Schlechte bedienung und ausschließliche kartenzahlung in einer fußgämgerzone ist lächerlich geschmack hin oder her.

Ich hatte einen plant Chicken Salat (sehr lecker) und eine halbe Stunde später starke Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall. Mein Mann den Avocado Salat, gleiche Symptome, nur eine einig später. 😳😳

Lieferung : Saucenbehälter ist in der Tüte ausgelaufen..

Selten so schlechten Salat bekommen. Bei der Bestellung angegeben, dass auf Saaten und Körner verzichtet werden soll, da eine Allergie vorliegt. Salat wurde fertig gemacht und ich sah das trotzdem sagen oben drüber gestreut wurden. Die Bedienung sagte, es sei kein Problem sie machen mir einen neuen . Abgesehen von der schlechten Qualität der Produkte (Salat schon braun, alte Tomaten, schlaffe Gurke, den Feta konnte ich suchen. Fand ich dann doch beim Essen noch Sonnenblumenkerne im Salat. Heißt, sie hat mir keinen neuen gemacht und hätte ich diese nicht entdeckt hätte ich eine Allergische Reaktion bekommen. Abgesehen davon, dass der Service nicht die Wahrheit erzählt hat, ist er trotz meines Hinweises ein hohes Risiko eingegangen Und hat keinen neuen Salat gemacht. Scheinbar hat auch bei Dean und David das Motto Skim- und Shrinkflation Einzug gehalten.

Extremely rude, very expensive. The food tastes absolutely normal. They can't even leave a parasol down. Normally, I'd be happy for lunch; never again from now on :) Re: We wanted to eat our food from Dean and David there and order coffee and tea (also from there). We didn't have any food from any supermarket with us.

I went there with a colleague today during my lunch break. We were served by a very rude, young, petite, pale-skinned woman who clearly missed her job, because making customers feel good through politeness was unfortunately too much for her. Never again. Luckily, they have other branches, but definitely not this one.

As with every Dean & David, the food is delicious, the interior is stylish, and the seating is comfortable. The only downside is that some dishes or drinks are sometimes unavailable quite early.

If it's fast food, go here! I always appreciate a little more sauce. Someone in front of me complained about too much sauce. It would be easy and would serve a service-oriented purpose if the staff asked for a little more or less sauce. It's easy for the kitchen to record this on a computer, and many customers feel comfortable.

We gave the shop a chance twice via Lieferando and were bitterly disappointed both times. Sometimes entire meals weren't delivered, and additional items we ordered, like extra bread or dressing, were also omitted. When we called, we were told, "Oh, oops, we forgot that. Your order is still here. You should pick it up now."

It's a shame, the atmosphere itself is quite pleasant, but when I didn't receive a wrap after 20 minutes, I left.

As always with d&d, delicious food. Prices are hefty, but you can do it 👍👍

I often eat at D&D and was in this branch for the first time. Unfortunately I got far too much sauce, which was only lukewarm. The meat was extremely seared on one side and almost raw on the other side

The chicken cezar salad was basically salad with a few small pieces of chicken sprinkled on the top.

I really like D&D. But in this branch, ingredients are unfortunately forgotten almost every time - today both the feta in the salad (it's regular) and the cake we ordered. Luckily we noticed the latter when we picked it up. Checking the dishes every time is somehow too annoying for me...:(

I had never visited this chain before but was happy to see their ethos of fresh fast food with natural ingredients. The wraps were quite good, as was their coffee and some dessert options. A nice quick stop with place to sit and watch the bustling street outside. The staff, however, was not the friendliest or most interactive when ordering.

I discovered relatively late that Dean & David was near my office. Now they can't get rid of me! The usual good selection of salads and bowls, always fresh and tasty. The young team is open-minded and friendly and responds flexibly to special requests. So in summary: Excellent food, great service, pleasant atmosphere!

No table was really clean and the preparation took forever 😪 I really like Dean & David.

I have to honestly say, the best shop in all of Steglitz. I'm always thinking about what I can eat during my breaks with my colleagues and have finally found something. Also got a 10% neighborhood discount, very cool people ❤️ I don't feel bad after eating / on the contrary, I feel fit and strong. Even for work😉 I received perfect advice and was able to choose for myself what I wanted to have on it and what I didn't. Trust me, try the plant-based chicken and the falafel 🤤 We come every break now! The selection is large.

Discovered Dean&David by chance while shopping today. We were treated kindly and courteously. The food was very tasty. We'll definitely be back.

Food is good. But the service in Berlin, this location included, has slow service. We ask for the dressing on the the side, but they always forget. Sometimes they give us the salads with the dressing and we call them out or we see that they prepared them wrong and start over -longer wait time and a waste of food. We ask for dressing on the side for dietary reasons, not because we are picky. Again, good food, but more attentive service is needed.

Wow!🤩 I'm speechless! Too good to be true! The food was a poem that cannot be described in words. The service was very attentive and bee-like The ambience is great. You can't complain about the price, as everything healthy from all over the world 🌍 is on the plate. This restaurant is a must and my favorite of all the dean&david stores. Always worth a visit and an integral part of the map of good taste.😁 Recommended with all my heart❤️

After you’ve had a successful shopping 🛍️ Dean & David offers healthy and delicious meals, but the lack of restrooms within the restaurant itself is a downside. Especially after shopping, it can be inconvenient to have to find restrooms on a different floor of the mall.

A really modern store was opened here with a beautiful design. The salads were very tasty and the service was friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much 🤗🥗🥙🌯

I ordered a Crunchy Beef bowl as it is my favorite from Dean & David. I was disappointed to find undercooked Quinoa and rice in my order this time. Despite this salad itself was still tasty, with crisp greens and toppings. However, the presence of undercooked rice and Quinoa detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Service was friendly and the ambience is the usual Deli type.

The service from the employee (Mr.) leaves a lot to be desired. I think a little civility would serve these companies better. And the quality of Dean and David Steglitz in contrast to Mercedes Benz Arena is tremendous. The meat is neither fresh nor is the arrangement on the plate good. Everything was basically mixed together. Nevertheless, I remain loyal to Desn and David!

Bad service from the manager. Was very rude and disrespectful to customers over food complaints. If there was really little curry distributed and for the full price, it wasn't possible at all. I expect a bit of tolerance there.

A very nice dean&david! As always, my “Grilled Beef Salad” was very tasty and freshly prepared! Every ingredient is really fresh and the beef is grilled to perfection! Perfect for a filling lunch that isn't too heavy :) The employee was really nice too! I'll definitely come by more often!

Today I ordered from Dean & David for the first time via Uber Eats with the pay 1, get 2 promotion. It was great in terms of quality and taste, but the rice and chicken were only lukewarm. I also thought it was a shame that when I politely asked, “No spring onions please!” Thank you :)” was not received. I still have spring onions in both bowls. At the actual price of 15€ for the bowl I would have been even more annoyed than now at 7.50€ when I first had to pick out all the spring onions.

I often eat at D&D but today I was extremely disappointed with the service. As soon as I entered the store I was shouted loudly and unfriendly: "WE JUST RECEIVED AN ONLINE ORDER worth €400!! YOU CAN TAKE A SALAD OR WAIT HALF AN HOUR!!" The restaurant was otherwise empty. I would have expected that 1) they might first ask me nicely what I actually wanted to order and 2) even if they did, you could just prepare a single "€15.95 order" and THEN finish the XXL online order. The young people lack maturity and the service spirit. A pity! Today was no-go.

It's not just quick food, it's a taste explosion! The team is super friendly, super fast and always with a smile. Every visit is like a little taste party. Five stars for the brilliant food and the great team!

had an amazing california poke bowl, even didn’t finish the portion and took it for takeaway. Staff are polite and smiling :) Really worth it, had it right before the gym, always satisfied and happy when having like that healthy dishes. Dean and david is 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I've been coming here with my gf every single day for 18 days straight. It's an amazing place for a clean, healthy lunch. I have tried all of their bowls and most of their salads and except the caesars salad (just a personal preference) there is nothing I can't recommend. My fav bowls are the Chicken Teriyaki and the Crunchy Beef Bowl, my go-to salads are the Tuscany and the Halloumi salads. The olive-feta flatbread is divine. I've tried all their juices, my fav one is the ACE, mainly because it's the only one that is not spicy (all the other juices have ginger in them, which I like sometimes but not all the time). I have only tried one wrap and I prefer the flatbreads since they are served warm. Even though the Paris Wrap was very delicious and would be certainly a good choice on a hot day. The smoothies are good, be careful with the calorie density of the peanut-banana one though :P The desserts are yummy, not super sweet which is nice, except the chocolate muffin (probably the most unhealthy thing on the menu, but so delicious <3) Big plus for the table of all the nutritional values on their website! The service is great, sometimes they give me a "Nachbarschafts-Rabatt" for coming in so often, which feels me very welcome there. The staff is always friendly and mindful, and the place is clean and plays chill music. Overall a good atmosphere. The only minus is that when the door is open the smoke from the smoking pedestrians outside gets inside. The doors go to the front outside the Forum Steglitz, so there are often people standing and smoking. Not the shops fault ofc, just a little imperfection. I will keep coming here, since this change in my diet plus the daily walks to the store and back made me feel really good over time and I can only recommend choosing this place if you are in doubt if McDonalds is a good choice for your next meal :)

Wir waren heute nicht zum ersten Mal bei Dean and David im Forum-Steglitz und sicherlich auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Die zwei Bowls (Chicken Teriyaki Bowl und Crunchy Chicken Bowl) waren wirklich wieder super. Alles frisch, sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet. Das Personal war bisher immer sehr freundlich, egal wann wir dort essen waren. Ich bin sehr angetan von diesem Konzept und danke dass es euch hier in Steglitz gibt. Macht weiter so. Danke.

sehr nette Bedienung, grosser Tee und dann keine Toilette offen im Haus, da es 20.01 Uhr war!!!!

Der weit schlechteste Salat der Stadt den wir je gegessen haben. Das Fleisch in miniature, total verbrannt und weiter geschrumpft, Kirschtomaten unreif und bitter, die Gurke war alt. Alles in allem hat das zugekaufte Brot am besten geschmeckt, deshalb gebe ich einen Stern.

Kann leider nichts bewerten, da entgegen der Angabe, dass bis 21 Uhr geöffnet ist, bereits um 20.30 Uhr schon zu ist. Antwort auf Rückmeldung: wenn man sich extra auf den Weg macht, nur um vor verschlossener Tür zu stehen, ist die Enttäuschung groß. Wie viele Sterne würden Sie geben, wenn Sie weder Essen noch Service bekommen? Update: Öffnungszeiten wurden direkt geändert. Das honoriere ich.

Fast Food auf hohem Niveau aber nicht so gemütlich um länger zu sitzen. Personal geduldig und nett

Das Essen war eine Überraschung... man sucht sich an der Theke ein gutes Stück Fleisch seiner Wahl, das unmittelbar und wunschgemäß zubereitet wird. Wir hatten etwas Cobe, ein Stück dry aged Rinderfilet und etwas Schottisches Rinderfilet ausgesucht, die exzellent auf den Punkt gegart wurden. Auch der angebotene Salat war frisch und mit gutem Dressing zubereitet. Dazu wurde ein Glas Primitivo angeboten. Die Mitarbeiter haben Lust auf ihren Job und beraten sehr fachkundig und mit viel Erfahrung, die Speisen werden zum Platz gebracht. Das Ambiente hat ein wenig Bistro Charme, das Licht könnte etwas gedimmt werden, was der Atmosphäre des Gastraums gut bekommen würde. Ansonsten darf man nicht vergessen, nicht in der sechsten Etage des KaDeWe zu sitzen sondern in einer EDEKA Filiale des Forum Steglitz. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir wieder hier herkommen, um den allgemeinen Einkauf aufzuwerten. Vielen Dank für den netten Service.

Essen ist top! Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider existiert dort m.E. Ein unprofessioneller Chef (oder Schichtleiter?), der im gesamten Restaurant lautstark Geschäftsangelegenheiten mit den Mitarbeitern ausdiskutiert. Ich zitiere: “Bestellst du noch den Salat? Wann kannst du arbeiten? Kannst du da…?”
