We ordered food from there and generally find the food itself really good. Unfortunately, we just had the negative experience of the delivery driver leaving grease marks on the new front door and the freshly painted hallway. We're only human and make mistakes, but we still like to let you know about things like this. Aside from that, we've now ordered from there twice and like the food so much that we'll gladly order from them again.

We've ordered from here many times and have been torn for a long time. Unfortunately, the quality at this restaurant varies wildly. Sometimes the food is really good and delicious, other times it's a huge disappointment. We've repeatedly had to deal with very long delivery times, special requests were ignored, the food arrived cold, or it was very bland. This uncertainty with every order—whether it will be good today or not—is simply frustrating in the long run and the main reason why we've started avoiding ordering from here. Today was unfortunately another one of those disappointing days. With our last order, we had tortellini in cream sauce with spinach, which were extremely watery—as if the cream sauce had been severely diluted. Nevertheless, we wanted to give it another chance. This time, the delivery arrived relatively quickly. The pizza tasted good, but unfortunately, it wasn't properly heated. The tortellini in cream sauce with spinach, however, were a complete disappointment: significantly more spinach than pasta, which seemed like they were just filling the container. We really enjoy spinach, but this amount was truly excessive. The cream sauce was more like water with just a hint of cream – very thin and tasteless. It's a shame, because the restaurant could be really good if the quality were consistent. As it is, there's always the fear of another disappointment with every order.

Delivery Disaster The first delivery contained the wrong pizza in the box (it's best to check immediately while the driver is still there). If the driver has left and you call, things get tricky. On the phone (the call lasted a whopping 20 minutes!), we were rudely told that we had the correct delivery. Our order was read back to us, which was correct, but the pizzas in the box were different. We were told this couldn't be right, and we said we'd rather eat (if our ordered pizza was correct) than talk on the phone. The correct pizza was delivered completely dry and only slightly warm. So, another attempt. The delivery time was 60 minutes (according to the order confirmation), but after 95 minutes, we received a completely cold and inedible pizza (although this time it was the right one). I immediately emailed them to express our dissatisfaction and request an explanation. Today, 12 days later, there's still no response, which is why I'm writing this review.

We ate there on December 25th, just the two of us. They had an excellent Christmas menu. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly attentive. We felt completely at ease. We will definitely be back.
