Yesterday, we had to wait two hours for our food instead of one, and then they got rude because they didn't have enough money. It's not the customers' fault if there aren't enough staff. We won't eat there again.

A real shame and disappointing. The food was good. The service was inattentive; empty plates were sometimes left uncleared, empty beer glasses piled up, and new ones were only served after we asked for them, or we had to order them ourselves at the bar. The waitress was busy on her cell phone. There was no transparent list of drinks. Because some colleagues left a little early and paid for their drinks, we were charged for the remaining drinks, which was difficult to track. We therefore advise against going as a group. Cozy restaurant in the style of a village pub. We had two Italia salads and were again very satisfied. As always, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The ambience is very old and could be refreshed again. The waiting times for food are underground and unbearable! There's nothing under an hour. Maybe you should avoid eating outside the house to focus on the guests in the house. In any case, we won't be coming back again.

We've been to the Kesselhaus a few times now and every time I've ordered a schnitzel. It simply tastes fantastic. Price-performance ratio is also great and the service is very nice. That's why I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

A small and quaint restaurant where you can get the best pizza and the good old school croquettes!😍 (which I otherwise look for in vain) - can only recommend it! Definitely keep an eye on the prices! According to the price list, we paid €11 too much today. It's your own fault, we slept. But that doesn't work at all. Becoming so vera... as a regular customer motivated us to never to enter this location again!

Picked up food there for the first time last night and we were extremely happy. 4 types of pizza, all piping hot, taste great, not too seasoned, the salad with steak strips also A+. There was a free drink for the short waiting time! We'd love to come back!

Sensationell. Essen sehr lecker. Mitarbeiter ToP 🤩 Ich habe unteranderem eine Französische Zwiebelsuppe, im Siegerland, vom Türken betrieben, DAS Kesselhaus gegessen 😅 wie geil ist das denn. Ich komme wieder.

Lecker Essen mit sehr nettem Service. Schnitzel, Steak , Pizza und Pasta ... alles was was bestellt wurde kam auch so, trotz Sonderwünsche. Kinder werden sehr herzlich behandelt! Wir gehen sehr gerne hier hin.

Wir waren vor vielen Jahren öfters im "Kesselchen", und jetzt nach einer Empfehlung wieder einmal. Die Einrichtung hat sich gefühlt in den vielen (bestimmt über 20) Jahren nicht verändert. Eigentlich gemütlich. Leider hatten wir einen 2er Tisch, der in eine kleine Lücke gequetscht war. Dort fühlte man sich eher eingeengt. Der Service war in Ordnung, nett aber zurückhaltend. Für das Essen können wir nicht mehr als zwei Sterne geben. Eine kleine Pizza, die wir bestellt hatten, war wirklich sehr klein. Als die auf den Tisch kam haben wir uns nur erstaunt angesehen. Wirklich die kleinste Pizza die wir je in einem Restaurant bekommen haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen die große Variante zu wählen. Bei nur gut einem Euro Preisunterschied lieber was übrig lassen. Geschmacklich war die Pizza ok. Zum Beilagensalat: In einer vorherigen Rezension hatten wir schon von Zweifeln an der Eigenfertigung des Dressings gelesen. Diese können wir nach Genuss des Joghurt Dressings nur unterstreichen. So war der Salat leider auch kein Sternebringer. Einzig wenigstens in Ordnung war die Pasta. Fazit: Man probiert aus, und kommt wieder oder nicht. Hier eher nicht.

Wir waren spontan abends dort. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich sehr rustikal, aber das erwartet man natürlich auch vom Kesselhaus. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen war total in Ordnung. Wir haben Dönerteller und n Salat gegessen. Mein Highlight waren die Zigarren Börek und Mezze. Yummie. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder um die Schnitzel zu testen. Habe bereits des Öfteren online bestellt, sowie auch im Restaurant selbst gespeist und ich muss sagen es war immer top! Lieferung sowie auch Service vor Ort war immer sehr flott und nicht zu vergessen, der Gastwirt glänzt auch mit hoher Freundlichkeit! :-)

Die Pizzas und das überbacken Schnitzel waren sehr lecker.

Haben heut über Lieferando dort bestellt. Das Essen war sehr gut und für zum Mitnehmen auch sehr schön angerichtet. Das nächste Mal werden wir aber direkt dort bestellen, da das Verfahren über Lieferando doch einige schwächen hat. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden.
