The prices felt a bit higher than at similar places, but given the convenient location inside the station, it’s understandable. Everything tasted fresh and was nicely prepared, so it was a good choice for a quick yet healthy breakfast.

This is what you get… nothing… and no sauce… but bad service… for 15€

When I arrived in Munich, I was expecting a store with seating, but it was more like a food truck stall. In retrospect, that's understandable given its location near the main train station. I had a sandwich and a wrap; both were very tasty, but I especially liked the wrap. The sandwich was warmed up, but it was a bit small for me. The wrap, while cold, was nice and large and filling.

I bought a pastry today and there’s no chance it was freshly baked, perhaps leftover from the day before? It was like chewing a tennis ball.

I was really looking forward to visiting Dean & David, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The shop was closed even though the opening hours online and at the door said it should have been open. It was quite frustrating to make the trip only to find it shut without any notice. I’ve enjoyed the food at other Dean & David locations, so I know the quality is usually good, but this lack of reliability really let it down. Hopefully, they improve communication about opening times.

Good ingredients and a lot of selection. They were great for our family to have lunch at since our son is celiac, and they have multiple gluten free options. On the negative side, the staff did not know which options were gluten free and instructed us to scan a QR code and review a PDF of their dishes with a table of allergens. It would be nice to have helpful staff since all we wanted to know was which salads were safe and it turns out that - at least according to the PDF - all except a couple salads are gluten free. I found that my salad contained pieces of lettuce far too large. It would improve things a lot if they set their food processor to cut the lettuce into bite size pieces. Especially because then they give you a small wooden spork with shallow tines to eat with. I spent double the time with the salad since I had to go through with the spork and knife cutting all the pieces down so they could be eaten. My wife bought the Teriyaki chicken wrap and found that it had almost no soy sauce and was dry and bland.

Their salads are wonderful, the watermelon chicken summer salad is one of my go-to meals during lunch at work and when out. I swap the default dressing for arugula dressing and it’s perfect! My cousin tried Ceasar, it was good too!

We had salads before our train, the cost was quite high but oh well. I swiped my card, they told me it didn't work and that I had to repay. Looking at my bank account they charged me twice without any hassle... Be careful

The employee (a man with black hair) was extremely rude. Only upon explicit request did you get bread with the salad, and then only a small slice of baguette. I've seen it differently at other branches.

I bought the salmon wrap for €7.45 and was absolutely disappointed. The wrap was almost empty—mostly lettuce, and barely a trace of salmon. For that price, I expected much more than a few leaves in a flatbread. The taste was also very bland. Thanks for sharing!

Great healthy food, lives up to expectations

Hello, I only review the Dean David up around the corner by the main train station, not the one in the subway station. I'm not really the type to write reviews, that happens very rarely, but what happened to me yesterday means I just have to make sure that other people don't experience what I did. I travel a lot for business and Dean and David is a good way to eat healthily on the go. It was around 9 p.m. and I quickly bought a bowl so I could catch my train. It was a bowl with black rice and mango and beans and some dressing. I ate it on the train. When I got home (2.5-3 hours later), I realized how bad I felt. I had no appetite because I was nauseous the whole time and I immediately had to go to the toilet and throw up. I felt so bad that I threw up four times in total. I ended up in the emergency room at 2 a.m. Diagnosis: FOOD POISONING. Just as I feared. I didn't eat anything else that day, except for a cheese sandwich in the morning. Please be careful! I'm still struggling with this; this incident has completely thrown me off track again. Thank you, Dean & David, for completely incapacitating me now. I will report this incident to the health department immediately, because this is not normal. Please check your employees to see if they are also following your hygiene measures. I have no prejudices, but yesterday there was an employee of African descent. People, please be careful, I'm not joking!!!!!!!

I'm reviewing the branch on the lower level of the main train station (not the Express branch). The food was super fresh, as usual at Dean & David. What made it even better was the staff. Both employees were friendly and provided excellent service.

I had to throw away the salmon bowl because it was clearly not fresh. The service staff was very unfriendly.

Ate the vegan lactose free faladel salad. Service was quick and fast in English. Salad was good and the price was ok. The only dowside is that there are no places to sit and eat. You have find your own spot on this huge station or take the meal to the train with you. Big plus to service from the fact that tge special diets were marked so clearly. It was very easy to see what you can and can't eat which isn't so common in Germany.

Unfortunately, the salad had wilted leaves. That shouldn't happen with a salad that costs €13. Also, despite asking, there were no napkins, as they were out of them and they couldn't wait for a refill.

Currently, due to renovations, only counter sales (to-go) are available. The Paris Salad with mixed leaf lettuce, goat cheese, grapes, and walnuts was (still) fresh enough and very tasty.

The salad and everything was fine. The service was friendly, but compared to other Dean and David restaurants, it's ridiculously expensive. Paying almost €20 for two drinks and a salad is a lot. Munich, what's going on? Unfortunately, the salad was already wilted.

I ordered a veggie goat wrap to go yesterday. When I was halfway through the wrap, I bit into something very hard. I'm guessing because there were walnuts in it and judging by the look of it, it was a piece of a walnut shell, and quite pointy at that. High price of around €7 or not, something like that is totally unacceptable and can be dangerous if swallowed. I stopped eating after that. Can't recommend this place to anyone, completely wasted money, especially when the staff prepare the food so carelessly, never again!

The employee started cleaning at 10:50 p.m. instead of continuing to look after the customers. A more customer-oriented behavior would have been desirable.
