3 x 5 Sterne von uns. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und kamen spontan in das kleine Restaurant in Flensburg. Eigentlich war alles reserviert aber sie hatten es möglich gemacht das wir bleiben durften. Wir waren so sehr angetan über das schöne, rustikale Ambiente. Die Höflichkeit und schnelle Bedienung. Es war soooo nett. Wir haben sowas schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Trotzdem die Bedienung viel zu tun hatten, hatten sie immer ein nettes Wort. Das Essen kam schnell und es war umwerfend. Wir waren so begeistert über das alles, das uns die Worte fehlten. Wir wohnen in Rendsburg und werden gern den Weg dort hin öfter mal machen. Es lohnt sich. Einen ganz lieben Gruss an das ganze Team und an die Küche. Ute Lorenzen und Heike Hafner

Das Essen war wirklich enttäuschend. Die Fischfilets waren weich und schmeckten nach Wasser, die Garnelen waren ebenfalls weich und ungenießbar. Alles andere als hausgemacht, sondern direkt aus der Tiefkühltruhe.

Freundliches Personal und großzügige Portionen

Ein wirklich gemütliches Lokal mit sehr gutem Essen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Fantastisch gutes Essen, der Service etwas unerfahren, aber das war schnell vergessen, als das Essen serviert wurde. Ein echter Geheimtipp!

Ausreichend, aber ohne Raffinesse. Sehr hohe Preise für die wenigen Portionen. Für 24 € bekam man fast nur einen Spieß. Die Portion war viel zu klein.

Soooo klein ist das Restaurant nicht, das steht mal fest. Ganz gemütlich, aber für 5 Sterne reixht es nicht ganz. Die Bedienungen waren alle seeehr bemüht und freundlich, das Essen hat uns fein geschmeckt. Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Leckeres Essen, kühles Flensburger Bier und freundliches Personal, das Deutsch und Dänisch spricht. Man geht selten hungrig nach Hause. Die Toiletten sind sauber und ordentlich.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, ideal für einen Familienausflug oder einfach für einen schönen Ausflug nach Flensburg.

Wir waren zu viert. Das Essen war super lecker, der Service hat eins, zwei mal geruckelt, was aber nicht schlimm war. Alles andere hat den Erwartungen entsprochen.

Ein fantastisches kulinarisches Erlebnis! Die Wartezeit beträgt etwa 15 Minuten, aber sie lohnt sich absolut. Das Essen ist köstlich, hervorragend zubereitet und voller Geschmack. Die Bedienung ist unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit – und ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Sie sprechen sowohl Dänisch als auch Deutsch. Wir bestellten ein Wiener Schnitzel mit Pilzsoße und Bratkartoffeln, und es war einfach fantastisch. Dazu gab es einen wunderbaren, frischen Salat. Die Portionen sind großzügig, sodass man garantiert nicht hungrig nach Hause geht. Ein kühles Flensburger Bier rundete das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Ein super schönes Lokal mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und exzellentem Essen. Wir waren mehr als satt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

The goulash was excellent, especially since it was a cold November evening when we dined in. The baked potato was also very good.

We were there on Saturday evening. The two staff members were very friendly, and the drinks and food arrived very quickly after we ordered. We had schnitzel with bruschetta and mozzarella, and a chicken breast stir-fry. It was delicious and highly recommended. The restaurant's name is perfect; it's small and very inviting, simply cozy.

Really cozy little restaurant / pub, where you can buy both beer and spirits, but which also has a lot of delicious dishes. The sweetest Danish-speaking waitresses, who make sure you don't need anything. There is a really cozy atmosphere in there and a lovely atmosphere. Really beautiful and tasty dishes.

The service was good, but we can't say anything about the food. One dish was sour (curry), and when we asked what acid it contained, the answer was: "Actually none; it was still good yesterday." Apparently, they don't cook fresh food here.

We visited this restaurant today and were very satisfied. The food was delicious and the server very polite.

We were actually just going to have a beer but were tempted by the authentic menu. The profile of the place is good and solid German food and it must be said that they do it well. The food is simply well-made and there is plenty of it. We each had a starter. My wife had shrimp cocktail which may not be classic German. But the salad was crispy and the shrimp fresh so together with delicious bread she was very satisfied. I had mushrooms in cream sauce and it was just delicious. After the starter we were actually full, but the menu offered different varieties of Wienerschnitzel so we took a Holstein and a classic with bearnaise respectively. The schnitzels were really delicious and so were the fried potatoes. You could choose french fries and the accompanying salad was also top class. What about the service? Simply top class. Very charming waiter and extremely professional. We will definitely come again.

Delicious food, large and tasty portions. The children's menu was truly extensive and delicious. Everyone was blown away. The service was friendly, polite, and smiling.

The staff is friendly, the food is good, the Camembert is expensive as it is pre-bought, the toilets are dirty and the floor outside is covered in grease, a couple is sitting outside smoking which the staff is following and who are picking up things from behind the counter,

We had the house salad and Greek salad. They were incredibly delicious and the portions were generous. The staff was quick and friendly.

The food was rather subpar; everything was very greasy and not very crispy. Service was friendly.

Food (farmer's pan) very tasty and filling, friendly staff who sometimes just disappeared for 3-4 minutes wherever they went, orders came very quickly.

Das Kleine Restaurant is a fantastic place to eat in Flensburg, some of the staff speak Danish if you have difficulty with German, and there is something to eat for everyone, whether you are into burgers or currywurst, or schnitzel or chicken curry, you are well covered here!

Arrived on Friday evening at 8:15 PM and was seated outside immediately. Friendly and fast service. Ordered “JÄGERFILET PFANNE” and “SCHNITZEL BERNAISE”. The food tasted good and the waiter was easy to get in touch with (there weren’t many guests, thankfully). Definitely recommended.

There were four of us there and we had three different dishes. The schnitzel was okay, as was the cordon bleau, but nothing special. The chicken burger was good in itself, but unfortunately, the brioche bun was very hard and inedible. The side dishes were okay. There's no key to lock the women's restroom, and the restroom (and the floor) were dirty. The staff was friendly.

Good schnitzels that were juicy with crispy breading, but the accompaniments were a bit boring.

We ate Rumpstek and it was delicious and the service was great. Recommend this place and they speak both German and Danish

Cozy restaurant in the pedestrian zone of Flensburg, with 6 different schnitzels (and other goodies, including many fish dishes) on the menu. Large portions, tasty but without going above cafeteria level. Reasonable prices.

My partner and I were together in the outdoor area of the restaurant. What immediately caught our eye was a sauce stain on the table. We were served quite quickly and didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes after ordering for our drinks and our meal. We had the baked potato with smoked salmon. Unfortunately, there was a small flake in our sauce, which wasn't very appetizing. Overall, the food was very tasty. The portion was a bit large for one person. There were a few hygiene issues, but otherwise quite tasty.

We ordered two schnitzels and a steak and they were amazing. Nice big portions and very tasty. The terrace was full when we came here so we sat inside and the restaurant is very nice and cozy. I also want to thank the staff. We don't speak German and the menus were in German and Danish but the staff was very helpful and patient with us. Definitely recommend a stop here if you want German cuisine!

I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. Inattentive waiter. We tell him that it is important that we get drinks 15-20 minutes before the food, as my boyfriend has had stomach surgery. What happens is that we wait 7-8 minutes for a bottle of mojito and an Aperol, and at the same time the food arrives. This means that my boyfriend has now had a drink for over 8 euros that he cannot drink if he wants to have something to eat while the food is hot. When we point out the mistake, we get an indifferent attitude thrown at us. Again when we have to pay and there is a whole Aperol on the table, and we point out why, there is no service to be found. Barely an “excuse me” In addition, I asked when ordering if we could get sauce for our dish. And the answer was that she would look into it with the kitchen. She didn't return but just brought a quarter full sauce pot and 6 euros extra on the bill. I will definitely never come back, and my network is also being told to avoid it.

The schnitzel and fried potatoes were great – the sauerfleisch was too dry, and the Büsum crab soup was too tough and flavorful – as expected, there were hardly any crabs in it. Not sure, but at a table near the entrance, there were a few rather shaggy characters sitting there – but they seemed to belong there somehow – I hope one of them wasn't the cook – she always stayed in the restaurant for a while before serving the food, only to go back outside in her dirty slippers for her jumbo Pacl Marlboro and her beer. She also looked quite similar to one of the waitresses (who was very nice and, unlike her younger colleague, on the ball) – regardless, all in all, it was very average.

Yes, great atmosphere, the service was attentive. We were here today for dinner; the plaice fillet with potato salad and currywurst with fries were very tasty, and the fries were nice and crispy. The price/performance ratio is okay; we'd be happy to come back.

It looks very cute and cozy and we would have liked to try it out. However, there is a vegetarian in our group and unfortunately there wasn't a single dish for her, not even when asked. Yes, it's a shame. Especially these days, there should be 3-4 vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Right in the middle of Flensburg's city center is 'Das kleine' - a real feel-good restaurant with a very special charm. The outdoor area is really cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and prepared with a lot of love. The service was friendly, attentive and warm – exactly what you would want. If you want to eat well in Flensburg and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, this is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back!

The only restaurant in Flensburg, everything is best

If I wanted to eat fish... the small restaurant was the place to go. Always good and very satisfied. Today I was so disappointed, 2 plaice fillets with potato salad and salad. The fish consisted only of breading. The potato salad had so many cucumbers that the taste was sour. Too bad, too bad

I have to say I'm a little disappointed. What initially felt like a nice stop turned out to be a more or less average experience. The "Currywurst Fries" were advertised on a special menu, and when you offer something like that as an extra, I expect a little more than a generic bratwurst with warmed HELA spice ketchup poured over it. And no, before anyone has any doubts, the taste of HELA spice ketchup is unmistakable. Well, the fact that you have to wave to a waitress 5 times to pay before she responds is somehow no longer so unexpected.

We were guests on Friday last week. My order “Schnitzel Huntress Style”. I asked the waiter to serve me the sauce separately, which unfortunately didn't happen. What I had suspected was that the schnitzel (the breading) was completely soggy and of course the meat suffered as a result, apart from that the meat was of poor quality. My wife ordered fried potatoes with her schnitzel. The fried potatoes served did not deserve this name. Cut way too thick and maybe tossed once in the pan. No roasted aromas whatsoever!!! We know things differently in Flensburg. It's a shame that a relatively simple dish can turn out so wrong!

A little dream in the middle of Flensburg's pedestrian zone. Very tasty Schmeggerwöhlerchens and drinks. We particularly liked the warm hospitality. This is what the north tastes like.

The first beer wasn't my thing, the friendly gentleman who served me immediately brought me another one and the boss personally asked again... That's how customer friendliness and service work!!! I'll definitely come back ❤️

We were here for dinner on October 16, 2024. We were served in a friendly manner because we had special requests for table reservations. Was absolutely no problem. The food was great except for the little things, the staff was quick, polite, courteous and professional. We'd love to come back.

Friendly and warm service and even in Danish. Cozy place to eat. We waited a really long time for the food, but the portions were pretty big and tasted really good! Definitely a place we will come again when we visit Flensburg.

Wait half an hour for a cup of onion soup. The dishes were dirty, they were full of black spots. I tried it anyway. The onion soup was (way) too sour and the onions weren't cooked well. The cheese on top of the onion soup was a tough piece of bubble gum. My wife, who wanted to eat the soup, had enough after 3 spoonfuls. She asked me for my opinion. After 2 spoonfuls I couldn't eat them anymore. So disgusting! The Moroccan waiter said we had to pay €9 because there was some of it. To avoid trouble, I paid. As a restaurant entrepreneur myself, I know this service is rated 2 out of 10. Very bad. Total lack of respect for quality and presentation. We strongly advise against this restaurant...

Not what we expected. It wasn't busy outside. Still, the service took a long time. Finally, after more than 45 minutes, the onion soup came and it was sour, in a bowl very dirty as if it had been in the microwave or oven for 20 minutes. Also let my husband taste it. He experienced the same thing. So leave half. On the sour note, it was due to the white wine according to the service. Because we had eaten it, nothing could be done about the price. Wasn't the goal either. But waiting 45 minutes for an unappetizing soup is quite a long time. It was full inside, according to the clerk.

The food is very good, my group had a schnittsel with baked potato's, a fishpan and a pasta bolognese. Everything tasted great and we were all happy customers. (Side note: it is not 'fast food', Mc Donalds is around the corner for that). The local beer they have on the tap tastes greatas well.

Pleasant staff and the place is ok. It is in the middle of the pedestrian street, so expect noise. Unfortunately we had to wait 15 minutes for drinks and 60 minutes for simple food. 4x currywurst and a schnitzel. The kitchen does not seem to be in flow. Such light serves should be sent out within 10 minutes, but they prioritized the order of the orders, instead of working on several orders at a time. If you have several orders of the same thing, then you switch to it and don't make one dish at a time. Very sad...

Delicious food, cold Flensburg beer and lovely staff who speak both German and Danish. You rarely leave hungry.
