Das Waldhaus in Rosengarten

Unbelievable employee :-( We ordered a kids' burger for our daughter without sauce. When our meal was ready, the burger came with sauce. After I politely told the cashier that we had ordered without sauce, I was yelled at for saying that no one had ordered it from him. Only when I repeated that my daughter wouldn't eat it did he get annoyed and say that a new burger would be made, but it would take a while. The fact that my daughter was crying because she couldn't eat at the same time as us and because she didn't know why we were given the wrong food even though we had ordered correctly didn't matter to the employee. And now the icing on the cake! The new burger arrived. However, they didn't just leave out the sauce, but also the cucumber, tomato, and lettuce. We accepted it, even though my daughter was very disappointed. During our stay, however, we witnessed the consistently unacceptable behavior of the cashier. He was consistently rude and loud. Although we thought the food was good, we can't recommend it based on one employee...

Finally, something vegan to eat besides fries and pretzels. The vegan burger tastes good and the price is reasonable. I'd love to see more vegan options.

Snack food at a reasonable price. Nothing special, but not bad either. The staff are friendly and very quick.

Very high quality for "cafeteria food." Very reasonable prices. Incredibly fast and professional service. One of the best value for money for a restaurant of this kind in such a setting (zoo). Almost all restaurants in various zoos or amusement parks could learn a great deal from this.

The food was good, but the owner was so unfriendly, I've never seen anything like it. I felt guilty about interrupting his conversation with his employee to order something. He was loudly criticizing other employees, so I was treated to a play-by-play while I ate.

The currywurst and fries were cold even outside. The hamburgers were mediocre.

We stopped here for a quick snack and ate fries outside. They were crispy and delicious. The price was perfectly reasonable at under €4 per person. The staff is very strict about ensuring that no one brings their own food into the restaurant, even outside.

It's a snack bar, people seemed to be overwhelmed quickly, I find the food expensive for the small quantity.

Ordered 2x Viennese, the first was cold, a complaint was made, the second was forgotten, an apology was made, and when we got it it was cold again. Not bad, keep it up👏

Unfortunately not at all convinced by the restaurant. Two guys work there who didn't even greet us with a hello. When we wanted to sit down to wait for our order, we noticed that none of the tables had been cleaned so we had to take it into our own hands. Unfortunately the food wasn't tasty either, we ordered fish and chips for €7.50, which in my opinion is expensive for what we received. In addition, a lot of mayo was saved and half of the fries had to be eaten dry without mayo. Some of the fries were also very hard and difficult to chew. What a shame!

In praller Mittagssonne wurde leider nicht der Schirm geöffnet weil Internetbewertungen vor Kunden vor Ort bevorzugt werden. Der Vorarbeiter Herr wollte nicht... Wäre sonst ein individueller Service gewesen. Essen ist OK und war schnell fertig.

Das Essen war lecker und ging zügig, aber war kalt. Sowohl der Burger als auch die Pommes. Dafür waren Mayo und Ketchup echt lecker :)

Imbiss Essen auf gutem Niveau. Super für den Hunger zwischendurch im Park.

Das Waldhaus ist sehr gemütlich und schön gelegen, direkt am Aussichtsturm im Wildpark. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, von gutem Kuchen bis Deftigen. Die Preise passen auch. Zudem sind die Toiletten sehr sauber

Essen war in Ordnung. Leider waren alle Tische klebrig, die Gäste ließen nachreinigen.

Es ist einfach nur ein Imbiss. Unser Tisch war total klebrig. Essen und Kaffee war okay.

Einfaches Selbstbedienungs-Restaurant direkt am Elbblickturm im Wildpark Schwarze Berge. Es gibt hier typisches Imbissessen: Currywurst, Burger, Chicken Nuggets, Wraps, Pommes, Snacks, Eis, Sportgetränke sowie Kaffee und Kuchen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Auch der Preis ist relativ günstig.

Einfache Gerichte waren aber lecker.

Personal trotz großem Andrang Seher freundlich. Preise noch OK. Ist halt ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant. Liegt im Zentrum Wildpark Schwarze Berge. Zum Ausruhen nach dem Berg auf und ab ideal.

Das Waldhaus im Wildpark Schwarze Berge ist sehr Gastfreundlich

Für ein Restaurant in einem Park ist sowohl die Qualität, wie auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der Geschmack und das Aussehen sehr gut. Für nicht einmal 15 Euro bekommt man ein vollwertiges Burger Menü mit Pommes und Getränk und auch geschmacklich ist dieses sehr ansprechend. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass die Tische etwas Ungepflegt waren und teilweise gewackelt haben.

Ich habe mehr bekommen, als ich erwartet habe. Das ist schon deutlich oberhalb von Imbiss-Niveau. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt

Unfreundlichkeit kann ich bestätigen

Der Herr an der Kasse hat leider die komplette Zeit das Personal und zum Teil die Gäste angepampt - Zum fremdschämen. Das Essen war gut aber etwas teuer. Nur wegen dem unfreundlichen 'Vorarbeiter' würde ich nicht wiederkommen. Wir hatten kein Problem mit ihm und er scheinbar nicht mit uns. - nur mit dem Rest der Welt

Endlich wieder auf der Terrasse essen 👍
