A good location to meet, hang out and eat well.

Modern atmosphere, a bit loud and therefore difficult to have a conversation with a full house. The food was only lukewarm, the sauce had skin on it and the vegetable slices were dry.

It was a more than successful evening with our women's team, with lovingly prepared food and an almost private atmosphere in the beautifully designed, quiet club room, with attentive service. Gladly again!

The Weick family put an incredible amount of effort into the organization in advance, the meal discussion, the preparation of the room and the entire service during our daughter's 18th birthday. We were all very excited and would love to come back. A nice highlight of the celebration was that we were also able to book the bowling alley on site. I can only recommend this to anyone who is there with smaller/younger guests. Thank you again to everyone, it was a great party :)

There is real cooking here. Seasonal cuisine, changing menu and super tasty. Always happy to go there.

We were with you again yesterday and were thrilled again yesterday. 5 adults plus 1 child aged 4 & again everything was perfect! No matter whether on the beautiful terrace or in the cozy interior of the Leibniz56: you can always feel good and enjoy yourself. Attentive, accommodating service, delicious food: please keep it that way!

I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I'm making an exception to show others how excellent the food is at this unassuming sports bar. From the outside it looks quite inconspicuous, but inside you will find spacious rooms and an appealing ambience that you would not expect from a sports bar. There is also an outdoor area overlooking the sports fields - sometimes you can even watch a football game while you eat. The pub owes my five stars primarily to the outstanding quality of the food. It is remarkable that here, in a sports pub, food is served at a level that is otherwise only known from high-priced restaurants. There are regularly changing daily menus and themed evenings. For example, the last theme was “Africa”, which featured unusual dishes such as zebra, crocodile, kangaroo and ostrich. “Wild” is likely to be on the menu in the future. Everything I've tried so far has been top notch. When I asked the owner why he advertises so little, he explained that he prefers to increase awareness through word of mouth. So I'm now taking on my part of this task and can only emphasize: everyone should definitely pay a visit to this restaurant. It is a real enrichment for Langenhagen and the surrounding area. If more people knew how good the food is here, they would come here a lot more often. In my opinion the quality is even better than at the Jägerhof in Langenhagen, which will soon be closing to the general public.

The food was good, but there was far too little choice for vegetarians. What bothered me was the music on the terrace that was way too loud and inappropriate. The prices are okay and there is little you can do to ensure that it is a club restaurant with the charm of a club restaurant. But the entrance isn't really inviting.

Not an ordinary clubhouse but a tastefully decorated restaurant with very good cuisine, good service and fair prices. During theme months there are also exceptional offers with corresponding prices.

More appearance than reality First of all, the food tasted good and was plentiful, and the prices were high. But everyone can judge for themselves what awaits us. Reservation for 11 people for a birthday, when we arrived we were shocked to find a card on the table saying that for 10 or more people only a small selection (5 dishes) was possible. No starter, no dessert (dessert was offered later at the table). We read the menu on the homepage beforehand. South African weeks with many dishes in addition to the normal menu. Not a single dish was on the mini menu. Reorders for drinks were forgotten or only processed after repeated requests. Anyone who came without a reservation was better off. I find this underground, as do some others at the table. You shouldn't show off to guests like that. The last visit for me.

The food is good. You can tell that the chef knows his craft. Given the prices, you should also assume that everything is fresh and well prepared. The service is more of a drawback. The robot “Bella” seemed more of an obstacle to me. You actually get two main courses. However, you can see firsthand how unfriendly the restaurant's guests/athletes are treated here. As an outsider you ask yourself whether this is actually a club restaurant!?

We celebrated our wedding here in the restaurant. Were welcomed with a champagne reception, everything was beautifully set in the hall. There was a cold starter buffet, the main course was delicious and the dessert was also well chosen. In addition, everyone could drink freely for a fixed flat rate. In summary, Leibniz 56 offers a modern atmosphere and a variety of high-quality dishes at fair prices.

We have been here 3 times now. Every time the service and food was great. There is nothing to criticize. We feel very comfortable with you. The menu is varied and very appealing. We will be back.

We celebrated our wedding with you at the beginning of June with 63 adults, 3 children and 3 babies. However, the event did not meet our expectations in any way. Despite choosing an exclusive menu, our guests remained hungry as the quantity of food was not nearly enough. In addition to the insufficient quantity, the quality of the food was disappointing and the presentation left a lot to be desired. There was little to no refilling, although we were later informed that there was a lot of food left that was ultimately thrown away. While we were outside taking photos, the remaining food was cleared away and apparently thrown away. This explanation is incomprehensible to us and shows a lack of flexibility and customer orientation. It makes it seem like it would be easier to hide the fact that you didn't prepare enough for the number of people. Why should one use the excuse that the food was thrown away instead of adding more when there was still so much left. We also agreed to serve the wedding cake at a certain time. Although the schedule was adhered to, this was too early in our celebration program. Our request to cool the cake again was rudely refused. As a result, the cake sat in the room at almost 30 degrees for 1.5 hours and began to melt. The service during the celebration was also unsatisfactory. Drinks were only served once at the beginning, after which our guests waited up to 1.5 hours for more drinks. Some guests picked up their own drinks at the bar, although this cannot be expected of all guests. The unfriendly tone of the staff, who made statements like "Chill out, we're at a wedding here and the evening is still long or it's a wedding party here and not a marathon" was completely unacceptable. The support from the staff was inadequate because they were also handling day-to-day business in the restaurant and therefore seemed overwhelmed. This excessive demand was clearly passed on to our guests. Another problem arose due to the presence of our wedding presenter. At the start of the celebrations, guests were told that if they had any questions they should contact him and he would clarify it with the "pub staff." This was met with rejection by the host and the staff as they were of the opinion that they did not want to be directed by the moderator. To this day, we ask ourselves since when the word “personnel” has become a swear word. Finally, the host's resistance to criticism was disappointing. Instead of constructive feedback, the blame was placed on our wedding presenter, who had no influence on either the food or the service. In summary, we can say that our experience was severely marred by organizational deficiencies and poor service.

Many thanks to the Leipniz56 team. I spent 5 lovely hours on the terrace with 10 guests. The food was very tasty and the service was attentive. Although there were two other events, everything went well! I can also say on behalf of my guests: We would love to come back!

Dear Team, We were very positively surprised! Our last visit to the “clubhouse” was almost 20 years ago. What you've done with it is truly incredible. Very nicely designed guest rooms, especially if you know the origin. The food was very good and far above the standard of a clubhouse. Despite three closed societies, the service was attentive, fast and friendly! Greatest respect for this. The dishes on the menu are very appealing and negative reviews are incomprehensible. We will definitely come back to try out more of the menu and recommend it to you accordingly. Many thanks to the entire service team for a wonderful and successful evening. Keep it up!!

Enjoyed outstanding Italian food. Every dish was exceptionally delicious!! Service was very friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was busy and there was a storm outside. The background noise is unfortunately very high, but not unusual for many people. We'll definitely be back!

We celebrated our “50 Years of Abitur” reunion at Leibniz 56 at the end of May. We have already had a good time there at a few preparatory meetings in the beautiful ambience and the attractive outdoor area. We had a few special requests, all of which were fulfilled with a good price/performance ratio. For the actual meeting, we had a beautifully decorated hall with access to the outdoor area with enough seats, very good food, friendly service (since we had name tags, we were also addressed by name - very pleasant!). There were over 50 people and everyone thought it was great. Not a single person complained, and that's saying something!

Unfortunately, this restaurant is not suitable for a sports club. After more than 15 years in the bowling club, the service here is unfortunately not good. You feel very unwanted. You are served with demotivation and listlessness (the young man in service gives off the feeling that he doesn't like working there, at least on a Saturday evening.) And the answer is that the service doesn't like serving people like us because we drink alcohol drink??? If we had at least been drunk, but we were very far from that (max. 15 beers for 5 people, including Alster and a bottle of mixed drink under 20%...) Sorry, but a celebration won't take place without alcohol being served ...The food itself is rather upscale and not for everyone. If there is a complaint, there isn't even an apology...Unfortunately, there isn't enough of a selection of normal dishes that would suit a sports restaurant. When it came to paying, things suddenly escalated because they no longer knew what we had ordered, so we were billed incorrectly and we were accused of making the mistake... it wasn't a concession from the boss, but on the contrary, he gave us credit Recommended as a bowling group not to come back. And yes, we like to turn our backs on them, because bowlers are not welcome here...it's a shame

We celebrated our wedding there at the end of February. It was absolutely brilliant and exceeded all expectations. The service was attentive and incredibly attentive, everything was lovingly organized and designed, everything went absolutely perfectly. And the food: 5 stars plus, the guests are still raving about it.

After Corona, change of operator, fire and water damage, we hadn't been here for a long time and were pleasantly surprised. We received a very friendly welcome in a very tasteful atmosphere. The “boss” led us to the table reserved for us. The jackets were taken from us and taken to the cloakroom. While the menus were being handed to us, we were made aware of the special menu. We ordered from both the regular menu and the special menu. All dishes (tomato cream soup, lamb cordon bleu and “Batamog” pork medallions) were served quickly and lovingly decorated. Yes, the eye eats too. During our stay, the friendly service staff attentively (but not intrusively) inquired several times about any further requests, which were then immediately fulfilled. Nice gimmick: "Bella" - the serving robot supports the employees in their work. We are of the opinion that Leibniz56 is a real enrichment of Langenhagen's gastronomic scene and is much more than "just a sports center"!

The restaurant itself seems cozy. However, the rooms for larger groups are sparse, uncomfortable and carelessly furnished. The food did not meet expectations. Price/performance is not right here. The most disappointing thing was the "service". Unfriendly, annoyed, slow to ignorant. We cannot recommend Leibniz56 and will not come back.

Really good for a clubhouse. Very suitable for celebrations or events. The quality of the food is really good, better than you would expect. That's what you pay for, of course. Compared to the prices before the fire damage, it is clear. But you also get something in return. I ordered goulash today. Unfortunately the last portion was just gone. The alternative was venison goulash, which was not on the menu. For 18.90. Price/performance was excellent here. That was excellent! Thank you!

Correction to my review Unfortunately I have to downgrade my rating to the minimum possible. In the aftermath of my review below, no conversation was sought or the behavior towards the guest was reflected. So I have no choice but to downgrade the overall rating to the minimum. A pity. ****'* We went for a roast duck dinner with a group last week. Which was also delicious. Previously, the contact when inquiring and ordering was very friendly, we were offered the club room with 12 people, which is very comfortably furnished. Which we accepted with joy. Unfortunately there was a very unfriendly male waitress that evening. He couldn't understand a guest's reasoning. This could have been clarified more politely! Things then continued because bills were allegedly not paid. When asked that same evening whether everything had been paid, witnesses said that everything had been paid. The next day I received an email saying that several items had not been paid for. The following day they were on site to clarify this and, if necessary, to settle the alleged outstanding invoice. There, too, the service was very unfriendly and you felt like you were a cheater. We were very disappointed, especially because they gave a recommendation. That doesn't work at all in the catering industry. It's a shame too, because we thought we had discovered a new restaurant again.

We were here today for a buffet Christmas dinner. It was really great. The only thing better than the delicious food were the employees! Courteous, polite, friendly, always with an eye for the customer! When the buffet was empty, it didn't take a minute for it to be freshly refilled. Simply excellent, compliments! We'll definitely be back.

The winter food with red cabbage and game is good, the ambience is still a bit DJH-like, but it will be okay. Overall, a great performance after the fire.

I celebrated my birthday there. The room was lovingly and elegantly decorated. The buffet was excellent. Everything coincided with the planning discussed. My guests were very satisfied and I was the happiest person because everything was perfect. Thank you Arndt and team

Wir hatten dort ein Geburtstagsessen und ich war sehr angenehm Überrascht.Ich kenne das alte Clubhaus noch.Aber als wir ins Leipniz kamen, einfach nur Wow!!!!!!!!! Alles schön hell und gemütlich eingerichtete.Leichte Music im Hintergrund.Das Essen war super.Die Teller sehr schön angerichtet.Und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Es war nicht das letzte Mal das wir dort essen waren .100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung.

Für uns volle 5 Sterne , hatten gestern ein Gänsebraten und andere tolle Gerichte. Es war wirklich vom aller feinsten. Das Personal Top freundlich und umsichtig . Die Atmosphäre ein Traum mit Liebe dekoriert man dachte man sitzt bei Freunden. Weihnachtliche Musik im Hintergrund rundet alles ab. Der Koch kam am Tisch frage wie uns das Essen geschmeckt hat. Wo hat man sowas noch ? Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Gänsemenue satt 29,90 € . Ich kann das Leipniz 56 voll empfehlen . Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch dort gewesen sein

Ich hatte das Hirschgulasch und das war wirklich sehr gut. Von der Gans mit Rotkraut konnte ich probieren, einfach köstlich.

Soweit so gut. Ich war das erste Mal seit Corona und den Brandschaden dort. Alles ist Top renoviert. Witzig war der kleine Roboter, der das Essen wohl direkt aus der Küche an den Tisch bringt und dem Personal das Tragen abnimmt.

Kein typisches Vereinsheim, obwohl in den Räumlichkeiten des Sportvereins SCL integriert. Geschmackvoll ein gerichtetes Restaurant mit weiteren Räumlichkeiten für Feierlichkeiten, einer schönen Aussenterrasse und Kegelbahnen. Die Karte bietet für jeden etwas, die Gerichte werden optisch schön zubereitet und sind von guter Qualität. Das Personal (u.a. der Betreiber samt Familie)sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und unaufgeregt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich und ist empfehlenswert.

Anfang Juli 2023 haben wir unsere Standesamtliche Hochzeit mit 29 Personen bei Arndt und seiner Familie im Leibniz56 gefeiert. Durch meinen Vater wurden wir auf das Leibniz56 aufmerksam gemacht. Zugegebenermaßen waren wir vorher vorsichtig zurückhalten, weil wir an ein klassisches Sportheim dachten. Wie sehr wir uns täuschten, wurde bereits beim Betreten klar: Freundliche, helle Farben, eine moderne Einrichtung, eine schöne Bar und ein toller Außenbereich. Auch die Veranstaltungssäle sind ansprechend eingerichtet. Und dann kam Arndt, der uns mit Rat, Tat und vor allem bemerkenswerter Kompetenz und Ehrlichkeit bei der Planung der Feier half. Als der Tag gekommen war, war der Saal wunderschön hergerichtet. Der Empfang verlief reibungslos und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Arndt und sein Team haben dafür gesorgt, dass alle Wünsche (unter anderem vegane Angebote) sofort und unproblematisch umgesetzt wurden und alle Gäste zu jedem Zeitpunkt bestens versorgt waren. Gefühlt wurden unsere Anliegen (von denen es kaum welche gab, weil alles perfekt lief) von den Augen abgelesen, bevor wir sie aussprechen konnten. Wir können das Leibniz56 als Eventlocation uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Lieber Arndt, liebes Team, Wir danken euch von Herzen, dass ihr uns eine so schöne Feier ermöglicht habt und dafür gesorgt habt, dass wir unseren Tag in vollen Zügen genießen konnten!

Eine einfache Sport Kneipe. Aber man ganz gut essen

Sehr zu empfehlen. Lange kein so gutes handwerkliches Schnitzel "Wiener Art" gegessen. Toller aufmerksamer Service trotz Gesellschaft,schnell kompetent und super freundlich. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis Vielen Dank wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sportgaststätte im SC Langenhagen. Netter Service, lecker Currywurst. Gut gezapftes Bier. Mehr haben wir beim neuen Besitzer noch nicht ausprobiert. Besonders im Sommer zu empfehlen, große Terrasse, Südseite, mit Blick auf den Sport-Platz . Wir wollten gestern Sonntag den 13.03. 16:00 Uhr erneut das Leibniz 56 besuchen. Laut WEB und aushängender Speisekarte sollte am Sonntag ab 12:00 Uhr geöffnet sein, wir standen aber vor verschlossener Tür. Obwohl an der Eingangstür einige Informationen zur Paketabgabe etc.angebracht waren fehlte jeglicher Hinweis warum das Lokal geschlossen war. Für ein erst vor kurzem eröffneten Lokal eigentlich unmöglich.☹️👎

Waren heute mit den Kindern hier zum Kegeln und danach in der Gaststätte zum Abendessen. Es war alles bestens und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren gestern Abend zu 5. hier essen. Alles sah lecker aus, die Portionen waren sehr gut und es hat allen gut geschmeckt. Für ein Vereinsheim ist es sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier war ich mit einer Gruppe zum Grünkohlessen. Alles hat prima geklappt, das Essen war vorab bestellt, reichlich und sehr lecker.

Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Obwohl der Koch krank war, wurde mir spontan und absolut unkompliziert eine vegane Alternative gezaubert - mit frischen Zutaten, auf den Punkt zubereitet. Ich schreibe hier nicht - wie leider schon in manch anderem Restaurant erlebt - über "nur" Pommes oder Salat, sondern über eine leckere Chamignonpfanne mit Paprika, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Kräutern - fein abgeschmeckt. Dazu knusprig warmes Brot, und alles genau zum Sattessen, nicht zuviel, nicht zu wenig. Dafür ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön.

Wir waren auf einer Hochzeitsfeier dort. Das Leibniz macht einen guten Eindruck. Es ist hell und freundlich gestaltet und es ist genug Platz z.b. für die Tanzfläche auch ist eine große Terrasse vorhanden. Das Essen war sehr gut welches in Form eines Buffet serviert wurde. Einzige die Getränke Versorgung war sehr schwach. Den ganzen Abend wurde mir nur ein Getränk am Tisch serviert direkt zu Beginn des Essens. Sonst war es so das man immer zur Bar gehen musste. Welche in einem anderen Raum war. Aber sonst denke ich das man dort wieder feiern könnte.

Freundlich, gute Auswahl der Menü ... Räumlichkeiten f. versch. Veranstaltungen vorhanden. Gut von Bahnhof zu erreichen -Gehzeit ca. 10 min.
